First up, the Basics
- Players will need to have completed Pt. 8 of the Phase 1 main Questline A New Excellent Adventure
- Players will need to be on the App Market Version 1.48.3 in order to see the event. (Live so far on iOS & Google, the others take about 24hrs+ to update… iOS may need to search for it on main App Page)
- Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s complete.
- Players will only see this on the Mobile App Version (iOS, Google, Amazon, Facebook). NOT Windows Stand Alone
- PLAY THE GAME! Items unlock in stages and as you progress, so if you do not see an item it is most likely you have not progressed far enough in the Main Questline to unlock it. Check details below for more specifics on unlock points
- Don’t have a TON of Tasks open in your Task Menu. If you have too many open, no new ones can arrive. (Keep it under 10). If you do not see new Tasks popping up, clear out some incomplete Tasks already on your List to make room for more.

You will trigger them and learn about them once you reach More Excellent Adventures Pt. 2. You will find them in the Renaissance Playspace. These are the Bad Guys you will need to use Characters to clear.
Tap on one wandering around to bring up the Payout and Character used info, and tap on GO to be taken to Character. Or… just pull up the Task on the Character themselves. Please note you must pull Quagmire from Tan Lines or the Inventory to use him.

PHONE BOOTH TIME MACHINE
In the lower right corner of your game screen, you will see 3 additional icons next to your shopping cart. The one in the middle being the Phone Booth. You will use this area to “travel” to places and acquire items to further help you along in the game.
As the game progresses, more locations will unlock for you to travel to. The first location you will see will be Colonial America, the 2nd is the new area Renaissance.
To go to Renaissance Playspace, just select it from the Phone Booth Time Machine screen, the button will turn to a green “EXCELLENT”, tap on green button, you will now be taken to an alternate play area.
You will notice MANY hammers to “repair” places as you progress.
Renaissance Locations:
General Store (Craft Area): Here is where you can trade items, such as Plague Rats to use in the Renaissance Playspace. It will take 2hrs to turn 2 Plague Rats into a Plague Wine. You can create up to 6 Plague Wine at a time. Each one will sit until the one before it is complete, then autostart creation. (Please note you can also still trade Tea Bags for Tea Crates in this area).
Da Vinci Workshop: Here is where you will find Leonardo Da Vinci. He is NOT timed so place him ASAP to start getting his drops.

RETURN TO QUAHOG: Just tap on the Phone Booth Icon in the lower right corner of the game screen. You will see option for QUAHOG appear in the Phone Booth Time Machine Screen. Select it, then the green EXCELLENT button.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Think of this as a “CHECK LIST” of items you will unlock, tasks you will perform, or things you will need to do to help earn Renaissance Time Capsules and other items for the Event.
You can get to the current Achievements Check List Screen by tapping on the Time Capsule Icon in the lower right corner of the game screen and Week 2 Tasks will appear – please note it’s also worth completing Week 1s as you can trade Colonial Time Capsules for the new Renaissance Time Capsules.
Once you complete an Achievement, just tap on “CLAIM” button next to it to gain your reward.
To go quickly to location of Achievement you need to complete, tap on the “GO” icon next to it.

For the blueprints… does it make sense to unlock the Body Sculpting Gym or Last Supper Restaurant first?
Is one of them required in the main questline?

You’ll need unlock Last Supper Resteurant first to complete Pt. 7 of main Questline then Body Sculpting Gym for Part 8.

Doesn’t really make sense to attack Khan at 5x level – since you can save those 12 plague wines (get 3 more) and attack up to 4x level (needs 15 total wine – 1+2+4+8) which gets more total items then trying to attack at 5x level. Plus this’ll allow more overall attacks which will help to get more time capsules. Not to mention how long it’ll take to create all of that wine. After a few tries up to level 4 you might have enough saved to attack at 5x – but time will tell.

Agree 100%, I’m stopping at 4X as the multiple attacks help you clear the Genghis achievements tasks in tandem with attacks, and they give good Time Capsule payouts.

How many Achievements are there to be completed for Week 1.? I’m at part 8 for tea time, part 10 for the british are coming, part 10 for crate and peril, Part 7 for Not his crate of tea, part 6 Revolutionary vacation.?

I got the answer to my question, if you all would like to pass it on to everyone else. they all go to Part 10s each. week 1 time capsules can be used to buy, week 2-time capsules to unlock the buildings faster from the shopping cart icon.

Hello. I am having problems with the Cash for Clams. After I close the window, it directs to the store to download the app. When I close this window, my game resets and restarts. Who do I contact to fix this problem? Who would know why this is happening?

i attacked Genghis Khan 3 times but only one of them counted when i went to claim the reward .. the next level challenge still requires me to attack him 2 more times .. so apparently if u over-do a challenge it won’t count …

Next level doesn’t activate until you claim reward, so always claim before the subsequent attacks

Good to know. I’d planned to wait until I had 27 Plague Wines before I started attacking him because you need 130 Cups of Christ for Leonardo and that’s the only way to get them.

