Well….the end is near! In just a few hrs Comic-Con will officially leave our Tiny Quahogs and things will return back to normal. Well as normal as they get in Quahog!
In an effort to make sure everyone’s on the same page about the end of the event we thought it would be effective to do a wrap up post and answer many of your Comic-Con Event ending questions! So here we go…
When Does Comic-Con End?
Per TinyCo…it’s scheduled to end at 3pm PDT on 9/8.
What Time is that Where I Am?
It’s basically impossible for me to calculate everyone’s different time zones. However, I can tell you that it converts to 6pm EDT and 2200 GMT (or 10pm GMT). If you need more clarification beyond that you can check out this site for a timezone conversion…
Where’s Page 7?
It’s coming today. It’s up now. As soon as ALL of the pages are up we’ll have a fun post showing the whole comic book.
Is There More Coming? Am I Safe to Spend My Blam!?
No new Blam! items are coming into the game. So it’s safe to spend all of your Blam! at this point on items you want. Remember…you have to use it or you lose it.
I Didn’t Finish Collecting For Stripper Bonnie, Will I Lose her?
No. Stripper Bonnie has been extended beyond Comic Con. In fact it has no end date. As long as you start Hostess with the Mostest Questline (in order to get this you have to have won Red Hot) you’ll be able to continue on with her AFTER Comic-Con. So no rush to get those items!
But I Spent Clams to Speed Her Up, Will TinyCo Refund me?
I don’t know. All I can say is you can try. Don’t expect an answer back on it today though…they’re trying to wrap up all the other Comic-Con issues to ensure the ending is smooth.
Will Bonnie’s New Stripper Pole Be Around After the Event?
Yes. ALL of Stripper Bonnie will be around after the event. This includes her pole. As long as you start part 1 of Hostess with the Mostess BEFORE Comic Con ends you can unlock Stripper Bonnie and her Pole AFTER the event ends.
How About My Blam! Refund for Reactors?
If you purchased reactors at the higher price, before they lowered it, and sent in a refund request….in most cases they’ve already responded and refunded the Blam! to you. If you have not heard back yet….they’re working to get through the last few before the end of the event.
I Purchased Mutant Stewie And I Got Iron Baby, But I Don’t See Them in Al Harringtons OR My Inventory. Where Are They?
If you currently do NOT have Stewie unlocked you won’t see them in your game until AFTER you’ve unlocked Stewie. Once you unlock Stewie they’ll both appear in Al’s.
If you currently have Stewie and aren’t seeing either costume in Al Harringtons contact TinyCo. This could be a glitch with your game.
Only Contact TinyCo if You HAVE Stewie Unlocked and can’t find them. If you don’t have Stewie Unlocked and can’t find them they won’t show until you’ve unlocked Stewie.
And YES you must collect all the reactors AND Demon Plating in order to get Iron Baby after the event ends…
Will the Celebrities and Superheros Leave When The Event Leaves?
Yes and No. IF you’ve fully unlocked a celebrity OR Superhero they will stay in your Quahog FOREVER (even if you don’t have the questline finished). As long as you’ve fully unlocked them (ie they’re a playable character in your town) they’re yours to keep. However, if you haven’t finished unlocking them they will leave when the event is over.
What Happens to the Questlines I’m Not Finished With?
Any Comic-Con related questlines (except for Bonnie, Rollocop and Iron Baby) will leave with the event.
(Note: Rollocop MUST be created BEFORE the event ends or you will miss out on getting him. Also, Part 1 of Iron baby MUST be created before the event ends (Reactors and Demon Plating must be collected). And Part 1 of hostess with the mostess MUST be complete in order to unlock Stripper Bonnie after the event)
What Happens to All my Excess Harpoons, Batteries & Bombs?
They’ll leave with the event too. Use them or lose them.
What Happens to Comic-Con Buildings In my Quahog?
If YOU built the building and it’s in your Quahog (ie you spent Clams or Blam! on it) it’s yours to keep forever. Any buildings in the store will leave when the event leaves…ie buildings you haven’t purchased. So make sure you take this opportunity to purchase any other buildings you may want in your town before they’re gone forever.
What About the Q, Convention Center and Calmterprise?
The ones that are part of the Comic-Con District will leave when the event leaves. The ones you won will stay in your town. So basically the whole Convention Center District will be leaving once the event is over…
What About The Director Chairs For Characters I’ve Unlocked? Where Are they?
They should be placed in your inventory once the event ends. This applies to chairs for Patrick, Ron, Felicia and Stan. The Chairs for Bryan, Nathan and George should already be in your town if you’ve unlocked them.
What Buildings Will be Leaving with the Event?

