Just wanted to put up a post to remind players that I have raised the issue of players being unable to complete Questlines as they are missing the buildings required to do so. This is because Quahig Historucal Society only allows you to buy the character/costume and not any buildings they came with during their original release in the game.
Therefore players don’t have things such as Consuela’s house for her tasks or Hellmouth which is needed for Satan. All I can ask is players be patient as I’m trying to get this resolved.
But in the meantime I’d ask that you at this time to simply comment on this post telling me the Questline you’re stuck at and the building needed. I can then speak to support further.

I’m also still waiting for Hellmouth. Since I don’t want to bother support unless I HAVE to, do you know if there’s an update planned for receiving it? I’m waiting for week 2 to start and am hoping the lack of Hellmouth isn’t holding me back.

I would like to see them add an option to buy old buildings. That way we could just go search and buy the hellmouth, tanning salon etc. Heck they could make the buildings 100,000 bucks or more. I literally have nothing to spend money on anymore.

I can’t finish the quest for Muertus Consuela. I need her house. This is the first for me but I’m sure others will come too. I can unlock a lot of other characters at the moment, but need to finish off quest lines before buying anymore characters.

So tiny co responded to my ticket about this issue. They told me they already have a fix for this and it should be released anytime this week pending app store approvals. In the mean time they gave me the buildings I was missing and told me if I need any other buildings to just open a new ticket with the building(s) I need.

My In-Game support request resulted in the Tanning Salon being made available to me (in the store, at a cost of 1 coin!) within 2 days. I am now waiting for Hellmouth, but I am in no hurry. Satan can collect Medals until Hellmouth freezes over… I mean, shows up in the store. 😃

Satan for now. I had the problem with Human Rupert, but messaged Tinyco and 2 days later when I clicked on the locked quest, the building for him showed up in my inventory.

I completely forgot that they used to have buildings that came with characters when purchased – its a shame they stopped doing that…
This might be a bit obscure: I recall that Adventurer Peter (all the way back in the Kingdom of the Full Moon event) had a visual task that required an item called The Fart of the Covenant, but you could only get this item from a mystery box. While this is not a required item for his questline, it would be nice to somehow obtain this item eventually.

I couldn’t complete questlines for Human Rupert or Jake Tucker due to missing buildings. I contacted support through the game and they put the buildings I needed in my inventory. Pretty quick response too. Don’t know if they intend to deal with everyone individually but just wanted to let people know that you won’t be stuck.

Oddly the Xquisite Strip Club needed for the Stripper Bonnie questline DID become available in the store as soon as I bought the costume from the Historical Society.
The only questline that I am stuck on personally is the one for Satan, which as you say needs Hellmouth for Part 4.

For whatever it is worth, I took the suggestion that was made the first time this came up and placed a ticket with support for Hellmouth to complete the task for Satan and I received the building within 48 hours of my request. No muss, no fuss. I was given the building and full instructions on what to do in order to receive it (hard close and reopen my game). The process could not have been any smoother.
