Family Guy Addicts 
After the latest update I lost the ability to unlock mr. washee washee. I have the building, it is gaining credit /rent. but he no longer appears on my screen and I am unable work to unlock him to complete the mission. Am i doing something wring?

Most of them usually correct with an uninstall/reinstall of the app. However, you need to make sure you are playing an unaltered game (nothing added ever outside of TinyCo’s game) and also need to ensure your game is saved/linked to an email or Facebook so that you can reinstall and LOAD the saved game once you play past the promo start again.

I am using the Windows version of the game and when I unlocked the Asiantown district two of my characters stopped working and everything is glitchy now. I can’t delete and redownload the game because the windows version can’t sync with facebook, is there a way to fix this?

That is a Stand Alone Version and different than the Mobile Version we report on. It is limited in its ability. All I can suggest is try and reach out to support.

How do I log into my family guy game on another phone?

Make sure you save it to an email or Facebook first. Then, its just a matter of starting a new game on another device and tapping until the menu unlocks… once unlocked, you log in… then LOAD the saved game file on the Level you are currently at. FYI…NEVER link the new Level 1 game.

I received notice that Amazon placed a $25 Amazon Appstore credit onto my account which they say can be used for in-app purchases. I would like to use that credit to buy some clams but so far I haven’t found a way to do it. I was wondering if that was even possible to do. Anybody familiar with this situation that may be able to give some direction? I play via an Android phone. Thanks.

You will need to access the Amazon Market from an Amazon device to be able to do it. You will need to be signed into it from the device and logged into your game. Then when you launch the app and go to buy Clams, it will link up to the Amazon Market.

What does the gift icon next to an open quest mean?

It means there is a “Prize” aka a “Gift” upon completion. So for like the Timed Weekly Challenge, you can get an item for free by completing the tasks.

Is anyone else getting an error when they try to click on the extra clam videos? Whenever I click on watch now, it shows what I think is coding and won’t let me watch any videos. I cleared the app cache and restarted my phone and it didn’t help.

The other day, I opened the game and it went to level 6, where I was at level 54, did I loose everything? I tried to log in to facebook again and it only showed new game and level 6. I have spent hundreds of dollars on items and clams, and to loose everything would truly be terrible. Everything I have read said its not lost and to contact customer service with game id, did that 5 days ago with no reply. Any ideas how I get my game back to where it was?

Contacting them is the best I can offer. Do you remember at any point when you relogged in, it giving the options to LOAD your saved higher level game or LINK the lower level? I only ask due to if you chose to link it… it would only link to the current game you are in… not the saved file that should be loaded.

If I clear the cache, will it load the local game on tablet (samsung galaxy tab with kitkat)? There must be a way to get back on the quohog i was on, and not this one.

It depends on what is now LINKED to the email or Facebook you log into. You can try a complete “wipe” if you like, but you really have to watch when you tap to open the menu and log back in that you LOAD the saved file on the Level you need to be and not LINK the current game level that shows up.

Ok. But when I try to visit certain friends a message says I must upgrade my game to visit them, so I was wondering how to upgrade the game or will it do it after I achieve a certain level.

It may mean THEY are not upgraded… in other words not playing the Event on the latest version or even stopped playing.

I’m on level 41 when will my game update so I can visit my neighbors who are in higher levels?

??? You can visit anyone you want. It has nothing to do with their “Game Play Levels”. It has to do with whether first… YOU are in the latest app update for the Event… secondly… THEY have to be in the latest app update for the Event. If they are not even playing the Event or have upgraded their game in a while (stopped playing) you will not be able to access their town.

Hi. I just got the police tank from the Stewie statue and I want to put it in storage but every time I press the button to move things around the tank dissapears. Is this a glitch or can’t I put it away?

That is for buildings/ basic decos. For things like walking decorations/characters… you need to tap on them, the inventory icon will show really little next to the items name, then you tap it to store it.

Trisha at 20,000 cookies is seeming impossible to reach as most of the buildings only give 1 cookie and most quests only give 5 or so. I pretty much have all the items but if I have to get 20,000 cookies it will take till the end of the event to get her and there are still more people to unlock. Mr washee washee is 5000 cookies himself. How do they expect us to get all these cookies?

