Great news for all of those who have been waiting for a resolution from TinyCo on the ongoing Crash Issue that has been plaguing players for a few days.
A FIX IS COMING!!!
This is via the Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff Facebook Page. 
Many of you are also getting the emails they are trying to quickly get out to Players stating similar. So keep an eye on your App Markets for these changes to hit. We will try to Update as we see them too, but feel free to share with other Players as well when and how it impacts your game.
UPDATE: The Patch is LIVE in Android, that means it is there… so just give it time to propagate and actually show up to upgrade into your devices. Hopefully within the next hour or so. Hang in there… it’ll be there soon. Just keep checking back now and then. Look for Version 1.9.1 on Android.

My game has been crashing on my android galaxy s5…I am losing progress on the mobster event…I have spent money and I feel cheated…on the bottom right is 99000476248905 and bottom left says 8b1b317… There should be compensation or an extension on the mobster event…

I’m playing on Android, updated and restarted, but still getting the “currency/quagmire” error message while it’s loading. Contacted TinyCo, uninstalled/reinstalled, no dice. Hope they fix it soon. Would hate to have to start over.

Bei mir funktioniert es trotz Update immer noch nicht. Ich kam nach dem Update ein Mal ins Spiel, danach wieder Anzeige ” keine Verbindung zum Server ” ich habe auch schon zwei Screenshots geschickt, geändert hat sich aber nichts.

Yup I’m having the same crash issues on mine & have been the past few days. I’m on Apple iPhone as well. I wish they would hurry up & fix this ugh but FYI ur not alone =)

This is a very helpful site–thanks so much!! I just reinstalled the 1.9.1 version, but I still can’t even get into the game. I keep getting this error message:
Error: No index found for currency type mainD2ClamJuiceP1!
I’ve written TinyCo numerous times but still haven’t heard back from them.
Anyone else getting that error message?

After more than 2 weeks I’m back in the game, not even bothered about falling 350000 places on the leaderboard, I’m finally back in. I hope you are, too.

I wasn’t having any trouble until the update, now I have “Load Error: Some placeables are out of bounds…” I haven’t had any problems so far- Is this some sort of punishment for being able to play when others were crashing? 🙂 I sent a message via the Help link on the load screen, but I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. It really does burn you up when you know you are dropping places. Thanks for the blog!

You can try some basics while you wait to see if that helps. Like a reinstall if your game is saved.

Is there any new word on the iOS patch yet. I was playing the game on Android and iOS, but I’m still locked out on my iPhone after three days. I killed week one, but im starting to fall behind because of this

That is something you would have to ask Apple about. They are in control of when they approve an app to release from their app market. Sorry 😦

Hi there! The updates don’t work! 😔 I finally had the 3 lunchadors for clearing the Tigers…. My game crashed…. Restart… Tigers back again – lunchadors disappeared! This isn’t fun anymore!!

Hey Bunny: in the midst of all the garbage and stone throwing, THANX for all of your updates, I too have had problems, however, I know y all are working frantically. There’s still a HUGE player base who loves the game and will put up with much more. Thanks again!!!

Hi,
I’m new to this site, but have been reading the updates you all have been giving. I was affected by the crash and have been in touch with TinyCo about getting some kind of compensatory gift of fedoras/cookies, but they have not responded back. I then found out that two of my neighbors were given messages that they will not be handing out fedoras to anyone who was affected! I find this DEEPLY disturbing and dishonorable. With the purchases I made at the very beginning, I could have been collecting 10 fedoras every 4hrs just from my cookie machines, not to mention all the character tasks that would have been earning me the fedoras/mob rep. How is this right in any way, shape or form? And then I’m supposed to compete against others at this disadvantage on a competitive leader board? This is not how you should treat your customers. It was TinyCo’s fault, not ours! Is there anything that can be done to make them fix this for us all?!

Have never seen a gold truck, but never had a failure either. Now the new update has now made it unplayable. Tried to claim 3rd warehouse victory but now suffers failure everytime. Reported through email. Hoping Tinyco makes it right.

Laza. Mine is doing the same thing. Taking me to Apple Store and no upgrade. Just a circle back to load game and upgrade. Losing all kinds of time and mob rep. Sux

Same here. Apparently because I upgraded on my phone so it crashes every couple of minutes, I have also affected it on my Ipad, which never crashed. SUCKS! I either can’t play or play and crash. Great plan TinyCo.

Well I wasn’t at a great mob rep on monday-before all the crashing issues began. I believe my initial rank was 56,744. Now as the dust settles from all the crashing and I can get back on my regular gameplay every 2-3 hours, I sit comfortably at 112,473 and wonder WTD can be done abt my poor standing. Seriously think zoot suit stewie and corleone are gonna have to go to the top 100,000 for me to even have a chance!

I wrote a comment, but it is not here.
There is perhaps another bug, my ipad mini is telling me to upgrade the game and is taking me straight to the Apple App Store, where NO upgrade is currently on.
So I cannot even access my Quahog to let Tiny Co know about the problem.
On the other hand, it works fine on my android phone.
Is any one else experiencing this problem with Ipad Mini?

You kind of answered your own question. You upgraded your Android. You can’t play an Upgraded game on a device that is not on that same level. Sorry. So now you will have to wait til they get it too.

Ah ok, so although they ask me to upgrade the game on Apple, they still need to make the Upgrade available. I’d do it the other way around, but ok.

