Why do I need to pay 400 clams for Cleveland when he is not listed as character you pay for? He was a pretty central character to the family guy show. I understand that you can’t do anything about this. I just think that it is poor customer relations to extort money from the users for a main character. How can I remove the Cleveland quest if I never intend to pay for that character?

Most of us “paid” for him the first time round. Either speeding to collect for him in King Butt or countless hours spent tediously trying to unlock his costume. Would it be fair to us to just hand him over now? It’s that teeter totter of what is fair to those that spent time/money on him before now and those wanting him now. Not everyone will agree, but there is no way of pleasing everyone.
The character collections don’t mean that is ONLY what they are there for. It is just a general grouping. He could be in multiple character groups. Not just one specific. Several characters could.
It is up to YOU on what you want in your game. You don’t HAVE to buy something just because it is available to by. That is all your personal choice. 🙂

There is clearly a difference between money out of the bank-account, and time “paid” on the game because you are standing in line, or sitting on a bus. I am sure that you can agree that people who play this game because they enjoy it, not because they can invest money and buy characters. I also understand that TinyCo needs to meet their margins and keep the lights on.
The fair thing would be to make it as difficult as the first time. Something equivalent to the 3071 things that needed to be collected the first time would be exactly even. Add 10 to 15% to that so it would be a little harder this time around and the players in the beginning got a deal.
I understand there is nothing that you can do about this complaint, but nevertheless, I think it is a grab for cash from the user.

Hello, I have got a Comic con related quest. During the Comic Con event I unlocked George Takei and Nathan Fillion. Hoewever I did not unlock Bryan Cramston. Now the Facespage pages of Fillion and Takei have dissapeared. Do you know if they will come back? Maybe under the banner Extra Characters? Like Vinny?

Having a lot of problems with the game and have been sending comments thru the game but dont think there going thru. Its the -********* and ******** ACCTS. We have one on the android phone still but dont think its connected to fb like it was. Ever since the last update it messed everything up. The one we was using on ****** acct is on phone now but its now under ***** acct which is fine but its saying not connected to anything so afraid of losing it to. Dont no how to fix all this and we have alit of time and money in this. Can someone please help?!

First off, please understand we are NOT TinyCo. We are the Addicts. Avid players of the game ourselves with a lil more access to help and info for the game. If you are having issues with your account incorrectly linked…we are not able to assist you. Sorry. We have absolutely no access to go into players games. Rightfully so.
Please reach out to TinyCo for assistance in incorrectly linked games. They are the only ones with access into a players game and can make changes to it. Sorry.

Did you sell it? You can’t just delete buildings, fortunately. So it’s either in your inventory or if you sold out you have to buy it back.

I’ve been able to collect 2 cologne bottles with multiple crashes, and have earned a 3rd, however cannot collect it because the game crashes every time I touch the fragrance building. I also have not received the Mayors Podium nor the Cowboy Pirate statue. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the game, because I have tried everything else. Alissa commented: “Did you sell it? You can’t just delete buildings, fortunately. So it’s either in your inventory or if you sold out you have to buy it back.”

You can try an uninstall however I think you’ll have to contact TinyCo as it sounds like it’s a direct issue with your game on their server.

It is under the main link on our home page. Tips n Tricks, Materials…But again, each category is just our best guess as the rate drops are still closely guarded by TinyCo and information they do not share.

Ok I’ve been running dr Hartman 4 hour task for the cream and he has never dropped it at all.
It’s been 2 weeks or more and not a single drop.
Is he bugged out or something?

No it’s just an extra rare drop rate. I had a hard time with him as well…extremely frustrating. You can try changing up his tasks every so often, but beyond that it’s just an annoying extra rare drop rate.

On iOS can’t get plutonium to drop from Lois or dog scoot been trying for over a week and received none. Missed the challenge since I can’t release stewie. Is anyone else having this issue?

It was a common issue when Stewie was first released. It’s just a hard item to obtain, for many of us it took a month (or more) to unlock Stewie doing the task each day.

