Hello There Clammers!
TinyCo’s been busy the last couple of days posting spoilers and hints about what’s to come for Halloween 2014….
First, they teased it on Twitter…and Bunny wrote a whole post about that and speculation for what’s to come.
Then we got a Pink Brian Sneak Peek….have you unlocked him yet?
And yesterday we saw this posted on their Facebook….with the word “Soon”…
Now today TinyCo has yet another suspicious posting on their Facebook page….
Could this mean Halloween is coming TOMORROW?! (10/1) Could it mean…..
I’d be pretty stoked if we’re getting a Ghostbusters update! Personally, I hate Halloween (I just don’t like being scared…more on that later)…but I LOVE the Ghostbusters! Some early Halloween memories I have involve my mom putting me in a stupid costume and me “borrowing” my friend’s Ghostbuster Proton Pack from his costume to make my costume look cooler. (If I can find the photo of that I’ll definitely post it…) So needless to say a Ghostbuster update would make this Halloween a bit better for me!
Oh and in case you’re wondering about Cleveland…TinyCo had this message to say about him in the next event:

Some things are VERY predictable. But I do think, like events past, this will be released in stages again. New content each week so I don’t expect to see Mystery Boxes until late in the event.. 🙂

The Brian transformer mystery box came out week 1 of the android comic con release. I recall blowing a bunch of clams on it right after buying the battery factory. My bet is the GB headquarters is in the event district & hopefully a reward we get at some point.

Hi I would like to ask is that possible to get the pink Brian without using clams? I have been collecting candy daily I collected the first two, and the last, the red one I only have two and still need two more but only 3 days left… The last 2 candies that came up was the one I already collected so I have extra but there are no point to have extra right?

It was possible. Depends on how behind you are. If you collected every day from when it launched it was possible, but if you missed more than a few days it becomes more difficult….

I guess we’re to take “tomorrow” as a loose translation. As teased by TIny Co. early on yesterday. Waiting is awful. Yes, I know it will be here eventually, but I probably wouldn’t have held back all of my peeps from long term tasks had I an inkling that “tomorrow” meant beyond tomorrow on the east coast. I suppose there’s an actual good reason for the delay, but an explanation for those of us who do have something better to do with their characters than merely wait for the new update would be nice, and considerate. Yes, we’re all titillated. No, we’re not all amused.

They’re killing me with their Facebook pictures, I just want an excuse to pull out all my childhood ghostbusters toys (though, do I really need a reason?). I have to say though, the Stewie statue they just posted is pretty freaky. I’m not one who gets a little freaked out by pictures often, but if I have trouble sleeping tonight, it’ll be because of that statue.

I’m actually planning on picking it up soon! I’ve been doing their architectural sets (white house, Sydney opera House) with my friend’s kid when I watch her, and I was thinking of making that my next set. Plus if I get that, I can have awesome Star Wars/Ghostbusters crossover Lego games with her.

We have proven him wrong more times than I can count. (Very recently in fact.) Just because it is in the files does not mean it is in the game. NO ONE knows til it goes live. 😉
Regardless, the TinyCo files are off limits and we respect TinyCo enough to NOT share information without permission as it goes directly against their rules and regulations and is illegal. (See Addicts Guidelines)
We instead prefer an honest relationship with them and will wait to see how it plays out ourselves and all the facts verified in the game. Then once confirmed we will provide that information to our readers so they can see what is actually going to be in the game and why.

To the meat of my post: I think it would be awesome to have the devs add a cemetery, haunted and dilapidated looking buildings. Basically, something for those of us who arrange our towns around themes. As for the Ghost busters update? Hell to the yeah, bring it!

Updated the game? I do it every time one is available. Been restarting and checking for updates a lot today. Got the last one at about 7:15 this evening. Installed. No change. Restarted. No change

Hmmm must be a slow roll out. The downloaded update won’t trigger the event, it’s a “Switch” at TC that will trigger it.

Will the koolaid man return I was one cloud away i was so mad when I could get the last cloud and this quest for pink Brian I need one red chocolate and it keeps giving me blue and purple one a I thjnk there is a bug in the game every time I go to visit my friend my game freezes and when I go back to my game it won’t show my coing being collected please fix thank you nelly
