Game Not Loading Update!!!

Hi fellow addicts

TinyCo/Jam City have asked me to post an update on the loading error that has seen some players locked out of their games since October 2018.

The team there have asked me to let you know the loading issue that occurred during October 2018 is now fixed. They are therefore encouraging players to try to log in again and  join us for the 5th Anniversary Event, which is coming this week.

And if any players find they are still not able to load their game please email support in order they can try use a new manual fix to get you back into your game. The email address to use is: support@jamcity.com

Yup you asked for a readers page where you could share event tips & tricks and I’ve only gone and called your bluff and created one. The Clue Event Week 3 is here….. and it’s the final week….

It’s time to play detective again as the final week of  the latest event to hit our games,  The Clue Event is here.

I’m seeing the final week of the event on IOS, app version 1.86.2, and pulling info now and I’ll get the LIVE post up as soon as possible. But you should throw caution to the wind and get going as it’s the final week.

Yes, let me repeat me repeat it’s the final week so get going on unlocking Mr Green!!!

Family Guy: Quest For Stuff Support Email Address

Hi Clammers!

With a lot of glitches ongoing in our games I wanted to post a quick reminder of how players can contact TinyCo  via email if you’re locked out your game and unable to create a support ticket, or if your game crashes when you try to load the game support section to get help.

There’s still a dedicated email support for the game, and this is how you can request support and help from TinyCo. Remember to include full details of your issue and your PlayerId.
