WHAT THE DEUCE… I want more lil Decoration. I’m seeing a ton of really cool things I want in my game. Trees, bushes, sidewalks, dirt, fences… PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me more PERMANENT Decorations from this event!!
WHAT THE DEUCE… Someone had to go on a drunk driving rampage and knock out Internet for a lot of businesses and homes. Come on people. If you’re gonna drink, at least act like an adult and take a cab. NOTHING is worth driving under influence. Nothing at all. Risking your life and all those innocent bystanders is just… well… stupid.

Family Guy Addicts 
I absolutely hate this event. I think after I unlock Patrick Pewterschmidt (I like Patrick) I’m not even going to try hard to unlock anything else affiliated with the event, cause possibly the last person is Death’s Mom that’s saved for the last week of the event. Hate how we have to waste time saving Lois, just about all my characters turn into werewolves except Chris, Peter, Herbert, Lois, Vinny, & Human Rupert. Things are too expensive, don’t like the timer when trying to unlock characters and house skins. I really hope they don’t do this again cause it seems they’re trying to get people to spend money on clams. Instead of making the event enjoyable it seems they’re trying to find some way to make money.

WTD?? 600 movie reels for a deco? Do you know what that must translate to in clams?? Are they kidding? There’s no reason to make the last item at every phase so expensive. It’s really taking the fun out of the game. Slasher cat was fine but every one after that was ridiculously expensive. I didn’t get the Buddy Cianci or Petergeist skins and I’m not getting the Rainbow Barf Creature. I’m just disappointed because in past events I’ve usually been able to accumulate everything I wanted but not this time. They’re asking too much for virtual toys. If I’m going to spend that much time and/or money for an item give me something I can put on a shelf for all to admire!

Yes, yes now that I’ve got a decent amount of silver cannonballs and the concession stand prices are somewhat stable and reasonable they decide to cut down on werewolves and vampires making soda collection a pain. Ugh. It’s like they have daily meetings on what d**k move they can come up with next.

What the deuce when the timer started for the school skin before I even got the 2 item unlocked I can get it now? Because of a glitch in the game? Lois was still locked when the timer started told them that and they said I can’t get it.

Strange glitch kinda thing happening. Stewie, consuela, and carter will not let me store them in inventory. Must have something to do with being able to be a werewolf.

Is it a known bug that the pumpkins hitting the headless horsemen doesn’t do anything? Twice now I’ve shot them and the horsemen were purple, and they just stand there for a moment after the pumpkin is shot and then ride away.

What is the HP on the horseman? Keep in mind they take TWO hits to lil at 25 damage each time. If it says 50HP top right corner when you tap on him… you have never hit him. If it says 25, then you already hit him once and just need to one more time.

It said 25hp when I shot him. I thought that might be the problem so I hit the same one 3 times and nothing.

It seems to have fixed itself when the movie changed, they’re now going down after 2 shots like they’re meant to.

Kind of frustrated, how can I get ahead when all my characters that give me the silver ball are werewolves .

Worse. Event. Ever.
So far behind and am a regular premium player. This event is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no rhyme or reason for how many sodas or popcorn one needs to get movie reels. Glasses collection is all over the place. And now I’m stuck on the quest line until I get SB Lois which will take me at least another week. This is really slow going and not fun anymore. I’m truly close to deleting this app. I’m going to see how the Christmas event goes but if it’s anything like this I’m done for good.

WTD!?! Went into my concession stand, realizing prices change & usage of different items (popcorn v soda) changes; however, tonight I see the option to get 10 reels for 20 sodas or 10 reels for 25 sodas!! C’mon man!! I’m willing to accept a lot of the ‘quirks’ of this game that seem like glitches, but this event just seems so poorly designed it gets harder & harder each day to recommend the game to my friends. It gets even harder to ignore things and keep coming back (I used to be a premium player until Mobster nightmares).

Side note: some of those options can only be used once. So you see more than one option to gather reels. Of course we’ll pick the better options first. I’ve seen this all event. Started with me seeing both 60 & 80 popcorn option for Reels

I’ve had an 80 popcorn thing that cost 30 popcorn. I had to check it a few times to make sure I’m reading it right. And when I got it, it was really 30.

