There’s an update in the App Store only, its App Version 2.1.5. Players on Android devices please don’t worry it’s coming for you soon.
So what does the update do, well it fixes some Quahog Historical Society issues.
But more importantly it will probably prepare our games for the next event which is coming next week.

It’s time to go on a look through the archives as the annual new year event is hitting our games with New Year 2020 arriving in Quahog.
Yup you asked for a readers page where you could share event tips & tricks and I’ve only gone and called your bluff and created one. So here’s where you can lay all your event progress on the table for your fellow addicts to see.

It’s time to see what’s going on down in Quahog with the latest event to hit our games. Yes, New Year 2020 Week 2 is here and with it the chance to unlock some old stuff.
I’m seeing the full event on following app version, 2.1.4.
You need to complete the New Year, New You Questline to start Week 2.
There’s also a new currency, Fireworks.
I’ll get the Addicts Area post up and the overview post up as soon as I can but this really looks like last week, a chance to pick up some returning stuff.

Quahog Historical Society has finally arrived in our games and I thought I’d do regular posts covering the ranks that open every week.
Hi there
As the current event only concerns reoccurring content I’m not going to do any Where Are You Now posts or an End of Event Poll, but I do still want your thoughts on the game going forward, so please take a few minutes to give any thoughts in the Tell Jam City What You Want post, you’ll find it by clicking the link at the bottom of the post.
There’s already been some great ideas, but I’m greedy and want more.

As the first week of New Year 2020 is well under way I thought I’d give my thoughts on what you might want to stockpile for week 2.
Please be aware this is just my guess, I could be wrong, but it’s what I’ll be concentrating on just incase they stick with this currency for Week 2, but it’s not a dieginate as these seem to be running like 2 separate weekly events.

So the New Year partying is over, the fireworks have burnt out, the season of goodwill is behind us and the Best of event is underway in our games. Yes looks like 2020 is here to stay, well for another 362 days at least.
What’s a FGQFS Addict to do once the party’s over and the daily grind has returned? Well apart from enjoying breaking all those new year resolutions, how’s about helping Jam City to make some? C’mon lift your 2020 already weary heads from their Sunday slumbers and take this once in a blue moon, ok once in a year, opportunity to tell Jam City what YOU want to see in the Family Guy The Quest for Stuff game in the year ahead.
