Hi fellow addicts

Thought I’d share this comment from Geoff T regarding how he’s managing to play whilst putting up with the duplicate glitch.

“I still have the issue of duplicate people. When I load the game, basically all the duplicate players come out from the Griffin house and make their way towards the road. I destroyed all roads except for a small section in a far corner. When. I click on the buildings with check marks (as actions have been done) the characters either appear there or on that roadway area. I immediately get them to do their next action before the hoarde makes their way to the road section. That way I can keep playing the game. 🙂 And clicking on the buttons for the quests saying who is needed to get what also brings up the proper character I need for things. It is a bit more time consuming but gets the job done!”

Hi fellow addicts

TinyCo/Jam City have asked me to post an update on the loading error that has seen some players locked out of their games since October 2018.

The team there have asked me to let you know the loading issue that occurred during October 2018 is now fixed. They are therefore encouraging players to try to log in again and  join us for the 5th Anniversary Event, which is coming this week.

And if any players find they are still not able to load their game please email support in order they can try use a new manual fix to get you back into your game. The email address to use is: support@jamcity.com

As some of you unfortunately know there’s a glitch been going around that’s severely impacted some players who saved their game via a Google Account.  For quite a while you’ve been unable to log into your games, but now TinyCo are going to try get you back in your games. And they’ve also released some advise for those still saving their game this way even those who don’t have any issues.
