Hello There Clammers!
Halloween has arrived in Quahog! And Peter, in typical Peter fashion, has decided to tick off the dead. In doing so Peter accidentally opens a dark portal in the Quahog cemetery and unleashes all manner of ghosts and goblins on the city…your job is to help round up these ghost, goblins and ghouls! And there’s no cooler way to do that than with Predator!
Predator is an all new premium character introduced just for Halloween. Predator will not only help you earn Banshee tears BUT you’ll also earn more Ghost traps (to help trap poltergeist) as well! And I know you’re all dying to find out more about this new character in Quahog…so let’s break it all down for you below…
To add Predator to your Quahog it’ll cost you 250 Clams and don’t worry there’s no additional STUFF to get. Once you purchase this crazy hunter he is yours forever! He also comes with his Trophies…which will help you earn even more Spirit Vials and Fright Points (8 vials, 2FP/6hrs).
As mentioned above Predator will help you clear Banshee’s and earn Banshee tears for you. Predator will ALSO earn Ghost Traps to help trap those pesky poltergeist! (Note: the task to earn traps is 8hrs…but I’m finding that it ALWAYS drops the meters. So that’s a nice added benefit for spending the clams)
Predator does come with a pretty amusing questline, and a questline that involves a lot of characters. And as an added bonus, if you purchase him you’ll find out just why Quagmire thinks they should be friends!

So now that we know HOW to get Predator, let’s take a look at his tasks…

This is both the worst and best event character I’ve seen to date. Its awesome because predators one of my favourite fiction characters, but I can’t get him cos I’m saving up clams for Cleveland (396 clams at the moment).so I’m sad about this one.

Is anyone else not getting XP for predator when killing banshees? Been stuck on 10% past level 3 for 3 days. I love the character and will try to see if the mission for traps levels him tonight.

I never knew the predator was so laid back and cool. Twice in his questline he smokes those funny cigarettes. Then he provides therapy with his trophy puppet show. He’s hilarious!
All I need to do if Predator visits my town is put on some Bob Marley and hand him a cannabis club card. The best halloween premium item so far!

I bought him. Well worth it. Hopefully we’ll have some other baddies join the game. I’d love to Freddy, Jason, and Michael join the game. Although with them having Predator in the game, I have a feeling a xenomorph may be on the way.

Giving the Predator a miss as not keen using 250 clams, thats just under £6.00 uk money approx 10 dollars, to expensive for one premium item, realy not worth that much for someone not needed again, or realy fits in with post halloween event. If Tiny made these a little less clam heavy I am sure more would purchase overall, meaning more clams brought in total from more players, and more money in Tiny’s coffers instead of trying to make a fast buck, more and more stuff that requires a lot of clams to get them are being added recently now they have us hooked, but only a game and realise don’t need to get everything, especially as I have stuff in inventory due to lack of space. Paid for the recent bunus clam package as they were reasonable value with the bonus items, and proves happy to pay if the value is there. Saving the ones that I have not used that I have left for next weeks challange, and no longer bothered if it means not getting everything, just enjoying playing for fun, even if things do take more time. 🙂

I was on the fence about getting Predator, but when I was having trouble finding helmets I decided to just give in. Of course as soon as I did I had the last few helmets I needed drop. He did help in that as his “Talk it out” mission always gave a trap. Now that I have Ghostbusting Quagmire, I have him and Predator killing banshees for tears! I have noticed that Quagmire’s mission to kill banshees always drops tears as well (or at least so far every time I have done it I have received tears). Now the question is, do I keep Predator killing banshees as well to get double the tears or do I start making him collect traps. I know one of these weeks goals will require a bunch of traps… decisions…

On my task bar it wants me to purchase this item. If I do not purchase him will this be on my task bar until Halloween is over. Who knows what they will have up for sale next week. Maybe a character who can get all three jars at this point.

I broke down and got him after reading some of the other comments, and I like him in my Quahog. “Talking it out” task is funny, and he’s been very helpful with the banshees once the spawn rate was improved.
The movie is one of my top 5 macho-macho men flicks to date. This totally dates me, but I saw this several times in the theater, and loved it. I still remember my friend hanging on to my backpack for dear life, and me laughing at him and Arnie’s “You’re one…ugly…m****” Good times. Just watched the whole thing again when it aired recently on TV. Has aged well, held up great.

I bought Predator as soon as he came out, but I’ve had problems with him gaining experience over the last 36 hours or so. He’s been stuck at level 3, about 4/5’s of the way to level 4. I am unable to complete his missions due to this. Has anyone else heard back from TinyCo regarding this? Thanks for everything you do on this site to help us gamers, and hopefully phase three of Halloween has a few less bugs, lol…

There is something odd about his final quest. 12 hours into a 24 hour quest and I still have 21 hours left. This happened to me on one of the longer quests during the last event . I thought at that time , maybe my memory was off, this time , no. Something glitched about the timer

I know the leveling bars are an “illusion” to many. It appears they are not moving when they are. But with you having timing issues, please reach out to them through your game. There may be something more goin on in yours.

It would be nice tiny co to fix the issue of predator not earning xp to level up and soon. It wouldn’t be as big of a deal if we didn’t spend clams on the character. This is the first real issue that has irked me! All in all they have been doing great with the game.
