Where did the polka for gift box go? I have all the prizes now, and I have a ton of leftover cookies to spend, but I don’t need a million Christmas trees. I got all the unique prizes from the polka for gift box and then it disappeared! But I would still love a chance at a few clams! Darn it!

You kind of answered your own question. You HAVE all the prizes. Once any box is clear of the Buildings and Decorations, they go away.

Hope you had a great Christmas. Just curious… my girlfriend bought me a tablet for Christmas and I wanted to put family guy on there, but Google play store says it’s only for mobile phones? I checked on her son’s iPad and it says it was not available for download on there either. Is TQFS only a mobile app?

The newest update is not compatible with all devices. Specifically some Android ones. If you don’t see the app in the market, yours may be one. TinyCo wants the game across the board as much as possible so they are working on another patch to the game for the non compatible ones. Hang in there. Still the holiday weekend. Hopefully we will see something next week.

You should do a episode were stewy’s girl friend comes back on the truck when they had a fight and she’s working for someone and while stewy is sleeping she puts a chip on him that controls him and Brian is the only one that can save him when he runs into a army of intelligent baby’s and he’s going to knock a dish out that controls them with a baseball and a and the episode is going to start with them playing baseball and Brian sucks at it

Hey guys! After finally getting to the point of finally unlocking Stewie (those plutonium bars were a pain!), when I hit the unlock icon the game crashes! I’ve tried it over and over and it just kicks me out. I’ve sent numerous emails to TinyCo but no response. Apt his happen to others before me? What more can I do as I need Stewie to move on in the game! Thanks ladies!

Hello and merry christmas!! I have a problem, when I got the elf arrangement decoration and the reindeer (the one on santa’s wishlist) and I tried to place them in my quahog, the game sort of froze and I can’t find those 2 decorations anywhere!! not in my quahog, not in my inventory, no where!! What can I do??

The reindeer is a wandering animal. Check your sidewalks. As for the other, scan your town and if nothing…contact them.

Here’s my dilemma…my gf and I both play the game on my phone (Droid Razr Maxx, Android version 4.1.2) After playing my game, I went to get my gf’s game caught up. I sign in with my facebook account, she signs in with her gmail account. After signing out of my account and attempting to sign in with my gf’s account, I got Consuela with the message “Attempting to end the event prematurely”. When I click on the OK button, it takes me back to the loading screen. When that screen is done, Consuela pops up with the same message. I can’t go anywhere else or do anything else in the game. I have tried force-stopping the app, clearing the cache, and rebooting my phone, with no success. I have emailed Tinyco, they asked me for my game ID, but the only number I could give them is the number at the bottom right corner of the loading screen. They have yet to get back to me. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what can I do to fix this? Thank you in advance, and have a happy New Year!

So I got a new android tablet, downloaded the game, tried to log in with me username and pass, but I keep getting consuela, can’t connect to server, and am then directed to the very beginning of a new game. I’ve in and reinstalled several times over the last two days. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Some Android devices have compatibility issues with the game they are working on still. Could be that. You would have to contact them.

I can’t play for more than 1 minute without the game freezing up. Usually requires backing out of game to home screen, waiting a few seconds, then going back into game, but on occasion a force stop is needed. It freezes doing very random acts, scrolling thru town, assigning task, collecting rent from a building, visiting friends. Only thing I can think that I have control over is maybe I have too much stuff in my town and my phone can’t keep up?

With my “city” it takes me twice collecting from all my buildings to level up. For the past two days I’m still stuck on level 40 when I should be level 41, and the yellow XP bar does not move even though it glows when I collect it. Not really sure if this is a common issue but I would like to understand it better.

I’ve got a user name account and want to transfer it over to FB. Because I started on in FB already it wants to reset to that level. I’ve max out on my level and played for awhile and don’t want to lose it. Can you change my account to FB?

Yes but make sure you follow the instructions to do so very carefully. Also take a screenshot of your game ID code so in case something doesn’t work right TinyCo and restore your game for you

Sorry. At least they’re trying to make it compatible with as many devices as possible. Most companies just push everyone out and move on. At least they want to keep trying and not give up on players as they do know the time put in and effort put in and that their players want to keep on playing.

It is not new. Many devices struggle with these higher paced style apps. It is up to the developers to try all they can to see if they can get the older and more stubborn devices to work with all the coding and memory needed. Sometimes, no matter what they do…a device just won’t work with it. Only so much you can do with technology that is outdated before its even on the shelf. World of fast pace we live in.
I just know they are doing all they can.

I have my own game which is up to date with Christmas mode and my friend started back in fall and hasn’t played for a long time. He’s now playing. It’s asking us to link games. What will happen if we do this? We ill it mess up a all that I’ve accomplished?

I force closed it.. that’s it because I had other things to do.. the same thing happened with my coins, but then when I collected some, it showed the amount..

I have gotten all prizes so far except puppy Brian. He disappeared from my game and it says all prizes won. I only have 26/40 stockings that you get from bombing shoppers so I know I did not get him yet. He disappeared from the game when I got Jesus.

This latest update keeps crashing my game after almost every action. I’ve tried deleting and reloading it. No help.
I’ve also taken out a lot of buildings and it still crashes. I’ve found it crashes less if I wait a few seconds between actions.
I’ve completed the Pewterschmidt quest stuff but every time I click on the unlock button..it crashes.

