I just got Hooker Peter, and it took away all of Peter’s normal available actions which I need to get items for Greek Week. I can’t figure out how to go back to normal Peter now. Any suggestions?

I have been playing for a few years I need to change devises when I went to reset password on different device I received a message that I would get an email…I didn’t. I know I have correct email because I’m logged in with my account on my current device. I just reset it in December and everything worked fine. I’ve emailed tinyco twice and messaged them through my game four times with no response. Can you please help me?!

I’m having a problem resetting my password the game won’t send me an email to reset…i’m logged in the game with my email on my devise but i need to change it to a different one, so i know that i have correct email. i’ve asked customer support through my game 4 times in the last 2 weeks and have emailed them twice is there any other way to get a hold of them. please help im not sure what else to do

Did you check spam and junk folders?
Since I have no access to players games, there’s not much I can assist with on stuff like this. Especially when personal security like emails is involved.

Why can’t we get into Family Guy on Facebook? Ever since the new event replaced Jolly Farm, it won’t go past the load screen. I have uninstalled Google and reinstalled it to make sure it wasn’t Google itself keeping me out. I know several others having this same problem. I have sent Tinyco a message letting them know about this. Any others having the same problem or still having it?

The event is ending so soon they don’t give you time to collect everything, especially when you barely get what you need from the characters who are supposed to drop the needed items. I am barely half way through collecting what I need.

Help! I’m on Back to Jolly Farm right now collecting the materials needed to unlock mother Maggie and Penelope but something strange is happening. There are some things I am still receiving that I’m done with. Like the fairy tale book. I got all of them yet it’s till listed by the character’s action and I keep getting those sometimes. Also the warhead is still listed in the actions section too and I made a character go for one of see if I’d get one. What’s going on?

Don’t worry. As intended. They are coded to drop til the end of the Event for some reason. Just send Characters to get what you need and don’t worry about the “extras”. We are all seeing it.

Hi. After restarting the game after the Boom event there is still a two headed Mutant which I received from the final mystery Box, walking around in my town. I would love to put it in the inventory or make it disappear but tapping on it doesn’t work. Any suggestions what I can do?

I believe… district 4 or 5 is when item storage feature comes into play. When it does, just tapping on an item like the Mutant would pull up its name and a teeny tiny box with the Inventory Storage icon. Tapping on that lil icon will store it.

I will ask if there is a key point. They added it long after the game was released so it is hard to pinpoint the exact moment it unlocks. I just know that I was in District 9 around the time we got it.

hi, just wondering if you could help.I have been of family guy for a while but i decided to download it again, I was logged on through my facebook account i was at level 54. when i downloaded the app again and logged back on my family guy was gone and i was back at level 1 again. what can i do?.

If you just reinstalled the game, you’ll need to Load your game info back. Did you play until the menu appeared, log into account, then LOAD the saved game?

yes i have played untill the menu appeared, and have logged on and off of my facebook account to see if i can get my original level back and i am still stuck at level 1.

All you can do then is message them. If it was saved, you should’ve seen the option to LOAD saved file or LINK new level 1 game when you logged in.

Yes… tap on building and look for the tiny green arrow over the image in the Pop up. Tap on arrow. Tap on circle with line through it to disable current skin

Has the Giant Chicken been taken away from those that had him show up in this event (prior to unlocking him with Twinklies)? I had him unlock suddenly last week and remembered today that I haven’t seen him for a while. He’s not one of the mutated characters and I don’t see him on the FaceSpace section.

All of my people keep turning into mutants… its so annoying I can never get any tasks done because of it… is there anything I can do to just make it stoo happening or does it happen on its own eventually??? ANYONE KNOW??

The best way to make it stop happening is just to wait eight hours – the event will be over and there’ll be no such thing as mutants. The event tasks will also be gone, but you can focus on others like Tan Lines or character specific ones.

For the life of me I can’t find what characters or buildings drop gasoline, I’m steady trading Twinkies since the beginning of the game I still haven’t gotten Armageddon Stan, haven’t got to boom & Doom. I have 7545466446887 freakin water bottles.

I’m having trouble getting the game to load on Facebook. It just says “Sit tight, we are optimizing the game for your browser”. The loading bar never moves at all. I was playing the game on my mom’s ipad before and linked the game to my facebook account.

I have sent tiny co a message but got no reply. Plz help tia

Was it saved to your Facebook Account? If so, and you just reinstalled, you need to load the game. To do that you have to play through a little bit til the Menu shows up, then log in, then LOAD the saved game file you have.
Now if you did not LOAD it… and instead LINKED it to the New Level one you just started into… only TinyCo can help.

Long time viewer. I have been experiencing crashes in my Quahog several times a month since the Halloween 2015 event and I have a lot of characters and buildings In storage and it still happens. Now just last week , I did a software update on my ipad2 to the newest IOS and now Family Guy lags severely and crashes. It’s crashed today like 10 times in 15 min. It resets what I’ve done too. It lags, the music skips, everything. Sometimes I’m not doing anything and it just quits me to my iPads menu or it crashes when I click on the green Go button for a quest. Could it be an iPad thing? Should I contact Tinyco?

It may be your iPad. How full is it on the memory side? Do you use WiFi or Data to run it? If your game is saved to an email or Facebook, try an uninstall/reinstall?

I use wifi. I have used 7.7 GB. I have 4.9 GB available. I can try the uninstall reinstall. My Quahog is linked to my Facebook.

Hey, I can’t finish building the blimp for some reason. The quest is to simply rap on the construction, when you do that it says “to be continued”. It also says i need the stonlen plutonium from the downtown district (district 9). I dont understand cause I have all the updats and it seems like such a basic quest. Any help?