Uh huh. The game is recognizing you already put in a new version and played on it, so it is trying to find it on the iOS device… which does not exist just yet. So it will keep trying to locate the iOS update to match the Android one in order to be on the “same Page” as Android. 😉

I Have this same issue. I can’t play on my iPad because it tells me to upgrade, takes me to the store, and there’s no upgrade there. So I have to play on my small phone screen for days. At least I can play. But this is just plain silly. I will be patient.

I loaded the latest patch this morning. Still crashes every time I try to clear an obstacle at the warehouse. Running on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. At least I but appear to be retaining my goons when I crash when previously I wouldnt. Very frustrating … can’t clear warehouse seems to mean I can’t progress any further … been trying all day! Is it beer thirty yet?

Well, so far so good. I have not had a single issue with the game crashing while loading, and no crashes while in the game.
I wrote an in-game message to TinyCo and asked about all the Mob rep and cookies I missed because of the 5 days I had crashing issues. I just explained the issues I had (again 🙂 ), and let them know that I feel all of us that had issues are now very disadvantaged trying to get Consuela in the individual prizes, as well as where we are on the leaderboard.
Bunny, I also pointed out that they definitely owe you some flowers and probably a nice dinner too for all the help this last week. But really that’s as per usual. Thanks for the site, ladies.

Every time I try to collect my prize from casino I Get kicked off game . I’m on kindle not sure what update( I have not sure how to find out ).

Kindle Update isn’t live yet. You will have to wait til the Amazon Market releases it. Sorry.
You can go to your app market, to the app, and watch for it to say “UPDATE” and you will know it is there. Unless you have it set to auto update… then it will just go into your game.

FyI – Just noticed that the Mob Rep is now showing %1%, instead of the number. It is still being added to when more mob rep is gained. By touching the icon to bring up the leader board, it is displaying correctly. Just a visual thing. I am playing on a Kindle, so other platforms may not see it. I don’t recall seeing immediately after updating earlier this morning. It just happened with the last 20 minutes.

I had the same problem at 2pm EST (showed 961%), reported it, by 3:30pm EST it was correctly showing real numbers of fedoras again.

Nargh! I think the patch broke my game. I wasn’t having any issues with the forklift obstacle, but now it keeps crashing on the ‘send 5 goons’ task. 4 goons wasn’t a problem.

Hi Bunny, it’s me again!
Ok, my Ipad mini is telling me to upgrade the game. So I click upgrade, am taken to the App Store, and there is no update. And I cannot access the game on Ipad mini right now.
So, I tried playing on my phone which is Android, and there is no upgrade. The game plays.
But not on Ipad Mini.
Is this part of the problem? Are others experiencing the same thing?

This “fix” has screwed it up worse. Can’t attack a gold truck, game crashes and the truck disappears but it leaves the goons. No purple trucks are spawning. So now I have max goons and I can’t spend my mask because I can get rid of any goons.
At this point my progress is done. I need the new guys but can’t get them. I need Cleland Jr but I can’t get attack the gurls, or anything.

Nice to see the affected mobile folks starting to get back online. Knock on wood, but since I’m using the Bluestack App Player on my PC, my event game has continued uninterrupted for the most part. The same cannot be said for my stand-alone Windows 8.1 game, however. Will any of these fixes/patches help that? Have had crash-on-launch issues since yesterday and Tinyco hasn’t responded to any of my correspondence on email or Twitter.

Is the patch for iOS only for the obstacles? On my ipad I can clear the obstacles fine.. but it crashes when I try to get the golden cookie truck.. and then the hired goons I used to do it are gone when I go back into the game..so I wasted 6 goons 4 different times… UGH!!

Yea it looks like I can finally get into the game without having to try and login 30 times. The only thing i noticed was when i try to visit Ollieland it crashes the game. Has anybody else been experiencing this issue. Thank you tinyco for fixing the loading issue. Even with the tech problems i was still able to stay in the top 3 on the leadership boards. Also i havent seen any gold cookie delivery trucks at all. Are they suppose to come out after a certain mission or something.

Still can’t load, I sent you my screen shots and this AM I tried the patch from the Amazon App store, same message as before, same loading error message no changes for me, have emailed Tiny Co with no response, seems others are having loading issues as well on FGTQFS FB posts?!

I got the update this morning, but after nearly 4 days of nearly nil play (managed to get in twice), my ranking’s down below 100,000. Without some kind of rescue package from Tinyco, I can’t see this being recoverable by much… at least not for getting Zoot Suit Stewie and Don Corleone. Everyone ahead now has more ways of earning fedoras and cookies, so are only going to increase their leads over me.
No crashes now though, but I am encountering a bit of lag.

Yay I can finally get back in the game 🙂 however I’m now ranking in the 160,000s rather than the 10,000s so hopefully Tinyco can hook us up with some sort of rep compensation otherwise rip my dreams

Just tried to clear my first Gold Cookie Truck this morning. Not only did my iPad lock up and crash, I lost 6 goons and gained no Gloves. I’ve had no crashes up until now.

Messaged TinyCo, but sharing: seems to be a new crash issue related to the gold cookie trucks. Clearing requires 6 goons, but as soon as they start raiding, game crashes. Reload results in goons gone, truck gone, no payouts of gloves or anything else. Since the gold trucks are only supposed to happen once a day, hoping they can fix soon.

Every time I attempt to clear the slot machine obstacle the game crashes and I lose my goons. I’m playing the iOS version. Anyone else have the same problem?
