“We’ve just deployed a patch that will restore missing prize catalogue buildings. This automatic restore does not include vehicle buildings; players who are missing the vehicle hangars will see a modal on launch telling them to find them for 1 coin in the shop. Their hangars will be level one, until they force close and return. On return, their Hangar Levels will adjust to meet their progress in the event.”
I’ve seen some still can’t battle and passed that on. It’s holidays so not too much more can be done tonight and tomorrow, but will update when I can.

Bouncing by really quick to go over some things I am seeing in the comments over and over. Take a peak below and see if these issues apply to you.
MISSING VEHICLES/CHARACTERS/BUILDINGS
As most of you know by now… the Battle Vehicles in the North Pole started going missing after completing a Raid on the nearby District. This glitch has also created some additional problems. ANY items left next to those Battle Districts started going too, this included Characters inside of the Vehicles during the Battle, Buildings, and Decorations.
TinyCo is very hard at work on getting this resolved. In the meantime here are a few steps you can take to help until the glitch is resolved.
- Move EVERYTHING away from the Districts in the North Pole. Do not have any Building or Decoration anywhere near Santa’s Village, Misfit Toy Camp, or Fake Tree Field Districts. It seems to impact those items really close to them, so move stuff away to other open areas.
- See if sending the Character missing on a “joint” task in Quahog will bring them back to the game again.
- Wait… right now there is NOTHING I can do to further help on this other than wait for word it’s fixed. I know this sucks, and it is a terrible glitch, but please remember I am here to HELP you. Keep that in mind if you are upset or angry and respect that this is still the Addicts site please. I am doing all I can, but abusive comments are uncalled for. Just saying.
MISSING CHRISTMAS CURTIS
I saw many reports from Players that they completed the Challenge and didn’t get a prize. Let me just clarify WHAT it is you won. A very small dog that is a Walking Decoration. There are some things you need to do to pull him in your game once you win him.
- Go to Quahog. You can’t access him in North Pole.
- Go to your Inventory Storage. (This is NOT the Shopping Cart Menu.)
- Go to your Decorations Tab. It is a Walking Decoration, so Decoration Tab is where you will find it.
- Tap on it to put it live into your Quahog. At this point, it will start to wander your streets just like any other Character walking around.
CRASHING
UPDATE 12/24 1AM EST: TinyCo pushed a patch earlier that should have resolved the Crashing issue for most players. However, there are still a few “rogue” devices being stubborn that will need a 2nd patch that’s already in the mix (from what I see this includes Galaxy Edge and a few more). Once patch #2 is tested and complete… they’ll push it live too. Until then… just keep hanging in there. I’ll try to note if I see anything back when it’s ready.
Many Players complained there was a lot of crashing in the game after the 1.15.5 update. Another patch went out last night to help with some of this. If you are still experiencing the crashing yourself, and are currently on the 1.15.5 Update on your device, please send me the following information.
- Device information
- When it started
- Crash time? (Can you log in at all? Or does crash on load screen?)
- Crash reported? (Did you already report it? If so, how? Email? Or through the report pop up that appears on the screen?)
BATTLES NOT PAYING OUT
For those of you that do still have game access to the Battles, I have seen reports of still getting Zero payouts. Here are a few things I could use help with when reporting this.
- Did your Character LEAVE the Battle before it was done creating the loss of payout?
If not,
- What Level of Vehicle are you currently on?
- What Level are the Buildings you are battling currently on? (Like yellow Santa’s Village, or describe the look of the Igloo, etc)
- What Characters are you sending?
- Do you see a payout listed prior to sending them on Battle?
This all will help me to clarify a little better the issues we are all going through. The more information, the more I can give accurate feedback.
ATTEMPTING TO ADD POINTS TO LOCKED CHARACTER
Sorry, I knew there was one more….
I have already reported the issue in the Nutcracker Truck Battles that is appearing now. When going to collect after the Battle, players are getting an odd message (that seems to hit more those that have NOT unlocked Snake, but seeing both) “attempting to add points to a locked character”.
If you are getting this message, please let me know
- When it happened in your game
- If force close & restart of device resolves it
- If you did NOT get your full payout due to it
- If you are also getting the issue of Missing Vehicles above.
In the meantime know they ARE aware of it and looking for a fix.
I am keeping an eye out for anything else out of the ordinary and will continue to do all that I can to help from my end. Again, remember I am NOT TinyCo… just Bunny of the Addicts… so yelling at me will only get your comment straight to the trash. I am here to HELP and I will do all I can in my power to do so. 😉
You all should know by now WHERE that anger can be directed and the ONLY post it will be allowed on. Let’s keep this post here to HELP get the issue resolved, not a screaming match of hatred. Screaming and hatred does not fix issues. Got it? 🙂

Family Guy Addicts 
I know that everyone is having issues and were told to be patient, but I just thought I’d check if there is any word on the particular issue I’m having, because I haven’t seen anyone else mention it. I got my hangars back with the force close fix, but my sawmill is still missing. Without it, I’m stuck on “escape from the north pole pt 8” and I can’t move on to week 4. I’ve been waiting about a week for a reply from TinyCo, buy haven’t heard anything. Do you guys know if others are having this same problem?

