There’s an update in the Apple App Store, its App Version 2.0.7. It’s not available yet in the Playstore, so Android players please be patient, I’ll let you know when it’s available.

Be aware downloading it now won’t make any obvious changes, this update is just fixes for us who had issues updating and for connecting their game to Facebook. I can confirm I’ve tested it and I can connect and load my Facebook save now. 

It will also prepare your game for the new Quahog Historical Society feature, we’ll chat more on this once it’s live in our games in the next few weeks.

Just a little update on the ongoing issues some of you are experiencing. I’m told the Android update and Facebook login problems will be fixed with the release of game version 2.0.7. However this game update won’t be available immediately. As soon as I know it’s available I’ll let you know. Until then apologies again to any player who can’t take part in the event at this time.

Getting lots of Android players saying they can’t install the game as it’s missing from the Playstore. This seems to be impacting even those who have newer devices. I think this has come about as TinyCo removed the necessity to update to let Android players, especially those with older devices, play on this week. So by trying to help some players issues are arising for others. However I can’t be sure if this is the issue and am asking support for more information, until then, I’m sorry I can’t offer more advice.

Also please be aware there’s been a crashing issue when players try to load their save game via Facebook, my advise is the same as in my last post about this please reach out to support with your PlayerId and they’ll try to help you get your sav d game loading again. They are looking out for players with this issue contacting them.

These Facebook glitch may also mean you can’t visit friends towns but Ollieland should still be there if you like to try to harvest a daily ckam.

As a precaution I advise not uninstalling the game to try reinstall for any reason while both these issues continue.

As some of you will be aware there’s been a crashing issue when players try to load their saved game via Facebook, there’s still no automatic fix for this, if you’re having this issue you will need to contact game support as they will try to help you get playing again.

There’s been an issue where the game was trying to force anyone who hadn’t updated to App Version 2.0.6 to do so, this seems to have in turn caused some issues with main,y Android players who couldn’t see any update in the store. I requested support look into it and they did so very quickly. Hopefully you’re all back in the game now, but if not please let us know in the comments with as much details about your device as possible.

Also please be aware there’s been a crashing issue when players try to load their save game via Facebook, again hopefully this will be resolved soon but if your impacted let us know.
