Family Guy Addicts 
Hey everyone, I just started playing this game about two weeks ago and it’s seems really confusing. I don’t have the hang of it yet. I was wondering about the valentines day event area. What is the point of it? Will we get the buildings I the event area? I know if you tap the big heart, info about the event come up but it looks like a movie theater and some other buildings but nothing happens if you tap them, thanx and have fun.

The area you are looking at only opens during event. Temporary items are placed there like buildings, decorations, Characters. Sometimes those buildings will be available for purchase by coin or clams towards the end of the event. It will include many shortcuts to menus for the event (like you saw with tapping on Cupids area to get to the Affection Meter). Once the event is over, that area will just go back to being trees again until the next one comes by.
Just keep watching our site and the game and we will announce as new areas open up for you. 🙂

Is there a better way to begin character quests than finding and tapping on each individual character? With TSTO, I can just tap the character icon in the top-left and make my way through my available characters to quickly assign jobs. Is there something similar to this?

There’s the same character finder in TQFS…same exact spot too.

There’s no character icon in the top left. It also doesn’t automatically select unoccupied characters. I see Face Space, but there’s no way to assign them jobs or tell who’s busy or not. When I start climbing into the thirty to forty character mark, it’s going to be tremendously tedious to track them all down and give them jobs. Not complaining, just wondering if there’s something I’m missing.

It won’t show up until you’ve opened District 4. So my guess is you’re on District 3 at the moment, since you have V-day stuff?

On 3rd set of couples heart meter – I have 52 purple hate hearts – still no prizes showing…why? ( using iPod / all updates completed)

In the Valentine’s Day edition, with regards to the PDA Couples, are you suppose to get both the Hearts and Broken Hearts, or one time to slide the meter? Thanks.

Whichever prize you want you need to collect the appropriate hearts for it. If you collect both hearts they’ll cancel each other out and you won’t be gaining towards either prize.

Hey all,
For the past couple days I have been seeing a “load error” screen come up (on the loading screen) and I haven’t been able to access my game. The load error says “not enough workers for 1 building and 1block in save game”… I haven’t been able to access my game for a couple days now.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still comes up… Does anyone know what to do?

Really stupid question here…how do I actually add my facebook friends? They don’t show up as neighbors, and when I type in their names in game and press send nothing happens. Do I add them manually somehow?

Add them as friends on Facebook. By doing that it’ll automatically link them to your game, you won’t have to do anything in the game itself.

created a Facebook account just to add friends to my game. Signed into my game through Facebook but none of my friends show up. I don’t show up on theirs either. Any Ideas?

Try logging in and out of Facebook via your game. See that that syncs it

Tried that, even deleted the connect with facebook and signed in again, nothing. On my PC, logged into facebook, under APP settings, it even shows that I have 2 sign ins, 1 is the PC the other is my game. The game is listed under APP settings. I’ve tried Friends or Public and I still cant see friends on my game. I’m at a complete loss.

Also on the multiverse tab, I no longer get notification to visit Ollie, but when I clicked on it, his friend icon was ready.

I recently added the game to my desktop Windows 8 (after recently having to delete this from my phone due to space)…… Sadly it is not allowing me to add in my Google+ or Facebook information. Is this normal or does it have a glitch?

No, The Blimp is not out in the water. I Can’t get it. I have no quest for it. I have absolutely no quest for any characters accept for Chris who wants to rock out and I can’t do that. After Meg pooped in the bucket there was no more quests. I was expecting Stewie to want to do something. I can’t open up District 9 because Stewie has not done the quest for the blimp.

The last thing I did was had Meg poop in a bucket. After that I think I Finished up Stewie but I may have had him already done. I was expecting him to start the next phase. I can find no updates for the game and I have looked for anything that I may have to build or place but I can’t seam to find anything.

How is the Memory space on your device? WiFi use? Many things can cause issues with loading the game. Memory and signal being number one.

So I thought in order to get Jillian you had to also get her apartment… well now that the New Years event is done I still have Jillian but somehow I do not have her apartment so a lot of her tasks I cant do… Anyone have any help for me?

They’re probably on Kindle. Kindle got an update 2 days ago so they’re slight version ahead of ios and Android. However, it’ll be corrected once Valentine’s day hits.

Nvm i think i found on this site there is no way to sync it from mobile as of now. So basically u have start from scratch till u cant sync it to ur original facebook account.

