Anyone ask for a Game Boy for Christmas as a kid? If so, here’s the latest model, and it comes in human form, well kinda. Yeah it’s the game boy himself Italian Plumber Chris, and looks like he’s taking a break from his magic mushroom pizza to join us in Quahog.
Snow is falling, all around us, Q*Berts falling, having fun, ’tis the season of love and….., oh sorry there I go again, mind wandering off in any old direction. A bit like Q*Bert on his cubes. Why do I keep going back to Q*Bert, well apart from the fact he’s as cute as can be, he’s only gone and bounced into Quahog as part of the Quahog’s Not So Silent Night.
Now all my fellow gaming geeks probably recognise Q*bert from his arcade game hey day but just where have we seen this little bundle of fun in Family Guy before? Well he’s made one appearances to date in the TV show and been referenced in another and I’m going to highlight them here.

Oh my, Oh my, who’s great idea was it to give Chris a character costume that let’s him visit ladies rest rooms whenever he feels like it. Shudder. And feeling all Italian I’m sure he’d be running around shouting “pizzzza” if another cartoon character hadn’t got there first.
Italian Plumber Chris isn’t only a funny new premium character costume for Chris, but he also has drops for a ton of goodies that will help you in the event.
We all love a Chrustnas surprise, not knowing what you’re going to get until you open it. Well, that’s how I look at the Weekly Challenge! You never know what you’re going to get until it drops in your game.
Hey there readers, I’d like to welcome you to Addicts Land, where today I’m going to be talking, ok waffling about rainbows, witches, flying monkeys, or to put it simply the event that just was, There’s No Place Like Quahog. After 3 weeks of munchkins, wizarding and wickedness it’s all over but for the poll, and hey we all made it out the other side of the rainbow. And when it came to the Wicked Witch, well I think victory was ours!!! Or was it? She lives!!! She lives!!!
It’s no secret I’ve wanted an Oz event since FGQFS was in its beta infancy, I’m a fan of the books, movies, musicals, anything Oz. In fact I sit writing this on my iPad which has an Oz case, I’ve a cold drink at my side sitting on an Oz coaster and when I have my supper tonight I’ll use my Oz salt & pepper pots. I’ve Oz voodoo dolls, Russian dolls…. I think you get the message, I’m a MASSIVE fan.

So the votes are counted and the results are in from the Final Round of our quest to find out who we’d like to see as the next new character released in Tan Lines for us to buy with Stewie Bucks. Thanks to every addict that took the time to vote in every round, we had thousands of votes over the duration of these silly little polls. So who will be crowned the most wanted character?

Now he’s the king of the jungle, a jungle V…… Oops sorry, wrong song, wrong movie. If Cowardly Lion Joe were the king of the jungle, you’d probably find him hiding up a tree, his fearsome teeth chattering as flying monkeys and wicked witches tease him with shouts of, I thought I saw a puddy cat. But fear not Cowardly Lion Joe as now you’re in Quahog the only kind of courage you’ll need is probably Dutch courage.
So Addicts, tell me, do you want a good witch or a bad witch? Or are you greedy like me and want both?
TinyCo obviously don’t know what side they’re on in this event, light side, dark side, good side, bad side? But I think i can safely say they’re on my good side after giving us the chance to earn both Oz witches, Glinda The Good Witch of the North and The Wicked Witch of the West.
Looks like there’s a great and powerful toddler on the loose in Quahog as Wizard of Oz Stewie has come to town. I’m not sure who’s the bigger threat to Quahog, the Wicked Witch or this tenacious little toddler, only time will tell as they battle it out in my Tan Lines Resort.
