Hello There Clammers!
As the game evolves we’re noticing more and more of you commenting about upcoming items/features you’d love to see in the game..or even questions/concerns you have about the game. So (as suggested by you) we’ve decided that once a month we’re going to give you guys the 1 central place for you to put your game requests (features, events, characters, decorations etc) would be the best place for TinyCo to see all of your great ideas!
Remember..TinyCo does listen to YOUR requests (and they read this blog!) as evident by a ton of the features we see in the game today! (You never know when you might see a TinyCo’er in the comments responding directly to YOU!)
And to get the ball rolling I’ll kick it off…
Dear TinyCo…first off I still I would really like to see the task lists for characters shortened. Are all those repetitive task times really necessary? Especially when the character is just going to a building to disappear inside? Can we shorten these lists up a bit?
Now for something new…I would really like to see some sort of character list that shows when they’re on a task and where they are. This way if you forget where you sent someone, you can always backtrack quickly and find them 🙂
Dear TinyCo… Bunny would like…
1: The Inventory a little more organized. I like there are 3 separated tabs, but I would like it to go a step further if possible. I would like the Decorations & Buildings either Alphabetized or maybe grouped into Events. It takes a bit to find something in there with all our cool “stuff” we got. Especially when something is just randomly placed in the middle.
2: MORE lil decorations. Lil flowers (white 😉 ), bushes fences, pathways, etc. I love all the lil things each Event has in the Event Area and would love to keep a lot of that around. 🙂

I echo the comment about sorting the Inventory by Event. I’ve been playing since last summer, so I’ve got items from Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. My inventory is getting unwieldy to search through.
Also, I would LOVE to see actions that get event-specific items get pinned to the top of the action lists, just like actions that complete quests or earn items for unlocking new characters. For example: actions that earn valentines during the Valentine’s Day event get bumped to the top of the action lists. That would be super helpful!

It’d be nice to be able to use coins we have collected around quahog to buy clams and vice versa but like limit how many times by can do it a day, and if you run out of turns you have to buy them.

I would love for Herbert to have a housewife costume. Like when he was singing about his fantasy of being Chris’ wife and having their white picket home. I loved that scene!

– Little Rascals versions of all characters.
– WW2 uniform Herbert (Memorial/Veteran’s Day Event).
– Pre-op Ida in military uniform (same event).
– Nemo, the Anti-Christ from American Dad (Easter?)
– Skins from Simpsons crossover (Nuclear Peter, Bart Stewie, etc.)

– Stan & Steve with breasts in bikinis (the end credits where they wash cars was hilarious).

PS – Have Bitch Stewie and Bitch Brian always have the same tasks as Stewie and Brian, but make them 24 hour tasks, because they’re dumb.

Dear TinyCo, I would be ecstatic if you would reply to one of my in game tickets regarding my constant game crashing. It isn’t an issue of an occasional crash. Every single time that I log on to tap through my tasks, if I want to clear everybody and my buildings and send them all out, I will reload the game at least 4 times because it gets really choppy and then crashes. I play on a G2. I am all the way up to date. I’ve cleared the cache and re-installed the game many times. It never gets any better at all. The times of organizing and decorating my Quahog are a distant memory. The only thing that I can do now is try to keep my characters busy while reloading over and over.
I don’t know if it’s related, but the game causes my Bluetooth devices to disconnect and reconnect continually and it always kills my Pandora within a minute or so.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I buy every premium character and skin, but lately I feel like I’m only maintaining the game rather than enjoying it in the hope that it gets fixed at some point.

For your personal protection, we did not post the game info you included in here. I am sure you do NOT want millions of other players having access to your game. 😉
As far as your issue, games like this one are a HUGE memory drain when it comes to active events. Especially like the one we just had. To combat that memory drain, I have a few things I do try on my devices for this game and several others with the same issue. Give them a try if you’d like.
Otherwise, I know TinyCo is well aware of that memory drain and working to find ways to better improve that lag that happens with high activity.
On a personal note, as I run into this from time to time on my GS4… you losing connection and Pandora may also be a cause and a result of the memory drain. ANY other app running in the background when this game plays will fight for that Memory capability. So multiple apps running at one time is really a disaster and should not be done. Especially not for this particular style game. I use a program on my device that will KILL all other apps running so when I go into the Family Guy Game it is the ONLY one using up that memory space.
If I try to run music, Facebook, or anything else in the background of my device while playing… I get constant lagging and even some crashing. It is all due to that Memory pull. So short story long, shut them down before playing and that may open up a LOT more Memory space for you on your device and could help with your issue. Read the post I linked for other suggestions. Let me know if that helps you out. 😉

Make the roads more adjustable. Let them be placed like buildings do they can be shaped to fit things better. Also a pavement space that isn’t road so we can place the vehicle buildings on them like a parking lot.

