Why would you want to do that?
Either way. Just uninstall and reinstall the app. Once you do, all progress will be erased.

I already did it (uninstall and reinstall) also did factory reset, deleted data, cache, and remaining folders…….but still it will not reset.
Btw, I played on android phone.

Interesting that it does not restart the game to level 1 from you doing all that. Maybe TinyCo can help you if you really want to wipe out your account.

That it is trying to load the information to your game. If you WiFi is weak, it will have a hard time letting it load to completion.

I made me a Facebook page tonight so I could get neighbors. I have to play on my husbands Kindle Fire HD since it isn’t available on Kindle Fire. I hit log into Facebook and expected to get the Facebook sign in page. I thought he had logged out (which he always does). So when I hit it, I was in his Facebook and it showed his friends who play the game. How can I fix it so I can link it to my Facebook page and add my friends???

If he was logged into his Facebook on his device…that is what it was linked too. It should have shown you an image (it showed my profile pic) of the Facebook you are about to link to and ask you if you’re sure you want to proceed.
At this point it is now linked and TinyCo is the only one that can unlink it. Please contact them through your game menu, help & setting, and let them know what happened. See what they can do to help. Give them a lil time to fix it for you.

I am Natalie’s husband. I think I know how it happened. I came to this site a few days ago and asked when the game would be available on the Kindle Fire so she could play on her own device. To ask a question, I had to add my email and name. It never occurred to me that it would be linked to the game. Guess I should have let her create her FB page and use her own name and address to ask. How do I remove my name and address from this site. That may help too.

We have nothing to do with TinyCo’s access or what goes on in your games. The info here on the site is just for this site and only accessible by us. No one else has access to that data. The name and email you placed here is soley for commenting and communication with us. That is all. 🙂
The link in the game can only be changed or removed by TinyCo. You need to reach out to them. They are backlogged and it is the weekend, so give them time to respond. Let us know how it goes. 😉

config empty for id griffinHouse in BuildingAction – I’ve seen multiple other people have this issue. Uninstall/reinstall hasn’t worked, neither has resetting my device. Considering there are timed tasks, this really isn’t fair.

Mine has been crashing as soon as I scroll or zoom out since Wednesday. Also the buildings are just dirt squares with a gear symbol on them.

Have you tried any troubleshooting to resolve it? Like restart your device? Or if you have your game saved to an email or Facebook, you can also try uninstall/reinstall and log back in to the saved game.

I was tidying up my game and put some items into my inventory and when I came back to get them, they’d gone.
1) All the cars I’d I’ve unlocked
2) Sir Lancewort’s board game that I now need as part of Felicity’s quest.

It seems like since the last update my game has been crashing more often. But for the past 4-5 days it freezes and crashes as soon as it loads the game, before i even have a chance to do anything. And it does it every tone i try to play

It’s a massive memory suck and with each update it only adds more, that could be what’s causing the crashing. Have you contacted TinyCo?

First of all I’m in live with this game! Play everyday for the last couple months and I just got to the point of almost unlocking Stan lee and I opened district 8 and I’m excited to unlock stewie! But I’m kinda worried after I unlock stewie will that be the end of the game? I don’t see any other districts with buildings like Funland and the police station

I’m in the same boat you are. I seemed to have deleted/sold/removed the swanson house. I’ve checked my inventory and checked the shops and my map, it is no where. did you ever get your issue resolved?

Some odd glitch hit a few players and a building went **poof**. Contact TinyCo from your game menu, help and settings, and let them know you lost yours.

Is anyone else having problems with there game not responding every Thursday. This always happens to me before a update comes. I lose out on 2 to 3 days of game play. I am starting to get very frustrated. I will take any advice anyone has. I don’t want to uninstall. I have worked very hard to get as far as I am. I love this game but am getting annoyed.

I have unlocked the comic con outfits for Peter, Lois, and Chris. But for some reason when I go to the market it says that Chris’ superhero outfit is locked. I can use the outfit on Chris and get the items achievable from having the outfit, but I think it’s keeping me from being able to move onto working on getting Quagmire’s superhero outfit. Is this a problem others are having? I’m playing on my iPad mini, and LG G2. Both running most current updates on system and game.

The game crashes every time i build something or try to move a structure. Signal is strong and memory is still high. How do i fix?

Check the memory on your device itself. How much open space do you have? Are you running OTHER applications on your device at the same time you run Family Guy? Like Facebook or another game? If so, close all other apps running in the background.

