It’s been a crazy first week of the Mobsters Event, and now we are about to add to the Mix. Time to Upgrade the Mansion and see what new goodies are in store for our lil Mafia Town.

Everything for Week 2 will start once you Upgrade the Fatfather’s Mansion. (ie complete Mob Mentality Pt. 9.) Remember to do this you simply Tap on the Mansion in the District Area.
You’ll notice the Safehouse (Conseula’s Lemon Cookie Warehouse) is now gone. This will be replaced by Promoter Cleveland’s Vegas Area..more details to come on that…

Cleveland Jr.
Yup, as many of you have speculated since the update first hit….Cleveland Jr. is joining Quahog! Fitting considering Cleveland arrived in our games about a year ago via the Kingdom of the Full Moon Event. You’ll find Cleveland Jr. once you build the Brass Knuckle Emporium. Of course to unlock him you’ll need to collect…STUFF! (Surprise!) Here’s what you’ll need:
25 Math Books (Common)- Get From: The Slot Machine Obstacle (Promoter Cleveland’s Casino) OR Get from the Bouncer Obstacle (Promoter Cleveland’s Casino)
25 Golf Balls (Uncommon)- Get From: Atlantic City Gentleman’s Club OR Get by Clearing Cookie Delivery Truck
20 Tubas (Uncommon)- Get From: Clearing Girl Scout OR Get from Atlantic City Gentlemen’s Club
6 Ritalin (Rare)- Get From: Make Lois Kiss Peter’s Ring OR Get from Quahog Pawn Shop OR Get from Atlantic City Gentlemen’s Club OR Bruce Make Bathtub Gin

Remember: You’ll have until the Event Ends on July 9th to unlock him. If you don’t completely unlock him by the time the event ends he’ll disappear from the game and you’ll miss your chance to get him.
Fight Promoter Cleveland
Well we’ve got ourselves another skin for Cleveland this go round. Before we get into HOW to unlock him, there’s one very important note. So Pay Attention to this one…
Fight Promoter Cleveland does NOT include Cleveland’s Character. You MUST have Cleveland unlocked in order to use Fight Promoter Cleveland. However, IF you don’t yet have him and you unlock the costume it will remain in your inventory until you purchase Cleveland. You’ll be able to use the outfit once you get Cleveland in your Quahog.

So how do you unlock Fight Promoter Cleveland? This one’s going to be a tough one….to get Fight Promoter Cleveland you’ll need:
125 Boxing Gloves (Always Drops)- Get From: Gold Cookie Trucks (we’ll discuss these below) OR The Slammer
It’s going to take a bit of time to Unlock Fight Promoter Cleveland. Remember you have until July 9th (just under a month). Just play with patience and you’ll get there 🙂
Cleveland w/House (Character/Building): 400 Clams. Back again for the Event.
Mike Tyson- 260 Clams. Because what good is a Boxing Promoter without a Boxer to promote? Comes with a task to drop Luchador Masks.(FYI- his is NOT currently voiced in my game, clarifying is he is supposed to be or will later) Update Bunny: Mike IS voiced now in my game and it’s funny as Frack!!
Gold Cookie Trucks
So a new kind of Cookie truck will be hitting the streets of Quahog once Week 2 hits. Gold Cookie Trucks will appear in your town once every 24hrs. Once you see them in your town you’ll have 4 hours to clear them.
If you successfully clear them you’ll earn 5 Boxing Gloves. BUT if you don’t clear them before the 4hr timer runs out, they’ll disappear for that day. BUT they’ll be back. Remember you have the ENTIRE EVENT to keep clearing them.
Regular Purple Cookie Trucks: WILL still be there, just shuffled between Gurl Scouts now. So they will come and go. Waiting for more details on Gold Truck and will post when we have them, like if you need to be in game to start 4hr timer, if there will be notification, etc. Once WE get one, we will update too. 🙂
UPDATE BUNNY 245AM EST: Soooooo… I saw the elusive Gold Truck… for like 30 seconds in my game… then POOF… gone. I WAS quick enough to get a screenshot of it and it’s 6 “Wiseguy” Goon required. Reported it. Will update with response as I see it teased a lot of you too. Nobody messes with Bunny’s Karats. 😉

