Ready for some MORE Music and action in the game? Here we go with the 2nd Phase of Content Release for the PeterPalooza Event.

First some Quick Tips:
- In order to have access to ALL the Phase 2 Content, you will need to have completed PeterPalooza Part 7 of the Main Questline.
- If you still are working on Phase 1 Content, you can always wait a bit to start Phase 2 until you are ready. See how it plays out first.
DO NOT TAP ON MERCH CENTER ONCE YOU START PHASE 2! Wait til you are ready to start the Timer for Rapper Brian. 7 day timer again.

Side Note: It says RARE on the task to drop the Hacky Sacks, so I tested it out. I used clams to just speed it up and got one EVERY SINGLE TIME. So just wanted to let you know.

FESTIVAL MERCH CENTER
Same as before, you will find some NEW Crafting items in the Merch Center for you to gather towards and put into your Quahog. Let’s take a look at the New Merch.
Rapper Brian: You will find him in the Festival Merch Center where Makeover Meg is. HE WILL BE TIMED JUST LIKE MEG. It starts as soon as you tap the Merch Center. He comes fully tasked and questline.

EVENT STAFF TENT
UPDATE 8/16: It seems many of you are mistaking THIS Building as being for Brian & the Merch Center. It is not. This is for Event Staff Only. The Merch Center is the Giant Guitar shown above this section.
During Phase 2, you will now put in use another Event Area item. The Event Staff Tent. It is pretty much self explanatory in that it is the place you will go to get more Staff to help out with the PeterPalooza Event.
This will be similar to the Mobster Event & Firefighters Mixed, but there will be differences too. I will go into a lot more details on this in a separate post, but here are the Basics.
- Earn Materials to Hire Staff
- Hire Staff for X amount of time
- Use Staff around the Event when Hire is complete
Your Capacity: This will include Staff in queue AND Staff wandering your Quahog. Once you hit MAX Capacity, you can’t hire anymore until you use some Staff first. Each one is ONE TIME USE. One and done.
You will start out with a Capacity of FOUR. That means FOUR Total Staff combined in the Tent being hired and out wandering Quahog streets.
Once you start an Event Staff Training for Hire, you will see a Timer Icon over the Tent showing someone is in there counting down.
BEEKEEPERS
These are the first Event Staff you will be running into. You will start to be able to hire them once you reach and complete Festival Fail Pt. 2. (Though I was able to as soon as I bought the Clam Beehive Tree.)
Here are the Basics…
- Get Honey
: Beehive Tree OR Avril Dye Her Hair OR Bruce Hold a Seance OR Mort Secure the Safe OR Brian Initiate Plan B OR Dr. Hartman Perform Experimental Surgery (all were 2hr tasks) - Hire/Train Beekeeper for 1 Honey Each
- Wait 45mins for them to complete the Hire/Train
Then use the Beekeepers to go clear Swarms of Bees off Hippie Fans to get Materials. Swarms of Bees drop Hacky Sacks OR Skull Guitar Picks
HIPPIE FANS & BEES
As soon as I finished Festival Fail Pt 2, 8 Hippie Girls ***poofed*** in my game with Bees Swarming all around them. They started running around all over the Quahog Streets.
Tapping on one will tell you that you need ONE Beekeeper to clear the Swarm with a Chance at Hacky Sacks OR Guitar Picks. It happens quickly.
Still working out the payouts, will post when complete.
UPDATE 8/16: Swarms of Bees on the Hippie Girls will spawn every 3 hours. You will see up to 9. They will MAX out at 9.
Clearing the Hippie Fans Swarm of Bees gave me either 2 Skull Guitar Picks or 1 Hacky Sack. Of course the Picks were common.
GREASED-UP DEAF GUY
I am still playing around with this one… but it looks like for now… he is going to appear here and there in the game and you got to catch him before he leaves. Once I get that down… I will post more on it.
Catching him will help you get Concert Tickets for Rapper Brian.
So far, AFTER Completing Festival Fail Pt 2, Peter triggered Never Gonna Catch Me. He finally appeared on my Quahog streets during Pt. 4. He literally runs the streets and you have to find him and tap on him to catch him.
Tapping on him and Catching him dropped 1 Concert Ticket.
He appeared again quickly. Like within a minute. Having my small street patch helped me grab him fast again. Same Payout. I have not seen him again since. He showed up again today (8/15)… I want to say 12hrs later? I will watch.
CONCERT STAGE
UPDATE 8/16: As the pop ups in the game warned us… Joe Lion now has the stage. So any Encores you were working on went with the New Content. If you have any concerns on this, please reach out to TinyCo from you in game messaging. Otherwise, you will have to complete Joe’s requirements to gain access again.
The Concert Stage is now asking for Items to give Joe Lion access to Perform. So you will see the same kind of pop up for the Concert Stage.
Here is what Joe Lion will require in order to unlock the 1st Concert for him…
- Unlock Joe Lion
- Get Mort Town Records
- Get Cash Rules Everything Statue
- Get Blue Doberman Statue
Joe Lions Concert is /100 Stars. The Reward I got for 100/100 Stars is

