Before I start I want to repeat what I’ve said previously, Season Pass is still in testing, and part of that testing is releasing versions of it to random players to see and play with it in their games.
What those who have the feature currently see may be different to what I see due to testing.
I’m not putting this up as a teaser or as a feature overview, and it’s not a quick look at the feature as I did that in another post you can see that by clicking the link below. I’m really putting this up to answer couple of questions I’m seeing in the comments, and to stop those who don’t have the feature knowing why they don’t see it.

What is Season Pass?
This is the feature that has been teased for months and is still getting tested before being rolled out to all players soon.
It’s really an additional rewards track that will appear in our games, probably running in conjunction with events.
It will let you collect Season Pass event XP, (so for this event it’s Beads), to unlock items in a reward track.
How will I know if I’m one of the test games for Season Pass?
You’ll see the above pop up in your game.
How do I enter the Season Pass area?
You’ll see the Season Pass button at the bottom of your screen along with a timer, this timer should match the event timer.
Tap the button and you can see the Season Pass screen.
What is the Quardi Gras Season Pass?
Well there’s actually 2 prize tracks, a FREE – freemium reward track and a VIP – Premium reward track.
At the moment there is a variety of rewards from coins (groan) to clams, from decorations to a character/costume (still confirming this), what you can get depends whether you are playing FREE or VIP.
Basically it says you collect XP in the reward track but if you read the box above it’s actually collecting the events main currency that increases your Season Pass XP and moves you along the track. So for this Season Pass read XP as meaning Beads.
It’s not task or rent XP that counts, it’s Beads at. If you complete a character task that awards 8 Beads, you’ll get 8 Season Pass XP, if you get 15 Beads for clearing a Sports Fan, you’ll get 10 Season Pass XP, and if you complete a Questline part that awards 5 Beads, you’ll get 5 Season Pass XP and so on.
Also the XP is culmative, you don’t loss any XP gathered when you collect a Tier reward.
So to answer the questions I’ve seen today the XP is Beads and yes it’s culmative.
How do I get a VIP Season Pass?
Now this is the other question I’m being asked, and it’s harder to answer, but basically there’s 3 options, unlock the VIP Season Pass tiers with Clams, with your hard earned cash or there’s the option for VIP and more.
VIP & MORE basically unlocks the ability to collect VIP tier prizes by collecting XP, (Beads), plus 100 Clams.
What is the exclusive VIP reward?
In this test of Season Pass the “exclusive” reward is Dancer Stewie, I’m still trying find out if it’s a character or costume so will let you know soon.
When will Season Pass be fully rolled out?
If testing goes well, it should be fully released soon, I hoped everyone might get it this event.

I decided to get the VIP mid way through the first week and wasn’t sure if I would be able to collect the prizes I’d already “missed” but I was.
Paid £4.99 and got back about 700 clams I think it worked out to so deff worth it, prob would just pay in clams next time.

I’ve replied on your other comments, but this is in testing, and there’s every chance different players will see different prizes depending on what they might already have, some players might see costumes or characters and not Clams. Could you not see the VIP prize track before you paid for it?

700 clams??? I also paid £4.99 halfway through, but only totalled 95 clams! I bought the pass after reading you got at least 570, when spending 400 clams, so thought why not…I didnt have 400 clams so I spent £4.99 instead…to get a lousy 95 clams.

Different players may see different prizes as this is a test, you may have got costumes or characters instead of Clams, have you collected all the VIP prizes?

Sorry for the multiple post. It didnt seem to load. Ive collected all of the VIP prizes. I saw the prize track, but thought there was a big clam reward upon completion.

No worries, I replied on all just incase, the main prize for completion is Dancer Stewie, the Clams show on the prize track itself. But as I say we might all see different depending what we have, it’s why I didn’t do a post on my prize track, incase others thought they’d get the same.

Is it just the Stewie that is a new character? Or are the Consuela etc new characters or just new costumes?

late to the party on this but i’ve got Season Pass in my game and only yesterday i was bored to actually paid attention to what it was offering.
400 clams to unlock VIP and you get more the 400 back.
(reminds of the days when you paid clams for an event themed 1clam drop decoration and it paid back double or more if you collected from it every day)
i noticed too that if you aren’t sure you want it you or dont have the clams at the current time you still unlock the VIP stream late in the event once you can afford it and it gives you all the items up to the XP value you’re at.
for example, im at around 2000xp on Season Pass so decided to pay the 400 clams and instantly was able to claim everything up to 2000xp mark, which included 550 clams so it’s paid for itself already

I purchased the vip pass but can’t collect any items from the prize line, I was able to collect the free line items but nothing else. Am I missing something I’m to do? Thanks

You should be able collect exact same as in the free line, sounds like you’ve an issue with VIP opening? Message support asap.

