Greek Life Week 2 Hub (Week 2 is Live)

Hello There Clammers!

Week 2 of Greek Life has launched!  To see it you will need to complete Greek Week Pt. 9 and upgrade the fountain…

And I’m going to try something a little different.  This post is going to be your Hub for all things week 2 of the Greek Life Event.  I’m going to leave this post sticky’d to the top of the page.  So if you have a question/comment/concern/tip to share about Week 2 of Greek Life, this is the place to do it.

We’re still going to post all of the usual info, but whenever we add something I’ll add a link in the post below.  So this post will continue to be your Hub for all things Week 2.  Make sense?  I hope so!

Let’s dive in with the FAQs…. Continue reading

Greek Life Week 1: It’s All Greek to Them Challenge

Special thanks to Amy for helping to put this together for us!  Thanks for being awesome Amy!

Weekly Challenges may not show up for all Players. They are challenging and may require Clams to be spent at some point to complete them, so they usually appear for Premium Players.

They are also completely optional. You do not have to take the Challenge and can just let it pass by if you so choose.

Here are the Week 1 details…

Greek Life Walkthroughs: Toga Peter & Zeus

Hello There Clammers!

Week 1 of Greek Life has hit…and you know what that means.  Time for a brand new questline to work through!

Two new freemium characters (well costume and character) were introduced for this event.  Zeus and Toga Peter.  They’ll popup with side quests once you’ve unlocked them….the side quests aren’t required to be completed to move onto week 2.  They’re just “filler” to keep you busy in the game.

So let’s take a look at the quick walkthroughs for these two characters….

Greek Life: The Freemium Perspective

Hello There Clammers One and all!  Today’s very special Helper post comes to us from Cassandra.  Cassandra has in the past written posts about the Freemium perspective of the game…and we thought, “what the hell, let’s do it again!” So here you go you crazy rascals…enjoy!
(Oh and P.S Thanks Cassandra for the post!)

If you’ve pledged the house of Phi Beta Freemium like me, you haven’t spent any clams on this event yet. But we’re still having fun!
I jumped right in when I saw the update. I love that this event uses one thing for all tasks. Needing just Ambrosia and having lots of options to get it is really helpful. I didn’t feel confused at the start this time wondering where all the pieces to collect would be coming from and worrying about how to go about putting things together. Thanks, TinyCo!

End Of Jolly Farm, Update, & New Greek Life Teaser!

Hey there Clammers!

Today at 3pm Pacific, Return to Jolly Farm will come to a close. Followed closely by a New Event.

Most of you by now have seen the prep work for the New Event hitting your App Markets in the form of Version 1.23.0 (on iOS & Google so far, let me know if you see it Amazon Users). Make sure you load it in prep for when the New Content actually hits later this evening. (I will put up a Live post when it does finally hit, nothing for now.)

Gods, have mercy! Peter desecrated a sacred fountain and now Zeus, the king of Gods, seeks to teach him and Quahog a lesson. He’s even brought Hades, Neptune, Athena, and Aphrodite to help him. Will Peter and his fraternity of brothers be able to survive the wrath of the gods? Find out during our special Greek Life event!

To give you a little taste of what is to come, here is a Teaser Image courtesy of TinyCo.

So wrap up all your collecting as anything not unlocked or purchased by 3pm Pacific… will go when Return to Jolly Farm Ends and is pulled from the game.

What do you think of the Teaser? Interested in what is coming up? Any ideas of what we will have to look forward too? Any specific Characters you want to appear? Let us know.