ENCORE CONCERTS
The Encore Concerts option did unlock after Joe Lion’s Concert. Similar to before, you were asked to Perform 4 tasks to access an Encore Concert. My game requested the Following…
Get Hydration Station: Cost 170 Glowsticks
Joe Lion Grow White People Dreadlocks: 12hrs
Avril Perform a Secret Show: 10hrs
Play for a Toad User: 3hrs (You will have to have Rockstar Peter free and also a Toad User in town in order to do this.)
Once the 4 items were acquired, I started the concert. This time my options were all the Musicians I currently had unlocked…

- Joe Lion
- Snoop Dogg
I picked Joe Lion. The Encore Concert required /120 Stars. I had left some of the Female Fans from the previous Concert out, so I got 120/120. My payout for the Encore Concert was same as Joe Lions.

The next Encore Concert now required the following tasks….
Joe Perform Rasta Jams: 8hrs
Joe Wear a Smelly Rasta Hat: 6hrs

As these may vary by Player, just make sure you check what YOUR game asks in order to be able to start an Encore Concert and follow that.
SECRET CONCERT
WARNING: THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK TO ATTEMPT
I had found a hidden task in the game that was NOT supposed to exist yet, nor payout what it had been. Nor be Free. As they are still working on what it was actually intended for, using this feature will be tricky and if not done carefully… can cause you delays in your game.
All I will say for now is…
- This WILL lock out your Musician for 24hrs without a chance of getting them to stop until the 24hrs are up.
- It is NOT supported as it is not intended for use in this way, so may still be a lil glitchy.
- You will have THOUSANDS of Female Fans to clear. On this I am not even joking. They will not stop spawning over n over n over every few seconds.
- Do NOT send more than one Musician to do a Concert. If you try to send someone else on a Concert at the same time as this, you WILL be locked out with an Error. (See Update 8/16 info below)
So… USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I do NOT know who else besides Peter & Avril Perform them as I do not want to risk locking out my game again to find out. I need it too much to give you a lot of OTHER details. Lol. So if you tried others and succeeded, feel free to let everyone know in the comments below. I also will not know the payouts either for the same reason. 😉

