How do I contact Tinyco for help not through the game?
The app won’t load so I can’t contact them through the app.
My phone as plenty of space, as does my nearly empty SD card. I switched back and forth between the two of them, no change. “This game needs external storage!” I uninstalled and reinstalled three times. No change. All other games and apps are working fine from both sources. I went to the tinyco support page but it kept sending me back to the FAQs even when I did the contact us: it gave me the FAQs and a mailing address. Not helpful at all.

My issue is not based directly on the factual game. Since before I ever got my iPod touch 6th generation, every time I played family guy on any factual device it would fail to load, say there is not factual signal when there is and was and even close the game out of nowhere.
Those things still occur but I factually can ignore that if I am honest. Recently whenever I close the application and go onto the iPod screen to view recent applications, where you can swipe to close such, I have a message stating ‘Family Guy – Good Evening’ and my name.
I cannot remove or get rid of it without uninstalling the game. It’s more of a fly in the factual ointment than any of the other issues from this game.
Has anyone else factually gotten this since the latest IOS update and game factual update?
If so, do you possibly know how to remove it?
Any information will be and is factually appreciated. It is bothering my OCD factually slightly.

Do the dinosaurs level up? I have the raptor at level 6 and the brontosaurus at level 4. They haven’t moved up since the end of the Jurassic Peter event. I have been sending them on regular quests. Do they need to go through the training pen to move up?

I’ve reached the build a blimp quest and I’m on part 2 of the quest but for some reason the blimp build site has not appeared therefore I can’t click on it to complete part 2 of the quest. Can anyone help?

I wrote awhile back that I was losing 12-24 hours of progress on my game. I had to go back and spend clams for things I had already got. I have wrote tinyco several times and have received the same answer to ALL 6 of my e-mails. Tinyco does not care about their customers. I have taken everyone’s suggestions about uninstalling the game and re-installing however it has not worked. I give up on this game smh thanks for doing everything you could family guy addicts.

I used to play this game a couple of years ago and stopped. I recently started playing again and I am completing new questlines along with old ones where I left off. I just unlocked the fine arts district and I’m currently on Questline Dance Hall Days, Pt 4 which wants me to “Time Travel to the old west in the Blimp”, but the blimp is not showing up for me…. so I feel like I’m stuck. Any advice? Thanks!

Few players having Blimp issues, but only way to get it sorted is by contacting TinyCo through your game. Sorry there’s not an easy solution.

I am trying to download the Marvel app so I can get 10 free clams but my kindle will not let me go to the site. When I downloaded from the app store it never synced with the game to give the clams. Is it because of the kindle or am I doing something wrong?

I already had it installed so it’s hard to say, though I have seen reports saying they didn’t actually have to download the game to get the clams. I would suggest messaging TinyCo from within your game to see if they can credit the clams that way.

I sent the new salty character you recieve in the current event on a battleship mission. Now the icon for collecting is a red X and when I click, it says that it is finished in 10hrs but the counting does not go down at all..
I bought clams to try to finish it early (63 clams), I got the items I am suppose tonget from it but the battling is still stuck, with the red X saying irs done in 10 hrs.. What can I do to get this unstuck!?

I would do a force close of your game then restart, if issue continues after this you will need to contact TinyCo through your in game support in order they can look and see what’s wrong within your game. Not had anyone else complain of this issue.

Stuck in an impossible loop – or am I missing something?
To get pirate Lois, you need hats. To get the hats you need a building. To get that building you need salt and to get salt you need to attack the pirate ships, which you need pirate Lois for?

To unlock Pirate Queen Lois only 1 item from House of Booty is A must buy, many of her items come from character tasks or clearing drunken pirates. Also you can do Gunboat battles with just Peter, and once you unlock Salty he can also attack, however he is harder than Pirate Queen Lois to unlock so concentrate on her first.heres the link to Gunboat Battles

I have contacted tinyco several times about the issue I am having where if I refresh it sets my game back a day or two of work. The game has been doing this for months to me and tinyco has not bothered to contact me once. Last event I had to spend the 105 clams I had on bat-a-range, nets, and bombs for my joker because every time I finished one of the quests for them my game would make me refresh and they would be gone. This event I had to re-apply the 400 coins for salty, re-get one of the death certificates, and lost the two dagger mouths I had for salty. I am highly frustrated and just about to give up on this game. I do not know what else to do.

I’m sorry your having these issues. If your account is saved to Facebook or email, have you tried removing and then reinstalling. Wish I could suggest a solution but if a fresh install doesn’t fix it, only TinyCo can. Sorry.

