Do you guys know if the Stay Puff will be there with the next portal upgrade? Last event we lost all of the harpoons we collected, but offered a trade in. That did seem a little unfair. So just wondering if we should use all bombs before then.

Check your entire inventory….sometimes it’s in really odd places. If you still can’t find him and he’s not locked in the Cauldron contact TinyCo and let them know, they should be able to replace it for you.

When you click on stewie to select a task you should be able to scroll over to duck stewie.

Not a question more of a spoiler. It looks like there is a Jurassic Park theme coming to Quahog. When I upgraded Quagmires house to the Halloween theme, a replica of Jurassic Park dropped in my Quahog. I have a screen shot if you want to view it.

My game won’t let me add my Facebook friends. I’m logged into Facebook through the app but it won’t let me add my friends, it always pops up with this “you have no friends to add” thing when ever I click the invite button. It’s making me pretty mad because me and my boyfriend want to view each others Quohogs.

If I remember correctly, it is only newly added friends that will add to it. You can try real quick to remove then readd one another to see if that helps. If not, then let TinyCo know.

I’ve unlocked vampire duck stewie in the cauldron. I see a quest for him on the side of my screen also but his costume is no where to be found. Checked bobs Funland and is isn’t in there. Any help would be appreciated

The costume should be in your Inventory. However…it won’t be unlocked until you’ve unlocked Stewie. So once you unlock Stewie you’ll be able to use it 🙂 (but in either case it’s in your inventory)

I have had family guy for quite a while now.
I have the game on 2 devices, 1 is android and 1 is on my apple ipad.
I played it on my ipad once and now i cant see stewie in my al harringtons outfits

You have to go to main menu where are the squares on the game and then you can connect to facebook or the account that you had the game, if it wasn’t connet to any account i don’t know what you have to do.. sorry. I hope i helped you

Bunny – I only have 1 worker, but I was only building one thing. I can’t even get into the game now to see what is being built or anything because it won’t go past the load error. But even if it was frozen because something was being built, it should be done by now, its been 5 days. and still no response from TinyCo. and this is definitely a game issue, not a device issue because it is happening on both my devices.

They are not in on the weekends, so give them time to get back to you. Hang in there. It does sound like something locked your game up. All we can suggest is basic troubleshooting, beyond that…they are the only ones with access to go into your game and see what is causing it.

I keep getting load error that says “load error. Not enough workers for 1 building and 1 block in saved game.” It’s not my device cuz it’s happening on my iPhone and on my android tablet. I emailed tinyco 3 days ago with no response.

How many lil workers do you have? If you only have one, then he can only build one thing at a time. You gotta get more or wait til whatever they’re building is done and they can make something else.

help – I am stuck progressing with Chris – quest is to help him find a new friend… And I need flower bush (icon has a picture of a butterfly and a lock over the top of it) I have been in to the shopping cart thing to get it… And it’s just not there! Okay so I seem to be having some trouble accumulating spirit files. I’m going for Mr.Weed but can’t seem to save up a good amount (@ 4500 right now). I’m not spending them unless I really have to. HELP!!!!!!
I am HEART BROKEN! I have been playing Family Guy Quest for Stuff for three months – LOVE the game. In fact it is the best game ever on the app store. HOWEVER… I did the update for the new portal on the 23rd and my game kept crashing, about every 3 minutes. I finally got frustrated and quit the game thinking it may just be a sever overload. Anyway this morning about about 5:20 I picked up my iPad, opened the game and it has started over!!! On ALL Devices! Nooooooooooooo!!!! It was linked via Facebook – but when I say to login to my Facebook account it shows my progress as only Level 1. Game Center still shows all my achievements – but I am unable to restore my game. I am so devastated!!!! Any advice??????

I can sympathize. I had the same problem. I had all characters and money, clams. I did the Halloween update and I could not get my game back. I have waited since September 30 th for help from tinyco and I am still waiting.I was also linked thru Facebook. I tried to log in and all I get is level 1. If you kept your player ID you might get your game back. I hope you have better luck.

I am just about to start the Ghostbusters rollout Pt. 1 where you have to tap the Trick-or-Treaters Instructional Modal, but everytime I press go, the game doesn’t do anything and I don’t have any Trick-or-Treaters. Does anyone have any ideas?

Outside the uninstall/reinstall ONLY if your game is linked to an email or Facebook…I would say most definitely contact TinyCo on this one so they can look into your game and see what is going on.

Somehow or another, I lost the sync between my iPad and my iPhone. I used to have the same updates and progress on both. One day, programs were missing from my iPhone. When I reloaded Family Guy on my iPhone, it forced me to start over. How can I restore this sync so that I can play my current game on both iPad and iPhone? Help, please!

Try exiting your game. Logging out of your app market. Log back in to your app market. Then relaunch game and try again.

I’ve been trying to sign in through Facebook on my Ipod. The system will pull up facebook then reload the game. How do I tell that its linked to my facebook page? I’ve also tried setting up the username through the email but the game shuts down everytime I enter a password and hit next. Any tips?

You have to pick one or the other. Not both. Facebook…your device has to be logged in first to the Facebook you want linked to the account.
Then launch the Family Guy TQFS app. Then link the account.
If you want email link, then sign in that way.

Glitches were happening in the game and causing crashes, so I uninstalled it. I cant seem to reinstall it now, since it says there is an unknown error “-24.” I wish I didn’t uninstall it cuz I could at least play a little at a time.

I’ve been trying to get Ghostbuster Peter and Ghostbuster Quagmire to Bust Library Ghosts all day and they just keep resetting. All my other characters seem to be working fine. How do I fix this?

Try to store the library in your inventory. Force close the game. Restart your device. Replace Library. Try again. If it still has an issue, alert TinyCo please.

The facebook connection with the app isn’t and has never worked, friends do have the app and it says it is connected to my facebook but says I have no friends to invite.
Friends also can’t find my name to invite to the game on their friends listsor anything like that.

Hi, I didn’t start playing the game until after Cleveland was available the first time. Now it costs 400 clams to get him and I have nowhere near that many. Am I SOL for getting ghostbuster Cleveland? Do you think they will provide another way of unlocking the character? I’m not about to drop 20 bucks to get the clams I would need. Thanks.

Is there a hard cap on the number of quests you can have available at once, and if so what is it?
I’m asking because I’m not getting the quest triggered for the Alien, but the quest list is looking mighty long at present (with all the ongoing event quests as well as unfinished regular quests) so I’m wondering if that’s the reason.

I have never really counted, but I do know if I have a lot…no new ones will trigger. My guess would be 14 is the max as that is what I have now and I had to clear one to get Alien questline to trigger.

I switched users on my account using facebook so my boyfriend could go onto his. I then went to go back onto mine and my backup through Facebook has totally disappeared and now says I’m back on level 1. I was on level 40 and this have really frustrated me as I have done it many times before and never had this issue. Can any one please help?