Festival Fail
Pt 1: Rockstar Peter Save Toad Users (5hrs) & Build First Aid Tent
Side Note: when you send Peter to the Tent for the task you won’t see his 5hr timer. No worries though, he’ll finish just fine.
Pt 2: Get 1 Magic Mushroom Patch & Chris Make a Rap Playlist (8hrs) & Lois Cook Dinner (2hrs)
Pt 3: Hire a Beekeeper & Clear Swarm of Bees & Build Cannabis Club
UPDATE 8/16 ADDITONAL UPDATES
Toad Users: They are still in the game and not set to stop anytime soon. However, the spawn on them is 1 every 6hrs. You will see this change when you start Festival Fail Part 1.
Consuela Secret Concert Error: As warned, the Secret Concerts are at your own risk. Those using it may run into the following error. “Attempting to display completion modal for non-existant reward”
As Consuela is pointing out, you are doing a task that should NOT exist and this is causing conflict in the game. This happens mainly if you send MORE than one Character to do a Concert, but may pop up when just Avril goes. No worries, TinyCo is well aware as I found the error when I found the Secret Concerts. Patch is already in the mix. In the meantime, contact them to help if you get locked up from using the “Secret Concerts”.
Character Glowstick Tasks Gone: I am still working on this one to see if some were only temporary. Will let you know once I get complete update on it. For now, just use the ones you see.
Spotted Toads Spawn: I am still checking on their spawn as well, will update once that is clarified.
Speeding Character Tasks Restart Game: This issue hit when Event first did. Android should be patched now. iOS coming soon. In short, do NOT speed a task by tapping “GO” on the task bar. It will just crash the game and make it restart. Instead, let it take you to where the Character is so you know what building they are in. Then clear it off the screen. Then tap on just the building to trigger the task, THEN speed it with Clams.
There you have it. The Basics for Phase 2 of PeterPalooza. More details to come, but this should get you started.

Peter palooza has been stuck in the clam for five days every time I tap on it to try and free him my game freezes. Any ideas ? We all like a drink but five days in the clam is surely bordering on liver failure !

Question, can I still progress in the game WITHOUT getting the Cannabis Club? I’m reluctant to get it as I’m anti-drugs (in game toad use is fine).
My Phase 3 hasn’t started yet so I’m not sure if it’s essential to the game. Thanks

Correct. Keep in mind the content of this game is MA and it is Family Guy. NOTHING will be out of bounds, just like the TV show. Nothing at all. So this may not be the last time something “bothers” you in the game. Just want you to be prepared for that. Mean it in the kindest way. 😉

Ahh! I didn’t get a chance to do an encore concert before part 2 started, and I spent the guitar picks I did accumulate on Meg’s outfit. Now I can’t do concerts until I do Joe’s first concert, but I only have 16 picks and need a ton of picks to unlock it! Any ideas on how to get more picks? I’m freemium so don’t really want to spend my clams on the kiosk…

My Mayor Bee doesn’t say “Yaaaaaaaaaay… Mayor Bee Mayor Bee Mayor Bee”
His other lines are there and then there is one tap in his cycle where he looks like he’s saying something but there is no sound… anyone else experiencing this?

What you here in your game will vary. Some of the Character lines take a LOT of taps to trigger them. They eventually pop out. Just keep tapping. And yes, it is part of his animation (not the voice) that you visually see his mouth moving while he is animated.

Sorry if this has been answered but what’s the difference between a check mark and the urn being totally grayed out in the kiosk. Is there something special you get for purchasing (graying out) all of the items on a page ?

Check mark just means there is possibly MORE than one available of that particular item. Completely grayed out means you purchased all available.

Okay sorry. I was just confused on what the point of the kiosk was. I thought maybe if you bought all of the items you got a reward for it. Or you bought it out until the limit was reached kind of like the Pawtucket items.

Nah. No worries. Just didn’t want you wasting items for no reason. It is more full of “extras” for your game. Pawtucket was a District Item and another level of crafting. I will note in one of the posts if I find something useful for “buying them all”. So far nothing. 😉

Ok I have the greased up deaf guy come to my quahog all of two times. I have all materials excluding 1 for makeover-meg(guitar picks not coming quick enough for me), Joe lion (I haven’t had an oil drop in a few days) & rapper brian (no greased up deaf guy = only 3 tickets with 3 days left to complete. The events kill me everytime.

