“We’ve just deployed a patch that will restore missing prize catalogue buildings. This automatic restore does not include vehicle buildings; players who are missing the vehicle hangars will see a modal on launch telling them to find them for 1 coin in the shop. Their hangars will be level one, until they force close and return. On return, their Hangar Levels will adjust to meet their progress in the event.”
I’ve seen some still can’t battle and passed that on. It’s holidays so not too much more can be done tonight and tomorrow, but will update when I can.

Hey there Holiday Humma’s!
Bouncing by really quick to go over some things I am seeing in the comments over and over. Take a peak below and see if these issues apply to you.
MISSING VEHICLES/CHARACTERS/BUILDINGS
As most of you know by now… the Battle Vehicles in the North Pole started going missing after completing a Raid on the nearby District. This glitch has also created some additional problems. ANY items left next to those Battle Districts started going too, this included Characters inside of the Vehicles during the Battle, Buildings, and Decorations.
TinyCo is very hard at work on getting this resolved. In the meantime here are a few steps you can take to help until the glitch is resolved.
- Move EVERYTHING away from the Districts in the North Pole. Do not have any Building or Decoration anywhere near Santa’s Village, Misfit Toy Camp, or Fake Tree Field Districts. It seems to impact those items really close to them, so move stuff away to other open areas.
- See if sending the Character missing on a “joint” task in Quahog will bring them back to the game again.
- Wait… right now there is NOTHING I can do to further help on this other than wait for word it’s fixed. I know this sucks, and it is a terrible glitch, but please remember I am here to HELP you. Keep that in mind if you are upset or angry and respect that this is still the Addicts site please. I am doing all I can, but abusive comments are uncalled for. Just saying.
MISSING CHRISTMAS CURTIS
I saw many reports from Players that they completed the Challenge and didn’t get a prize. Let me just clarify WHAT it is you won. A very small dog that is a Walking Decoration. There are some things you need to do to pull him in your game once you win him.
- Go to Quahog. You can’t access him in North Pole.
- Go to your Inventory Storage. (This is NOT the Shopping Cart Menu.)
- Go to your Decorations Tab. It is a Walking Decoration, so Decoration Tab is where you will find it.
- Tap on it to put it live into your Quahog. At this point, it will start to wander your streets just like any other Character walking around.
CRASHING
UPDATE 12/24 1AM EST: TinyCo pushed a patch earlier that should have resolved the Crashing issue for most players. However, there are still a few “rogue” devices being stubborn that will need a 2nd patch that’s already in the mix (from what I see this includes Galaxy Edge and a few more). Once patch #2 is tested and complete… they’ll push it live too. Until then… just keep hanging in there. I’ll try to note if I see anything back when it’s ready.
Many Players complained there was a lot of crashing in the game after the 1.15.5 update. Another patch went out last night to help with some of this. If you are still experiencing the crashing yourself, and are currently on the 1.15.5 Update on your device, please send me the following information.
- Device information
- When it started
- Crash time? (Can you log in at all? Or does crash on load screen?)
- Crash reported? (Did you already report it? If so, how? Email? Or through the report pop up that appears on the screen?)
BATTLES NOT PAYING OUT
For those of you that do still have game access to the Battles, I have seen reports of still getting Zero payouts. Here are a few things I could use help with when reporting this.
- Did your Character LEAVE the Battle before it was done creating the loss of payout?
If not,
- What Level of Vehicle are you currently on?
- What Level are the Buildings you are battling currently on? (Like yellow Santa’s Village, or describe the look of the Igloo, etc)
- What Characters are you sending?
- Do you see a payout listed prior to sending them on Battle?
This all will help me to clarify a little better the issues we are all going through. The more information, the more I can give accurate feedback.
ATTEMPTING TO ADD POINTS TO LOCKED CHARACTER
Sorry, I knew there was one more….
I have already reported the issue in the Nutcracker Truck Battles that is appearing now. When going to collect after the Battle, players are getting an odd message (that seems to hit more those that have NOT unlocked Snake, but seeing both) “attempting to add points to a locked character”.
If you are getting this message, please let me know
- When it happened in your game
- If force close & restart of device resolves it
- If you did NOT get your full payout due to it
- If you are also getting the issue of Missing Vehicles above.
In the meantime know they ARE aware of it and looking for a fix.
I am keeping an eye out for anything else out of the ordinary and will continue to do all that I can to help from my end. Again, remember I am NOT TinyCo… just Bunny of the Addicts… so yelling at me will only get your comment straight to the trash. I am here to HELP and I will do all I can in my power to do so. 😉
You all should know by now WHERE that anger can be directed and the ONLY post it will be allowed on. Let’s keep this post here to HELP get the issue resolved, not a screaming match of hatred. Screaming and hatred does not fix issues. Got it? 🙂