CASINO/All In Part 1
As several items are triggered by this, I just wanted to make a quick few notes. All in All triggers shortly after the Cookie Crumbles Pt. 1. This is basically introducing you to the New Casino Event Area Plot. In order to completely unlock ALL the items triggered by it, like the Buildings, you will need to complete the First Obstacle Run at the Casino.
Here are the results I got from MY game, yours may vary…
RAID #1
- “The Blackjack Obstacle”: You will have The Fatfather Plan Heist (8hrs). Rewards 5 Mob Rep
- “The Slot Machine Obstacle”: You will need FIVE Goons (Hire from Copahavana). Reward 30 Mob Rep & 4 Math Books.
- “The Bouncer Obstacle”: You will need THREE Sacks of Money (Get from Joe Offer Protection-4hrs OR Peter Search Couch for Spare Change-4hrs OR Quagmire Shake Down Clients). Reward 30 Mob Rep & 6 Math Books.
Raid 1 0f 3 Completed Reward: 1 Star, 150 Cookies & 30 Mob Rep
Geronimo’s Palace is the Grand Prize for getting all 3 Raids and Stars completed.
COPAHAVANA CHANGES/LUCHADORS/GURL SCOUTS
You will notice once you trigger Cookie Crumbles Part 1 that Luchador’s will now be available for HIRE in the Copahavana. As well as Gurl Scouts Roaming the Roads.
Luchador: Will Require ONE Luchador Mask Each to HIRE. They take one hour to “Process” in the queue. Just like the Goons, when one finishes another will start… depending on WHO is in the queue next. So they will go in order of HOW you hire them.
Luchador Masks: Can be obtained from Mike Tyson Tend to Pigeons OR Mike Tyson’s Boxing Ring OR Not-a-Front Laundry Mat OR Totally Legal Entrepreneur Conference Room OR Bonnie Take Herself Shopping OR Diabeto Take Candy From Strangers (Most of these can’t be triggered until All In Pt. is Completed as the Buildings involved are locked until then.)
Gurl Scouts: Luchadors will be used to rid Quahog Streets of “Fake Gurl Scouts”. I hope you got your roads where you can see them because these lil “Gurls” hauling a red wagon full of Cookies move FAST. They get to a spot, stay for just a moment, then off again quickly. So watch closely for them on your roads. I saw MAX of 3 in my town.
It will take TWO Luchador’s to clear 1 Gurl Scout. Similar to the Cookie Trucks, it is just a quick tap on the Gurl Scout to trigger the HIRE for the Luchador to come and defeat her. Reward is 30 Mob Rep & 50 Cookies OR 30 Mob Rep and a Tuba. (This varies by Player. I also have got 10 Mob Rep.)
You will also notice there is now a timer over the Copahavana letting you know how long until the CURRENT guy hired is complete.
NEW CHARACTER TASKS
There are a lot more tasks now triggered to earn Cookies and Mob Rep for Mort, Lois, Bonnie, Jerome, etc. We will have a full list in a post later.

Is there an issue with the Shady RV’s? I bought the first one with cookies and that gave me 6/6 goons. Then I bought the next one they made available today, which gives me 6/9 goons but I can’t hire/queue more than 6 goons at a time. Is that how it’s meant to work? In that I could free up three goons to wander around and then queue more (so I’d have 3 roaming and six queuing?) but why wouldn’t I use those three goons when they were ready (unless I was saving them for an obstacle, I guess).
It seems kind of pointless to even give you more than 6 goons if you can’t queue them as I generally use up my goons ASAP and then restart the queue – so I’ve effectively wasted 1000 cookies on an RV that has no real benefit. Great.
I may as well have used that 1k of cookies to but hedges for rep.

