Hello There Clammers!
TinyCo’s been busy the last couple of days posting spoilers and hints about what’s to come for Halloween 2014….
First, they teased it on Twitter…and Bunny wrote a whole post about that and speculation for what’s to come.
Then we got a Pink Brian Sneak Peek….have you unlocked him yet?
And yesterday we saw this posted on their Facebook….with the word “Soon”…
Now today TinyCo has yet another suspicious posting on their Facebook page….
Could this mean Halloween is coming TOMORROW?! (10/1) Could it mean…..
I’d be pretty stoked if we’re getting a Ghostbusters update! Personally, I hate Halloween (I just don’t like being scared…more on that later)…but I LOVE the Ghostbusters! Some early Halloween memories I have involve my mom putting me in a stupid costume and me “borrowing” my friend’s Ghostbuster Proton Pack from his costume to make my costume look cooler. (If I can find the photo of that I’ll definitely post it…) So needless to say a Ghostbuster update would make this Halloween a bit better for me!
Oh and in case you’re wondering about Cleveland…TinyCo had this message to say about him in the next event:

Work has been a bear – 14 hour day today. So does the Haloween event start today or tomorrow? I know it’s a silly question, but I’m trying to get caught up. I second that Bunny and Alissa are doing an incredible job!!!! Woohoo for them two!!!!

I know this has nothing to do with Halloween, but since they brought back a couple of previous exclusive outfits, and Cleveland, any word on a possible King butt return? I’d buy him in a heartbeat! Also are the celebrity characters max level 25 like Peter or is that just a glitch?

As for future content. We don’t know. There is no way of knowing. Not with a game that changes on a daily basis like this. The next thing is always a guess. When it goes live is when we know 100%.
We are looking into all the new maxes and will update on them later. 😉

As everything is just speculation until it goes live in the game, we do not post “spoilers”. TinyCo has been known to change things up to the second it is released, and even after live in game. 😉

Not really the correct post for this, but look in your inventory. If he isn’t there, you may already have him “suited up”. Check Brian to see if you can change him into his Pink Brian costume

I like ghostbusters when I was growing up but I was hoping for something like a cool costume for most of them that was from the show, not the ghostbusters uniform. The whole town decorated in Halloween stuff like bats and werewolf not ghostbusters theme. Totally not what I was hoping for but for all those that do like it I hope u enjoy em.

5) Complaints (both posted here and in my head)
6) Not collecting items quickly enough (since there really can’t be a “quickly enough” for Addicts, can there??)
7) Sneaking in to the office bathroom to check my game
8) Sneaking back to the office bathroom to check my game
9) Co-workers starting to wonder if I have an intestinal disease
10) Spending clams/needing more clams (see #4)

Ok now this is just ridiculous 8hour common drops keep coming up empty? Now I like the challenge and can understand rare, extra rare and what not. But a common task on multiple characters that Kris coming up empty? That just makes me not wanna play this game anymore. 48 hours with nothing every 8 hours is just stupid. Just saying that need to do better at their coding.

here is what i think is going to happend:
Brian gets killed and turns into death brian. He summons ghosts and stuff.
ghostbusters show up (family guy style) and they help you defeat brian.

I can’t quite put my finger on that building either… because it’s not in my Quahog!! That needs to be remedied IMMEDIATELY I keep postponing all the long tasks so everyone’s free as soon as the event hits.Well, not everyone – since I won’t let Brian and Stewie do anything long enough to help unlock Tom Tucker, our mustachioed newsman is far from available (let alone Vinny and Adam).

I doubt it. Most events have been centered around the characters from the first 3 districts (and maybe some premium), this gives newer players a fair chance at the event..

I have Facebook but I’ve never associated it with Family Guy TQFS. Strictly Android and I use this website for updates. i started playing family guy after tsto became way too boring (clash of clans rip off was silly and way too easy to complete),
that being said i love FG!!
im still on the pirate’s cove… but hopefully i hope tomorrow i will finish it 🙂
the question is… how long will pink brian be available?

It would be awesome if the dead characters of the series come back as ghosts for you to catch.
There’s; Loretta Brown, Muriel Goldman, Francis Griffin, Diane Simmons, Biscuit (Brian’s mom), New Brian, Derek Wilcox (Jillian’s husband), Todd Griffin (dog Griffins had before Brian), Horace (original owner of Drunken Clam).

This is what I read from somewhere else so consider this just for now as a rumor (but I’m pretty sure this is real):
1.) Characters that are going to be featured for this Halloween event will be Mr. Weed, Francis Griffin, Diane Simmons (as a ghost), Freddy Krueger, Jason Vorhees & Slimer.
2.) Peter, Joe, Quagmire & Cleveland will all have costumes as the Ghostbusters.
3.) Meg will get a costume as Slutty Cat Meg, Stewie will get a costume as Vampire Duck Stewie and Connie will get a costume as Sexy Witch Connie.

This will probably be another preview event. The facts come in order. Pink Brian isn’t over yet, and that is a preview event. Second, they didn’t do too much advertising and considering that this would be a big event, it should have some, other than Pink Brian and “Soon.” Thirdly, I just have a gut feeling. I bet one, “Ha Ha, you’re wrong, loser,” comment that I am right.

Their “advertising” is the Facebook posts. I’m willing to wager a large amount of people who play the game, have a Facebook account. Therefore, a large amount of people saw those posts.
Secondly, there was no promotional information or “advertising” for pink Brian whatsoever. Being that there has been three teasers in total, I really think they are teasing the entire event. Makes sense with October starting and the event starting on the same day. Also, seems kind of a bit to much “advertising” for it to be just another “preview event”. With a 5 week event, now is the right time to start it.
You can bet on that.

I understand your reasoning about the advertising, but what I am saying is that this isn’t like the comic con event where they had specific things such as telling us about captain hammered and Patrick Stewart and stuff.
Secondly, Pink Brian is considered, “a Halloween Preview event.”

I have all my characters on short quests in the event of a midnight launch. Will only get a few hours of sleep before work but i want to be ahead from the start with this event. Unlike comic con where i missed the first 2 days.
Also, very glad i unlocked cleveland during full moon. I didnt start playing TQFS until late in that event and barely got him, not realizing he was a limited time character.
Very excited to see this event as it progresses. Should be fun!

The big thing was the rocket in commicon for the first 4 days but other then that the event got easy towards the end finished with total 200k blam but missed alot of clam items 😦

There’s simply no reason it wouldn’t be tomorrow. Frankly, TinyCo would make people way to mad by saying a date and not making it (barring any unforeseen consequences). Why bother saying “tomorrow”.
Common business practice is: Don’t state a date if there any possible way you won’t make your goal by then. (Again, barring any unforeseen consequences)

I always wanted to get Cleveland, but there is no way I am going to spend $15 worth of clams for him. And now they announce that he is needed for the Halloween event. I am really beginning to dislike the way freemium games do things.

Not needed per say, but will help out to achieve things faster. You can still play without him. Think of Comic Con. You can play or play with helpers. If that makes sense. It is still all up to you whether or not you choose to spend. An option to pay or play with always be there, doesn’t mean you HAVE to do it. 😉

I unlocked him for free the first time around so I’d b a little upset if they just gave him away but yea $15 is a bit much.
I’m a premium player but their prices on some things is just crazy.
700 for the blam bar was absolutely crazy especially when it was basically pointless after how much blam giant/mutant Stewie payed out.
That rly felt like a giant FU to primium players that dished out a lot of money for it.