Hi! First time posting here but always lurking around to get info so thank you so much for all you do to help us in our fun little family guy world!
So my problem doesn’t feel like a glitch but more of a game play issue hence coming here first before tinyco. I have my nutcracker truck at level 5 and have snake and Kevin available to attack the Christmas tree farm but when I select them both as drivers it is saying it will not defeat anything resulting in no rewards. I did not buy the Stewie outfit and was not planning on doing so but does this mean I will never be able to attack to get nuts (which ps I keep thinking are baked potatoes haha). And since there are no rewards I am not able to even upgrade my truck to be able to defeat anything. My trade ins for presents are all at a standstill as well because they all require nuts. This seems silly. Basically to advance in the game I am required to purchase Stewie? Just hoping you had some words of wisdom to help me out of my quagmire 😉

New glitch. Finally got Peter back so I added him to the battle on the misfit toys since I needed a second defeat for Santa’s little helper part 4. Tapped the checkmark and that hanger and vehicle and all three characters disappeared. Force close got the characters back but not hanger which is not in inventory or shop. And I didn’t get credit for the defeat. Quest still pending.

idk i may be missing something, but on my bf’s game, the week 3 prizes are NOT triggering whatsoever. He’s on “The Elf Empire Strikes Back” Part 8 and still only has the week 1&2 pages of the prizes, nothing more,&& almost has 1,000 presents saved up because he’s not able to spend ’em yet lol we’re jus unsure if that main quesline of “The Elf Empire Strikes Back” needs to be COMPLETED 100% or whut…? he’s also on “Going AWOL” Part 1, and “Santa’s Little Helper” Part 2 if that’ll help anything as well…

Haven’t been able to log in in 3 days aside from one glitchy time where I’m certain nothing stuck because the game was acting weird a day before that. I’m working w version 1.15.5 there’s no game update I can download. My iPhone 6plus is up to date, nothing I can do. Can’t log in at all. I’ve forced shut down, restarted my device. Nothing works. I’ve emailed tinyco but since I can’t log in I have zero response.

I had my Humma disappear a few days ago and Peter and Santa were missing until this morning when I logged in. My Humma level came back also at 7. But the problem I have now is that when I try to send Peter and Santa back in the Humma to attack, it says that I cannot even defeat one building. I have the quest active where I need to defeat all 3 buildings twice. I tried force close and restarted my device. Not sure if I am just missing something or if I should report this. I have not seen anyone else say they are having this issue.

Ok. So how do we know you have our information on the crashing if you haven’t updated any moderated posts since the 24th. Granted yesterday was a holiday BUT today isn’t and I have been locked out of my game since yesterday and missed the second giving tree offer because of it. I have tried to send them an email and don’t know if they got it. Do we have an ETA on when the second patch will be out? Because it seems to me that every time Tinyco decides to implement their Leaderboards the game gets majorly bugged.

It is called being VERY VERY ill. I can only do so much in a day. When it is a struggle to just breath and get out of bed, the last thought is to moderate 500 comments too. That does not mean I do not have other people that do NOT have the ability to moderate, still contacting TinyCo for me on my behalf with the issues they see in the comments. When I hear back, I update. If I don’t hear back, there is nothing I can update beyond “working on it”. So not sure what it is you are expecting. An hourly update of me posting “working on it” “still working on it” “same as last hour” “still the same” “ditto”….
Instead of taking your anger out on someone trying to help, take it to their Facebook Page. If the abuse and nonappreciation continues here, I might as well just shut the site down. Just sayin.

I’m on an iPhone 5s. I just got my building back for the third area attack vehicle. However, after restarting, my vehicles rank did not return to lvl 4 – I had just beaten the challenge to do so when this happened. I had 6 hollys saved which i used to get it to lvl 2 at least – now if i attack the (recently upgraded) area… I will get no rewards. How can I ever upgrade my vehicle, if I can’t earn any Holly to upgrade it? Not to mention most of the presents need chestnuts, which I cannot obtain at the moment. Any suggestions if a hard restart didn’t fix it? Will they be reimbursing the Holly that we used to try and re-upgrade the problem vehicles? Clams are nice, but im still stuck! Help im already behind!

