Whats up with the vacuum cleaner button? I used to he able to hit it and within a second or two I got the consuela animation. Now I hit it, and I can go brew a cup of coffee before it happens.

Anyone know what to the map::at: key not found error means? I bought clams last night and as soon as it went through I got the error message I can’t load the game it just keeps popping up with this message even after clearing data, cache, forcing stop, restarting fire tablet. If I press ok it just reloads and the message pops up again.

Went to play the game this morning only to see that my entire progress has been erased. Tried recovering my log in info but the page only spins! WTH!

After playing for 5 years (on 2 separate devices) my game has just reset itself back to the very beginning!
I’ve msgd support inc. screenshots but no response yet.
What’s going on? Been having problems with lag, vacuum and battles etc but after starting the game this afternoon, everything is lost and back to the beginning.
iPad mini 2 and latest version of the game.

Is anyone experiencing the issue that the game has reset? In my game – first on the ipad version and later on the iphone as well – I was unpleasantly surprised by the game’s intro and subsequent level one quest. The game seems logged in, as I can change the password and stuff.

Anyone else having issues getting logged in? I got booted out of my main device last night. Couldn’t get logged back in and the forgot password link doesn’t work. No change today either. Same is now happening on my other device. Wondering if there’s some kind of server issue on their end…

I’m getting logged in, sometimes with the password it looks like nothing is being typed but it is, try again, and if no luck contact support

This morning I earned/unlocked Chad in the Water World mini game but did not get a trophy award… are players being punished now???

*sigh* No trophy will be awarded for Chad; here is the info from support…
Kindly note, you are going to receive a trophy only when you unlock a character or skin during their specific event. The specific event of Chad was the 2019 Halloween event.

Yeah, confusion arises of course as other returning characters have had a trophy so they obviously aren’t consistent

WTD – Logged into my game this morning. It’s reset all my progress.
Did the tutorial and attempted to log in and it’s logged me in to just after a the Jurassic Park event about 4/5yrs ago!
Contacted support this morning and hopefully they can restore my game to what it was Friday night when I last played.
If they can’t then I’m quitting – to lose 4+ yrs progress, characters/costumes, and all my clams would be too much to try and regain.

I’m getting logged in back to my current progress. Strange you’re going way back, could you have more than one saved game? If you’ve got your main game PlayerId hopefully support can sort you out