Nope. Still crashes. It’s really frustrating. If I send a message through the app, the message might send, but the app shuts down. If I click the unlock button on the character, it shuts down. If I go too fast it shuts down. If I send a worker to clear a space, it shuts down. If I move the screen too fast, it shuts down. I had to bomb the shoppers once, close the target screen, wait 10-15 seconds, bomb the next and hope that it wouldn’t shut down and lose all the shoppers I had bombed already. Even now, it shuts down apparently at random……

I have 32gbs free on my Ipod Touch. Sitting next to the router. I put a lot of stuff in inventory. Putting more into inventory. If it’s not holiday related, it gets stored. It may be a RAM issue. Which would be really annoying as it worked before the last update.

You have to delete them from Facebook. If their your friend on Facebook and they’re linked to FG…they’re your friend in the game.

All the updates have made FG take up over 600mb, so I’m running out of memory on my phone, (It’s a crappy Verizon LG prepaid phone), so now that it needs another update I don’t have enough space. I even moved it on to a SD card, but it still says I don’t have enough space. Can I uninstall it w/o erasing my progress? Will that solve this issue? Thank you

As long as you have an account to save your game you can.
But it most likely won’t solve the issue. You’ll probably need to erase some other apps and/or move photos. I go through this along with FG and TSTO…

He is REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY TEEEEEEEEEEEEENY. Like a lil blip. So he may be hiding out round the house. Zoom in close and look to where it takes you. Also, scroll through the Griffins…it may be telling you that Brian is busy inside and due to it is Brian…you got to have him free to put him into his “Puppy” costume and set the tasks.

So yesterday, I noticed that I got this “ERROR: ATTEMPTING TO END EVENT PREMATURELY”
Press “ok” then goes back to load screen. After that it just says the error message again, again and again and again. Ive uninstalled/installed FG AND FB. Nothing same error message? HELP!

Email them at help@tinyco.com. Make sure you put in the message that the “event ending prematurely”.
If you can get into your game, send your player ID (Menu, Account, Long number lower right)
If can’t, send a screenshot of the opening screen with the numbers on both the left and right side.

Hi, I’ve been playing the Christmas event and my friend has the same app on his phone but doesn’t have the event. I was wondering do you have to have unlocked certain characters/ districts or be a certain level to be able to get the specific events?

Usually to at least District 3. Then for the event, you need to complete the main questline and achieve Holiday Cheer levels to unlock the next group of items.

I don’t know if anyone has noticed this but if you go to faceapace and look at characters photos you can see future ones. For example Peter has Spanish soap Peter and buff Peter. But on his profile he has more silhouettes that are un-named. Anyone know what characters they are? Please respond with guesses. Tha k you

I’m having the same issue with not being able to visit neighbors and it saying I need to upgrade. Only options in the play store are open and uninstall. I only play on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Should I try to uninstall and then reinstall?

Any ideas ? I tried to find my missing Facebook freinds and followed to FAQs about it but when I denied access from Facebook to family guy and re-synced the two all progress is lost they tell you to keep ur user id but what use is it if you can’t log in and is the help chat any use still not had a reply

If your game reset, send them a message from the new game with your Player ID. Note that your game was lost or reset from Facebook link. It is the weekend, so may not hear from them immediately.

I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. I tried loading up my game yesterday and Ollie Williams popped up and yelled at me to update my game. Problem is it’s up to date and when I go to the google play store it doesn’t have an update option. It just says “Open” or “Uninstall” I’ve even tried uninstalling it twice and reinstalling it. Ollie is still yelling at me.

I’m thinking of purchasing clams for the first time and I noticed one of the 3 ways of paying is via Google Play giftcard.is it possible to use a paysafe card instead or will they not accept it?cause I’m not sure we have them Google ones here in Greece.plus,me not having a credit card kinda eliminates online “walleting”.I already sent a message to tinyco 3days ago but, no response received.

whenever I visit my friends it says I need to update my game. I tried to but it says it’s updated.
so I Uninstalled my app and installed it again.
I have 2 account in 1 email address.
1 was level 41 and the other one is level 1 which I never played until today to try if my update works.
now I tried to use my level 41 account and its completely gone 😦
the only option I got is level 1 or start a new game.

I am receiving an error message saying I need to ‘upgrade my account’ in order to visit my friends. I have tried restarting my device as well as the game, resynching both my g+ and Facebook. Has anyone else come across this? I’ve had a mail off to support for 3 days and no response yet. I just want to gift! Haha.

Hi, i saved my family guy to the username part, i recently got my ipad replaced in apple but everytime i load the game half of the town doesnt appear (onto last district before pawtucket brewery) and everytime i press something it turns the app off, ive rebooted the ipad a lot of times, ive reinstalled the game aswel. any ideas? really dont want to lose my progress

My Google+ family guy account refuses to allow me to play with out upgradin to the latest version. However when I click the option to upgrade it sends me to Google play store but there is no option that says to upgrade only ” uninstall, or open” . When I click open, Google play takes me back to family guy and family guy asks for an upgrade and the cycle repeats. What do I do? Please help. Thanks