I believe I am having the “battles not paying out” glitch.
I also had the building store glitch. My Blocko Hovercraft. I had sent Sarah, and if I recall correctly, I did get my payout but then the building and Sarah were under an invisibility cloak. I clicked on go to Sarah, and it went to where my Blocko was but it was not visible. i went to Quahog and then went back to North Pole and it was still missing, then about 20 seconds later, it booted me out and when I reloaded, my Blocko building was in my inventory and I had to rebuild it. It was level one and I spent my wreaths to level it up to two. then I hard closed and it went to level five. Which is fine, but now I can’t use it because it offers no pay out.
I only have 2 who can use it, Sarah and Camo Peter, and if I check both of them to use the Blocko Hovercraft, it shows 0/4 with zero pay out. I haven’t sent anyone to see if it pays anything because it takes so long to get the four bottles to pay for it and I’m not wasting them.
I have sent TinyCo a screenshot via the in game messaging system. I am just listing it here as well, hoping for a patch.

After the fix to Kevin Swanson, my hovercraft can no longer defeat any igloos even when loaded w/ all unlocked drivers (Peter & Sarah). I don’t receive any wreaths for a failed attack and have no way to level it/advance in the event. Any update from TinyCo?

Hmmm… Left a comment, but I can’t find it. I’m playing on either my iPad or my iPhone 6s plus, both with latest iOS. The game starts to load, but instead of going to Quahog, the game minimizes. Try to click back on it, it goes back to the loading page, lather, rinse repeat. 😬
Also put in a previous ticket about finishing the Week 2 challenge, but only receiving 1 prize, and the Challenge still showing pending in the weekly prize page. Does that make sense? Will we get a chance to win the timed challenges?

Any update on vehicle fixes from TinyCo? Since the fix to repair the Kevin Swanson bug, my hovercraft can no longer destroy any bases with all of the drivers I’ve unlocked (Peter & Sarah) in use. No vehicle leveling payouts drop either. Reported to TinyCo but only received a generic response about repurchasing vehicle buildings for 1 coin that did not apply. 😦

My game now crashing on load screen, can’t get in at all. Started late last night, up until then I had no issues with the game, battles and everything else worked correctly.
Game version is 1.15.5
My devices are Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, and Galaxy S3 phone. Both with Android version 4.4.2

Getting the crashing when game almost loaded issue here. Worked this morning about 9ish. Did tasks etc. And bought puppy Brian, although game crashed. When I placed him. Restarted and bought again no problems.
Went to log in earlier and no joy, tried force closing, uninstalling and reinstalling. Although I wasnt on the latest version til after it started crashing Xperia z2 android 5.1.1

Well… I was going well through the event with little to no problems and it seems like my game will crash on the loading screen. I use a Galaxy S6. I have tried to force close and restart with no change. I also tried reinstalling the game.

I got my hovercraft back and can battle but I don’t get any rewards for the battles.
Have notified tinyco but so far nothing but an automated response about how to get my vehicle back. Hopefully more after the holidays but it makes it extremely hard to get gifts getting one car at a time from misfit toys that do not spawn very quickly at all.
These battles are cool though, i enjoy the idea more rather than last year’s battling the yeti. This lets us sleep! So nice to be able to take breaks and not be penalized!

A weird glitch happened to me today. Sarah was doing the hovercraft battle alone, but there was an exclamation point above her icon, so I tapped on it. The little back and forth dialogue occurred, and then she was available for a task. The hovercraft is still doing the attack with “No” driver. Will I still get the reward? More importantly, will I get the vehicle back?

I noted this in other posts… do NOT tap on the ! if it appears during a battle. It will pull the Characters out of the Battle and waste your Battle

Curious if anyone is also experiencing the same issues, I’m playing on an iPad 4th gen. i have all the current updates and patches. My hangar disappeared for the nut cracker truck, so I started looking for it and found skynet in my inventory. Out of no where! Never acquired it on my own. Bonus? Mistake? Anyway, I placed skynet, (but it doesn’t drop anything) Then my game suddenly crashed. Went back in an I then saw my nut cracker truck reappeared for purchase for one coin, an I got it back. As soon as I placed it, Joe and Jerome suddenly started roaming free instead of doing tasks to drop unfiltered syrup. I noticed why. My Bed and breakfast has now disappeared! Can’t find it anywhere. All the while throughout this process I always force close my game so it can properly reset and so I don’t have a ton of apps running on my device at any one time. Also now Stewie and Kevin can’t attack the metal trees because it doesn’t read any payouts. AND I can’t pass Going AWOL part 2 or Escape from the North Pole part 2 because Kevin Swanson’s tasks aren’t checking off after completing.
I’ve contacted tiny co through the ‘contact us’ feature in game. Gave them all the specific details of what I could.
Any thoughts on your end? Have you heard of the Kevin glitches? I’m patiently waiting for help lol

