Many of you have reported they didn’t get a Trophy when they unlocked Chad. As I suspected you will NOT get a trophy for unlocking him or for unlocking any returning characters going forward.
Hi fellow addicts, few updates for you.
Firstly the game resetting issues that hit a lot of us over the weekend should be resolved, if you now sign in using your username & password this should restore your game progress. However if you’ve any issues signing in such as you’ve forgotten your password please contact support as they’ll send you a link to reset this.
And secondly as you know App Version 2.3.2 brought some issues with it, lagging and crashing especially when using Consuela’s Vaccum. These issues will be fixed in the next update which should be released very soon.

I know I keep telling you guys that Jam City support are listening to your concerns about the increasing glitches with the game, but once again sometimes actions speak louder than words, and they’ve just given us another apology that cones with a free Bottle Cap Shrine & 50 free Clams. Just complete the 1 task Questline and it’s all yours.

For those of you that have been asking about the Clam reward for completing the main Questline, You Gotta Be Shoppin’ Me. I can confirm it’s only 5 
clams. So my advice is don’t spend clams to complete it, unless you’re obsessive about Questline completions that is.

Perhaps unsurprisingly as it’s the weekend a little gremlin has come out to play and is causing issues with games resetting for some players, this includes myself. It’s happening on my game I saved with a Username but nit my Facebook save, so I’m thinking maybe on,y affecting players who’s game is saved to a Username.
