  1. So I put a post on here Sep 2 regarding not being able to access the game thru either DB or bluestacks. Somebody suggested that I try uinstalling and reinstalling the bluestacks app – which I did – and played thru some of the tutorial but when I try to reload my FB game to bluestacks – I am at level 87 – it keeps reverting to the level that I have just played to again which is level 4. And when I click on the Contact Us button on the support page it takes me to a big full page ad that says FG is soon coming to FB. I keep looking on this site and I don’t see that anyone else seems to be having the same issue. I did contact TC thru their e-mail address but of course this is the first day back from a long weekend and I have still not heard from them. RT – have you seen others having this same issue at all?

    • Here’s the hard part… you’re Using a source to play the game NOT supported by TinyCo. Im unsure what, if any, help they can offer as they do not control the bluestacks system or have any set arrangements with them to use their game with their product.

      All I can suggest is if others here have any other ideas… otherwise all we can really assist with is TinyCo supported platforms. Sorry

  2. My issue is i spun the wheel got 4 boxes and send chars out for task and game disconnects from server and come back for me to spin again and i get 15 tickets

  3. I didn’t realize the Spin ‘n Win was just a Beta item. I think it’s been there since nearly the first day I ever installed the app.

  4. there’s a decrease in number of giant checks given out from the buildings now ??? the Bollywood Squares and the Circle of Prosperity only gave me one check each … they used to give out more … or am I wrong ???

  5. I think I’ve found why I couldn’t connect to my facebook account.
    After 5 weeks of this, I realised today that every time I reinstalled the app, I didn’t have to replay the tutorial. I removed the app and scanned through for any files related to family guy, including searching through hidden folder. Removed every thing, then reinstalled and ran the app. The tutorial was complete and I still couldn’t connect. Effectively did a factory reset, reinstalled every thing and ran the app.It had given me a new ID. I played through the tutorial, then went to setting, connect to facebook, and it connected. and I retrieved my save.
    Having not found anything locally, I can only assume that the level 1 save was held remotely, and every time I tried reinstalling it would fetch that save, which looks like it was corrupt. I don’t know if there is some place on the local drive that I missed, but getting a new ID seems to be the solution.

  6. Have TinyCo changed the policy where you win a prize on the leaderboard you no longer get all the rewards below that prize?
    I have logged in and received notification that I won the second prize (giant alien Worm) in the recent “Men in Black” event. Now previously, I would also win the third prize award as well ( Statue of Liberty) but I’ve searched my inventory and it does not appear to be there.
    Have I misunderstood? Is this a glitch? Or have TinyCo simply stopped giving all the prices BELOW the prize that you win?

    • Trying find that out. As I got Boris the Animal, but really wanted the Giant Alien Worm, and expected to get that and the 3rd prize but one, no sign of them and the pop up saying my prizes were here only showed Boris.

      • how did u get Boris when u play mostly Fremium :O :O i got Frank the Pug in the 3rd week and barely made it to 2000+ place !!!

        • I bought Agent Zed, Frank The Pug, Flash God and Jack Jeebs in the event, so that propelled me, plus I got the freemium buildings in final week that dropped Arrest Warrants and Revive Potions so I hit Ming without mercy. Oh and I hit it lucky with the Phase 3 Leaderboard Happy Hour!!! But I only got into the top 150 in the final 2 days, was surprised as I thought most of get to was the 2nd prize.

  8. I installed bluestacks a couple of days ago so that I could start to play the gameshow event because it was not showing up on my facebook game. For a couple of days now I have not been able to get into the FB game – I get a message that says “Pardon our dust – we’re busy upgrading the game on FB but use your mobile device”. But since last night now I am unable to get in through Bluestacks – the message is “Data error – there was a problem loading the game”. When I click on the help button rather than send the error message to TC I get a message that says “no apps can perform this action”. I am able to load The Simpsons Tapped out on Bluestacks so it seems it is just specific to Family Guy. Anybody else having this issue? When I click on the contact button I am brought to a huge announcement that FG will soon be on FB (???? I have been playing on FB for 2 years) or the a message that tells me to click on the support button on the top right hand corner of the page – which I can’t seem to locate – so I have not been able to send them a message. I feel like I am in the twilight zone with this game right now. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    • Yeah, my FG stopped working last week on BlueStacks as well. I’ve switched back to playing FG on Leapdroid (hard to find & the devs aren’t working on it anymore) although Nox is another good option. The easiest solution is to try uninstalling/reinstalling the app as that worked for me just now, without issue.

    • Hi Donna,
      I’ve been running into this error with FG on Bluestacks around every 2 weeks now and the recent problem has caused even ‘complete uninstall’ / deleting of Cache etc to not fix it. What has worked for some reason is if (depending if you’re using latest version of BS or at least BS3) you create a second ‘Instance’ (aka second ‘machine’, so to speak, from the Multi-Instance menu) and install FG there, you should once again be able to get playing again – however, each time you do this, you’ll have that 5 mins of ‘from the beginning’ to complete before getting the option to connect.
      Note: if you try to just uninstall/reinstall FG on same ‘Instance’ then it seems to just crash when you try to connect to your account. Dunno what’s up with it but it’s been annoying for a couple months now with this but even more so the last month!

  9. Wheel tickets are barely dropping and not enough characters to earn the. Also 0-7 on using gift boxes on people to have them drop items for Al. Another epic fail from TC on what should be a quick and fun event.

  10. If you’re missing clams from clam tv, go to the offers, scroll to the bottom of the page, past all the offers and click on “missing clams”. That will bring up a list of all offers you’ve clicked on and whether clams have been awarded or are pending. Offers you’ve actually activated, if they’re still showing as pending, will have a link that will allow you to raise a ticket. This has just recently changed – there used to be an email link.

    Oh well, time to spend those tickets then. The dvds won’t appear by themselves lol.

    The clam tv issue is interesting. Didn’t realise it was a third party.

  13. Thank you, I thought I was the only one who had their game deleted. Never cheated but I had a glitch in my game where it gave me 500,000 clams on my file. I immediately reported it and never abused the glitch. They eventually removed it but it made me think did I get in trouble for that anyway? I don’t allow other people on my account and I never even once used third party devices to cheat. Thanks for clearing me up on this, you guys rock