I’ve messaged support and they’ve said this is a known issue they’re working on but I haven’t seen mention of it here.
So in my prize tent it shows I need to purchase the nutcracker hangar but I already have it. I was hoping they’d have it fixed already but it’s still showing I need it. At this point it’s looking like I’ll probably have to purchase again 😠 I’m already way behind and this isn’t helping. Just frustrated I’ll have to waste all those presents.
So is anyone else having this problem? Also wondering if I purchase again if there’s a chance this same thing could happen?

Just an FYI – I still have the battles not paying out glitch, but everything else seems to be working. I’ve tried force closing and restarting and all the other tips I’ve found here. I’ll keep trying and check back in.

I have another issue, I don’t see it in your list:
Playing device: Andriod, Samsung Galaxy 3
Game: maxed out town, currently on Phase 3
Issue: with the Battle Areas: Characters not selected going into battle areas.
FOR EXAMPLE, I did not get Nutcracker Stewie, therefore I can not select him to send in the 3rd Battle area, the one with Kevin. So, I select Kevin, stuff Stewie in storage OR send him on an independant task (Doesn’t matter what) 3 hours (or plus) when I return to my game, and I click on the vehicle to collect from the battle, Stewie comes out of the Hanger with Kevin. I reap no extra benefit for him being there, no extra payout and I get no payout on his task as it is effectively cancelled. Not a big deal on Stewie as I am not really using him for anything. HOWEVER, I decided to send Peter to play with toys because I’m always sorely lacking on Nog Cups for the 1st battle area, but he also won’t stay on task and this is annoying because there’s only 4 ways (for me) to get the cups, and given how often Chris is needed in the main story and Bruce is needed to get STUFF (n thangs), I am always behind on Cups. And it’s extra annoying because I can’t use the 2nd battle area in another semi unrelated glitch.

I’m still not getting any payout from the first 2 attack regions (sorry, don’t know the names). I’ve tried sending in 2 players to each, but it tells me before they start that there will be no prize. I thought this may be a glitch, but afterburner finish, nothing is forthcoming.
This started after the fix was put in place that resolved the characters being locked in tasks. The issue is that I still need to unlock Snake, and have all of the other ingredients except that I can’t get the Sawmill (or beyond) because I can’t get the required elements. Please. Help as I am now stuck and can’t progress any further.

I have 2 nutcracker trucks. One in quahog, one in North Pole. After Kevin was done attacking third area, I guess he disappeared to the quahog truck. I cannot access him, and therefore cannot attack third area anymore. How can I get this fixed. Still waiting on response from tinyco thru the game..

First time post here… thanks for all the tips on this site and tstoaddicts
Unfortunately, the patch didn’t fix my battle payouts on the blocko hovercraft. I have yet to get a response from Tinyco, and I don’t think I’ll be able to unlock Snake Plissen before the event is over. Still need 1000+ presents for the two gun drop building (500 for one building, 532 for the second building).
Blocko Hovercraft lvl 5 – 50/220
Igloo is at lvl 3 or 4 (with flag pole, sucker)
Sending both Peter and Sarah, but that only gives 60/220
no payout list.
Before the glitch was able to get 3/4 buildings, now no buildings and no payouts. Cannot afford the T-600 (not enough shells), and I rather put it down on getting Cleveland then the T-600.
This issue is on a Moto X (1st gen) with Android 5.

Just saw in the play store there is an update but it says my device is not compatible I have a galaxy s5, what device would I need? Does this I’m not going to be able to update anymore?

my north pole bed and breakfast is still gone and now im stuck and cant continue with the main questline because im at north by north pole part 3 which requires lois to to an action at the bnb. i also can not attack the christmas tree forest because i cant get fuel. total bummer and now i cant work on the 3rd challenge either

Able to get in now, awaiting an answer from TinyCo as to what if anything will be credited resource-wise. If you can’t get in contact TinyCo at help@tinyco.com via email. Make sure you include your game id, email address used with facebook, and how many days you’ve not been able to log in. If you’ve done this already and TinyCo has not responded to you with anything other than a precanned response, contact Google App support with the same information. They’ll take it from there. So I got my vehicle back but nowe when I upgraded my vechicle and destroyed the forest my vehicle is gone. It is not in the shop. I’ve force closed and everything it is no where to be found and suggestions?

