EVENT GLITCHES & ISSUES
Event buildings are sometimes locked for random players, only Jam City can fix this so let them know through your game support.
GLITCHES & ISSUES
Update 2.3.2 still a little glitched, it causes delays with Consuela’s Vaccum however this will be fixed in the next update which is coming soon.
Clam award loop – doesn’t effect play but please let Jam City know if is happening in your game.
FF Feature/Clsm TV missing – again this is a known issue they are looking at.
Game crashing on older devices, and those with older/outdated software continues, it may be they can no longer handle the game. What I can tell you is if your device runs on 2gb of ram you may struggle with crashing, if it has less than 2gb ram it probably won’t run at all.
Game resetting to earlier level – this should be fixed now, but please take this as a warning to save your game to an account.
HOW TO CONTACT GAME SUPPORT
There’s 3 ways to do this, The first and best way is through your game main menu, select Help & Support and then tap ‘Contact Us’.

Green guys
These are the little baddies this week of the event and are quite simple to deal with, just more of the tap, aim and fire we’ve seen in previous events.
After you find these during an investigation you will find they wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating Lucky Horseshoe Old Bar and End Of The Rainbow Bar.
Before you can clear them you’ll need to get a Beer Keg. Once you have this head to your sidewalks and simply tap one of them to bring up the targeting screen. Then move the beer keg until the green target circle is on one, then simply hit the check mark to clear it.
The event rewards for clearing these is as follows::
Per Green Guys Cleared
1 Whiskey (Chance)
1 Lucky Top Hat (Always)
St Patricks Kid
Here is another new battle, it’s similar to what we’ve seen in previous events.
Basically you need to find them during an investigation in either of the following areas, Beer Hall, Feeling Lucky Horseshoe Tavern and End Of The Rainbow Barthe .
Now the heart meter level has been different each time I have found him but this might vary in your game. To defeat them you need to get his heart meter to 0.
Now you’ve 24 hours to fully deplete his heart meter, and you do so by attacking him with Leprechaun Brian and/or Jolly Leprechaun.
Leprechaun Brian’ s FIGHT THE ST PATRICKS KID task has a damage score of 2, so that’s what HE will reduce it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
St Patrick’s Cleveland’s FIGHT THE ST PATRICKS KID task has a damage score of 3, so that’s what she will reduce the it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage.
Angus Griffin’s FIGHT THE ST PATRICKS KID task has a damage score of 6, so that’s what she will reduce the it’s heart meter by. It takes 4 hours to complete the task and do the damage
Now once you get their heart meter to zero he will vanish, you will get your rewards and then start exploring areas to find him to attack again. He will be a very good source of Clover.
The rewards levels I’ve seen are as follows:
Heart Meter 2 – 15 Clovers & 1 Cog
Heart Meter 4 – 30 Clovers & 2 Cogs
Heart Meter 6 – 50 Clovers & 3 Cogs
Heart Meter 8 – 60 aclovers & 5 Cogs
***Remember as I said there may be other Heart Meter Levels, but until I see them in my game I can’t give any info on payouts***
Green guys
These are the little baddies from last week but you need to keep finding and clearing them as they drop the Green Balls you need to buy stuff this phase.
After you find these during an investigation you will find the Green Guys wander towards your sidewalks. You can find them by looking or using the Squatter Button. As a reminder you can find these by investigating the Beer Hall and End Of The Rainbow Bar.
Simply tap one of them and it’s gone.
The phase 2 rewards for clearing Green Guys is as follows:
Per Green Guys Cleared
15 Clover (Always)
1 Green Ball (Always)
There you have the overall basics to get you started through the first phase of the new event. Where are you so far? Anything particular you like the most? Suggestions or tips to fellow players? Let us know.

Do you know why I was able to repair an invisible “Green Boxer” today when I accidentally clicked a blank spot in my event area? It asked if I wanted to repair it like he is a character, so i did. Nothing appeared. Then I tapped the same spot and it popped up a text box like he is a NPC but I can’t see anything. Just a glitch, or is green boxer coming in the next phase?

It was there last week as well, might be something next phase or old leftover coding

RT, would you please be so kind to ask TinyCo why we have 3 characters this week with two tasks? (Bonnie, Chris and Mort) It makes the games less enjoyable and more difficult. And there are over 500 characters in the game at the moment.

Will do

I suspect their answer would be that they want to make it harder, as they usually do in subsequent weeks of a multi-week event. Also, give people a chance to make some strategic decisions about what to prioritize instead of simply sending the same person on the same task over and over again for weeks.
