First up, the Basics
- Players will need to complete week two main Questline
- Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s completed
- You will need to be on App Market Version 1.27.5 in order to see the full content
- Players will only see this on the Mobile App Version (iOS, Google, Amazon, Facebook). NOT Windows Stand Alone
- PLAY THE GAME! Items unlock in stages and as you progress, so if you do not see an item it is most likely you have not progressed far enough in the Main Questline to unlock it. Check details below for more specifics on unlock points
- Don’t have a TON of Tasks open in your Task Menu. If you have too many open, no new ones can arrive. (Keep it under 10). If you do not see new Tasks popping up, clear out some incomplete Tasks already on your List to make room for more

As I am working to run through what I can, here are the TinyCo FAQ on the Phase 3 items. Keep in mind these have NOT been tested for accuracy and detail.
How do I start phase 3 of Truth, Justice, and the Quahog Way?
You will need complete Going Batty Pt.10 and update your game to 1.27.5 before you can begin the third phase of Truth, Justice, and the Quahog Way.
I’ve completed Going Batty Pt. 10 but phase 3 hasn’t started.
Please make sure that your game is running on 1.27.5. Once you update, you should see the questline start and be on your way!
How do I unlock Cheetah Bonnie?
Cheetah Bonnie is available at Al Harrington’s.
To unlock her, you will need:

33 running shoes: Mort-retreat cowardly, Jerome-host happy hour and Chris-hang out at home (icons not currently showing)

Cheetah Bonnie is available until Wednesday, August 31 at 3 PM, PDT. If she is not completely unlocked, she will disappear from the game at that time. If she is unlocked before the event ends, you will be able to continue her quests after the event has ended.
How do I get Harley Quinn?
Harley Quinn is available in the shop for 250 clams. She will be available for purchase until Wednesday, August 31 at 3 PM, PDT.
Joker in the Pack Pt. 9 won’t complete!
No worries, this is the end of Phase 3! Once Phase 4 is released, you’ll be able to complete Joker in the Pack Pt. 9 and continue making progress.

Update 1.27.6 came after the release of Phase 3 and with it a NEW Character to Battle in the game. The Joker.
In order to actually UNLOCK the Joker, you will need to collect a total of 85 Hand Buzzers for him. You will get these by “Battling” him.
You will essentially gather Batman Gadgets in the game to Battle the Joker with to get Rewards.

Once you defeat him to the top level, he will go into “hibernation/ cool down”. Still seeing how long it is for. You will see his “Jack in the Box” sitting where he last was at on the Roads at with the arm spinning around until he “pops out” again.
If you do NOT defeat him in the 1Day & 4hrs, he will go into hibernation and restart at 1X when he comes back.
You of course do have the option to Pay Clams to bring him back sooner (Mine showed 20 Clams). The amount will vary by Player, where you are in the Battle, etc. So tap on the Jack in the Box to find out YOUR Clam Cost if you really want to go that route.

These are similar to the Regular Thugs and the Gangs. You tap on the group of “Clowns” and you will see what is required to Battle, what Characters can Battle, and what payout chance you will get.
Battle Characters (as of Phase 3): Your Characters will need to be FULL BAR STRENGTH to battle. If they are not, you can’t. If you tap on them to “HEAL” them, it will tell you how much time you have to wait til they are fully healed… or the Clam options to fill up the Bars you need.

So my last issue with Quagmire was fixed, but now I’m getting an error message when I click on Tom Tucker. I have been trying to unlock him for about two months now…. I only need one more satellite that I can’t get. When I click on the satellite the error message I get is “requesting empty assetId, sizing = 0, localization = 0”

Greetings from the UK! While in the middle of getting all the bits needed for Aquaman, I brought some clams and paid for Catwoman Lois but I don’t have her 😕 I have checked my inventory several times and checked Al’s but still no joy. I have contacted Tiny co but not had any response since Monday so not sure if this is normal? Can anyone help please as I’d hate to think I’d been duped. Thank you 😀

Just a heads up that if you use the Consuella vacuum to collect from buildings you DON’T get the “pow’s” that increase your level. I have every event building, bought Superman and Batman, an beat Bane at least a dozen times and couldn’t figure out why I was stalled out at level 6.

Yes you do. It is just so small and not visual that it “appears” you do not as you don’t physically see the POW pop out. But much like the Clam dropping buildings, consuela’s vacuum automatically kicks them there for you. It is the same for those Clam dropping buildings. No clam icon “Visually” pops out, but the Clams are still added. 🙂

Ok so at the moment the only way to get trainers for bonnie outfit is an asylum building that costs clams. Is something else suppose to help. Also only 1 set of fangs drop after defeating the joker gangs. With 41 needed that’s at least 82 pills needed for the battles.

