Whenever I load the game, the loading bar goes to the end, nearly loaded and then it takes me out of the loading screen back to the home screen

Big problems tonight. It’s starting to come back. Try a hard close first, then a uninstall/reinstall (but only if game is linked to an email or Facebook account) Use this guide if needed.

Guys I’ve had this problem all day too and I wasn’t connected to Facebook but no way was I uninstalling so in a fit of rage I opened the game and on my galaxy s4 I kept hitting the back button, I’ve tried it three times now and each time it works, just continuously hit the back button for a while and it will disappear and can play again!

Yep about thirty minutes ago , mine stopped working and popped up the same error code everyone is mentioning… im so close to getting the space shuttle for comic con. .
And my galaxy s5 keeps restarting itself when I try to load game content … help I dont like change!!!! 🙂

I have 38,000+ blam points and was awarded Lois’ red hot costume, yet I can’t seem to find it anywhere?!? It’s not with her list costumes… any ideas on how I can get it?

Only if you are not linked will you lose it. If the reinstall refreshes the game…easy to pull it back to linked account (steps in the post. 😉 )

I as m getting an assert error that says the following:

This is on my phone so I downloaded the app on my tablet and it gives me the same error. On the tablet I can click the ok button but it doesn’t do anything and on my phone all the characters move around for a bit but I can’t touch anything and then it forces my phone to reboot

So my game just hasn’t been working with me. I try to start it up on my iPhone 4. And this is without that new iOS7 update. So my GameCenter welcomes me back but while I’m still in the process of loading. Then I hear the sound of me somehow collecting money and then the game just closes on me entirely. It doesn’t bring up any message or anything, only until the message from TinyCo telling me they notice my game has been crashing. Just wondering if you had any problems similar to this and any solution how to fix it.

I had to reinstall the app because some Error kept popping up. I try to log in with my Facebook but it just says “a game is already linked to this account” and it only let’s me either erase the data, or start a new game. Any ideas on how to help?

If you are playing a second game, he will not be available for it unless it was active during the Full Moon event. TinyCo has said he will most likely return someday.

Ok so I have emailed tinyco twice about the problem I am having. Ever since the new update hit when I try to buy clams to get the extra blam my game just shuts down. I sent them a scrren shot with my game id number. They replied to my email asking me to send them the id number for my game. So I typed it out in a reply to them. And they again replied to me with an email asking me for my game id so they could futher help me. Im not sure if you guys could help me at all since you have a direct line of contact with tinyco

There are two IDs…as long as you sent them the one from your Account screen…then they got the right one. Not sure what more we can do to help as they are only ones with access to the account, but I will pass on the info. 😉

I had all the stuff for midlife crisis Lois, I was going to claim her. But got enough drinks for Red hot. I went an claimed red hot, but it seems I lost all the stuff for midlife crisis Lois? I texted company with this glitch. Anybody else have this problem?

Keep in mind that if there are items needed for more than one character…it will accumulate in a “hold” pattern until they are used for one or the other. So, if you neede 12 for one and 10 for another (22 total) but have only earned 18…as soon as you unlock one character the items in “hold” will apply and the leftover remain behind. So if you have 18 and need 12…you would only have 4 left for the other character. Make sense?
So watch out for items used by SEVERAL characters (like jewels) and make sure you use them for the one you want first.

When I send Peter to do his 2 hour task as captain hammered for the pesticide, I only get one. It is either green or red. It shows that you get two and it should be orange. I tapped on the box and it says always. Is it always for one only? I also have defeated big stewietwice and it is not registering. It says 0/5. I contacted tiny co but no response yet. I am afraid that I will not finish the quest and get blaze in time. Any suggestions?

I started playing Quest for stuff on my android device after the full moon event. I am unable to get Cleveland. It isn’t an option to even buy him or his house. I am clear into Asian town and on level 25. Am I not far enough into the game yet?

He was limited time tied to that event. However, they’re looking at ways to bring him back for players who missed out. 🙂

Why did he stayed on the iOS version?

If you played during the event and unlocked the museum he was locked in, you could still get him. If you started on your device AFTER the event…there is no way he was in there to begin with, so you won’t see him unless TinyCo brings him back. Did you play on iOS during the event and unlock the museum with him?

We never got the museum unlocked. After the event somehow his house became avaliable.

Sounds like a glitch. I would suggest contacting TinyCo via your game menu, help & settings, and see if you got in at the last minute and can get him or if the house is there by mistake.

How do I get back an item that I accidentally deleted? I had the Gatomobile but when I was trying to move it I accidentally removed it. I can’t find it in any of those build menus. Can I get it back?

Anytime you remove an item, it’s placed back into your inventory.

It won’t start as soon as you start the game. You’ll have to get a little ways into district 2 of the game before it’ll start for you.

I didn’t find any answer related to my question so I am sorry if there is any already. I began playing TSTO and FGQFS at the same time like a month ago and I didn’t find anything better or worse, I got addicted to the both, but I can say that one thing in The Simpsons is really helpful and that’s the indicator of non-working characters. I know there’s a much more characters in the TS but there will be probably more and more in FG too and then this feature will be kinda neccesary, am I not right? Are guys in TiCo thinking about it or there’s a specific reason why this won’t be implemented? I think that every playa could appreciate this in some update… Thanks for the answer (or leading me onto exact topic) and have my regards. T

It is a suggestion made by others so you are in good company. 😉 It took about a year and a half to get that feature into TSTO. TinyCo company has so few characters right now that it is low on the development To Do list. They are more focus right now on getting all the performance bugs worked out and developing more districts, quests and characters (not to mention new events). I see it coming someday, but not for a while. Right now, to help you find a main character, use Al Harrington’s, select an outfit and hit “use now”, it will take you right to the character even if they are on a task. 😉

I’d just like to say Tinyco is pretty good with dropping of free clams! 🙂 finally got rid of wizard nerds and got 20clams! There was also 10 or 20 when got stewie so as freemium player that is pretty cool.

I wanted to ask, I know you guys don’t want to be exactly like Simpsons Tap Out, but would you consider the idea of allowing people to move their stuff around easier by letting people see through their buildings. I have a difficult time sometimes when I want move my stuff around and I want to put stuff behind a certain building but I don’t exactly where I’m putting it or if there is enough space. Just an idea, that it would help if you had some kind of update to let people see through their own buildings when they move their stuff around.