I purchased Snoop on iOS before reading the bonus album on android. Good news, contacted support, the suggested click on guitar event tab and then headphone on an android device and it should show the characters you have. This will allow you to go back and redeem the albums for free 🙂

So I got a good couple runs of the 5 minutes secret concerts in.. like 10 of them. Interestingly I just finished a 24 hour concert with Avril. Here are my results: I got about 1200 glowsticks in the tapping frenzy but I didn’t drive myself crazy with tapping, just when I had the time. I didn’t have any problem and I was not locked out fortunately. In the final pay off I got like 40 picks, 3 ticket stubs for Brian and an additional 120 glowsticks. That’s one pretty cool glitch!
Also and I think this is most interesting… during the 24 hours I finished collecting for and created Joe’s outfit. I was all ready to do the concert with Joe, but when Avril finished the task line part 7 jumped to accomplished and the concert is already at the encore concert. So doing Avrils super secret concert also counts towards Joe’s concert. Not sure if you have to have Joe unlocked for this to work, I think so. I may send out Avril again after the encore concert… if they have not already fixed the glitch of course hahahaha.

Is anyone else struggling with the “extra rare” patchouli oil for Joe lion? I’ve had everything else for Joe since Saturday morning but still only one out of 4 needed oils! I’ve got bonnie and quagmire on tasks every time and still no drop since the very first time the task was completed! Looks like we have another tuba fiasco on our hands! I doubt most have unlocked Joe by now!

I’ve just created Rapper Brian and now no actions drop Guitar Picks, even The Pick Kiosk that I brought, which always drops them, no longer drops them. Do you know if this is supposed to happen or is it a glitch?

I reported it like you said and got a reply back from them really quick, they said that once you’ve created the items from the Merch Kiosk, the Guitar Picks are supposed to stop dropping and it’s intended to work like that. I think that this seems really odd still, I just hope that we don’t need Guitar Picks to craft anything, or unlock anyone during Phase 3. Do you think this sounds right?

You will need to check out comments for results. I rely on my games too much for the site to test it any further and risk them locked out. Players are commenting their results within these comments.

When logging in, I occasionally get an “ad” that says a ticket kiosk and the neon lion are available for purchase; and then shows the lion for 700 clams. I cannot find the ticket kiosk; anyone seeing the same ad? Any luck finding it? Anything to help with tickets would be appreciated.

For anyone wondering why their Brian timer is running even though they’ve not actively clicked on the merch store, it’s caused by the quest which requires you to get “Magic Mushroom Patch” Clicking on that in the quest bounces you through the the merch store and into the purchase confirmation screen, starting the countdown without you realising.
Bad planning on TC’s part really.

If you have Peter doing a secret concert and click a toad guy, it says Peter is busy and gives you the option to pay clams to rush his task. Does anyone know if this works? Does it end the concert early and do you still get the reward?

Bee girls still dropping hackey sacs even though I have the requisite amount needed for Brian. In the past the game was smart enough to realize when an item required was fulfilled and switched to just dropping the other.

**** it. I wanted to buy Snoop, and I didn’t have enough clams. Even though I’m sure there will be some clam deal coming up, I purchased the $9.99 clams. I go thru the steps, put in my password and then the game decides to give me 7000 coins instead of my clams. I’m trying to contact TinyCo, I don’t want a refund but I do want my clams, and time is running out on Brian also.
Has this happened to anyone else? The receipt from Google also says I bought coins, but I have close to 4million coins, why would (and seriously, the exchange rate sucks) I want 7000 more coins for $9.99?!

