I had the exact same problem not too long ago, I would click into the app and it would crash almost immediately without even loading. I was crushed and couldn’t play my game for about a month. Then along came a new update, I don’t know why I even bothered updating it but I’m glad I did. All I can is when the next update comes in if you haven’t already updated to the halloween event, do it! I got my game back instantly when I updated and it’s been working pretty alright ever since.

I’m sure they’ll up the levels at some point. But remember…in this game levels are meaningless it’s all about Districts.

So I would absolutely admit that I have a slight addiction to this game, which I play on an iPhone 5c. The problem is after a few of the family guys new updates my game started crashing if I were to scroll to certain areas of my screen. Eventually I tried to outsmart the glitch in the game and my game crashed as per usual. Except this time when I went to access the game again it crashed before the game even loaded. I have not made an account to backup my game as I had not really even known that was an option. I was an extremely high level and I’m not willing to start over as I have been through quite a few events and do not want to lose my specialty items. What can I do to save my game and get my progress back? I’m dying without this game 😦

If you’re not able to stay logged in long enough to tap on the menu and save it, can you at least get a screenshot of the player ID? Menu, Account, long number under log in options. You can contact TinyCo to see if they can help with issue.

Omg after the new update my game loaded up and I was able to make a backup account so if it happens again my game can be saved, I can even go to the area where it used to crash! I’m unbelievably happy right now !!!!

I was told to reload the game I reloaded the game and was told this version is no longer compatible with your phone. Really I just played 6 hours prior, now the game is too advanced for my phone. I’ve been playing for over 3 months, spent money on clams, like an idiot, was at level 40 and waiting for the downtown district to open, since I had
already opened all my land and built buildings on every piece of land

Hi, so i started playing The Quest for Stuff like 1 or 2 days before the Pyramid Event ended, i’m now lvl 34 and run the whole Comic Con event that was awesome, but i find myself in a position where i guess i can’t have Cleveland now, and i was wondering if anyone knows for sure if i can’t really get him now, or if is there any way, or if Tiny is probably do something with him like putting him in the store for some days for a big couple Clams.

Anyone getting a yellow shirt nerd appearing out front of the griffin house? I clicked him and got an invalid currency error and the game closed then when I reopened he reappeared. I personally think they should leave us the nerds and minions with the nerds dropping coins and occasional bombs and the minions dropping coins and a chance of a random outfit collection item or clams.

You’d have to clear your cache, uninstall the game, restart your device and then reinstall it. But remember…if you start a new game ANYTHING you earned from Comic-Con will be lost, since the event will be over at that point.

All of a sudden I can’t visit my friends’ towns. Keeps saying “you returned to the app before completing login” but my friends are still able to visit my town, any advice how to fix this?

I play a second account on my iPad (linked to a games only fb acct). Can I switch logins on my iPhone (where I play my main account on my personal fb) so I can play the the account from my iPad on my iPhone? I have my phone all the time and iPad is left at home so it would be nice if I could switch between the 2 accounts to keep up progress on the iPad game. Since they are both linked to fb accounts I wasn’t sure if I could do it.

Thanks for the link. Plus the account section in the app is pretty good with explaining it, too. Easy enough to do-just login to the fb account I want to use under Settings on my iPhone and then open the app and login with fb. Now I can switch between the two when I’m at work…lol.

To keep comic con costumes will the individual sets of missions need to be completed before the event ends? For example I unlocked Joes rollocop but I haven’t finished his missions ie. Rollocop part 1,2,3… same with Stan lee. I got all the items but I still working on stan the man missions. Do I lose those characters if I dont finish those missiomissions before Sunday? Same with the fab 4 missions…or do they just make it so I can purchase mutant stewie? Final question, so far stripper bonnie needs to be complete before sunday even tho everybody is upset about it? The questlines do not determine the characters/costumes. Once they are unlocked and you can see their tasks, they are yours to keep. 😉
As far as Bonnie, just complete her Part 1 and she can still be worked on now AFTER the event.

I posted awhile back about my wife playing on my Kindle Fire HD. She accidentally hit log into Facebook and I had mine open. You gave me a link to contact the developer to have her account changed over to her Facebook account. Clear all your cache and data on your device for the app itself. If you have an iOS, make sure you wipe it from the Cloud backup. Then completely uninstall the app. Restart the device. Then reinstall the app. See if that helps.

I’ve got a weird one, I completed the 1 minute build Iron Baby helmet task but the helmet didn’t drop, so I now can’t complete the costume. I’ve contacted Tiny co but have heard nothing back. Can you help contact them from your side?

I have been playing this game on a tablet, which has just broken. If I log into the game via facebook on my laptop, will it synch or will it make me start over?

You will have to go through Bluestacks on your laptop. Not sure if your laptop will work with the program, but it is completely at your own risk you try and use it. Otherwise, as long as your game is saved to an email or Facebook account, you can use it on other devices by going into the menu, account, and selecting your sign in option.

hello I have a question, I am currently trying to complete the Feminerd pt. 1 quest which requires Felicia to play in the world of wizardry tournament at sir lanceworts board games….I cannot find this building anywhere in the shop and it’s definitely not in my inventory but I need it to finish this quest. I started a game, logged it on to FB, didn’t like some choices I made, decided to start another, I uninstalled then installed again, when I got to the part that asks you to log into FB it says I have the old save still there and will erase my new game if I continue, so, how do I delete the old save on FB so I can log the new game in?

You have to get TinyCo involved. Once linked to an account…it is permanent. You will need to contact them to see if they can UNlink it now.

Good luck on that, I have been trying to get them to fix my google account that was reset after a reinstall while they were having issue back at the beginning of Aug. They keep closing out my ticket and tell me the read the FAQ.

I wish they would put some more decorations (building or carnival rides or whatever) in the Blam! box. I don’t need more bombs! (Harpoons would be welcome though to get the iron stewie suit)..

When I made an account, I didn’t have a Facebook. I used my moms Facebook to sign up. Now I have my Facebook back. I tried to log in on mine and all it did was make a new game (level 1). In order to get back to my old one, I have to delete the app and redownload, and log in on my moms.
Is there anyway to switch MY account (level 30) to my Facebook and delete the level 1?
The reason why I’m so concerned, my mom has no Facebook friends who play. However, I have tons so I would like to take coins from them in my multiuniverse

No idea. I would suggest some basic troubleshooting steps, but you have already tried those, so the next step would be to reach out to TinyCo. In the meantime, make sure you are on a good stable WiFi with the game. Memory and connection issues can cause what you are dealing with.

Yup as long as you complete Iron Baby Pt. 1 you’ll be able to get the costume when the event ends and you unlock Stewie.

I’ve removed a bunch of activr sessions within Facebook which was associated with my family guy id. Now, for some reason my account doesn’t sync up and I cannot view any of my Facebook friends quahogs. When I try to recover my account it either won’t connect or it tells me that there is no saved game and that it will reset my level 42 game to 1. I’ve contacted tinyco in game. There is no way I will delete the game. After reading several posts I’m thinking there is a tinyco Facebook server issue. I find the game slightly pointless if I can no longer recover my save and connect with friends. I’m very frustrated

Have you tried changing your password for your facebook, uninstalling and reinstalling the Facebook app to your device, logging into facebook…then launching the family guy app and logging back into Facebook? Also, pay close attention to the wording as it throws many people off. It SHOULD say it is replacing the level 1 WITH your level 42. Look at the images in our post below.
