I wasted 50 bucks on your game and it crashes for 30 seconds. I am a level 55 and I don’t want to loose my file. So first I’ve been frustrated with the bugs so I made an account to put the game on and moved it to my sd card just in case I would back up and reset my phone. So thats what I did, after that I put my sd card in and I dont see my game! I looked in the files and moved it to the device storage and I still cant find it. After that I installed it and it started all over. I tried signing in with my old account but it wasn’t there. Please tinyco please help. I just dont want to lose my money

If you are having game issues, we are more than happy to help out all we can with some tips and tricks we personally try in our games on a daily basis for issues… like this one…
If you did NOT save your game and link it to an email or Facebook, you very well may have removed the necessary information you needed to log back in. (Email or Facebook are the ONLY ways to save game files).
Since you are unable to access your game again, you will need to reach out directly to TinyCo for some help. Email since you can’t get into your game. Make sure you note in Subject it is for Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff and include ANY information you possibly can from the previously lost game. Levels, Clams, Money, as well as any screenshots you possibly have from it. The best, if you captured one from your game while it was still active on the opening Splash Screen.

Has anyone else noticed the background color on my characters FaceSpace profile pictures changing to yellow rather than the normal baby blue? Does it mean something?

Probably just fixes. They pushed some patches to the game. Some of the colors of items are a lil off.

Bunny, I have a question…do you know if you are able to get Facebook credits on this game with your phone. Whenever I go to do a purchase, it says I need to type in my itunes password, so I am not sure if it will take the credits that I have added

Facebook Family Guy has been in BETA until just recently, so all that has not been tested yet. My suggestion is reach out to TinyCo to see what options they have enabled so far for the Facebook version and if Credits will be allowed or not.

There were lots of prizes earned and stored from collecting mob rep which were due to be awarded once the event ended, such as The Don and bronze, silver and gold Griffin house facades.

Well a new issue today.
Now there are no toad lickers about the game. So as of right now the only way to get picks is to spend more clams, which means more real money.
I had started all the long quests so I could do an encore concert then the next morning, Joe shows up and no encores allowed and after clearing the last 3 toad lickers none have spawned. It has been that way since last night. Toads, and girls spawn but no toad lickers.
So any word on what is really happening now? Is this just my game or another cash only event?

Well thanks for the no panic, but it is getting worst. No toads, no girls, no ha key sacks, no tickets, no honey, nothing at all any more. Finished the first set of quests as far as I can tell.

Try to clear everything off of your device for Family Guy. See if you can completely clear all the cache and data for the game. Then restart your device. Then try again to reinstall. Just make sure you have enough room. It needs a LOT to load it all.

Has anyone’s Stripper Jerome been malfunctioning? His tasks are all showing double in the list and when chosen they perform indefinitely unless tapped. In other words, no check mark when done. Not a big deal, just curious.

If you are completely done with the District 10 questlines and got to the end of them… then just send Chumba Wumba Stewie to get rid of them.

Make sure it is saved. Once saved, you can load the game and log into pretty much any compatible device.

What other characters are also in the musical event and are there going to be any more events that you can get characters from previous events such as the Star Trek event, the comic-con event and others

You will have to wait and see all that come. Just look at the Splash screen and that should give you an idea.
And as we are currently in this event, I do not know what the future will hold. Just what we have today. 😉

The first time I started playing this game everything was going good, but when I put Meg or Semis to do something I leave the page so that the time can go while they are doing their stuff. When I try to go back in it wouldn’t let me. So I had to uninstall it. Later I reinstalled the game so when I had Meg and Semis I didn’t let them do anything. Afterwards my niece started to play with the game and she put Meg to do something and now I can’t go in the game. So I don’t know if I should uninstall it or what should I do?? I’m already up to Brian. I was going to free up the Chinese place.

The info you are giving is a bit vague. Can you be more specific? Why can’t you get in? Is there a pop up message? If so, can you tell me EXACTLY what it says or post a screenshot? Can you tell me WHAT Meg & Seamus were doing when it happened? The task names?

I can’t get into the app. it won’t let me. When I got Meg and Seamus I couldn’t make them do quests. Now that meg was put to flirt with convicts. My niece left the page and now I can’t get into it at all.

What happens when you try to get in? You keep saying you can’t but be more specific on WHY?

I’m having a problem for a while with the game not staying open, it will load and I can play for a few seconds then it blanks out to a black screen. It does this over & over again. I’ve tried everything, reloading, resetting my phone it still does it. I’m on android… Any help?

Error: Not enough workers for 1 buildings and 3 blocks in save game. I was on leve42 l still have my progress but somehow i only have three workers but they are working on four projects now it wont let me log in because i dont have enough workers

Could be within the game still. TOO many things going on, especially when animated items are added can cause issues. Just check all you can.

If you unlock a character during an event will there personal quests end with the event or will they stay until finished? I am sure you have probably answered this question before but I couldn’t find the answer 🙂

It varies each event. It all depends on HOW it is linked to the Event. If it is a direct correlation to the items only available in the Event, it usually won’t continue on. It is most likely the side questlines will. Right now, I assume Retep, Evil Stewie, and Satan’s will. But we will know for sure closer to end of event if not after.

Try to delete him off your Facebook then add him back again. Sometimes that can help as it recognizes new friends. Also make sure his account is also linked to Facebook.

I’ve got all of peters skins for his costume boxes except for “Spanish soap opera peter” and “handsome Peter.” I’d like to get some more clams by completing these two sets- can you tell me where/when they appear in the game? There is a save feature in the menu of the game. It is a good idea to link your game to an email or Facebook if you want friends as soon as possible to save your progress.

That may be something else. When I usually saw that message, it was due to the limited memory storage on my device. You may want to try a few basic steps for that.
Completely exit the game and restart your device. See if that helped. If not, then try to move around some items on your device or delete them. Pics usually take up the most memory… so if there are some you can email to yourself or put in a dropbox folder to get them off your device and open up some room… try that.

Yes. Big Time. Currently Windows only goes to District 8 and stops. It does not participate in Events either. Also, no way to save your game progress yet.

I have been playing the game for well over a year and I still have no option to watch videos for clams. My girlfriend just started playing a couple months ago and can. We both have the same phone (Note 4).

It is in testing right now due to it never worked properly with Carl. So only a select few Players will see them. Once they are done testing, if the results are good, then they may try to release them to all Players again. Until then… they are still working on getting the glitches with it fixed.

If you have completed the Brewery Questline and are talking of the spawned ones, use Stewie to complete clearing the Spawned ones. If you are talking of the two you created from the Brewery, those you should be able to tap on, when their info pulls up under them tap on the Inventory Icon, then they will be stored away.

My game keeps crashing, every time I try to make Cleveland do tasks, I thought because of the new district addition there is a new glitch. After the update to get district 11 it got worst.