Upgraded to a note 3 from a note 2 and when I start up family guy it starts me from scratch. I’m signed in Facebook. I have uninsulated both family guy and Facebook reinstalled them and still nothing

I was wondering if tinyco ever thought about making the characters you buy actually have tasks that help get items for costumes and what not? It seems like you pay all these clams for Buzz Killington, Jake, Drunk Horse ect….yet most of them don’t really help much in the game. Also the ComicCon people should be relavant again instead of just setting them for 1 day tasks to keep them busy….Thought???

How can i Play Family guy on My Other phone at the same lvl like my First one ? If i connect to Facebook on my new phone it tells me that i will Start at lvl1 again and the savegame that is already connected to Facebook (lvl50) will bei lost

To be quite honest, that is almost impossible upkeep as it changes with every new costume released, event kicked in, and new District dropped and with changes TinyCo makes. Was there something in particular you were looking for?

We have character profiles for most. Event pages for timed events. It’s hard to say what you missed as it depends when you started and if you got all you could while you play. (Like limited time Sexy Stewie n Pink Brian right now)

Clear cache and data. If on iOS, make sure you didn’t back it to the cloud. Uninstall. Restart device. Reinstall

Al harringtons says Meg drops plutonium but doesn’t tell you which task to put Meg on, help!

If you tap on the blimp building and the Plutonium info there, it tells you what task of Jailhouse Megs drop Plutonium once she’s created. Steal Lois’s Shirt.

When I press on the blimp it tells me I have 1 plutonium and need to get more from district 9(nothing about Meg) have I completed the Meg task and collected without knowing(good chance, kind of remember the stolen shirt task)

So you have the Blimp built? Not the building tower still? Because those are two completely different things. The Plutonium to build the blimp drops from Meg. The Plutonium AFTER the blimp is all done and built has not come to game just yet. Next phase.

Not quite sure what you are asking? Do you have characters with a ! above them you need to tap? Or are you wanting a character to start a task and do not know how? Can you be a bit more specific?

My Stewie is stuck in a “!” loop trying to get me to open the quest where he and Brian have to steal from the police station to help build the blimp. I finished the quest and built the blimp over a week ago. Any way to fix this?

Try force closing and restarting the game. Sometimes you just need to sync it up for them to show.

I just entered part 6 of the quahog prison blues, where im told to purchase and place the lookout towers. But here’s the thing, the towers are locked! Funny thing is, the tower was available when I didn’t need it. Has it change? Do I need to wait until I enter the downtown district to unlock the towers?

They did change it. You now have to have District 9 unlocked for them to trigger. So work on the Blimp quest and complete that if you have not already.

I set up my account attached to my email. I want to attach it to facebook, but it says if I attach it it will revert to the level 20 it has attached to facebook already. How do I get it to attach my now level 49 to facebook?

Once linked, it is set to that option. All I can suggest is to Contact TinyCO to see if they can UNlink it and put it to your Facebook.

The jameswoods high in my game just disappeared one day! I checked my inventory, its not there, nor did i sell it. I just kinda logged in and it was gone and hasnt returned for bout a week now. I dont think im able to buy it again, atleast i cant find it. Anyone know wat happened?

There’s an ongoing glitch where buildings are disappearing. First, double check your inventory to make sure it’s not there:
If you’re sure it’s not there then contact TinyCo about it. They’ll have to go in and restore the building.

I reinstalled the game and lost all my data. I reconnected to face book after going through the tutorial, and nothing happened. Tried reinstalling it again. Now I can’t connect to server at all. On iPad mini 2. The game won’t load without being able to connect to server. So how do I check for a reply from them. Because I sent them a message of the issue through the help section. But it’s been several hours now of not being able to connect.

I completed the blimp but the app crashed and all the items disappeared and it shows that i did not collect any item. Someone please help. I’ve been trying to contact tinyco for the last 2 days but no onr is responding to my emails. And the in game help option is not accessible as the game game crashes everytime i go there.

So I’ve just updated my family guy game & accepted the changes of T&C’s for apple, and it’s completely deleted my entire game, without being able to log back into Facebook to where you previously were. Any way of getting it back or is this an all round problem for everyone and we have to start again?

They moved it. You now are required to unlock District 9 to launch them. So focus on the Blimp questline.

This is an on going glitch, where the characters get stuck in an endless ! loop. TinyCo is working on this one, it’s one of their top priorities right now. Unfortunately, all we can do right now is sit tight and wait for the fix..