Yes… the Queue can only process 6 at a time, no matter your capacity. So you have to release some to be able to make more up to your capacity. Take a peek at our How To Post on the Goons for more details.

Got a golden van. Had 6 goons ready. Sent them to attack van. Game crashed. No more van. No more goons. No credit for attacking van.

So I logged into my game and saw the golden cookie truck, so of course I used my 6 goons to clear it. Mid animation; however, my game crashed. I re-opened my game to find out I was not rewarded any boxing gloves, and both the gold truck and my goons were gone. Is this a known bug, and is there any way I could get my boxing gloves?

What does boxing have to do with this mob even? I’ve enjoyed the 1st week of this event, but this week is IMO, off topic and way to “Clammy”. I don’t have a problem buying clams, but for every event that comes out, the glitches are getting worse and worse. Maybe TC needs to take some time from events and spend the time fixing this game.

I said the SAME thing to Bunny. I was like ummmm the Mob and boxing? Eh I don’t think that’s a match.
But I think…if you stretch it..they’re going with when you think of the Mob you often thing of Vegas, since the Mob built the city. And when you think of Vegas you think of Boxing. I think that’s the angle. Although personally I think of a lot of other things when I think of Vegas before Boxing, but I guess that’s the angle they’re playing.

It has to do with the mob fixing boxing cliché. When you watch old mob movies they were always fixing fights. Usually by making fighters take dives or claiming a huge chunk of the fighter’s purse when he wins. Also some promoters, like Don King, are considered mob-like in their corruption, hence Cleveland’s new skin.

The mob was heavily involved in boxing. Frankie Carbo, Blinky Palermo, and Truman Gibson were prime examples and were brought down by the Kefauver Committee in 1960.

Here is a little Mob 101 – *chuckle* The Mob has been in the fight business since there was a fight business. It is about gambling, which is one of the main sources of income for the Mob. Also, this game has a casino slant, and of course, the fighting in Vegas is legendary, and it is controlled by the Mob.
Therefore, boxing and the mob go together like casinos, lemon pledge and girl scout cookies! *grin*

I bought a second Shady RV and my capacity shows 6/9 but my queue will only let me queue up 6 goons. Am I doing something wrong?

No. You can only make 6 at a time. But you can have 9 in your town. So once 1 is done being “made” you can clear it and do another.

Some other changes that I noticed, the sports car has been replaced by what looks kinda like a 4X4, and the nightclub now has a progress bar above it to show you how far into the current thug it is. Ticks for completed guys appear to be faded behind it.

5 gloves per gold truck at once a day. That would require you to catch the truck 25 days before the event ends. With 27 days left, that would be a very small margin of”error”. Unless you wanna dish out the clams for a premium building, this would be crazy hard to obtain. Why does TC always do this? Make everything obviously be a cash grab. Don’t they at least play their own game to know when something is ridiculously unattainable? After a lot of people lash out, they will later make changes that would satisfy people. My opinion, they do this intentionally. Make things so hard that it would force those willing to dish out the clams to spend them. Then make it easier for those that don’t concede and make it look like they are listening to their players. Win win for both scenarios for them.

Am I missing something, I have non of this stuff? My mansion just says “check back later to upgrade”.
I’m guessing its because I havent finished the consuelas warehouse yet (because The medicine just wont drop for diabeto. Got 8 tacos before 8 medicine, when I only had 1 person on Tacos… Lol). Just looking for confirmation. :S

I had a gold truck there when I got up this morning and was able to send my goons to fight it but after a few seconds of them fighting it the game crashed. Was able to get back in and my goons were still there but the truck was gone. Am still on pt 3 of the warehouse (stupid dog food) so not sure if that had something to do with it.

