Hello, in my game it shows a “!” Ontop of almost all my characters heads, it won’t let me open their quests can someone please help. I have the windows app please help I’m in the middle of unlocking Brian.

Windows is a stand alone app. Nothing like the mobile app we focus on. It will stop at District 8.

TinyCo just released, either a character or deco, called Superfan Keean. He is listed as 150 coins, but when I try to purchase him, a prompt asks me to confirm my purchase of 150 coins. I thought that only clam purchases did this.
Do you think Superfan Keean is supposed to be a clam purchase? I don’t want to purchase thinking that he costs 150 coins but have 150 clams be taken away.

I want to use clams to finish game 3 and advance. When I click to do this it gives me the option to “skip” instead. If i do this will it still count as a “win” for me? I don’t want to miss getting cheerleader Bonnie!

Hi. Sorry if this is the wrong area for this, but I couldn’t see anything on the Brewery page. I have an issue with Chumba Wumba Stewie not being able to Round Up a Chumba Wumba. The action is locked saying that it requires a Chumba Wumba : of which I have two roaming the streets.
Is this a known issue or is there something else I need to do to fix this?

There are two kinds of them. Ones you make by collecting items in the Brewery that can stay in your game. Then there are ones that appear just randomly in the game and Chumba Wumba Stewie clears them.
So my question would be, what name and part # of the Questlines are you currently on?

I’ve got a Microsoft windows phone and downloaded family guy in on level 37 and unlocked all the outfits so far upto 17 outfits and got nearly all the districts unlocked but it wont give me any quests now wont let me unlock anymore buildings how do I update my game or get any more quests without loosing all my game.

Not sure why you added that to this particular comment, but in regards to windows… it is not the main game we write on. Windows is a separate stand alone app that is limited to only District 1 to 8 play and nothing more. Sorry.

Not sure if it’s posted anywhere. I’m done with the district 9 quests. Finally crafted everything. How do I get my characters to stop dropping the items?

Do you mean District 10? The Brewery? If that’s what you mean the only want to get the characters to stop dropping stuff is to craft multiples allowed of each item. So if something can have 2 you need to craft both, if it can have 4 you need to craft 4. Otherwise they’ll keep dropping because you can keep crafting them

im just wondering if theres a way to transfer the game and its progress from one device to another, ive had it since it came out so im pretty far but I have a new phone now and would like to play it on the new phone and not keep playing it on the old one…

Of course. Save it. Menu, Account, pick from the options there. Facebook is currently the only way to interact with neighbors/friends.
Then it’s just a matter of putting an app on another device, log in, and LOAD the saved game file.

Here is a question happening on multiple devices every time I claim my first touchdown in the superbowl game the game crashes everything else is working characters quests even video bonuses but every time you touchdown that damn Check Mark boom it shuts down. Emailed tinyco multiple times but they must have better things to do than answer questions. I’m gunna quit playing…other things I can spend my time and money on!!

I have a kindle fire, not sure which version or anything, but I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game many times and I’m just not able to get past the part where you earn the football. It crashes every time… Are they still trying to fix this or is this something that will make me unable to progress in this event? I don’t want to waste time or money if I won’t be able to advance and therefore won’t be able to earn football Chris, etc?

I saw that and tried that but was just wondering if they are still trying to fix the problem or if this is the “fix” and if it doesn’t work we are out of luck… Now it’s done something different this morning at the top it showed that I had one football even though it’s still showing a check mark at the end of the field (which will yield a football if clicked)- so I got to win the first game and now have the quest to win game 2, but I still crash each time I try to click that check mark and now I can’t get the first downs because the field is still stuck. So I won’t be able to do Game On! Pt. 6 or Road to Victory Pt. 2…..

Just based on what the link said… It seemed like it gave the main thing that could fix it (which didn’t work in my case) and then a few other options that I don’t have the ability to do- I wasn’t sure if those were the finals fixes or not that’s all! Sorry wasn’t trying to be rude or sarcastic at all, this is just the first time I’ve had this big a problem with the game but Ive always seen posts by people in the past and after a certain point they are just kinda out of luck until the event is over. Thanks for your help though! I appreciate all your efforts 🙂

That is not something anyone can answer but you really. Look around and see if you notice anything new in your game. Clam costing Premium Items, Characters leveled up more, tasks completed that weren’t before, etc.

So, i read your post about the Football event, got all excited, logged into the game just before the deadline for the last event, went in, bought a few event related items, sent my new toons (tiny lois / peter / lil chik) on adventures, logged out. Went back in an hour later, game said “Update Now”, so i clicked it, and when it updated, and logged me in, i’m back to as if i’ve never played the game before. Nothing is there except the start screen with peter, my 10 coins, and 4 clams.
I’m on a Samsung Galaxy S6, I’ve never had a problem upgrading before, but now, boom, everything has reset. Sent TinyCo. a msg, but haven’t heard back, was wondering if you’ve heard of anything like before? O.o *crying my eyes out* (for dramatic effect! lol)

Off topic but is there a chance you can post a list of characters to be used in each current event. With all the characters I have, I store a majority of them and only pull out the ones I need. Less hassle. Like I said sorry it’s off topic but thanks.