I’m having trouble completing the “Peter Becomes A Vegetarian” quest. I get the screen that says “If becoming a vegetarian is good enough for Anne Hathaway’s dog its good enough for me” and I click to open the quest and the nothing. How do I fix it?

I am having the same issue… Have emailed TinyCo several times and posted all over their twitter and facebook pages, and have yet to receive any kind of response… seems they are too good for the consumers that have been there since day one! Just out if curiosity, when you “email” them… did you just send one manually? Or did you use the crash report option pulled off the error report you saw?

Try to exit out of your game today, restart your device, then go back into the game and send an error/crash report by using the OK option on the error message. This should send a new report to them.

How do I remove the frat skin on the Griffin house?

Now for how you place the decorations on and take them off. Just tap on the house and you will notice a Green Arrow under the image. This means there is more info below. Tap on the arrow and it will now point down to the hidden menu. There you will see icons. Tap the Round Red Cancel button to take the skin back off.

I am currently finished with all quests leading up to unlocking district 9 but for some reason the game will not let me do the quest “what the deuce part 1” to unlock the district. I’ve done everything else and unlocked all floors in resort and the quests I have left can only be completed if I can get into district 9. Please please please someone help me I have spent to much time on this game to just let it go to waste

The only one it shows is “build a blimp pt 2” but when I click on the “to be continued” button which is grey it says I need to enter district 9 to retrieve the stolen plutonium but it won’t allow me to unlock the district because it won’t give me any other quests. I don’t know if it is a bug or not but I did use clams to collect parts for blimp but I don’t see how that could have effected the quest line? I will gladly give info of account for help. I just don’t want all that work to be wasted

Presumably you’re not on a Windows device, right? As you have the Tan Lines Resort? Have you tried messaging TinyCo from in your game? I’ve seen a few reports here and there regarding issues with unlocking this task, so I can only conclude it’s a bug in the coding. Of course if I find out anything else I’ll let you know.

Hee! I’m playing Family Guy for a while now and I like it a lot. But I’m having some difficulties. The dinosaur theme is over but I still have a quest for it. However I cannot complete it, because I need Camo Peter and I don’t have him. Is there any way I can delete the quest and do other players have this too?

Unfortunately players cannot delete a task, but you could use your in game support to message TinyCo and ask them if they could remove the Questline for you. Glad you’re still enjoying the game.

My family guy game shuts down at least 15 times a day and also my wife plays the game and she is still able to watch the videos in exchange for clams but it hasn’t let me watch the videos for the past month please help me with this

Whatever happened to facespace collections? It seems that all of the new characters are just being grouped together in the new characters section regardless of how long they’ve been there. Is there any word from Tinyco. on whether on not it’ll be continued or not?

I know at one point they had stopped work on this as it was felt more important to iron out some glitches within the game and bring items we were asking for, such as Conseula’s vacuum etc. personally I’d love to see it updated and completing character collections for clams brought back. We will put the question to TinyCo and report back what they say.

In the “Show Me Your Tan Lines Pt. 5″ quest… it says to…”Collect From the Tan Lines Resort”.
What am I suppose to collect???
I’ve clicked on the building and collected rent… I’ve filled up floors and collected :Stewie Bucks”… but that task will not get completed. What am I doing wrong???

Some other players hit this problem before, the solution seemed to be making sure all the floors you unlocked are full before collecting from the resort. Give that a go if you have enough characters. And you don’t need have them in the resort the whole 24hrs, just make sure you fill it anytime before its time to collect the Stewie bucks.

Hmmm… I’ve got all oft he floors unlocked… but I’ve only got enough characters to fill up the 2nd floor… and maybe most of the 3rd floor.
So… if I need enough characters to fill up all of the floors (180 for all 11 floors) and I only have like 40 to 45 characters… then either… 1) I’m NEVER going to complete this task or 2) its going to take me a looooooong time before I can complete this task 😦

Try just filling the first 2 floors and leaving the rest empty, no stragglers on the 3rd floor, then collect. If that doesn’t work it might be worth sending a message to TinyCo support and explain issue, they can maybe do something, or leave the task on the back burner for a very long time.

XP was never released to public from TinyCo… so nope on that one.

Yes. Especially if in Mystery Boxes. The Costume should sit in limbo til the character is unlocked and walking live in your game. Then it usually pops up in Inventory for you to pull it out to Al’s or right to Character.

They’re not “deleted” just go into a “storage” so to speak. Like a “read” message. Follow up every 5 days with them.