Actually after my previous comment I saw ur info on when the quest lines start. Also my goon capacity does say 9/9 it is just that queue only shows 6.
It is annoying that I have 9 goons with nothing do with no trucks… But then until I complete an obstacle run I cannot get masks for luchadors anyway. So the only annoyance is that I can’t get fedoras for clearing trucks while waiting.

So there’s nothing any of us below the top 50K can do then? We just have to accept that we won’t get the Don Corleone character? Why spend my money? It WONT let me catch up unless i spend 100 dollars or more. Even then it probably won’t help me. It’s still that one thing that’s forever lost to us with the top 100 players somehow having 20k or more mob hats. This isn’t fair. I wouldn’t have the Kirk character from last event if i hadn’t wanted those Star Trek characters. So they’re really not gonna give in then. Well i’ll see this event to what likely will leave me with a stupid house decoration, but that’s it. I didn’t sign up for League of Legends, but apparently these invisible players that requested it did.

Already fed up with this event again. Can’t upgrade, cause I still have to finish collecting sstuff for Diabeto… In order to collect stuff for him, I need Mort to NOT be such a greedy pain in the rear end.
Once again my personal droprates for ‘uncommon’ are more like ‘extra rare’, took me 2 days to even get the first 3 bags of dogfood, so I’ll probably need 3 days for the 4 bags now. *insert angry face here*
Tried contacting TinyCo from the game, but I have the feeling that they’ll never-ever respond to that again, as they never closed my previous ticket (they never even responded to me in a proper way on that ticket)..
I’m not gonna make a very expensive intercontinental phone call, I don’t have a twitter-account, I don’t use facebook.. Is there anything else I can do to complain to them that they still need to fix the “extra rare” ‘uncommon’ droprates (at least for me)? And about that ticket they never closed.

I am confused… Can you guys help?
I have no trucks in my town so I cannot use goons. Cannot clear the scouts as I have no luchadors… Which I cannot get until I use the goons already made. Also need masks to get luchadors… When does All In Pt 1 trigger so I can get the buildings required for masks?
Also I just purchased a second shaft rv van but I still seem to have a limit of 6 goons? What was the point of those 1000 cookies?

For Cookie Truck, there is a Queue and there is Capacity. Queue is those “processing” to hire. Capacity is total in town. You can ONLY “Process” 6 at a time no matter your Capacity. Release some to make more til you reach Capacity.

Sorry, I guess it’s very hard to advise as people will judge things differently, but do you think Mike Tyson is worth the clams? I am tempted by him, especially if he can help in the event. I was saving my clams for the rest of the event, I don’t really want any other clam items at the moment and I would still have quite a few left, but I probably won’t be able to add much more if they add other things. It’s also worth noting(I didn’t buy the clam RV so maybe people already know), having the extra RV still only allows you to queue 6 thugs at a time. In order to get 9 or more, you will need at least 3 to finish in the queue, and then add more to it.

I am still debating on whether or not to get him. Remembering the days when premium characters cost 500 and even once 600 clams so 260 looks OK. I will probably land up getting him. I don’t buy all the premium characters, but he is one I wouldn’t mind roaming around my Quahog.

I’ll try again tomorrow morning, but if it’s the same, I’m going to have to just give up for a while. Really wish they’d test their stuff before releasing it.

Too funny! I just noticed that the chihuahua in front of the Copahavana now jumps off the chair, eats and drinks, than pees and takes a dump! The animations in this game kill me!

Yeah. The gold truck is bugged. I send my goons for it and after few secs game crashes to home screen ( on iPhone). Restart and it’ll pop a few secs later , cycle repeats

Had my first gold truck pop up. Sent my 6 goons after it like required. The game then froze and forced me to restart. Went back in and gold truck is gone and my 6goons are back in the club house. Not sure if this has already been brought up or not but looks like Cleveland is not going to be possible to get by event end with this glitch.

