Now here’s a can of Worms I really want to open!!!
Yes with the new Guys In Black event, we’re getting some new Characters and one of them just happens to be the Worms.
Let’s throw you some information on what the Worms. can do in our silly lil games.
The Worms is are New Characters added during the Guys In Black event. As with many characters in the game in order to get them you have to collect lots of stuff! You will be directed to start to unlock them at Pt. 3 of the main Questline The New Black. Tapping on Go will take you to to the event area where you will be directed to Find Out Who Is At a The World Expo Tower, repairing this will bring the Worms into your game to unlock. Once you’ve placed them you only have 7 days to fully unlock them before they leave your game.
Requires
7 Luxury Cigars (Always): Clear Ballchinians
1 Gourmet Soil (Always): Clear Edgar the Bug
6 Coffee (Common): MIB Agent Exam Room
5 Earth Passports (Common): Worm’s Crib
20 Party Games (Rare): Bonnie Host a Block Party OR Bruce Play Party Games OR Great Attractor’s Ball OR Alien Squid Nursery
Once you have finished collecting all the Materials the characters require you can pull the Worms into your game.
She does come with a Questline, Worming Their Way Out, more on that in another post.
The Worms does come with a complete set of Tasks! Tasks that will help you earn $$$ & XP!

**Note: Within an Event, tasks may change and vary as the Phases come and go. So some of these tasks will be temporary. Others may be one time use. Some will stick around even after the Event. We won’t know until the Event Ends.

I love the worms. I haven’t fully started phase 2 yet – I can, but I’m holding off on placing Edgar’s farm to build up a supply of neuralyzers. The worms are really helping! It says their damage is 6 but every time I’ve sent them to fight a Ballchinian they’ve KO’d him in one hit. With their high HP I’m currently getting through 3 Ballchinians before they have to heal. Not only am I up to about 42 out of 54 neuralyzers needed to get all the buildings required for space Lois and character Edgar, but am also on the leaderboard for the first time this event. All hail the worms! 🙂

I just unlocked The Worms this morning and really loved their animated tasks and phrases, esp the one with the Batistas. Just like the movies. Drops for this character have been very kind, especially the rare party games. Just hoping Edgar would not be tough to unlock. He’s my next favorite one, other than Boris The Animal who is out of reach.
Agree with comments that Week One has been kind to us, unlike recent events.

Just unlocked the worms this morning. Had about 24 hours left on the timer. And here when I followed the quest line and unlocked the timer I thought I had zero chances of unlocking them. But I do have to confess I do have the room that drops extra warrants and agent Zed because the movies are my favorites, so I was able to get the rooms/buildings a bit faster than most freemiums. I’m really enjoying this event so far and I can honestly say this is the first event I’ve really enjoyed since the Wizard of Oz event, Peterpalooza and the Star Trek event. I’m really hoping they keep the play fair and interesting and keep the fun without the mega stress of previous recent events… So far so good tiny Co! Thank you! You may have just brought me back and I have skipped the last several events due to the stress and frustration. I’m glad to see that I’m having some fun again with my favorite game. Thank you too RT and the addicts team for all your help and tireless work.. What would we ever do without you?

Have only got 1 earth passport from 6 attempts (common?!?) and now there isnt enough time to get the other 4. Still need to finish the boss as well and peter has been busy battling the other enemies to earn the prize items. Ah well.

I unlocked them with a little over a day remaining on their timer – quite surprised as I didn’t wait or prepare in any way before starting the timer! Wow, I’m almost in shock! 🙂

i got 9/20 games in 2 days .. not bad considering the 8 hr time tasks ..
all other items are won (i just beat Edgar to get the ice cream and finish the questline in the same time)

Finished unlocking with 2 days to spare. Drops have been kind to me! Also finished the quest line and waiting for phase 2. All without clams! Hopefully they don’t make some ridiculously hard additions! And thank you RT and Bunny. Would be lost without you guys!

I waited a few days before unlocking/repairing them, so I have a pretty decent chance of getting them. (Thank you for the timer warning! Nowadays, I always check here before repairing anything.)
The party games might be a stumbling block, since I have less than 4 days remaining on my timer and still lack 13 games, but the other unlock elements are either done or nearly so. Regardless, I definitely won’t get them before Phase 2 launches (and I only lack the farm to be ready for week 2).