Let me ask you this, what kind of device are you playing on? I ask as there are two versions of the game.
Windows Stand Alone, which only goes to District 8 and stops, limited play, no option to save game file, etc.
Then there is the Mobile App (iOS, Google, Amazon, and Facebook) that we write about here on the site.

My game was working fine earlier today but now won’t load. The status bar on the loading screen goes right across to full but it won’t progress beyond that screen into the game itself.

Looks like there is a wide spread problem today where the game won’t advance past the load screen. A lot of people have been reporting it on the Tinyco Facebook page. I’ve contacted Tinyco about the issue through their site. Just wondering if it’s working for anyone currently.

It was happening to me earlier on both my iDevices. It is working now. Cant wait to get Apocalypse Stan Smith! I really loved that episode.The only thing I can’t do is the new district: Tan Lines.

Hey guys, my game hangs in limbo every time I try to get the Diner at the End of the Apocalypse. It just seems to sit on the little graphic of the building where you build the items. I’ve got enough twinkies, have also reloaded the game a number of times to no avail. Any thoughts?

Was it linked to email or Facebook? If email, did you check spam filter? If Facebook reset it via Facebook.

It’s been about three weeks now and have still not heard from tinyco about getting my game id account correctly linked with Facebook again… I looked the other day and my messages to them were gone, but no word and not fixed… Does that mean I am s.o.l.? Sadly, like I stated, it is NOT an easy fix. It can be tedious and time consuming. All you can do is message and wait. Follow up every 5 days after each message, but that is really it.

Game money… no. But just playing can slowly earn you some.
The game is coded that as you try for a drop, if you don’t get it after x amount of times… the chance increases in your favor to get it. All I can suggest is keep trying and if more than one character are going for same item drop, stagger them so when it comes time to collect you are only trying for one at a time. It seems to me that helps.
FYI If it’s a District, those are permanent and no time limit so they’re intentionally time consuming, so drops there don’t stress on.

Bunny, I contacted tiny about my little major problem, in short at the end of the knight event I put on low graphics on my phone, thinking it would run smoother, well it doesn’t run at all on android, cleared cache, cleared data, uninstall, even did a factory reset on the note 4 edge,
Funny thing is from a fresh install I can play my daughter’s account just fine on both phones, note edge and S7 edge, but once I switch to my account, it does the loading screen like it should, then crash, only way back to my daughter’s account is I have to clear data, and go from there..
I can play on kindle, but kindness are so unstable it’s a carp shoot if it’s going to crash, I told tiny co this also…
Anyways I got a response from them, and it said ( is this on the kindle) so I please read what I sent you,
And the 2nd response I got was then asking me send a crash log, which is a great idea….
So I downloaded over 15 crash log apps did it one at a time, only problem none of them work, unless the phone is rooted…
The note uses Android 5.0.1
S7 edge haven’t even looked marshmallow I think
I can’t root my phone, due to insurance etc
So do you have any ideas that might work
I sent them log in and pw, thinking they might have a dummy phone they test on and run it from there…but no luck that I know of..

Not sure at this time what else they can do. Sadly I wonder if rolling back your game to a previous save point might help, but at what loss?
In the other game we write on I had to do that when I pushed my town capacity too far and no device could open it again. EA had to roll it back again and again until I finally could get in. Soon as I did I nuked my town and never pushes limits again.
Family Guy I now keep my town limited with items for stability. It runs better on the S7 vs my previous S4… but again I’ve stored a lot away for game stability.
So far yours is only report of issue I’ve really seen, so I wonder if it’s something corrupted in your game file. Logs are only way really to help that.
I’m not sure what else can be offered in suggestions. Maybe… I don’t know… try an apple device? Games are odd and I’ve seen odd things. I’ve used apple devices in past to access locked games Android device couldn’t get in…. or vice versa. Worked on several lock outs this game too. Including when Alissa and myself got locked out during an event. We used our Apple devices to get in, then android could after that. Kindle is essentially Android is why I ask.
Honestly though… if town too full… rollback may be still best option. Go back to BEFORE you got them. Then maybe they can add back items you lose directly into your storage. Like the walls if you remember how many you got.

Help. In Wrestlemania, I am trying to do my second round in the ring to get those rabid fans. I completed the 3 tasks, it brings up my 3 characters (maxi, John and Triple H) I have Maxi and John unlocked but it keeps telling me they are busy when in fact they are free. I even assigned a new task, paid clamp to finish early, no go. I closed and rebooted. I checked for updates, nothing, still says maxi and John are busy when in fact they are not. What should I do?

Did you save a back up of it anywhere on device? Linked to an email or Facebook? If you saved it to email or Facebook, it’s just a few taps to menu, log into game, LOAD saved game file progress.
If not all you can do is message TinyCo and see if they can locate it in their servers. It’ll take time to check, but doesn’t hurt to try.
Sadly this is why we always push to save game progress. Anything can happen to your device and time and progress lost sucks.

i upgraded to the galaxy s7 (great btw), and i immediately got the game loaded, and turned off the sound, on all of the phones that i’ve ever had the game on this basically shut all sound off from everywhere in the game. now, i can silence the game itself, but the video ads are suddenly playing sound and interrupting any other sound i might be using at the time, like my music app and phone calls…. needless to say this is annoying as hell, and i’m wondering if it’s something new to force us to watch AND listen?

If you’re to at least District 5 in your game, tap on character to see if you have the “inventory icon” next to their name. If you do, tap on it to store them.