Lost my Nutcracker Truck. Rebooted and got message it was in store. Bought it back, but now level 1. Was at level 6 before the bug. Forced closed and rebooted device no help. Can’t win any battles ar level 1. Can’t advance if I can’t win those battles. Need back to level 6. Message that vehicle was in store gave 15 clams for the issue. Need a LOT more to buy back to level 6.

Still crashing. The fix Tiny Co pushed out on the 24th worked for a few hours, then I sent them an in game message about the Nutcracker vehicle still not at the same level event n when force closing the game as they suggested, then the game crashed and I haven’t been able to get back in since. I’ve sent them an email informing them of this issue since I doubt I’m the only one this is happening to. It’s now been almost 28 hours since I’ve been able to get in.
I’m playing on both a Kindle HDX7 and a BlackBerry Z30, both with the latest OS and game patch.

I have issue with Escape from north Pole part 4. I have snake and Kevin and they can go on a battle, but there is no reward at all after finished battle. So My nutcracker vehicle are stuck at level 2 since im not getting the green door wreth from battle.
But all the other battles are working fine.

Today (Christmas) – Think it started happening after installing the newest update. Just unlocked this weeks area and quests
Goes through the full load screen usually, then crashes on the S4. On Facebook, it gets stuck on the loading screen with about 5% or so of the bar left to load, and doesn’t go anywhere.
Reported through regular crash report method
One other note, my phone (Exact same phone, just different color, bought at same time) is having no issues (I can also log in with my iPad and Facebook). I am a bit further ahead though.

Tried the usual to release some space on the device? I run this site mainly off my GS4 and now when it starts getting full, it really runs laggy and at times will not even install anything. I try to keep at least 2-3GB of open space on the internal drive of the device to keep it going smoothly. I also “kill” all the other apps so that nothing else runs on background while trying to play the game.

Game started crashing few weeks ago, emailed tiny of, no response. Crashes when sending characters on tasks or collecting. Forced closed,restarted, deleted and reinstalled, no help. Same issue on Galaxy s5 and my iPad. Now game won’t load on either device, same measures taken as prior. My humma now states need to defeat one more time? Again. I emailed tiny I as well as on the link they took me too, no response.

I have just about had enough to QUIT this game forever. This crashing problem is really a pain in the ***.
I have been holding on for a few weeks but now it become a real pain.
Before I quit for good can you or do you have a fix???? I play on a iPad2 and it crashes every time I log on. I had tried to put into storage as much of the town as I can so not as many things are moving at once.

My game has been crashing since the first week. I’m stuck at the igloo part of phase one. Support has nothing to offer for advice, and no fixes.
I’ve stored everything and everyone in my game, uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted, and every other thing I the faq they suggest.
I’m on iPhone 6plus. I can do everything in the game except unlock the igloo and advance the storyline. I’ve lost well over 5000 spots on leaderboards, can’t get any of the new content, and am missing out on the entire event and the clams I purchased for it.
Like I said support has not offered any help, I’ve contacted them 6 times as well as emailing tinyco from their website. These past couple patches haven’t worked for anything.

I was excited to see my humma hangar had returned to level 9, but sending Santa and Camo Peter still results in no rewards. So nothing has changed really in my game. Still can’t do battle. Also, I sent Kevin Swanson to do battle in the fake tree farm or whatever and it said I was due to get rewards, but when the battle was over there was just a red X. No rewards. So neither are working for me. The last thing is new. Wasn’t having any issues with that before.