As per my previous message… see below…
This event vest drops for Ted are crazy, surely even at rare you are supposed to be able to get enough drops if you have the full 7 days in which to collect them? I still need 15 from just under 3 days, so far I have had only 6 drop in four days, and 3 from when you build the building. 6 in 4 days, so no chance of 15 in 3 days. The drops are unacceptable and at 27 clams each to buy I will not buy them. If he doesn’t unlock In time I will no longer buy clams as it seems Ted is only unlockable with clams which would mean both Bill & Ted will be premium characters, in a Bill & Ted event! Utter madness.
Drops of the vests are not rare as I have had one drop since I built the building 3 days ago, checking every time it’s due to be collected, (2 drops in total including the drop you get for opening building).
I started Ted’s countdown after I opened this building and now only have 4 days to collect 18 vests, I have had 3 in 3 days.
Please don’t tell me it’s as normal because it clearly isn’t as at that rate it isn’t possible to unlock Ted, and lots of people have a similar drop rate.
A Bill & Ted event without Ted seems pretty ridiculous, and as Bill was premium for most it will be without Bill & Ted!

Just arriver in week 2, I said it last week and will say it again, this event is GREAT and tinyCO. deserves praise. It feels fun, it doesn’t feel rushed, you can easily take your time.

I was thinking it was looking a very well balanced Phase 2 until nothing dropped when I cleared a plague doctor there, so now wondering if plagues rats aren’t always as stated in the game. Will see what happens in 4 hours

Oh, didn’t even know that since I haven’t cleared my first plague doctor yet, thanks for notifying me. My best guess is that it is a bug because as good as this event seems, it’s rather buggy. I just finished a few week 2 achievements without even doing the required task, I could immidiatily claim some time capsules
It already showed with the event launching almost 3 days too late and week 2 launching 2 days too late.
I think once fixed the plague rats will indeed be always. Maybe we get a few for free (like with the darts with the new years event)

Maths seems a bit off. Every 4 hours you get 5 rats per character so 10 total if you have Quagmire & Ted but creating wine only takes 2 and 2 hours to complete. So you can earn 10 per 4 hours but only use 4.

Let’s you build up some Plague Rats and craft some Plague Wine while your sleeping overnight and not clearing Plague Doctirs.

I’ve sent them 4 messages. One of them was replied with “ok, they forwarded it to the devs”. I still got 2 drops (6 items, where 3 of them is from the unlock, which seems to be guaranteed drop) in 4 days period. We’re getting way behind because of this, and i do not intend to pay for them, because of their wrong/bad/evil practices. Game is getting cr…ppier over the time.

The problem is, your telling TinyCo about a “problem” they intentionally created and encourage. This has been their MO the last three events with timed characters. They try and put you in a position to spend clams to speed them up.

I can only give my thoughts and that if I do my best and play regularly and don’t get the drops for a timed character I WILL NOT spend clams to buy out. I think if you check in as can be expected with a life to live you should get the drops needed, if you don’t then there’s an issue at TinyCo side and I won’t spend clams to neate it. But I know others will buy out, it’s really down to the individual player.

Yeah, right. Problem is, that you try to play, but the mechanics prevent you, and discourage you to play (when i was fed up about the xmas event, i’ve skipped 3-4 events in a row).
Problem is, that you depend on (un)locked characters. E.g. they started week 2 early, Ted is still not unlocked, but is required in week 2 events. And this starts a domino-effect, which will have impact on week 3 & week 4 as well. Causing frustration all the way (again).
The most infuriating part is, that Bill (the clam char from week 1) seems to be useless in week 2.

I sent them a message and they replied ” I’ve looked at your game and can assure you that the items are dropping normally, so please keep trying! We greatly appreciate your feedback about the current event and I have gone ahead and forwarded your concerns about the drop rates to the team”

Got the same message, and lo and behold, 3 vest dropped.
I’m clueless why they lie to us (“the items are dropping normally”), when their system is flawed, and the bad luck protection should have kicked in already….
Most of us is paying customer….. :S
BTW, if we follow their logic, for me, 3 days passed between two drops. i still need the drop 5 times (15 item), that means, i’ll get all the item i need in 15 days…. i have 2 days left to unlock the character….

I had 15 vests with 3 days to go and I currently have 18 with 33 minutes to go….I’d say the last 4-5 events when it comes to the times characters i haven’t been able to finish them and it’s now one of the reasons I’ve stopped buying clams extremely disappointed once again

Really? I have to say I never had that many crashes as I have now, it’s ridiculous and got much much worse now that I’m in week 2.
I never had crashing issues, since this event started it crashes about once per try, but since week two hit it’s now crashing about four times per try. Absolutely shocking.

I was having that but seemed settle once this Phase went live, although my town is down to the bare bones, and I use low memory graphics, maybe that’s helping me, I don’t know. So many players having errors and all different