Well, I thought things were going too good to be true and they are. I can’t get to level 8! I have no open questlines, nothing left in Wayne Tower, nothing left to spend rings on. Well, unless I want 100 litterboxes and cat trees. But nothing except clearing Killer Croc drops POW. I’m stuck! Grrrrr

I’m still on part 2 of week 2 quest line as crocs don’t spawn fast enough. How do they ever expect us to keep up pace. I play almost hourly so it’s beyond frustrating.

I’m having serious problems reaching event level 8. Except for the “Freaking Hard” items, I already have all of the items from the first two weeks and have completed all of the tasks (except the two requiring me to reach L8). With so few ways of earning “Pow”, I’m hoping TinyCo will tweak things to fix it.

I noticed that the only current listed way to get running shoes for cheetah Bonnie is via arkham asylum which requires 150 clams to purchase. Is this an error? All of the other items are from phase 3 buildings or battling clowns. This is the first time that a character skin was only from a clam item. Is it possible other methods have not been unlocked yet? I can see all of the new buildings and none state they drop running shoes. I messaged tiny co as well. I’m on part 2 of the new quest.

I missed the bonus power points and so I had to just keep slogging through one or two power points at a time for a couple of days. I vaguely recall seeing something start to pop up, but I must have accidentally tapped something and it vanished and never reappeared. I wish they would at least make such offers a few times before assuming we didn’t want them. (Deep sigh.) Why anybody would even NOT want a bonus is beyond me!

I hesitated at 1st, but I finally decided to send TC a question about the lack of “POW” drops and being stuck at 50% of level 7 after collecting all heroes and buildings except the Batcave and Robin Stewie. I was wanting to wait and see if I could start earning week 3 items early, but that didn’t happen. Is anyone getting a response from TC about this issue?

So frustrated, was finished with phase 2 3 days ago- all quests even sides done. All decos placed. Defeating bane 3-4 times per day. And still unable to start phase 3 on time because somehow not yet at level 8. Only about 75% and creeping up. What more can I do? No response yet from tiny co! Arghhh!

What is the quickest way to earn more Pow? I have everything but the Batcave from Wayne Tower but can’t trigger Phase 3 b/c my Pow level isn’t enough to complete Going Batty Pt 9. I have all characters & most of the additional buildings & deco. I even purchased Harley thinking that would help.

I’m stuck on power level 7, no more quests available other than to reach level 8, have bought decor etc but nothing is levelling me up – help! What Dan I do?

I guess I accidentally completed the phase 2 challenge, because Streaky the Supercat showed up suddenly in my inventory. I was trying to figure out how the heck it got there! Came here to ask about it. Didn’t think I would have forgotten about a flying kitty cat in a previous event and the cape and name suggested the current event. Streaky does seem to be having trouble flying against the wind, kind of sideways all the time. Looks something like Supergirl’s cat if my memory is right (might not be), but I don’t remember Streaky being its name.
Still in phase 2 working on Aquaman and Catwoman Lois. I do want the Cheetah costume for Bonnie, though, so looking forward to phase 3 for that. Some phase 3 items have already shown up in the store for me. In the shadowy pics in the Hall of Heroes, I was wondering if Bonnie was going to be Batgirl but the ears didn’t look right. Not familiar with Cheetah. Haven’t kept up with the DC universe.

Event is completely unplayable because I’m getting spammed with “Can’t place building in a bad location” error, even if I do nothing.

Very frustrating to have the event levels hold you back when you’ve completed everythingelse. 😦

Hey hey I’m having a pretty major issue right now, consuala (can’t spell her name) keeps popping up saying something along the lines on “can’t save due to building placement error” this happened just after I bought 2 buildings that cost rings, the game just reloads and pops up with the same message… Any ideas? I already messaged tony co.

Is anyone else seeing that Running Shoes for Cheetah Bonnie is ONLY available with Arkum Asylum? So regardless of the rest of her requirements, you do have to spend Clams in order to unlock her? I’m on a Samsung Galaxy S6. Got burned last week for a few days by purchasing The Lost City immediately and am just wondering if it’s another glitch TinyCo needs to work out.

Anyone having issues getting to level 8. I’ve completed all tasks, unlocked all free characters purchased all decs and buildings and have 40 plus gems in the bank from defeating bad guys. I only seem to be getting pow Xp from buildings and very little so at this rate it will take another week to get to level 8 when seemingly nothing else I can do. Have messaged tinyco but was wondering if just me.

I can’t get to level 8 to continue and I’ve been pretty involved including buying batman and superman. Sad 😦

Any tips for getting POW points? I’m stuck on week two unless I get to level 8, but when I earn POW points my counter seems to be stuck at halfway through level seven. I’ve bought all the ring decos and have been defeating the bad guys but it doesn’t seem like enough…