Ok. Only my second time posting but just wanted to say thanks to the Addicts for everythuing you’ve done. Not just through the event but always. great source of info everytime i come here for a read.
As for the event i thought it was awesome. Far better than the last. Lots of great buildings and cool little decos to mess around with. I spent some cash but not too much and got everything i wanted. have to say as well i just upgraded from a Samsung GS3 to GS5 and what a huge diffrence in game . No lag and no crashes. Wish i had it from the start.
Cant wait for district 9 now as i already have design plans to make use of some of the buildings from the event that dont quite “fit” into my Quohog as it is. Only thing i can really grumble about is not getting the Convention center when it ended but i think Tinyco would be missing a trick if they didnt at least offer it for clams ( i’d happily pay for it).

I really really hope the next event has a timer and not a date. I left buying the last item on joe too late. Not hugely bothered but if I had known the event would end 9am on tuesday morning I wouldn’t have tried for the last microchip again. Timers plz. Tsto has been doing that since forever.

Ok – I caved and bought rollocop Joe before the end of the event. I had gotten some of the stuff but not nearly enough so ended up paying more than 200 clams. I got the character pop up and everything. I log back in a few minutes ago and rollojoe costume is gone, the questline is gone, and my clams are gone. I already sent an in game message. I’m on iOS but started the quest on android. Help please!

I’m in agreement with Jared. The sooner, the better. I’m almost done creating Stripper Bonnie. After that, I’ll have nothing to do except for collect more coins. Pretty much all of my characters, including the celebs, are nearly leveled to Max. Can’t even level grind I the interim.

Started the day stuck with a ton of left over high tech (60+) and old timey harpoons (90+). The timer ran out at around 1PM, and I ran it up to the first 30x challenge before moderns ran out. Bought most of the spotlights and signs I wanted to demarcate off a final shrine to the event,* and got a bunch of wavy hero man decos I don’t know what I’m gonna do with yet 🙂
And I had unlocked everything *except* the Demo Stewie Deco. Still, I won 25 clams in there somewhere today! So, I gamed it out and spent maybe 15 clams to rush things here and there and had 13 moderns by 5:30. Rushed Iron Stewie 7 more times for another 28 clam and just went on a fantastic run with my remaining harpoons.
Went from ~1,200 Blam to 17,000+ blam by the time it went back after moderns. And, yay, *finally* got the Demon Stewie Deco with just 20 minutes to spare! Bought 700 more spotlights. 😀 Blasted every last spawned minion with abandon, until by 5:55 there were none even left, and bought a few last Comic Con signs.
End totals:
0 left over Blam!
20/0/25 left over harpoons
9 left over bombs
40 left over batteries

I just wish we could buy a lot more land and the characters had a find button like TSTO. I always miss some because they are behind something or moving. Like the timer Idea as well.