Yea thats what i read after i asked lol. Thank you anyways. I wonder why they arent letting you sync yet? Maybe testing to see how many people will actually play on windows instead mobile. Maybe dont wanna get to invested yet or see if they are bug’s within the windows game. It would be nice if u could sync. So much easier playing on a laptop and way easier to move things around. Moving things on mobile can be really nerve wracking at times. Well thanx again

Two different set ups. Windows is stand alone and customized for laptop/desktop to handle more. Mobile is its own set up, customized for the quirks of mobile devices. So can’t link them yet due to one may not be able to handle the other. Similar now to if you try to visit someone not updated. It won’t let you. It’s new…so excited to see where it goes from here and future capabilities

I can’t seem to get the burgers from mcburgertown, I need them to create cop joe, I have collected

Is the Burgertown still in its Winter Skin? If so, you need to take the Winter Facade off of it for it to earn what you need.

Tap on the building… right next to the name on the far left side you will see a green triangle (usually over a lil image of the building). Tap on it, it will turn and point down instead and “extend” the info area for the building. You will see some silly icons in that extended box. A red circle with a slash through it and the ones that look like “paint brush” with a holiday theme The paintbrush ones are the skins/facades. To disable the skin/facade… tap on the “cancel” icon. This looks like a circle with a slash through it. Then tap anywhere on the screen or on the green arrow again to go back to your now back to normal building.

Ever since the end of the Best of 2014 Event I can’t load my game (“data error, try again”). Is anyone else experiencing this? Haven’t been able to access for 24 hours. Guess I have to wait for an update.

Is your game saved to an email or Facebook? If so, you can try a complete uninstall and reinstall then just log back in to the saved account.

Ever since the best of 2014 event ended yesterday my game won’t load. It keeps telling me (over 24 hours now) “data error, try again.” Anyone else experiencing this? Is there an update coming out soon? And not I haven’t done anything to my phone or changed settings in the last day.

I put the ball drop in my infantry & now Iv put it back out its started the quest for the ball drop again, I have Bruce tasking on getting flutes but it keeps giving me wine glasses for the New Years event😡😡

Recently I broke my phone with the Family Guy Quest for Stuff app on there and I was on level 30+, but it is going to be a while before I get another phone. I just wanted to know is there any way I can download the app on my laptop, but still be on my same level.
BTW: I have a Windows 8 laptop that doesn’t come with the Google play store, just the Windows App Store.

At this time, no. Windows is a Stand Alone version and not linked to the Mobile App at all. So there is not a way to cross the two. Sorry.

No. If you want them and want to use Clams… you will have to use Clams to speed the tasks to drop the items and then use Clams to retry or buy out right the item.

So the game seems to be working fine except now everytime I try to click on Mort to use an action a tv box appears in the middle of the screen and won’t let me do anything after that. Have exited and reopened the game multiple times and same problem everytime.

Odd. Sounds like it is just going slow. (That’s when I get it on my game) Try to restart your device and go back. If you see it again… and have the option… hit the back button on your device to cancel the action and see if it stops the TV screen.

When will new levels be added? I’ve been maxed out for a while now! And I’ve been trying to complete the Pawtucket items and the Pawtucket mansion but I never get those little icons after finishing the required task. Is this a glitch that will soon be fixed?

Request to TinyCo if you want MORE Levels. More XP for Characters/Game MAX… then send them a message from your game. Make a request. If you have no need for XP, it will not pop out anymore as there is no longer a reason for it.

Why are there action slates on almost every character? What are they for? I initially thought they were to give you videos to watch for clams but I haven’t seen a video pop up for a while. The T-Rex didn’t offer any. The action slates are not like items, they are in a different spot and they dont say “action” on them either like the action slates that are for unlocking Tom Tucker. Does anyone know I’ve been searching the site and haven’t found an answer yet.

I had a family guy game started that i logged into. My phone had to be fixed. Now when I go into my family guy. It starts me all over. There is no where to log in so I can continue my game from where I left off. I really don’t wanna start family guy from level one all over again. Please help me. Did you create an account? Link it to a facebook or email? If so, you can find it under that. If not, you need to reach out to them for further help. See if you have any screen shots of it at all. Especially the opening screen with the numbers on both sides

It will give you 10 clams. I did it and that’s what the reward is. I’m doing it again to see if it works a second time. It you store it in your inventory and the bring it back it resets the items to 0.