As of today I’ve had some random crashing in the North Pole. Every time I click on a building that isn’t ready to be collected from, I crash and have to force close and restart. Also, randomly I had Skynet pop up in my inventory, even though I didn’t collect the 900presents you needed for it.
I try and click on it to see what it gives me and my game crashes. Also, I wanted to see when Peter would be done something so I clicked on his task to locate him, and I froze the same way. Has anyone else had this?

OK, so my hangar came back and I bought it for a $1. It was at Level 1 like it says, but I didn’t realize I had to force close to get my levels back, so now I’m stuck.

I am on an iphone 5. Cant log in. Says placeables out of bounds. Winter lego fortress. Has been like this since last week. Tried reinstall. Same thing.

Ok so I have been having a reoccurring problem since the glitch happened and all the hangers went away and hoping you all know a sloution im missing. I haven’t been able to attack anything. I followed their instructions to be able to restore progress force close added hanger back, force close levels did go back to where they where. However I can’t attack it keeps stating that 2 characters will do 0 damage on the 2ND and 3rd north pole districts. I even tried a phone reset without it being fixed, I messaged the company today ad well.

Does anyone else have problems with missions showing zero payout? I’m stuck and cannot do battles due to them not paying out. It even says before the battle nothing will pay out. Have tried doing them anyways but nothing.

Blah… Lost the nutcracker truck after defeating the fake tree village, meaning it upgraded. Was able to buy the building with the truck back, but even after force close. Delete game data and device restart, I’m still left with a truck that can’t destroy a single tree, even with both Kevin and Snake. No payouts = no possibility to upgrade the truck, nor able to continue the event storyline, which requires I beat the game tree village. No response from TinyCo neither to in-game messages nor email. Total standstill except unlocking Snake since Christmas day. 😢

I haven’t been able to get on my game for nearly two days. I know its the christmas break, but I have emailed tinyco. I have tried to get on the game on my android nook tablet, my android samsung galaxy phone and via facebook on my laptop and they all crash before the loading bar is full and I am redirected to a crash webpage. Any suggestions?
I’m in the UK if that makes any difference?! Thanks 🙂

Have sent message and screenshots to tinyco with no response. There are no payouts for the missions in my game for Santa and Lyle. Been going on for several days now. So could not complete the Curtis and cannot complete other quests 😦

Day 5 of not being able to connect. Got a message from TinyCo before they left the office Christmas Eve saying it was fixed, got logged in but game immediately crashed after attempting to play and wasn’t able to log in thereafter. Messaged them back and haven’t heard back since.

This leads me to believe that it’s account driven, vice device.

Any updates on the second patch? )= I was able to play Christmas morning, but since Christmas night my game’s been crashing on the load screen. I’m on an iPhone 5c, and on the 1.15.5 update.

I have 2 problems . I have sent messages to TinyCo. I bought Giving Tree yesterday and it is nowhere. Not in inventory. I cannot attack Santa’s Village and cannot upgrade Humma without rewards from attack.

New issue. I now have two gingerbread tanks. One I’ve leveled up to level three, but the other one has trapped my t1000. Now I can’t run missing on the tree lot either. Still missing pontoon and it’s hanger.

I’m one of the few who hasn’t updated to the latest version of the game, so I’m not yet experiencing the issues others are. However, Spy Brian’s watch that we’re supposed to collect 60 of always says ‘coming soon’ – is it supposed to say that or is it a glitch as well? Kind of afraid to update – is it safe to do so now? At the moment everything else seems to be working fine. Thanks!

Hmmm. Still can’t get into the game after 3 days. Even loaded it on another tablet, but it crashes at the end of the loading screen. 2 different samsung tablets, so not a device issue, but likely an account issue. On the new tablet, I could get into the game (with the beginning account). As soon as I loaded my saved account it crashed and keeps crashing on the load screen.

I tried to check in to game at 4pm today on my acer tablet…Dec. 26. repeated attempts…exactly same thing. crash right after loading screen. did force stop…did shut down start up…nothing worked. installed on phone. Samsung galaxy 3. exact same issue…tried multiple times…tried emailing…now getting fail to sign in messages so I don’t know if it’s going through. not angry…just would like to know why…or if it will be fixed😭
