lately whenever i open the game it tells me “could not connect to server” but my wifi is working perfectly.
any suggestions?

Sometimes it is an overload on their servers. Give it a lil bit and try again. Also, if you’re on a WiFi and Data capable device…make sure its actually tapping into the WiFi and it is a good strong signal. Not one that goes in n out or used by many that may cause a drain on the speed.

When i start the game i get consuela on the screen with a error and the game reload and then there is again consuela. Can you help me?

Try a hard close, clear the cache, uninstall, restart your device, reinstall the game. That should help to clear it out if there’s an issue. (only do this if you have an account backing up your game:

Also, make sure you’re connected to some sorta of data. Whether it’s over Wi-fi or your cell network, and it’s a good signal. That could also cause the screen to come up.

This has been a glitch that’s been occurring since the game started, unfortunately. It impacts different people all the time. Best thing to do is contact TinyCo on it. This way they can see it’s still impacting players and they’ll be able to isolate the issue and solve it.

Hi. I have the same problem I can’t visit my neighbors it kicks me right off of the game!! So frustrating I contacted tinyco thru my game. But where. Will the answer be when it comes? In my e-mail?? I’m also having such a hard time unlocking stewie grrrr lol I still have nerds running around all over the place!! Any help would be appreciate! Thanks, Heidi

Hi, I’ve created stripper Bonnie and purchased her stripper pole for 25 clams. But when I’m on Bonnie her twerk it task line is greyed out and says I require her pole? Any ideas? Thanks

can you please add a description of “Max level” to the leveling up far section. Am I done leveling up for good? what happens to the XP when im max level? what happens to the XP when a character is max level ?

Max level is just how high to date the Characters and game can go. Currently most characters can only go to about 15. The Max Level is set at 50 right now. Once you hit the max level, you will still earn coins when tapping on items but no XP as you no longer require it. Same goes for the Character. If they are max level, they will not have anymore XP apply to them when tasks completed as they will not have nowhere to place it or add it to.
They just increased the max game level to 50 not too long ago, no information yet as to when they will up it again.

My question was what does multiple mean? On some characters you’ll see a yellow box that says multiple. I’m thinking that means you’ll get multiples of things needed to advance, any thoughts?

Ah I see. If you see a cardboard box next to a task with “multiple” below it, that means that characters task has MORE than one item associated with it. If you tap on the box, it will tell you all the items you have potential of getting from that task. Does that help?

I do not understand why i’m seeing prizes that I was not offered with the comi-con event??? I played through the entire event but never saw any game board. Now it NLA. Also I did not get offered the update until DAYS after all my neighbors had it. Still love the game, but I usually try to get everything, even if I have to buy it.

The day they got rid of comic con is the day my wonderful game stopped working. Of course I didn’t save it to email/fb and I’m so far! I just keep getting Consuela telling me that there is data error and a problem configuring the game 😢 help me please!!!

😦 I would say to contact them because my Advice is to uninstall/reinstall the app to try and remove the corruption. Without a saved game, uninstall will wipe it out.

Yah, see if they can help in another way. Make sure in your message you tell them you CAN’T access your game, You don’t have access to your player ID, when issue started, device you are on, etc. Point out that your game is NOT saved.

You have too much saved on your phones OS specific section of memory. try uninstalling a couple apps.

I installed the update and now I can’t finish quests. I make the characters do what it says and never earn stuff to complete them. Just started with the update I’m not starting over and I’m a level 24

What quests are you speaking of that you can’t finish? As far as items that drop for characters, the rarity will vary and impact the drop of that item. So some may take a few weeks to earn. It is how the game is played. Nothing is meant to be instant. More drawn out overtime to play and enjoy the game. 😉

I’ve been trying to create speedo quagmire for about 4 or 5 days now and when I send characters to do tasks, when they’re done I only get the coins and xp. Im not getting any of the other things I need (the make up pallette thing) And now its the same way with all tasks. I just get coins and xp. Wth? I’ve sent lois to “freshen up” like 8 times

I have a task for stan lee which is write a comic, but I cant find that task in the liat of tasks for stan lee. Do I have to buy a specific building or level him up to be able to do the task?

