Just as we were all getting happy on grog TinyCo has brought us back to reality with the second of this events weekly challenge.
Hi there shipmates. I’m getting a load of questions on Octopuses, and considering I’m not a marine biologist that’s something I never thought I’d say. But desperate times call for desperate measures, so for all those fellow addicts crying out “Where’s my Octopuses?” here’s the answer.
It’s a mystery, and there’s no sign of those pesky kids or Scooby Doo to solve it, so instead you get me bringing you this post. I know li’l old me is disappointing but hey what if I sweetened the deal with a few Scooby Snacks? No, okay I’ll just get on with throwing you some information instead.
With our sea under siege I though I’d better evacuate my Tan Lines Resort again, to check if there was anyone working on their tan whilst they should be all at sea helping with this event. Over 140 characters later, what did I find?
NOTE BUNNY: I was informed by TinyCo that the Event wasn’t as of yet live, however I am seeing items popping up in my game now as well as the new Questline for Phase 2. I have not seen a FAQ as of yet from them or confirmation it should be out… so I am posting this info… but with caution until fully confirmed that Phase 2 should actually be Live and active in our games.
Just Confirmed… LIVE!!
With a sprinkling of fairy dust and a whole lot of rum, the high seas and all that sails in them have been washed ashore in our games. As we move into Phase 2 we thought we’d bring you a shipping forecast covering all the must know information.
To see Peter’s Booty Haul live in your game you must update your game to version 1.28.0. Once you’ve done that it’s all hands on deck as you can pull up anchor and dive into the event.

From the information we’re getting the 2nd phase won’t hit until Thursday 3pm PST, so that gives you time to keep upgrading that Gunboat and unlock this weeks character & costume..

Just wanted to do a big Tigger bounce by to thank all the addicts readers who have made me welcome over the last few weeks whilst I’ve been blog sitting for Bunny.
Bunny’s shoes are not easy to fill, so I’m not even going to try, but I hope you will stick by the blog whilst we try to keep bringing you game play and event information as fast as we can, remember we only blog what we verify in our games, so we can only go at the pace our games allow. But as soon as we have information, please know it will be up here, and of course please keep posting advice in the comments, it’s appreciated more than you realise.
The second phase of Peter’s Booty Haul should hopefully hit our games later tonight or tomorrow, but there is every chance where we are that will be the middle of the night so bare with us across the different time zones.
And keep your eyes out for a few more non event fun posts to try keep you smiling whilst you grind away in your games.

I got to thinking, dangerous I know but occasionally I take the risk, that sometimes when we’re running around like headless chickens, or just trying to unlock Giant Chicken and other characters, we sometimes forget about some of the other fun elements in our games.
So fellow addicts, admit it, how many of you have been working on your tans this year. I’ve been working on mine non-stop, but living in the UK I’m still as pale as Casper the ghost. Only joking I’m not talking about our actual tans, but the Tan Line resort TinyCo brought to all our games in April.