That is what the main rundown posts cover. They will list a Material and HOW you get it. So if you use them and the questlines, you’ll see the Characters in play for what’s currently active right now. A “list” doesn’t always work as it changes with each new character and Phase release.

I wondered what that counter was for. I haven’t gotten any free spitballs. The only ones I have gotten are the ones I collect from Lois and Peter every 4 hours. A couple of times haven’t gotten any from them. Nice to know I could have been closer to having all my stickers collected, if not already.

When the counter reaches 0 you are supposed to get a spitball. In order to see the counter you have to click on the steroid chick on top of the building.

I recently unlocked Cleveland, and a new questline is requiring a building that is no longer available. Specifically, it’s The Big Jewelry Store for Fight Promoter Cleveland. Is there any way to delete that questline, since the building is not available?

Hi about 4 days ago my game stopped loading. I have uninstalled/reinstalled game twice, but it still will not load. I have emailed TinyCo. but have not heard back from them yet. I have been playing the game since day one and have a massive amount of characters/buildings not to mention all the coins/clams I have. Missed the ending of the last event and now the beginning of the Li’l Griffins event because of this. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You pretty much did all of the basic troubleshooting we recommend, all you can do now is wait for TinyCo to get back do you. I would say if you don’t hear back from them by Tuesday to email them again.

I’m having this exact same problem – on multiple devices and different browsers. It’s been like that now for a week. I’ve done absolutely everything that could be done. Installed browsers on devices to test them out and had very limited results. I know the actual game hasn’t been updated for windows devices for a long time, but, any port in a storm… right?
Devices include 2 windows devices (win 8.2 phone (bought this time last year), Win10 tablet (bought two months ago), Galaxy tab2 android tablet running Jellybean 4.2.2) and a Galaxy Fame phone (which isn’t used for phone calls any more, but I hadn’t got the heart to part with it and it’s useful for some online stuff, it’s running android jellybean 4.1.2) and firefox/chrome on two laptops (one vista, one w7) so.. if I can’t access it, it’s not a problem at my end. I’ve sent numerous crash reports only to get nothing back.
I can’t even send a crash report on the w10 and android phone…
It has only been in the last 12 hours or so that I’ve been able to get it running on my android phone – and it’s not loading anywhere else.
I’m with you on this problem. I am hoping that tinyco kick enough backsides to get this issue sorted once and for all. No, I cannot afford to replace my android devices right now and if I could, I would.
I’m almost at my wits end having tried absolutely every single thing there is to try – unintalling, restarting, installing, crashing, restarting… and so on ad infinitum.

Must be my year for having issue with the game. HD nothing in 2015 so making up for it early this year. Lol
I am not getting the free spitballs. Have written to TC about this and updated as the day goes by. My counter counts down and starts over but ne spitballs.

The best of 2015 event is misleading/confusing. If I spend 375 clams to unlock the box sets do I automatically get the characters unlocked or do you need to unlock them? If the latter there is no point wasting my money since the event ends today.
I just feel I have lost a lot of money on this game if items don’t drop and with this event wasn’t given enough time notifying me about the event. If I pay for this event and don’t get it isn’t it just as bad as gambling or stealing since paying for nothing? Please help thanks.

I want to make sure you understand how the mystery boxes work.
Each one has up to 9 items inside, depending who you already have, and you are paying 125 Clams for a “Chance” at ONE of those 9 items. As you keep paying 125, you’ll keep getting another until no one is left inside. It’s not 125 for the entire Box of items.
They are all instant Characters/Costumes… no unlocking needed. If anything you just go to Al’s for the Costumes to complete their creation for 10 seconds.

I got all the materials for greased up deaf guy, but now every time I click on the final item, tubs of grease or something like that, and the game crashes. First it was going to a black screen. So I turned off the iPad and turned it back in now, the game locks up and I have to force close the game.
But still no greased up dead guy.
Anyone else having this issue or is there a known work around? I have contacted TC but so far no answer back.

I’m trying to enter district 9, I’ve done al the available quests, I have Jailhouse Meg and did al here quests aswell, but now ‘Freaks and Geeks Pt. 7’ seems to glitch, Lois keeps getting the ‘!’ above her head and by clicking it saying ‘Now I’m bored of these dorks. Time to terrify them with actual female contact’. But when I click ‘open quest’ is just returns me to my Quahog, doing nothing and still presenting the ‘!’ above Lois’ head. And yes, I already did make the nerds dissappear…
I have tried contacting TinyCo about this, using their emailadress (marketing@tinyco.com) but I immediately get a response saying:

So for three people quest line , how do I unlock deaths mom & dect Scrotes? I have greased up deaf guy so that is checked. The other two say go next to them but when I click on this it takes me to the shopping cart which shows the two characters locked. nothing happens when I click on them or try to drag them into my game…