Force Close your app and restart your device. Check again and see if it is there. I just sent him to do that task in my game. Even if you don’t have the building or if he is not leveled up enough, the task still should show in his list with the info of when or where.

I dont know what Force Close is, but i restarted the device and there wasnt a write a comic task for Stan Lee.

Force close is when you shut down the app via your application manager. Depending on your device there are different ways to do it.
But if the task still isn’t showing up your best bet is to contact TinyCo and let them know. Could be a glitch with your game that needs to be addressed.

Hi! I’m on ios and i noticed i coud only sell just a few things. For example, i cant sell any of the ComicCon stuffs or the fireworks…or even the golden bathtub…is that normal?? Thanks!

Limited Time Items are usually locked so you don’t “accidentally” sell them as there is no way to get them back. Other items, try selling them from your town and not the inventory.

I have just updated but it still wont open up the game. It crashes immediately 😦 It loads in the home screen but when the yellow bar is full it crashes.
i uninstalled and installed again but its the same. i didnt save to email before and now i cant because it wont even open. I dont even care so much
at this point any more about that, i just want to be able to play. 😦

Success!! Finally its working again!
Im not sure exactly what happened, I updated uninstalled reinstalled 2x
and email again to TinyCo and by some magic it just started up 🙂
And I am where i left off on Monday. I cant believe it 🙂

I’ve have iOS and I updated my game but I’m still getting this data error message from conseula DATA ERROR ” There was a problem configuring the game. Please try again.” I keep trying and trying but this is all I get. I don’t know what to do please fix it. PLEASE!!!

No they don’t all have to be there. But did you rush everything? Because the stuff prior to D9 fully unlocking is a lot of stuff…no way it could be done by now unless you used clams.

Stripper Bonnie disappears! You can see Bonnie in her normal skin, but when I switch her to stripper, she disappears. I can send her to do tasks, but she is invisible. I have forced close, cleared cache, uninstalled, restored. I also built one of the new towers and it shows a blank spot with gears next to it.

When I start my game it says that I have to update my game, but when I go to the app-store There is no update at all. Allready tried to remove te game and install it again… Still nothing. Any ideas???

Two problems. I’ve tried google searching them first. One is that Chris is gone. I can’t find him anywhere on the board. Last time I saw him I sent him off to pick his boogers. Also, and this one makes me mad, I am not receiving my xp for any of the quest I am completing. It throws the coins out but no xp.

Every time I try to visit two specific players neighborhoods, I get an error message with consuela saying “Nooooo! You(r) need to upgrade your game in order to visit this neighbor.”
I have checked the App Store to see if there are any updates or upgrades and there aren’t so I wasn’t sure what to do.

It is one of two things…they need to update or you do as they’re higher update than you. If you are iOS, then it’s you that needs to wait til update hits your market.

I can’t get my saved game to load. I’m getting a load error saying I have items out of bounds causing the game to go into a continuous loop of loading my game. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it doesn’t work. The only thing I can see caused the problem is my placing the free Stewie billboard, which I placed.

What’s the max level? I just hit 40 and it seems like the progress bar is not moving but I have heard of others hitting 50 or even MAX level. Is there something I am missing?

It was exclusive with comic-con I believe. Since it’s over it’s NLA. You’ll have to contact TinyCo to see if they can remove the quest from your task bar.

The music in my game has been gone for 3-4 days…. I’ve restarted the game and my phone, tried turning music and sound off and on again in the settings menu but nothing seems to help, any ideas?

the comic con thing is over it told me to update the game i tried nothing was there when i go into the fame quagmire goes to give a reward and then the error screen comes up and says i tried to accept blam i went back and i even such my ipod off and nothing i dont want to delete and reinstall the game cause i dont think game was saved what do i do :((

Your player ID is in your menu. Not the one on the loading screen. Menu, account, numbers on bottom right under log in options.