Exactly same scenario happened to me. Now I haven’t seen ANY type of cookie truck since 😦
I’ve had no problems with this event up until now. Sent an in game msg to them hope it’s an easy fix as it’s severely hurting my progress

Do not tap the gold truck unless you have 6 goons ready to take it down. I did, just to see what was required and it disappeared. Wish tiny co could have shared that pretty important info in their FAQ 😡

I got a gold truck!
But I clicked on it, it said I needed 6 goons.
Went to hire more goons, came back and it poofed,..
I’m assuming it was s glitch 🙂

I had a gold truck – it was there for about 25 seconds. It required 6 mob guys to defeat.
I went to see how many I had in my queue, and when I came back out it hung out for a few seconds… Then poof! Gone.
I have not yet upgraded the mansion.

Quick clarification question regarding the golden trucks… So the way I read it, their only payout is boxing gloves. The boxing gloves are only used to obtain boxing promoter Cleveland (at least in this point in the game) So if you have no intention of getting promoter Cleveland, there is no real need to clear out golden trucks?

Some strange fact: i saw a Golden Cookie Truck. Tapped on it, but had only 5 of 6 Goons. Then…the Truck just dissapeared😳
And now i have 6 of 6 Goons, but haven’t Golden Truck…😔 will he return or my daily gloves are gone?😭

Well I got a gold truck at last but when I clicked it crashed my game. Got back in immediately, gold truck still there, but you need 6 goons to clear it and less than a minute later it was gone. This is hardly a 4 hour window to clear it. Considering that my previous visit was about 1 hour earlier – and the gold truck was definitely not present – I am feeling a little peeved that I may have missed out for today.

Just had a gold truck show up. It wanted 6 goons to clear it. It lasted about a minute, now it’s gone, presumably glitched.
So 4 hours to clear once you spot it, and using 6 goons which take 3 hours to generate. And that’s assuming you don’t have any luchadors in the queue. That 2nd RV looks like it’s going to be essential.

Sigh. I messaged them, but after days of my app crashing I finally got in after the new patch. Just saw a gold truck and attacked it with my 6 goons. The attack completed and my app crashed. Went back in to see no goons, no truck, and no boxing gloves to show for it. smh.

NOOOOO. had my first gold truck turn up. It needs 6 goons to get rid of it but every time I tried it crashed my game. 7 tries I had and now it hasn’t returned. Very very sad face 😓😓😓😓

Well lots more to keep us busy this week and for once I don’t have a should I/should I not buy the premium character fight going on in my head. Know some of you are excited but there’s no decision to agonise for me as I definately don’t want Mike Tyson in my town so I can relax and just work away.
Just a little query though girls, my gold truck showed up when I went in my game then it disappeared in front of my eyes seconds later and no sign of it since, certainly no 4hr chance to get it. Any advice as to what I’ve maybe done wrong here?
Hope all the you players who were locked out are back in business. Good have you all back.
Oh and the sun is shining, that’s something of a rarity in Scotland.

Is there a knwon bug with the Gold Truck ? I checked my game at 7, no Gold, next check at 8 and there he was (1 hour). So I scrolled to the club to check for goons, scrolled back and the Truck was gone…….

All of my rival cookie trucks are gone, no purple ones or gold, I have goons ready to take down trucks but they are all gone, WTD!!!
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I now have 9 goons walking the streets with nothing to take down.

But I do have a new question, On the screen where you see the 3 trophies (to check your Mob Ranking) There is a 1% symbol, My current rank is 306 (at least until todays updated rankings come out) any idea what the 1% thing is all about?

Give it time to refresh. Force Close your app to refresh it if needed. If doesn’t go away after a while, let them know.

Same here (only 4 tasks in menu). I’ve also finished part one of Cookie Crumbles. Messaged TinyCo. Hopefully they’ll respond as at this point I’m basically stuck. Last time I reported an issue it took them over a week to reply.