So I keep having this issue where my game crashes whenever I try to scroll over to a building I have. Luckily I had placed the building a ways away from every other building, so it doesn’t stop me from doing anything else but it’s frustrating when I can’t scroll over to that area of the map cause when it tries to load that building, the game just exits out. This never happened before until recently when they did that update for the glitch (the one they gave everyone free clams for).
I also can’t access Ollie’s version of his town as it also crashes.
Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If so, what precautions should I take beforehand? Because I don’t want to have to start all over by mistake lol

First off, make sure you are linked to an account. If you are already linked to FB, then you have neighbors you can visit. If you are linked to an email, the address usually shows in the Account screen. Just tap on your Menu icon (looks like a lil blue cracker), go to Account settings, see if it lists an email showing you are linked to one.
If you are not linked to either, than do not uninstall the app until you set up an account to link your game to.
Let us know from there what you find.

Wow! You guys are pretty phenomenal with both Tsto and Fgqfs having big events going you still mange to play both and constantly update 2 forums!

It is a matter of finding a balance that fits YOUR lifestyle. If you know you will be busy for hours…send characters on tasks that match the time frame that offer the best payout. (So if there is an item you need that fits, send character on that vs one that may just earn $$ & XP). If you know you have time, then send them on shorter tasks. Set SMALL goals. Once you hit it, then set a new one. Trying to set a HUGE goal gets more frustrating when you are on a time crunch. Do not over do it. You will start to hate the game if it feels like a job to you. Enjoy it. Find the balance that brings you happiness. 😉

Hi! I haven’t been able to access the game for over a week now on my android tablet. I have the updated version and can’t get past the loading screen. The loading progress bar shows the game is loading and a message comes up with Consuela saying I need to upgrade before continuing, by clicking upgrade I am then taken to the play store, once there it tells me the game is installed and gives the option to either uninstall or open the game. Clicking open does nothing and I don’t want to uninstall in case I lose all my progress when I reinstall the game.

Try this….
Hard close the app, clear your cache, uninstall the game, restart your device, and then reinstall it. However…only do this if you’ve created an account for the game.

Try some basic troubleshooting to see if it comes back. Force Close app. Restart device. Check for WiFi signal issues. It needs a strong steady signal to function.

Hello! I love the app it’s Awesome. I’ve noticed that I seem to be losing BLAM without purchasing much with it. I have almost 50,000 BLAM overall, but less than 5,000 in my other ‘account’. I’ve looked all over to see if I accidentally purchased anything, but do not see anything. I know along the way you make some purchases for progress, but I haven’t made that many. Is there anyway to see what I may have purchased like a receipt (haha)? Or get them back? Thank you

Basic troubleshooting is always something you can try, but you do need to make sure you are linked to an account. Whether email or FB. It is the only way your info can be accurately saved.

So im still on Enfant terrible part 1. I’ve gotten past the first 25x marker atleast twice, I haven’t gone on the second 25x streak that they allow you but I thought that wasn’t needed to pass Enfant terrible pt 1.what do I need to trigger pt 2?

You need to follow the requirements for each task. Part one should have just been the tutorial. Part 2 gathering Pesticide.
Double check your task bar on the left side to see if anything is still open for it and let us know.

Could be a corrupt file in your game. Do you have an account setup? (https://familyguyaddicts.com/2014/08/05/tqfs-back-to-basics-account-setup/) If so…try hard closing, clearing your cache, uninstalling, restarting your device and reinstalling. Sometimes that helps to correct an issue like that. However, if it doesn’t work the next step is to contact TinyCo (you can do it via email since you can’t get into your game):

Well I think my game is official gone. I tried to reinstall the game after CONSTANT glitches and now when I log in through facebook it only logs in to my new town. This is the reason I REFUSE to spend money on freemium games. Update – Glitch – Repeat. Either way at least I’ll get a bit of my life back.

Sounds like you are at Level 1? Did you by chance link your game to an email or FB account? FB would have allowed you to visit all your friends. If you did link your account…it is just a matter of logging back in.

Hi. I know of the option to change into costumes in Al’s shop for my characters. But can I change back from costume to regular character? Bathrobe!Quagmire doesn’t help with Blam! so I’d like to abandon that other quest and go back to his regular character to help out with blame and bombs to kill minion stews.

If you tap on the character you’ll see their tasks pop up and next to it is an image of the current character/costume. You can swipe the image left or right to toggle between costumes for each character 🙂

I do not know. All I can suggest is to ask. They can’t really control a players device so spending done it, accidental or not, is not really something they “fix” as it was not their fault. If that makes sense.