My rapper Brian is LOCKED🔒 I had held off clicking the merchant tent till now so when I was ready I clicked it was locked!!?? Can I only make one skin for each character at a time in Al Harringtons Brian’s PB &J skin is available not completed & im seeing items in my character tasks for that skin (like banana peels baseball bats etc…) I am worried my timer will start and he’s still locked? If PB &J gets completed after part #2 (week) is over can I still start rapper Brian? I want this skin very bad since snoop is so expensive 200 clams❗️

As with every event and standard play… only one can be “created” at a time. So until whoever you are making in Al’s timer is up and you check it off… you can’t make another. Soon as you hit that check mark… he’ll be available to create. 🙂

So right now I’m creating mid-life crisis Lois, (20hours) and so when she’s done, my Rapper Brian will be unlocked🔓?! And then I can start getting “stuff” to make the skin?! Has my Rapper Brian⌛️countdown started? Since I clicked the merchant tent?
Just to be clear, I Don’t need to send my characters on any PB& J Brian tasks? Rapper Brian is only locked till mid-life crisis Lois is finished creating?!✅

Just a wanted to share a lil glitch I experienced. When phase 2 started, I sent my Avril on her secet concert. This was before I unlocked Joe lion (Still don’t have him) When her task was done, I managed to skip Joe’s concert entirely and go straight into the encore concert. Did anyone else experience this? I think this glitch could be helpful since players could save glowsticks and picks used to buy decos that they don’t really want for the concert requirements and save it for Rapster Brian.

Yes it happened to me too! I sent Avril on a secret concert and when it was done it went straight to the encore concert. Had I known I wouldn’t have bought all that stuff like the cash statue and blue doberman statue and I would have Rapper Brian already!

I just did the secret concert with Avril. But the timer is 24 hours! And the female fans just keep coming! Should help a lot with glow sticks but I’m really desperate for guitar picks. We’ll see what happens!

I’m really enjoying thus event, but the spawn rate on the Greased Up Deaf Guy seems weird, the last time he spawned in my town was over 14 hours ago now, and I there’s no way I wouldn’t have seen him if he had as I’ve removed nearly all my roads, apart from a small section in a clear area. I hope he shows up soon as at the moment he’s my only way of getting Concert Tickets.

I have Joe doing a secret concert, and before I had Joe I dragged Snoop Dog there and the option jumped up. I wanted to focus on hacky sacks so I didn’t start it, but I’m pretty sure all four are options.

Hi is there a certain part in the questline that we need to be at to move on to phase 3 when released? I didnt realise we had to be at part 7 when moving on to phase 2 which set me back alittle and dont wanna make the same mistake. I’m not sure if anyone has covered this yet, but my main questline (Festival Fail) for Peter Palooza phase 2 has disappeared. I was able to complete part 1 of the questline with Peter and the first aid tent, and I was rewarded with glowsticks when Peter finished his action, but part 2 never showed up, and I didn’t see any exclamation marks over anyone’s head. I contacted TinyCo, but I have not gotten a response. Without the questline I can’t get to the new swarms, nor will I be able to participate in phase 3 if it doesn’t get fixed. Any suggestions?

I don’t understand…didn’t she just cost 350 bracelets and so many guitar picks? I can still get those, but because the part 2 started, I know longer see her as an option. Do you think the “secret concert” might make her available again?

Just an FYI the Bee hippie girls really slow you down in the Encores, I just got thru the 1st Joe Encore and got 113/120 stars, some hadn’t floated up to get counter
so I got only 2 concert tickets instead of three,
Still need 1 more hackey Sack, I have noticed that at least in my experience, if you send the Event Staff right away you will ALWAYS get picks, this AM I let a few walk around for a bit, maybe 10-15 minutes, and left the game and went back in, out of 3 workers I got 2 more hackey Sacks and 1x Guitar picks, I also noticed that at least for me it seems if there’s only 2 hippie girls standing when the Event Staff gets to them 1 disappears and you get picks, if 3 show up you usually get the hackey Sack, but they may have a Pick/Sack ratio too and that may run over a certain time period (I know the Picks are common, the Sacks rare) just need 2 more tickets and a hackey Sack for Rapper Brian!
Any suggestions on the Hippie bee girls being in the way?!
I have a rectangle set up with the streets, but if you accidentally tap a bee girl, )odds are pretty HIGH the way they are running) it zooms in and you have to waste time getting zoomed back out!