I am soooo gar behind and I play this game religiously! I’m still trying to get slasher bait lois and it has taken forever! I’m so frustrated with this event bc it seems to never reward it’s players. Also… if I wasn’t reading posts from family guy addicts, I would have never had a chance at unlocking megs friend who is utterly useless bc my xp is maxed and I have over 1 million coins…). I had to barely get Ester by paying up my hard earned clamp bc lois was still projections away. I’m just so frustrated with this game. Here we are a couple days from phase 4 and I’m on phase 2 with 2 sodas and 200 popcorns….

I’m very upset about the game I had a lot of popcorn and sodas but it wouldn’t let me get reels just stayed on the one with the candy bars and I had a lot of pumpkins to be able to get candy bars but never gave me a headless horseman but had been given alot until the last prize Peters house I probably could have gotten it but it wouldn’t give me the option for more reels I have spent a lot of money but I couldn’t spend anymore to buy it and now the timer is gone and so is the prize but as soon as the prize expired then the horsemen came out I don’t think that’s fair to force us to buy it when there a chance to win it should be able to stay open till the next quest or at least let us have more options to try and get it! Just my opinion! Love this game very addict but I’m spending way to much to be disappointed!

WTD – the number of hours needed for the glasses is jumping around. At first most of the characters needed 4 hours to complete. Bonnie, on the other hand needed 12. Then Bonnie needed 24 hours along with GB Cleveland. I just put Chris in for the task and it’s at 2 hours. What gives?

What’s up with the Werewolves? First they were overwhelming, now they are near non-existent. I’m Still stuck on getting Slasher Lois. Cannot get reels because I can’t get sodas because no werewolves to be found. They need to find a middle ground between these extremes. I cannot get anywhere in this event, have never been this far behind, this is nothing but pure frustration. As bad as that miserable Mob event was, this event is actually worse for me, which I didn’t think possible…. ughhhhhhh

So.. have finally gotten to the part where I need reels for Lois. With that said, I have missed one day (the first one) and I usually log in about 8 times a day, and much more in the weekends. Having a hard time to collect reels beacuse things get better at part three, and I cant get to part three just yet beacuse I need the outfit for Louis.
I totaly agree that you might need to pay some clams to get stuff, but this event has been a bit over the top. Only way to move on is hitting werewolfs, and that is going slooow, and half the items in the store is premium. Hell, I spend a lot of money in this game on every event, buy characters – but this time its so much taht I really dont feel like buing anything…
(60 reals for a decorative three, and 100 for a character – logic?)
bad english. but I just had to type out my frustations, log in and hopefully (in 5 hours) get more canonballs…

So bored with this game while waiting to get Slasher Lois. Just patiently checking back and waiting for my cannons and water balloon launchers to build so I can earn more reels…booooooooring! Need her to advance on all my quest lines – slow moving right now.

First was Slasher Cat, now Buddy Cianci Prom Night from the Movie Projection Booth, as I was NOT able to get either of the two items I wanted, but I have done the best I could. Will you have these items available before the event ends? I did NOT like both the Slasher Cat full character & Buddy Cianci Prom Night being timed & difficult, & now both have expired. This was hard getting the film reels from the Concession Stand, as I have worked as hard as I could, trying to get them exchanged as much as possible. Please do something about this Death at the Drive-In event, thank you very much!

So a free box pops up from Ollie, and I win 25 water balloons. That will help me get popcorn. That will help me get … nothing. Cant’ get werewolves to spawn, so i can’t get reels to get to phase 3, where things are apparently better. Sigh. This used to be a fun game, now not so much.

Just great! I finally collect enough reels to get SB Lois and attempt to catch up on this event but I can’t use the outfit because Lois is stuck being chased by slasher cat. When I click on her I get an error that says “Could not find close button ‘button_close’ “. I did download the latest update from the App Store just prior to this so I’m sure it’s something to do with that. I want to report it to TC but I already have an open, unanswered problem (one of my characters up and left my game) and I’m not sure if you can send more than one at a time. I’ve never said this before but I’m about ready to quit this game til the event is over. I’m back to work tomorrow and as such my available gaming time is going to be greatly reduced. I don’t think I’ll be able to catch up at this point.

So after about four or five times of completely restarting the app then walking away from it for about ten minutes the problem seems to have resolved itself. Whew! Here’s hoping it doesn’t happen again.

Definitely send it. If you can’t message, use the Email. FYI… most the time Close Button can be resolved by an uninstall/reinstall. So if your game is saved to an email or facebook so you can log back in and LOAD the saved file… you can try that.