Resize some buildings to be smaller or bigger by type. Re-grid where roads can be placed. If i put a large building on the edge of my screen there shouldn’t be two pixels between the street and the building. This will save lots of space for building placement.

When cycling through characters via the icon in the top left, after selecting someone, say, half way in, it goes back to the beginning of the list and I have to cycle all the way through again. Maybe make that a toggle-able option OR make their task list accessible from their Facebook pages. I’m at the point in the game (im sure others are too) where I don’t need to send all of my characters off on tasks, only selective ones that drop items. Sorry if this has been mentioned already and thanks for listening!

I agree with Bunny about cutting down on the task lists!
Better scrolling through characters – they need to loop rather than always going back to a character you just skipped.
I don’t want a collect all button because it would get boring really quickly if there’s not even that to do 😛
Land that doesn’t come with a district to allow for non-district items to be put out nicely.
Show characters rather than so many guest stars.

Please fix the constant crashing and screen freeze, don’t care about lil white flowers. Spent a considerable sum on this game but it’s becoming irksome now with all the issues. I would like it when a character has comments after they complete an action if the check mark was a different color or they had the exclamation point. would like to be able to buy clams with coins, and the stuff we have leftover from the events, i.e: hand made valentines.

I would like to see in the inventory an icon on items that earn money. I know you can click into the info, but it takes too long. With the lack of land I store non-money making items.

I would love the options to delet items. I have way too many buildings and deco that I don’t care for. I wouldn’t mind to have something that’ll help us find a character. Like if we forgot what building they went into. And the last one would be to be able to cancel an action without using the clams.

I would like a way that I can see where my character is without having to remember where I sent them off. Something like the Town Hall in TSTO where it has where each character is and what they are doing, This would make it much easier to find who I’m looking for, or if I just want to go directly to that character without having to see where they are wandering off to and possibly hiding behind a building that I can’t see. Also, I hate going through each character who isn’t doing a task and having to start over. For instance, if I want to sent Mort and Meg on a task, I have to go through everyone else first in ABC order and start over on each character.
Does that make sense?

(FYI… there IS an option like that. Zoom in on your town closer to a building then go to Facespace. Locate your Character and tap on them to go to their profile. Once there, tap on the X in the top right corner…and wait… don’t touch anything… it will go back to your Quahog and zero in on the area they are. This is where the zoom comes into play, the closer you are, the less buildings you have to check to see where they went. The further out you are zoomed, the more you will see it zoom near. Make sense?)

I would really like to see a NIGHT MODE!… If it is dark outside it should be dark in quahog!!.. I think the city would look great with bright lights and the moonlight!!!

Thank you extending the level cap,I have been playing for about a year now and am a huge fan. I would really like to see a Star Wars event with items from Blue Harvest and the other specials. More land is always nice. Another character set for clams like Buz and Jake Tucker, I’m running out of goals. More room on the beach and water, I want my boats and island to be realistic. Thanks. I love the game and the site.

I for one would like to see Horace in the game… maybe be fun interaction between he and Jerome? And while we are at it… how about using our premium characters on new quests? It feels almost like clams wasted for Buzz Killington and Jake Tucker these days…. let alone the celebrities from the Comic Con.
I also REALLY would like a consistent time of action between ALL the Characters. Make all of them have the option for a 4hr quest, an 8hr quest, a 12hr quest and a 24hr quest. This would really help in knowing when all the characters will be available.
Lastly, most usable space to put stuff. I’m using almost 25% of my space for Halloween themed items alone.

*****BUILDING TIME********
We have the option to own more than one worker which helps us build multiple buildings at the same time.
However, if a certain building takes X time to build it would be very convenient if we could add more workers to the ‘build site’ to help speed up the completion Time for that particular build.

Last request from me promise. Coins to clams option with some cool machine that takes a day or so to produce or the orginial quahig clam could do.it if you use him and mermaid peter. (Or the peter who discover quahog) also more face slave updates. I miss them once they so popping up with new ones. Even if it’s just the main cast not all of the specials like Cupid and them. Also another chance aft Jesus, king butt, kool aide guy ect. Consuela or clevland one to go for coins instead of clams. More actions for vinny. Again star wars. The super hero griffins.
Alternate universe where dog and people swapped places (or just the skins) maybe even the disney style one … I could go through every season but ryan Reynolds when he was into peter

Cam you also sort out the crashing issues. My map is full and I have a lot of characters and decorations roaming the map. When I try to go to the other side of my map the game will crash as it can not handle what is going on within the map.
It would also be nice to be able to put cars that we have on roads. Can you make the sea buildable as I have a lot of nautical items and look really stupid on dry land

Can you please keep adding more land before or after and event. The amount of cool things that I have to keep in my inventory is unreal. Every time land us added it is used straight away with things that have been previously stored. Then when you get new event buildings and decorations I have to remove things in order to place them.