As with every other event… there is always new things and ways to make it up added as the Event progresses. She is kind of a “last Character”. Just like Consuela is kind of a “last Character” with Mob Rep to work towards. They usually just release them early so if you want them, you know what you need to get them in advance and can plan accordingly.

Hi quick question. My wife has a clam in her town that she can tap to watch videos and receive a clam. Is that something a lot of people have? And if so why don’t I have one? Ok so 3 quick questions. 😉

They have been testing that off and on for a bit now. Selecting random players to try it on. If the testing goes well…. it will go live for everyone. If not, they will pull it. In the past they kept trying Carl and it wouldn’t work, so this is their way of seeing if they can find the problem areas.

I purchased a second shady rv so I could hire more goons. The quantity at the top now says 6/9 hired but only 6 are in my queue & it won’t let me hire any more. It wants me to use clams to finish hiring the 6 from my queue. It isn’t showing me where or how I can hire the 3 additional goons. This seems like a horrible waste of cookies! Can I “undo” this purchase?

The Fatfather tasks appear when prompted. Did you check Peter’s Fatfather Costume? Use the task pop up to “GO” to it?

When I go to invite friends and hit the invite button it loads, than loads Facebook, abd reloads family guy without letting me invite anyone. I just wanna invite some friends who wanna play abd hopefully get a bonus but it won’t let me invite anyone.

Is your game linked and saved to YOUR Facebook profile? Is yours logged in on your device you are playing on? Active? Allowing requests in the settings?

Are you playing on Windows Stand Alone Version? If so, it is not the same as Mobile App Version. It only goes to end of 8 and stops.

I haven’t seen any purple or gold trucks in 2 days. I need to get rid of guns in my trailers to continue the game so that I can collect the wrestler goon to finish the obstacle in the casino. What happened to all the trucks? Is there a glitch? Please bring back the truck so that I can finish playing the game.

Having an issue with the first challenge for a ton of mob cred. Already completed optional fight promoter raids but its not checked off on my list.

I’m a bit behind, just finished casino raids today and started on Takanawas. Timed challenge popped up after I finished casino raids with no check mark. When I hit the go button it takes me to the Takanawa barrier that I’m currently working on.

I know this might be a dumb question, but I tried contacting tinyco via the app, how do they know to respond back to me? I emailed them throught help too (thanks for providing that email Bunny/Alissa) and tried contacting them through their website (which does not work, it just keep spinning and spinning without a sent confirmation). I recenlty had to restore a backed up phone and of course I lost all my status of where I am at in mob month. I’m losing time as they haven’t responded. I just want to make sure they got my message. If they can’t restore my game then i’m just going to give up, I can’t re-do months worth of work at this point 😦 (I guess looking at all my sign in options from your help page of having an account, I must not have created one, I thought it was always set up because it kept saying, welcome back pennysethers.. ) Sigh… Frustrated and kinda defeated. Falling so far behind mob month now…

From the game is the quickest. If your game was saved to an Email or Facebook… getting it back should be as easy as loading a new game… tapping til you trigger the menu… logging back in with Email or Facebook… and LOAD the saved game file with your progress.
Outside of that, you have to wait on them. Sorry.

Fort nox is stuck. I destroyed it once but it only gives me credit for 50%, 25%, and destroyed – excluding the 75% which still has the ‘GO’ next to it. I’m not gettung the reward for completely knocking it down. I’ve started attacking it for the second time now w/o the credit/reward for the first time. What do I do?

It depends WHERE you were when the task triggered. Like for me… it only checked off the Destroy as that is what I just did. So just keep running it.

Only thing you can do is complete it. Which means craft multiples of every single item until they’re all done. Once it’s done and you tap on the brewery nothing will happen. But if it’s not complete and you tap on the brewery you’ll see the list of items you still need to craft.

WiFi always works better as it is more stable and not taking from your Data Plan and costing you. But what you use is up to you.

Is there any way to clear more land space once all the protected areas have been cleared? There is no space for all the properties. Also, every time I try to go to the FAQ section the game automatically resets. I’ve tried to update but it hasn’t helped. HELP?

Land comes with Districts, no where else really. So until another is released there will not be anymore added that we know of.
You will have to report the other issue to them via email.