I really enjoyed this event. The first week I was sooooo far behind (even on iOS) but I was worried for nothing, I ended up with something like 371,XXX Blam! And I won everything I really wanted. I do feel sorry for people who shelled out big money for the Sommmelier, it just was not needed. Can’t wait for the ComicCon survey

This event was FANTASTIC. This event and the Simpsons Tapped Out event had very little from their actual shows, which means I’m immediately less interesting, but in this instance QfS surprisingly beat Tapped Out. I don’t care for much in TO, but I loved all the new things in Quahog. Going to wipe it out and redesign it now.
I managed to get everything freemium (except for 2 of the trophy cases with the costumes and Demon Stewie from the promo boxes), and I pulled together enough clams to get Nathan Fillion and the two buildings that were mispriced at 25 clams each on the first day. Very happy about that. Plenty of stuff to redecorate my down, different GAMEPLAY that required some strategy (something I didn’t realize was missing from Tapped Out, but I would love to see in it).
Overall, very happy with the event! Can’t wait for the next one (maybe Halloween themed after we get our new district?:

I loved this event I got almost everything that costed clams and blam. I missed the giant stewie decos and stuff in the robo brian and robo stewie boxes but nabbed everything else well except for the blam trucks. Overall very pleased with the results and a job well done to Tinyco for such an awesome event. My town is so quiet and peaceful now it’s kinda sad. Its also very cluttered there needs to be an idea post on what we can do with all of the new stuff we just got lol.

I have to say, I have refrained from commenting for the most part… but I feel the need here.
It was really excited about this event for the most part it was fun… but quite frustrating.
The pesticides to harpoons annoyed the crap out of me… mine didn’t convert. ..
I am not able to spend money on clams and the fact that I have a job that I have to work at meant I couldn’t play and earn blam all day.
The fact that there were so many things going on at once was good… but there should have been more characters capable of actually earning stuff… In the last few days, why were Jerome, Cleveland, Herbert, Joe, Meg, etc. not able to actually earn stuff that would have let us keep rollocop, etc… I’m really annoyed. And everything demanded tons of blam… but half the characters couldn’t earn it…
That’s my rant… it was fun… but I’m uber annoyed

I don’t know if it will be part of the poll(s), but when the event ended I still had 199 bombs and 71 batteries (as well as many harpoons, but not enough hi-tech for the needed stage). I was trying to burn bombs but ran out of minions and latchers weren’t appearing fast enough for zapping. I did use up my blam to less than one hundred by filling the town with spotlights. I figure they’ll come in handy eventually. 😉

I thought we got to keep the convention center and the clamterprise…I’m a little sad on this. The Q hotel isn’t bad because I won one of those…but I wanted the convention center. I would’ve bought one of those. 😦 I even bought decorations to rebuild the district…I wouldn’t have spent blame on them if I knew.

I loved this event! I got all the decorations from the Blam! boxes and 20 clams. Unlocked all the free characters (still finishing stripper Bonnie but that doesn’t count!) and bought one each of all the buildings that cost Blam! (plus a second Training Center accidentally). Great job TinyCo!
For the record the event ended at 5:00 CDT on the dot for me. I had a work person distract me and I missed the chance to fire my last few bombs and spend my last 500 Blam!

I was able to unlock bonnie but was stuck with spending 40 clams on joe’s RoboCop. I waited till the last moment because y’all said his story line would continue. I have an android so it hurts that my “sorry gift” was a lame ploy for clams :/. Other than that this was a great event 🙂

The payout for the Blam! Sommelier Station went from 30xp and 250 Blam! every 8 hours to 30xp and $10 every 8 hours. Seriously?! I certainly hope this is a glitch because this was 700 clams, it defiantly should payout more.

Anyone else still seeing nerds running around and if you click them you get a momentary error about and invalid currency and then the game crashes. This is after the mandatory reload and all comic-con related things are gone.

So I’m finishing last minute tasks trying to get the last 80 blam I needed for a blam box sincemy harpoons were worthless and the game kicks me out won’t let me back in and then when it does makes me reboot again to remove the event and get back to normal … At least Simpsons gives you a lee way time at your last minute tasks… It was a great event but now I’m wondering how future events are gonna run …. And I have lost the character chairs theyre not in inventory like it said … I’ll give it some time to finish winding out but as much as I loved the event I’m very disappointed with the ending … And page 7 was a white blank page never got to see the ending…

Check your decorations, not inventory. They should be in your decorations menu for “FREE”. 🙂