Tinyco I would of liked to see the Simpsons and family crossover event in the game and with starting quest where Peter crashed in to homer and the Simpsons family the quest called make Peter crashed

If I had only one wish for a new feature, it would be the ability to cancel a task. I’m OK with no payment whatsoever for the canceled task, as long as I can free a character that’s needed for something else.

A couple things…
Fix the screen sensitivity, as currently while you’re tapping to claim money and you ever so slightly smudge your finger on the screen, it goes rocketing into the forest. Perhaps reference The Simpson’s game as an example as it doesn’t do this.
Could it be possible to just choose a particular time, say 4 hours, and with one click everyone will do a 4 hour task [or round down if they don’t have a 4 hour task in their list]. A global feature like this would be helpful for times when there’s no mission-specific tasks for the game.

The one thing I’d love is to be able to choose what item I’m trying for of I’ve got multiple options which I could win from a single action. I had real issues collecting for Ida because Lois’ and Seamus’ tasks were also winning me things I needed for another quest.
It’s not such a concern in the “main” game, but when one of the quest lines is timed it suddenly becomes a real frustration.

I would like the game to be a bit harder and challenging. NOT in the way that I have to login even more times and click on something every hour, but a bit more challenging tasks. E.g., tapping away the valenines couples while they had different colored hearts over their head in a certain time limit was something you had to concentrate on and be fast to get it done. In the end, when the colors of the trousers also changed, it was way too easy too get rid of all couples within a fraction of the time limit.
Do something more challenging that requires some skill from the player. Maybe some mini puzzles in some arcade sytle, using sensors in your phone to hold something even …

Mostly the cute fences like in the Valentine’s quest, more picket fences, sidewalks that characters can walk on, not just streets. More tabs for organization (like seasonal, small decos, animated decos, paying houses, non-paying houses, decorated houses, etc.)

Tinyco please add a clam action for peter, he is a main character! Also a possible island in the ocean part of the map? More space, Opey, greased up deaf guy, a building that drops clams, a character “vault” (where a character and or costume gets put in for the chance to buy/ unlock? So even old characters can still be obtained but without sacrificing a new event spot.) more American Dad crossover, rodgers outfits, Star Wars, and if possible daily chance? I support Bunny’s idea, with the exception of event based deco grouping, how do you know which event had those nice white flowers? Here’s my view from last November:
I really wish they would make categories inside decorations: vegetation (bushes, trees, flowers), statues, creatures (animals, mummy bath, stay puft, etc.), vehicles (cars, spacecrafts, …), signs, buildings (potty, ATM, gardens, dog house, …) and real decorations (fireworks, columns, vending machines, spotlight, …); maybe more, you get the point.
Maybe buildings by districts/events as well. But it would be nicer to see building’s size on the overlay, and those outdated “drops stuff” should be removed, because it’s misinformation, it’ll likely to never drop that again.
Both in inventory and where you buy them, any shop (even the corner shops) have shelves for different stuff. Imagine going in to a supermarket and everything is in the order they received it from wholesale… Lol, but that’s essentially what the game does; even so they don’t always put new stuff at the end…
I’m tired of slowly scrolling through district 2 items when just looking for my spaceship for example. At the same time scrolling in general is weird. It’s hard to scroll just by one item, and it’s not possible to fling, a usual touch screen operation. It would be better if scrolling went downwards with stuff in multiple rows, like shelves.

My grouping for decos was more for the LARGE and Event themed only items. Like the Fire Hazard Bed, Lady of Ill Repute, ect.
Because I want ALL shrubs, flowers, and trees in one single grouping spot regardless of Event myself. 😉

Honestly as much as I love this game, it does feel cluttered at times. I like the idea people are saying of having a “collect all rent” button which would make money gathering so much easier. As for money also, maybe using in game currency to buy clams. I have so much money and nothing to do with it. The clams can be pricey so were not buying crazy amounts but to be able to buy clams with in game money would be nice. Also the inventory, have an event section where all event items are divided by their events. Also a chance to get missed people from events would be nice with reasonable quests and time limits to unlock them. Finally more animations!! I want to see characters do more than just disappear for hours.