I have a complaint about events (Ik super original)
Whilst I love the endless stream of content that is so loving and fun for this game it’s beginning to overwhelm me to the point where events become a problem for my town
E.g not enough space or things look out of place
I have started to skip events witch is what I did with tsto and then I just ended up deleting tsto all together
Plz plz plz more districts I find them much less pressuring and for ocd people like me I really hate not finishing getting a charecter and there is a serious rush when it comes to events
I’m going to stop before my fingers bleed

Umm.. Where are the ghosts we’re supposed to tap 32 of? Only 4 have showed up so far since the weekly challenge started with just 2 days left to do it.

Same happened to me… Every creature except ghosts has come out since Friday… No way to complete the challenge or move forward with the main quest… N yeah no response via in game support oand still no ghosts.
Super unfair 2 base a challenge on items that aren’t there…😕

Yeah I had issues to only had like 20 show up the whole time and with only 2 hrs to go the only way to get them would have been to use clams to speed up and the response I got from TinyCo after the week 2 challenge debacle there was no way in hell I was doing that.

I’ve given up on the weekly challenges in this Halloween event. Week 2 challenge hit the bats, well I only had vamps spawn once right at the begining of phase 2 then the timer issue started so nothing was coming out my movie screen. TinyCo fixed it but it was to late. I messaged them and asked what was going to be done about this and they said they were sorry but couldn’t award a prize if it wasn’t earned….REALLY??!! How the heck are you suppose to earn the prize when you can’t play due to their error!! So because of their problem I didn’t get the zombie fence and can’t get the grand prize. Now my devices, yes I said devices are crashing and if I’m in the middle of changing characters back to normal it’ll crash and I go back in and their werewolves again and it hasn’t given me my cannonballs back. TinyCo needs to get their crap together!! Just like the swamp monster thing some ppl got it but wasn’t intended to cause it was a glitch. It needs to be made avail to everyone.

Yeah and the rate in my game(not sure of everyone else)in week 3 challenge there was no way to get 32 swirling ghost unless I used clams to speed up the timer to get through nuns, vamps and horseman.

My Bitch Brian has been missing for almost a week. His machine is in my inventory and I brought it out thinking it might trigger him but he didn’t appear. I noticed he is also missing from the Facespace page. I contacted TinyCo but so far I haven’t received a response. I don’t like characters just disappearing from my game. Maybe he will show up soon.

He’s gone missing from my game too, for about the same length of time. I also contacted Tiny Co. but have yet to hear back. (It was only yesterday I wrote them though so I’m not surprised.) Hopefully this will be remedied soon. I’m just glad it’s not one of the ‘main’ characters as I’m far enough behind on this event as it is.

Even though this is not a WTD, I figured this might be the best place to put this post, but I wanted to encourage the people that are still trying to get Lois and are frustrated at their lack of progress, that once you get Lois, you move pretty quickly until you hit the pet store. I obtained the first four items in page 3 faster than I was able to get through the first 2 on page 2, and where I could not stay on top of collecting silver balls, garlics, and sodas, they started stocking up as well. So it does get better!

It’s totally frustrating how my characters are constantly changing into werewolves, and I have to constantly craft cannonballs ON TOP of the pumpkin launchers AND crossbows just because i’m sick of seeing those nuns.

I have to say that I love this game and have been playing since the ComiCon event last year. But I have been noticing that everything is costing clams now. I am not too sure about others, but I am not dropping $1000 a week on the mass amount of stuff. Not to mention that it won’t have a use after this event. I have Freddy Kruger who takes 1 day to get a pair of glasses. In any event I just had to get that off of my chest.
One other note as I am typing, the werewolves are starting to tick me off. I have been trying to get death for 3 weeks now and every time I know Louis, Quagmire, or Bonnie is done with the he sickle quest, they are turned and then I have to wait for another couple of hours to get the silver……. Aaaaarrrrrr

Honestly there is too much to to… Like I don’t know what I should focus on….. Honestly don’t think I will ever get Death cause it’s been way over a week and haven’t got any Scythes -_- I thought this even would be funny, but I was wrong. It’s annoying me. They just want you to spend money.

Does TinyCo even read these? If many, as in a large percentage, are experiencing issues, it should be addressed. Sooner rather than later on timed events. In game help takes on average 5 working days to get back to you and in most cases, it’s via automated response. I see many talking about turning the game off until after the event. No relief equates to unhappy players. Not quite ready to shut off yet but it’s getting close to that point.