Not really a hint as I run into it too. I just try to keep tapping like mad. I have a LONG rectangle and about one or two spaces wide. I try to allow enough room for them to run too but still keeping them to one place.

Thanks & JUST got my last Hackey Sack so I can at least nap! Another encore in about 12 brs if I have it all timed right!
I got the same tasks you have listed for the 2nd Encore, Joe wears hat and Rasta Jams, & Peter hangs out back stage, just FYI.

I used two methods to lessen monotony during the 24 hour Secret Concert which helped to avoid the poor Bee Swarm girls. I reduced my streets to a large U shaped track that can be seen in entirety when zoomed out.
The track is long enough for the bevy of fangirls to be broken into small troops traveling in the same direction and for the Bee Swarm girls to be spread out.
1. While keeping the whole track in view, I tap on a troop that doesn’t have a Bee Swarm girl in it, getting most or all of the girls. Without bothering to collect the Stars, I move onto another troop that is clear of Bee Swarm girls and continue to a third or fourth location.
When I make my way back to the area of the first troop, hopefully the stars will have auto-collected. I’m able to clear each wave while rarely tapping on a Bee Swarm girl.
2. In another way, I zoom in close, but not as close as when tapping a Bee Swarm girl. This allows plenty of space to tap fangirls surrounding a Bee Swarm girl. Even if I do hit one, I stay zoomed in or will back out slightly.
Since my track doesn’t loop, I start at one end and clear every fangirl along the way to the end of the track, clearing some stars to get them out of the way. I can clear a wave in about the same time as the other method.
When Stars stop dropping and I see coins, I let the rest of the fangirls stay until the next concert which seems to make Chris want to Enjoy Private Time more often.

Just when I see a new toad user pop in and feel like posting its respawn, Bunny already had me beat (lol); though I feel like the toads spawn in every 3-4 hours. At first it seemed like it was the same rate as female fans, but after some tapping and tapping it looks like they’re not the same. I do almost always see them populating my city, so it can’t be too different of a rate.

Warning! Not tapping on the merch tent will only delay Bryan’s timer for so long. Just tapped on it for the first time since the update because I noticed the exclamation point had vanished and it’s already down to 6 days, so some quest line I completed yesterday started the timer…unfortunate since I’m a ways from being able to earn concert tickets. #$#@. Joe’s stuff is going to take days, so super need that greased up deaf guy to start making some appearances.

Ummmm… are you sure you are actually thinking of the RIGHT location? The ONLY location with a ! is not the Merch Tent. It is the Event Staff Red Tent where you hire Beekeepers. The location that Brian is in is the BIG GIANT GUITAR Festival Merch Center (see image this post and the Event release post). Where Makeover Meg and all the other extra crafting items are. Sorry, but I think you may have already tapped it and didn’t realize it.

You may have done what I did. I didn’t tap the guitar, but I tapped the stage to see what the requirements are, and when I clicked Go, that took me to the merch tent to show me where those items were, and that started Brian’s timer.

I scrolled through and didn’t see this mentioned, but the mushroom patch required for one of the quests cost 50 skull picks for me, whereas the page here lists it as 50 glowsticks. If this was changed at some point, I’m gonna have to message TinyCo about me getting my 50 picks back, that’d almost get me what I need for Joe Lion’s concert right now instead of waiting hours. If it was a typo though, then dang; back to beekeeping I go.

I guess Greased Up Deaf Guy doesn’t like my Quahog as he has never showed up and ran on my street. I took out all my roads except in front of the event area. I’m working on Festival Fail Pt. 5 now and I check my game at least every hr if not sooner. I have gotten 1 Hacky Sack from clearing Swarm of Bees. If I seen one of the two possible characters I currently on the secret concert if I exit my game can I get back in my game or do I need to just keep it up and running?