Hi, i find I’m having a couple issues. Possibly they have been fixed though, not 100% sure. I find, when I send People to the first village, it doesn’t take. I come back 4 hours later, and Santa and Lyle are wandering around, and I get no hats. 😦 possibly, this one has been fixed because it’s been a couple days since this happened. Since I unlocked phase 3 a coupke days ago.
Also, my Blocko & Sarah disappeared under this new weird glitch, but my game booted me out and when I went back I had a message with Santa, like those log in messages and I was kind of wondering what it said, as my game tossed me into the North Pole before I could read it. My Blocko was in inventory with Sarah, and I followed your advice about the hard close to level it bavk up again and it seems to have worked.
Any chance of an extension? I’m super behind. Only on Phase 3…

I just got the “fix” which included 15 clams. For me, the fix didn’t improve anything that was broken but did add a few more issues:
(1) Santa and Lyle are both still missing from game (still in FaceSpace but that’s it)
(2) All 3 of the vehicles were only partially restored. So the villages are either stuck with no payout or payout much lower than before.
(3) The fake tree field is totally broken now. I cannot get any battle to start no matter where I tap. This one was mid-battle when the fix was sent out. Not sure if that’s the reason though.
(4) I found the Skynet building in my inventory. I didn’t purchase it before. Maybe they gave me that instead of Lyle? Not sure where he went or Santa (who I’ve had since last year).
Anyway, hope this info helps any of you experiencing similar… this event is kind of hosed. I’m totally stuck progress wise and am sure I’m not alone. If somehow you didn’t get caught up in it, enjoy the event for the rest of us! Happy Holidays! 🙂

Seems that Brian is hitch hiking. Couldn’t find him, until I clicked on the week 4 vehicle while it was attacking. Some how he’s showing up as a passenger there.
Also my freemium account got its phase 3 vehicle back, but the level is so low that when i attack i get 0 rewards. Grrr
Last but not least, my premium account is royally stuck on Santa’s helper part 3. I have advanced my humma and village already to the point where i might be able to defeat the village one more time, but not 2 more as needed to finish the quest. This is really irking me, i have messaged them repeatedly about it.

Chalk me up for continued battle failure. As I feared, the new Hovercraft I got hasn’t been leveled up enough to be usable. When the error initially occurred, I had just defeated the Misfit Toys district with Sarah Connor alone. I know it was just her, because I had to use all three drivers (Camo Peter included) at Santa’s Village just to be able to destroy one building there (still the case until I can level up). Now, after all the tumult, I can’t even destroy one building at the Misfit Toys district with both Sarah and Peter. I understand that the battles are supposed to get stronger after a full district defeat, but this is a far greater difference between before and after than what I have encountered at Santa’s Village. Whatever combination defeated the district is supposed to defeat one building afterwards.
Have contacted TinyCo. Their responsiveness has been great so far, even if their execution hasn’t been perfect, but I’m afraid I’m not holding out very high expectations for either over Christmas weekend. Hope to be pleasantly surprised…

The wrist watches required for the Brian character.. It says “coming soon” when I click on it to see what actions are required to get them. Is that just me or everyone?

Crashing so bad I can’t get in. I’m on a nexus 7, just got Kevin and sent him in for a battle and I haven’t been able to get in since I sent him. This just started 3 hours ago when I sent him into battle and I haven’t messaged Tinyco yet.

After the update, Holiday Humma, Peter, Lyle and Santa missing.
I then messaged them about this, and they were prompt in giving me a response back that it’s a widespread problem that they’re trying to fix.
Went back into the game and noticed I could add the Holiday Humma for 1 coin. So I added it, but it was level 1, but characters still missing.
Tried force closing app, restarting, clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, nothing worked. Today saw an in-game message that they’re pushing out a fix where missing vehicles and characters should be available. Holiday Humma changed to level 13 (but mine was maxed out). Tried force closing, restarting,etc, but didn’t fix it, characters still missing. Messaged them about the ongoing problem, and not receiving the 15 clams, have yet to hear back.
I went ahead and spend my own clams to upgrade the Holiday Humma back to max level, but still nothing.
Just trying to keep you and others informed, that the problem is still not fixed, and probably won’t be for awhile. But I did purchase the T1000. So, that’s all I have to play with currently. yay.

I got my vehicles back, but the levels are off (not at one, but not entirely correct). And Peter, Santa, and Lyle are still stuck. Since I’m still on part 4 of week 3,which requires Peter, I literally cannot progress through the questlines or start working on the week 4 stuff until I get Peter back. I sent a message to TinyCo through the app, but I wanted to let you know too.

I got the update alarm eatery purchase vehicles but even though I have restarted my phone close out the game reopen my characters are still locked I can’t access Santa Peter the robot guy and now stoolie snake and Patrick are also locked once again Tinyco makes things worse wit so once again tiny cut was only made things worse with there fix