You need to keep Peter and Santa Free. They trigger the Questlines. You also need to be completely done with North by North Pole pt. 9

Hello again! This goes back with my post from Dec 30th.
I’m still having a problem getting my second defeat on Santas Little Helper Pt 2. I keep sending Peter, Santa & the Robot Boy every day one time after another & it still won’t give me the defeat. Should it take this long?? I’m to the point where I just want to give up but keep thinking ok 1 more time lol

So I will ask again, when you select all those characters… how many Buildings does it say it’s defeating? If it says anything less than 3/3 you are not defeating them. A defeat is ALL Buildings destroyed completely.
So you need to Level up your vehicle so it has higher strength

Ok, the vehicle is at 22. And when I tap on all three it says 2/3. I don’t understand that bc I have defeated it once before a couple weeks ago. Wouldn’t it stay at 3/3!? I will have 2 check marks and an X at times and others I will have 1 check and an X.

That’s the thing… each time you defeat them… they increase their strength. So you again have to Level up the vehicle to counteract that increase. You would’ve seen a pop up telling you the elves strengthened the Buildings.

is it possible to get less than 5000 on the leaderboard? I am constantly on this game and sending them all to fight battles yet every time I look at the board, I am further and further down the list. Its almost as if I am not on at all! Given that so many people have had crashing and so much trouble with this game, you would think i would not be so far down. I am now at 48something. So I have given up on the board but Bunny can you please tell me will I even get the lowest prize?

I can’t answer that as its impossible to know how over a million players will play the last week of the event.
My thoughts, don’t stress it. It’s just one item and is it really worth spending every minute of your life and possibly your Clams for a “chance” at getting it?
Just focus on the main game and hopefully we’ll all win God soon 🙂

Well, I went to put SSB on his task so I could screenshot it for you, but just like a machine it made a liar out of me and worked perfectly and gave me 25 gifts.

Lol. No worries. I had been in communication with them and they did tell me they would seek out those that had wrote in, Locate the issue, create a patch, and push said patch. Looks like it worked. WOOHOO!!

Does anyone know what you get from Tom Tucker’s Mystery Box AFTER you’ve unlocked all of the bonus prizes?
I waited until I got all of Tom’s requirement items to unlock the character (but I didn’t click to unlock him), then I started hitting the Mystery Box on the chance that — since I’d collected all of the required items already — I would receive bonus items instead; and I did! In fact, I got them all, included a Petercopter on my second try (and the Petercopter isn’t even listed as a reward for the Tom Tucker Mystery Box) .
Anyway, now that I’ve won all of the prizes listed, it just shows a blank widow when I click on the green Mystery Box’s ‘prizes’ button. The Mystery Box is still there, obviously, and I don’t want to accidentally waste any clams on it (especially since I NEVER purchase them, and have only earned them through standard gameplay) if the box won’t yield any more loot, OR gives me worthless unlocking items that I don’t need at all.
So does anyone know what it will give me if I try it again? Thanks in advance.

Tom isn’t actually ‘unlocked’ yet; I’ve just collected all of the item TOO unlock him, but I haven’t clicked his unlock icon.
But I probably won’t risk losing any clams. I just was wondering if anyone knew what would happens since the Petercopter was won and it wasn’t one of the prizes listed.

Tried to post this earlier so sorry if it comes up twice. Anyway. When the last “compound” unlocked a big gray square showed up & when I tap a corner of it a title shows up robot elf. Plus I bought the vehicle with the presents but I do not have it in the game & it’s not in my inventory. ive sent Herbert out defeat whatever is in there lol but there is no vehicle for me to tap on to upgrade. Is there a glitch going on?? Thank you!!

Don’t know if this is where I post this but when the last “compound” was unlocked it placed a big gray square next to it. When tap on the corner it brings up a title robot elf.is this a glitch. Plus I can’t see the vehicle that goes with it. I unlocked it with presents but I still don’t have it. Not even in the inventory. Thank you!!!!

Here’s the thing… one you’ve been playing isn’t same as one on Facebook. It’s stand alone. Essentially, to play via Mobile and Facebook you’ll need to start all over. New game. This time however you’ll be able to save it where as on windows you couldn’t.
If you’ve been playing iOS, Google, Kindle, Facebook… there’s an option to link your game progress and save it to an email or Facebook account.

I’m still on “Santas little helper pt 2” I keep sending Peter, Santa & robot to defeat the village but no matter how many times I send them I still can not defeat them. Is there something up with that or do I just keep sending them?? Thank you!!

A “defeat” means ALL the possible Buildings have to be destroyed. Not just one or two.

Ha, it just won’t let me defeat all of them at any time. I still keep doing it but only one “falls” thank you!!

My son overwrite my gamea nd now it’s starting me at level 1 I was to far in the game to start over there anyway to recover my data before the overwrite he did please help

Message tinyco from the same device on the lower level game. Let them know what happened. It will take a lil bit to locate the game and restore it… but they can help. 🙂
