Hey there Toady Roadies!
Phase 5 hit our games and a few days later, so did a True Fan Challenge and another Bonus Questline. In this post, we will be looking at that Bonus Questline.
Just like the previous one, the Additional “Bonus” questline takes a lil bit more than the usual Questlines to complete and can be more Challenging, but awards a bit more on the Payout with some Bonuses. Including 5 Clams upon completion of it all. The Second Bonus Questline is Becoming A Superstar.
Let’s take a look at Becoming A Superstar and all you will encounter along the way.
Remember, this triggers for Phase 5 so if you are not there yet… you won’t see it. Also, as it states in the very first pop up, the Clams will not arrive until you complete the ENTIRE Questline.
Another trigger point, Attack of the Mecha Astley Pt. 3, so make sure you have this completed in order to be able to see Becoming A Superstar.
As this is a more Challenging “Bonus” Questline… it will be a work in progress for me to complete. Mostly held up by Spawns/Cool Downs. I got to wait for them too. No way around it. So, I will complete the info as I get to it in my own game. Also keep in mind that many of these tasks may be TEMPORARY, that means you will not see them until you trigger them in the Questline. 😉
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 1
Avril starts
Defeat Mecha Astley- 
Your Requirements will depend on where YOU are in the Levels of the Mecha Astley. This is a complete take down to ZERO Hearts Defeat.
Clear 3 Gold Robots-
This one you just need to Defeat him at 1X to get 3, so if you complete the one above you will be set. You will also need to earn 3 Wrenches and Train 3 Mechanics at 30mins each
Have Meg Look for Flashy Outfits- 4hrs, Earns 2
, 30xp
Completed Task Earns 25 Glowsticks, 1 Concert Ticket
, 2 Skull Guitar Picks 
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 2
Avril starts
Perform 2 Rock Side Shows- 
Each Show Requires 2hrs and 1 Microphone along with at least One Available Character (Rockstar Peter, Alice Cooper, Avril Lavigne, Goth Chris)
Have Avril Lavigne Write New Songs- 2hrs, Earns 1, 20xp
Completed Task Earns 35 Glowsticks, 2 Concert Ticket, 4 Skull Guitar Picks
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 3
Avril starts
Defeat Mecha Astley- Your Requirements will depend on where YOU are in the Levels of the Mecha Astley. This is a complete take down to ZERO Hearts Defeat.
Clear 6 Gold Robots- This one you need to Defeat him at 2X to get 6 or twice at 1x, so if you complete the Part 1 followed by again for Part 3 you will be set. You will also need to earn 6 Wrenches and Train 6 Mechanics at 30mins each
Have Meg Try a Trendy Diet- 6hrs, Earns 2, 45xp
Completed Task Earns 45 Glowsticks, 3 Concert Ticket, 6 Skull Guitar Pick
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 4
Avril starts
Perform 3 Rock Side Shows- Each Show Requires 2hrs and 1 Microphone along with at least One Available Character (Rockstar Peter, Alice Cooper, Avril Lavigne, Goth Chris)
Have Avril Lavigne Instigate a Riot- 24hrs, Earns 8, 100xp
Completed Task Earns 55 Glowsticks, 4 Concert Ticket, 8 Skull Guitar Pick
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 5
Avril starts
Defeat Mecha Astley- Your Requirements will depend on where YOU are in the Levels of the Mecha Astley. This is a complete take down to ZERO Hearts Defeat.
Clear 9 Gold Robots- This one you need to Defeat him at 3X to get 9 or at 1X and 2X. If you complete the Part 1, followed by again by Part 3, then now Part 5 you will be set. You will also need to earn 9 Wrenches and Train 9 Mechanics at 30mins each
Have Lois Rip T-shirt Sleeves- 6hrs, Earns 2, 45xp
Completed Task Earns 65 Glowsticks, 4 Concert Ticket, 10 Skull Guitar Pick
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 6
Avril starts
Perform 3 Pop Side Shows- 
Each Show Requires 4hrs and 3 Microphone along with at least One Available Character (Makeover Meg, New Brian, Rick Astley)
Have Chris Eat a Large Ham- 8hrs, Earns 80
, 50xp
Completed Task Earns 75 Glowsticks, 6 Concert Ticket, 12 Skull Guitar Pick
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 7
Avril starts
Defeat Mecha Astley- Your Requirements will depend on where YOU are in the Levels of the Mecha Astley. This is a complete take down to ZERO Hearts Defeat.
Clear 12 Gold Robots- This one you need to Defeat him at 4X. If you complete the Part 1, followed by again by Part 3, then Part 5, and now Part 7 you will be set. You will also need to earn 12 Wrenches and Train 12 Mechanics at 30mins each
Have Avril Lavigne Fight Polar Bearshark- 12hrs, Earns 4, 65xp
Completed Task Earns 85 Glowsticks, 7 Concert Ticket, 14 Skull Guitar Pick
Becoming A Superstar Pt. 8
Avril starts
Perform 4 Pop Side Shows- Each Show Requires 4hrs and 3 Microphone along with at least One Available Character (Makeover Meg, New Brian, Rick Astley)
Have Belgard Reminisce about Home Country- 2hrs, Earns 1, 20xp
Completed Task Earns 5 Clams

There you have it. Another “Bonus” Questline to Challenge us in the PeterPalooza Event and give us more Bonus Materials and FREE CLAMS! WOOHOO!

I don’t think I will quite have enough time to get the clams, but this quest line is REALLY helpful for the concert tickets! Starting part 6 now, and having checked here I will save any wrenches/mechanics (which are like gold dust!) from now until I reach part 7 so hopefully I have time to get the 14 extra tickets which will be more than enough for the ‘remaining crafts’ (grease fountain and dj booth).

when Ricardo and Rick Astley are unlocked do they BOTH come wit their own questlines each as well?…just patiently waiting for you girls’ walkthrough posts lol😂i know there’s only 6 days left in this event, but at the moment i’m totally lost and VERY confused on what all i should be focusing on each at a time so i highly doubt i’ll get to unlock the rest of these characters when they’re released…

Yes, and due to TinyCo expressed ALL the side questlines from unlocking a Character continued on AFTER the Event… they were not as priority as some other info. That and Ricardo took a LOT to unlock, especially with the Holiday weekend. So I am a lil behind. I have the info… but trying to get out the priority stuff first. 😉

Wow. Doubt I can get through that second clam quest, not that I won’t try…. I’ll be starting phase 6 too late, probably.

They are making you work a lot harder for those 5 clams in this one! I am in the same spot as the others, Part 4, but like them, it doesn’t make sense to send her on a 24 hour task the day of a new phase. In fact, I am keeping all the usual suspects on short tasks, except for the mecha battling Peter and Astley, figuring the worst that can happen is I am 4 hours behind on a task.

Not really as it basically follows all of the items you are doing anyway in the game. So you get MORE Materials too. So for those needing Tickets, Glowsticks, and Picks… it can be a great help for just doing what they need for the Phase anyway. 🙂

This info is so helpful, thanks!! Stopped on part 4 because I didn’t want to take Avril out of the game for 24 hours with a new phase about to show up.

Same case with me. It’s way too risky to lose a character for a whole day, when a new phase is about to kick in.