Even though I had to restart my game 2 weeks after it started I was able to catch up and get a good haul of goodies (Minion Stewie and Rollocop). I did miss out on unlocking Stan Lee, because there was no way for me to get 10,000 Blam! in 1 day even though I unlocked all the other items without assigning tasks. I did the math in my head and if the event instead ended today at 11:59PM I think I could have done it if the game didn’t pick the same harpoons 4/5 times to kill Demon Stewie. Instead I wisely used all the Blam! I had left to buy buildings. I know I would have gotten George Takei, Stan Lee, and The Multiplier if I didn’t have to restart. I had 31,000+ colected Blam! on my original game and on the new one I ended the event at around 78,000 Blam!.

Hey Alissa, what do you think the next FG : TQFS event will be? I think it should be something like Stewie goes back in time from his time machine and he messes it up, and then, every week will have a new scenario (for example, one week could be like the Jurassic Park, then the next could be medieval times, and so on and so forth).

Thank you guys for putting up with all of my whining and complaining this whole event. Up until the last few days I really did not think I was going to make it. Wifi mysteriously showing up at work certainly helped (seriously, none of the managers have any clue where it came from, I seem to be the only one who has discovered it so far.)
I ended up with just over 5,000 extra Blam and decided to go for a mystery box as none of the remaining buildings really appealed to me all that much. First one I got bombs (just after launching my last one), but in the second one I got RoboBrian! Now I have some form of Brian in my town at least :). I spent the remaining bit on some of the cheap deco and ended up with 85 leftover. Thanks to the “random” harpoons I ended up with 5, 19 and 43 harpoons respectively.
The only thing I really missed out on was the last bombadier trophy, just could not hit all of those Stewies. If I had more of the celebs unlocked it would have helped greatly. Originally was upset about not getting Rollocop, but after hearing the issues everyone has had collecting his parts I am kind of glad. Still the event ended up being really fun in the end. Hopefully Kindle players will get an exclusive bonus of our own in the next update.

Agree with you about Kindle users. What a crock that an Android device didn’t get the Android exclusive. I used BlueStacks to get him, but it still irked me that I had to. Worse is that TinyCo doesn’t seem to care.

This was a pretty good event overall, the majority of it was well paced save for the last week or two in which I had nothing to do.
Pros:
-Costumes for various characters, not just 10 for Peter and Quagmire
-Lots of new, cool townies
-a truckload of buildings
-Iron Baby finally made me feel appreciated for being far into the game
-some prizes spawn event tapables into my game
-relatively well paced event
-finally, a skin for Bonnie
CONS:
-near the end of the event boxes containing batteries and bombs were released, but they no longer were useful at ALL
-last week or so seemed pretty slow and empty
-had so many Nerds and Minion Stewies in my game at once that it would lag badly or even crash at times
-Also couldn’t click my Townies freely for the above reason
-The clam Blam! trucks from the start of the event very quickly became completely obsolete (within the second week)
-Mandatory surprise conversion of pesticides to harpoons at incredibly low rates made me quite angry!!
-this one is more personal, but I’d have liked to of seen more visual tasks for the celebs with 1hr jobs (it’s the most commonly used time anyway)
Overall 8/10

I think the battery and bombs in the boxes were for the people who were behind on the event. I know until I started going for the boxes, my battery count was 1-3 for most of the event (I kept one on hand at all times in case I needed to unlock a required building a Latcher locked down). I also only used 3 bombs every 2 hours (I required at least 9-10 minions per hit and after 3 it was almost impossible to get that count) due to only having 5-8 at any time until I again started box buying. I do know I said if I had known how many I had after some box buying I would have spent them more freely before.

I just had a gold nerd walking around my town (i unlockced the Q hotel) and when I tapped on him I got an error saying it was invalid currency or something and it crashed. Now when I go back I dont see any nerds.

Loved the event. Reset my game about and hour ago. Just launched to check in on things, and sure enough there was a yellow nerd just walking around. Assuming from the hotel you won as one of the blam prizes. So I tapped him and it crashed my game. No big deal. Just pointing it out.