Yes. And in Phase 3 I am seeing differences. Esther was a cheaper Clam buyout and easier to obtain. Same with Death’s Dog. Reels come along a lot quicker as exchange is better.
TinyCo has Tiny in their name for a reason. They’re tiny. Small group. NOTHING like the monster game houses out there with locations worldwide and outsourced help call centers worldwide. Just them. In house. It will take time. Automated means they’re flooded with messages and have to clear it out fast to help ONLY those in need. Think of the hundreds of repeat questions I go through here daily. Now amplify that by a million players who message 5, 6, or 7 times about same question each. Getting the picture? They’ve got to do automated as most find the answer and helps not needed. It why it asks “still an issue”? If there is, write back and stay in queue. If not, then that’s less messages for them to answer. Making sense?
This is why I focus “hate” in one place. People got stuck, yes… but myself as well as many others commenting on the helpful posts and even here are saying it’s turning back to better. Also a lot of my posts answer those repeat questions people write to them on. So in a way my site is helping keep their system intake amount down. My WTD focused all “frustrations” in one place. My tech response alerts them to a growing issue. Saves having to go through thousands of emails. They know right away and can jump on patch right away.
Problem is everyone wants INSTANT NOW NOW NOW changes and answers. It’s not so simple. Give it time and changes take place. Things get put in motion. Always look at the bigger picture. Micro analyze nothing but misery, frustration, and feed into frenzy of hate… and that’s all you see. 😉

Maybe TinyCo should do some hiring and upgrade to SmallCo. Get a team on finding that bloody memory leak. It appears to be in th part that syncs your actions to the server periodically. Nothing to do with animations as they claim in their help pages.

Not liking this new way of creating movie reels. I have 171 popcorns and all I’ve been getting the option to do is 32 sodas for 10 reels. Four times in a row now thats the only option I’ve gotten. It’s taking me so long to earn cannon balls to slay werewolves….arrrgghhh!!!! I’m about to turn into a werewolf. And where’s Pinhead??!!!

I can only use sodas at the concession. I am collecting popcorn. It just has no option to use it.

WTD…at the moment the game is way more frustrating than fun. I am still in level 8, still need 12 reels for the witch tree, so couldn´t even start collecting for Slasher Bait Lois. Getting reels is an absolute nightmare! I only have the option to trade 32 sodas for 10 reels, that´s it, Meanwhile I have almost 200 useless popcorn. And then I see level 12 is 30 popcorn for 5 or 25 sodas for 10 reels plus the chocolate bar option? The first week I was 1 day behind because of getting slasher cat (in the events before I was on time), now it feels like TinyCo wants to tell me not to even try anymore.
Maybe I should just cancel the event and log in to the game after November, 5th…this just isn´t challenging, it´s a war against wind mills.

I would expect children to go from one extreme to the other, but I certainly didn’t expect it from adults.
I have gone from 12 werewolves and Quagmire actually turning while I had his task page open – to now ZERO werewolves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It took Tiny Co an entire week to go from one extreme to the absolute opposite. Ever hear of moderation?
If you are trying to make every player of this game ticked off – you all have succeeded.

What the deuce. This game isn’t fun anymore. Bring back the old days were you actually had to get stuff for characters you know the quest for stuff? Now its all about buying overpriced buildings and buying characters out right that will never be used again. Where is the fun in that. At least last year we were able to get stuff for freddy Krueger, this year doubtful to get any cool horror villains without dishing out an arm and a leg (no pun intended) for clams. And i wont even get into how extremely hard it is to get reels, I’m averaging about 20-30 a day witch is not enough to progress. I’ve been with this game since the start, and i never thought I’d say this but it’s not fun anymore boring unless you spend money on clams that i cant afford. Oh well thanks for the site and all the updates, the only way to understand this game. Goodbye tinyco. In the past two years you managed to squeeze 100 dollars out of me on clams, now keep the cash grab going so you can lose more freemium players like me.

I have a similar issue, except I still need 50 reels to get Lois!! First I am locked out of the game all day because of their error, now I get back in and have 7 cannons ready to go, and only 1 werewolf! The way I see it, there is no way for me to catch up, and it sucks, because this is the first time since I started playing I was nowhere near ready for the upgrade. Usually I am waiting for the upgrade to start. This time, I am going to take another day to get Lois, then wait 24 hours until the school skin expires so I can access the third page of stuff. Hopefully I can stock pile stuff and hit the ground running,
