Thanks. So an in game error. Do me a favor and message them from within your game to let them know you have that error in game. Let them know what you do that triggers it. I am reporting it on my end too, but they will want a game experiencing it to troubleshoot the issue.

everytime I try to open the game now it says there’s a load error. The load error reads jaws of a purple beast sticker. What should I do?

My game was working well. Tonight I would have had Olivia. But… I left my phone at home for a couple hrs and when I came back, it just keeps saying load error. And then something about a purple beast??? I tried to restart my device to no avail, and even force stopped the game, and restarted my phone again, but the same messege keeps popping up?? I put a lot of time into this game I hope it’s a temporary thing. Any clue what this is?

Now now. It is only an error message. Hang in there. As it is only impacting a few players… they are looking into it. What would help is if someone would send us a Screenshot of the message, so we can see EXACTLY what it is saying along with passing it along to tech support that is looking into it.

I started a game on my android phone but there’s no more space to update. Is it possible to load progress on ipod if I download the game on that?

As long as you save your game to an email of Facebook. Then it is easy to download your game file to any compatible device. 😉

Does anybody know what the symbol means next to certain character actions? It’s a,small picture of the thing directors use to start scenes during movie making. Ya know, the black n white clicky ckacky thing. There’s gotta be a reason for it. It’s only next to some actions.

11 is linked to 9… an extension of the Blimp. It is actually tagged as “Fine Arts”, just noted as the 11th one released. So you need to complete it to move on to the Brewery.

Has anyone else lost track of where some of their characters are after the Star Trek mission finished? For instance, Guinan is no longer popping up and she is definitely done with what she was doing?

Do you mean in the rotation icons at the top Left Corner? You can always try and use FaceSpace to locate them or see if she is still in your Inventory Storage under the Characters tab. A lot of Characters were beamed there once the Event ended.

I hadn’t even thought of that. She shows up there but it doesn’t let me access any of her actions or show me where she is. That happened with a couple of my other characters but they seem to show up again when I put them to work on getting the birds. I guess she will show up again if she is given something to earn. Not a big deal. Thanks for getting back to me!

They put pretty much any Character that was on a task on Enterprise into the Inventories to make sure they made the transfer into your game smoothly. So that’s where most of them probably are hanging out. There or Al’s for some Costumes. 😉

Can i link my family guy game from my iphone to my new laptop? is there a log in option?

No. Windows is not compatible with the iPhone (or Android version). The Windows Version is it’s own thing…so you cannot play across both devices.

Download it on your laptop and start playing the gane from the begining. eventually, a quest will come up that allows you to connect to Facebook (or whatever your current game is linked to) when you get to that quest and connect to your social media, it will ask you if you want to load and replace the new game with the previously saved game linked to that account. Proceed to upload the old game and you can start from where u left off. I’m pretty sure you’ll still have a blank slate as far as real estate is as if you nuked your town. However, everything you own will be in your inventory and youll have to place everything over again.

As Alissa already stated, this is NOT possible. The only laptop/PC Version of the game provided by TinyCo is a Windows Stand Alone Version. Windows does NOT have any options at all to even access the account screen.

Exit out of the game. Log out of Facebook, restart your device, then log back in to your Facebook app on your device. Then try again.

How can I change the notification sound that the app uses? I’ve looked in game and through my phones settings and I can’t find anything specifically for the app, it doesn’t use my default sound, just one that I can’t stand and it is driving me crazy.

The game settings are in the menu, settings. You can turn them on or off. Outside that, it is a matter of if you have something built into your app settings in your device to turn them off. You can’t really customize some of them.

I played family guy quest for stuff on tablet. I played a lot. When i bought a phone, i cant play this, because the game crash. Maybe this happen because my phone is not strong? Only 500 mb ram i have.

You need at least 2-3GB in order for it to work properly.

Is it me or is this ***** bird beard near impossible to get? The blue birds aren’t dropping for me, the purple ones (2 characters & the school at 8 hours a piece) are the same boat. Green one are fine though. Im at 7 blue, 8 purple and 9 green. How is it they give 5 characters for the yellow birds that always drop but so few for the harder ones that have longer durations and seem to not drop? Where the ***** is the logic in that? One year and the developers still haven’t got it.

My game always crashes when I click on the perfume factory to collect bottles for a quest. I’ve tried to update it and reinstall it, but it doesn’t help. How do I fix it? I’m stuck on that quest now, can’t finish it.

An old issue that seems to keep hanging around. Try to go to the Factory by using it’s Image in the Menu instead. If that still doesn’t fix it, message TinyCo from your game.

I was just wondering if you will ever repeat events like the Star Trek one that’s going on now. Will they repeat it and just add more objectives next time so those who didn’t finish can get the rest of the characters but those who did have new objectives to play?
I was out of data for almost half of the time that the event was taking place and I’m bummed I didn’t unlock everything.

The game is just barely a year old. There never was a Star Wars Event. They may do another Comic Con Event. A lot of those they did bring back for the Best of 2014 Event. They may do it again.

Was wondering if I am even going to be able to finish the quest lines for Beverly crusher without Vulcan quagmire? I have got everything for her but just shy on the crystals, but also everything for talisman stewie, minus the crystal I’m going to waste to unlock her. Is it going to be able to collect another 4000 crystals in 7 days left? I am currently battling Bertram level 2 and soon I am definitely going to need stewie for bigger hits

If you can hit the top one… it’s a 2000 Dilithium payout a completed heart drained defeat. If you are still low enough on just the 3rd… don’t unlock the warp core 6. Stay with just the 3 to give you a Lil better odds with less Characters unlocked.

I feel like an idiot, but I just bought a tablet (android), I installed fg: tqfs on it…it will load, but around 3 min later kicks off back to the home page, but if I don’t touch it…it will last forever in my city. Should I be looking at a RAM/MEMORY issue (it is brand new out of the box with 8gb/512mb ram), defective tablet, or is there a setting I’m over looking? It’s in my Google play store…so I’m sure it’s compatible. I need to switch due low memory on my phone…It’s the only reason I bought a tablet

I downloaded a couple of games, one was fairly small and the other was big…both worked fine. Then I uninstalled/reinstalled family guy, still having the same issue.
Figured maybe graphics, downloaded a high graphic game for android….worked fine.
Uninstalled/reinstalled family guy…started playing on the 1st level…worked fine for the hour I played, then loaded my account and shuts off after 3 min…Tried it again, same issue. Kinda lost…what you think ladies? Get a new tablet again or contact tinyco for support?

Sounds like it can’t handle the game. These kind of games need a LOT of Memory to run. Usually a device you purchase comes pre loaded with a LOT of things already on it. So though it says 8GB or w/e, you may only have 2 or 3GB of actual space to use. Check it. Go to your settings and see how much space you have.