Do you mean the Plastic Rings? If so, it is noted in the Main Phase posts… you use them to buy Decorations and Buildings that cost Plastic Rings

I also am getting the same error message ‘can’t save building in bad position.’ The message first appeared Monday after I purchased various DC buildings with the plastic rings. I was able to move a few into storage and then play the game. Then on
August 31st I tried to open the game and the error message would appear. Every time I try to enter the game it says the event has ended and I should reload the game and error message. I have sent an in game email to Tiny co. and they responded that they were looking into it. I also uninstalled the game but that didnt work either. 😦

Hello – I’m wondering if there is any way to speed up getting the power points? I’m stuck on level 7 and am checking the game frequently to take care of the Killer Crocs and buildings. I can’t advance until I reach level 8. I’m guessing there’s nothing I can do other than wait for the power to increase. It’s just taking a while and I’m unfortunately falling behind in the game. At least I can stock up on kryptonite and pills 🙂

Ok, checked all inventory, checked Al’s, and the store, no pink suit. I wonder if other players are having the same question? During the candy land event, after winning it, I never did see any indication of actually getting it. I thought the costume would trigger once I got the character.

In the past, it would be in “limbo” (not seen) but once the Character hit… it dropped into Inventory in the ALL or Characters tab… then you pull it out to Al’s… finish making it in Al’s for a few seconds… then in use. Rare times it jumped right to Character so you just tapped on them and scrolled through costumes to see it. Biggest thing is that only ONE costume can create at a time in Al’s, so if another was timing down creating at the time… it also would prevent another from showing.
In any case, message them.

I’m not sure specifically how to resolve your problem and not sure whether Bunny has any ideas but what I can say is this: stop messaging so often! One message every 5 days is plenty. Messaging so often will just push your query to the back of the queue.

I am curious…. are you on iOS? I only ask as there are some glitches that have patches coming in 1.27.1 & 1.27.2 for iOS players. If your game is saved, I would suggest a complete uninstall/reinstall of the game to clear any corrupted files. Then log in and LOAD saved game file.
Also, see if your town is TOO full and memory drain is causing issue. There are a lot of tips in the Crashing and Lagging post on the site that can suggest some options for this route.

I believe the 1.27.0 version has been updated but I am still seeing ‘requires baconipsom’ whenever I am trying to get Brian to clear the Bulls. I have reset my phone twice and isn’t making a difference. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks.

You need MORE. iOS is version 1.27.1 or 1.27.2. The other version was the one the glitch was found in.

That all depends on iOS to approve the update and push it. Just keep looking for 1.27.1 or higher (possibly 1.27.2)

I’m trying to to clear the bulls, after having just unlocked Brian. “A Whole Lotta Bull Pt. 6.” Every time I click on a bull to clear it, it says it requires Bacon ipsum. Does anyone know what this is or how I can get it?

I am currently trying to do Mayor West’s task of clearing the dogs. The day before yesterday (7/19) I was able to clear some, but now when I click on a dog, instead of seeing Mayor West’s face where the “required” part is, I get a message that says “+bacon ipsum”. I’ve tried contacting help & support multiple times in my game app with no response… I’ve looked it up online and have yet to find anyone having the same issue. Any help is much appreciated!!
I’ve also uninstalled the game & then reinstalled it with no change, as well as rebooting my phone.

I asked TinyCo about the odd pop up. They said to see if the 1.27.1 Update fixes it if you are on iOS in a few days. Now if you are on Google or others.

This bug is clearly only present on iOS devices. If you open the game from Facebook, you can clear the dogs. In my case pirates

If you are far enough in the game (like District 5-7, can’t remember when it pops) you can tap on the item and see the lil blue Inventory Icon. Tap on icon and store them. 🙂

All I can suggest in the meantime while they are working on it is try an alternate Brand device. See if someone will log into your game from an iOS or Amazon device for you and see if that helps. At times it will unlock your access to your game.

I’m having an issue that my blimp disappeared after vigil part 3. So I was able to get Olivia and start ye olde blimp trippe, got to part 4 of ye olde blimp trippe and i can’t do anything because I have no blimp. Part 4 is in my task menu,it tells me to visit the renisance period but when I click on it nothing happens. I’m totally stuck and can’t open district 10 because of this. 😦 blimp definitely only went out 4 times and I placed all Dec’s given. HELP PLS x

1.27.2 should have patched it, but a small handful of devices did not take to the update so they are still seeing what they can do.