Im one that has it… but only recently purchased owing 400 clams… I did this when I realised that you’ll get those clams back and then some…. (im already on tier 1660) – I then collected all the previous rewards in one go.
Well worth the clam spend – a no brainer.
One question – what does the skip tier thing do? surely you can’t skip to the end just to get stewie or the next clam required etc?

Hi and thanks for your thoughts, I was going to put a prize Tier Piet up but different players may see different things due to testing, but all in all if you’ve got the clams it’s a good deal. Can I check when you collected you got the clams awarded? Some haven’t.
The Skip tier let’s you basically pay Clams to collect the XP to get to the next tier, the clam cost increases as you go along.

I did collect all the things that were promised – I went back along the line and had to manually claim everything – come to think of it some of the decorations didn’t appear when I tried to place them but the important stuff such as event currency stuff and clams all seemed to work for me.
As I say, as long as you are at least half way.through…. spending 400 clams is a no brainer as you get them all back plus… and useful stuff…and I got consuela, and im on track for stewie too.

As of this writing I have 2293 xp and I’ve been able to collect everything from the top line and vip line. The 3 makeup kits and 2 drinks must be a head start for the second week. I’m really liking this feature so far.

I have the feature in my game. It looks like if I pay 400 clams for the VIP line I will get 570 clams back if I complete the full bottom line – would this be correct I wonder?
If we buy it halfway through the event will I automatically get the items that have been already triggered by the CP line?

I’m happy to say the answers to both your questions are yes. But ensure you claim them as they don’t auto award. Also check your prizes as the Loose Bead Statue is the 6th VIP prize in mine. And few materials look like they might be for coming weeks so wait to collect those

support never replied to my question whats the difference between vip 4,99 and 14,99 (i’m not paying 10 for 100 clams) … so i bought vip for 400 clams, game crashed when i tried to collect jester hats…now i didnt get hats and i dont recieve clams from vip line …. good luck with vip, apparently we cant go trough an event without frustrations.. 🥳

I think there is some confusion over what the 14.99 is, but you probably picked best option for now. The clams rewards are an ongoing issue – let them know you’ve not got them.

It’s only been tested in some games, hopefully everyone will get it once testing is complete. They have said they will make the exclusive VIP character available again in future but I don’t know how.

Bought the + pack this morning. $14.99 US or $20.99 CAD. Got my 100 clams. I can confirm though that Conseula is a character and not a skin. I can only assume it’s the same for Barb. 3 characters/ skins + 500 clams is almost the $60 pack if you buy them separately. So good deal so far.

Could it be that the “VIP and more” unlocks VIP for future events’ Season Passe as well and that the “regular” VIP purchased with clams or $4.99 just counts for this event’s Season Pass? It just seems odd to me that they included the yellow Season Pass image as well as the other “backstage” image of the Season Pass in the $14.99 deal. If not, then why have two images for the same thing?

That’s what I thought but I asked and said no, but it can’t simply be unlocking VIP & 100 Clams, when you can unlock VIP for 4.99, 10.00 for 100 Clams isn’t it, hence I’m digging and asking theme to look into this more

I got the same answer as you, saying it includes the VIP pass and 100 clams and what a great bundle it is, but I messaged them back asking them to explain why it’s a great bundle when you get the VIP Season Pass and 130 clams for $9.98 instead of the same VIP Season Pass and just 100 clams for $14.99? Intrigued to see their response. 😜

I am one of the people who received the season pass option in my game. At first I wasn’t going to participate in it because I wasn’t going to waste clams on something I thought was maybe no help, but then I started doing the math in my head. If you spend 400 clams for the season pass, as long as you play the game to the best of your ability, you come out winning at the end with a + of 170 clams (at least with my calculation). You get 150 clams as soon as you claim the first prize, so that knocks down your total clams spent to 250. As you get further down the tier you collect another 200 clams, and then another 200, and then 75, I believe. Add to that, the event currency generating building/ decoration. Of course, this all depends on how you play your individual game, but for me (at least how I feel about it for now), was worth it. If the only option was to pay money then it would’ve been a no, but the clam option worked out in my favor.

I have this now in my game. I decided to try the VIP route this time. In mine I noticed that the top row only has a few of the free rewards available (not all). So you don’t actually earn both free and VIP rewards at every tier.
It’s very similar to what I’ve seen in other games where you have both free and premium rewards. This seems like a nice addition to the game. The VIP cost is not too bad and it will help you with the event!

Not too bad? You pay 400 Clams and get 550 Clams (if I remember correctly) AND all the free stuff, like 20 or 30 Masks, as well! 😮 Definitely worth it! I can’t imagine TC/JC will continue to make the Season Pass so generous but it is nice that they did this time. (Maybe a bonus for helping with the testing?)
The only issue I have with it is that a few of the items awarded did not show up in my game, unless they went into inventory, where I have not been able to find them, so far.