I don’t buy clams and was trying to save up for Buzz Killington, but I wanted Rollocop before he vanished by paying 60 clams for microchips, which never dropped despite constantly trying. Now the Rollocop quest line is gone…

Darn my blam never got refunded from the reactors mess 😦 I waited a week and a half and some people got theirs in 3 minutes 😛 that stinks! Besides that everythink was good.

had a glitch while playing this event but i was able to catch up and get close to everything but missed out on Iron Stewie and the last 2 vehicles but overall well worth my time and no sleep but now i gotta redo the city and make new areas and get ready for the next event.

Anything and everything has been amazing with this event..weekly we got amazing updates (yes I read updates were not one or two devices friends)..each update added more and more to the fun. This waa the first time that strategy and coming here to see what was going on REALLY paid off..without either I would not of finished all the car challenges. The brought back old tricks that worked the previous event and added a few more. The celebs were awesome and the reasonably priced Fillion was completely worth it. I Burnt off my extra Blam earlier and got another 65 clams. Could anything possibly make this event better….YES!! I somehow even won the big prize in here!! What were the odds? (Being last I checked it was around a thousand comments..probably a 1,000 to 1 lol..either way AWESOME!!) Thanks Bunny and Alissa!! This party has been a fun one!!

I am so disappointed. I had been asking for a Blam! refund all week and I never got it. What makes me even more upset is that if I had been given the refund, I would have enough Blam! to purchase mutant stewie.

Overall I was very happy with the event. The only thing I didn’t like was the last minute rush of extra items they added with 5 days left in the event but quickly fixed it.
The only thing I was unable to get was Demon Stewie (I am not counting premium buildings). Went through about 20 and was not able to get him though maybe it makes up for the fact that I was able to get all decorations in the Sponsored box in 5 goes (all 4 dec and 25 clams).
I am looking forward for when District 9 get released. I wonder if we will see a Zoidberg type camio. 😉

Why do these “worlds” need to end? What if the multi verse feature in the game was the ability to transfer between these character worlds that you can revisit and build your inventory? I feel like i just finished watching Lost

I’ve checked all the decorations, inventory and scoured my town. Can’t find it, no idea what to do.

They are so teeny tiny I had to make a special spot for mine as I kept losing them. All I can suggest is to store a bunch of items in your inventory and clear the town to see if you can find it. Outside that, contact TinyCO.

They never refund my blam for the 5,000 blam fusion reactors. I got every prize from the boxes, every blam denominated building/item and George Takei, but the 6 attempts at clams would have been nice. Especially that I am sitting with 297, 3 short of Conselua. Any word if they will give those who they didn’t get to refund something as compensation? I’d settle on 5 to 10 clams!

Couldn’t they have just run a query to see who spent the blam and run a job overnight to pay back everyone who fell in that population? Seems like that would have been much more efficient than manually tracking tickets that they may or may not have gotten to. I know they are a small company, but if they have programmers, they have people who are say enough to do that. Just my opinion….

I am not sure how the tech department side works. I would say it is hard as it is a 1 to 1 issue where they need to go into every single game to make the correction so therefor require each player to contact them so they first of all know the issue is there, and then have their player ID and info to get into their game to correct it.

Hey, i have a question. I’ve been stuckw with a quest with Felicia Day. It says “Play in world of wizardy at sir lancewort”. I’VE GONE THROUGH ALL THE BUILDINGS YOU CAN BUY, i cant find anything?! How do i continue this quest? Its driving me crazy. Please answer!

Loved the event! 🙂 It had its ups and downs obviously – especially nearing the end but TinyCo fixed that and it caught up. I got all the characters I wanted including Rollocop but I missed my last chances to get the Demon Stewie statue thing and the last two display stands (I had around 90 of each harpoon left :P) and also I didn’t get to see the last comic page… Happy it’s over though! And FGA team has been awesome like always! 🙂
