Greetings Borg!

During the Star Trek repeat event, we had another Leaderboard and of course this meant new prizes for some Players. Two of the Prizes were a new skin and new character… Borg Human Rupert and the long awaited Bertram!! (As well as the lil Walking Decoration Borg Puppy.)

Star Trek: Second Contact Leaderboard Prizes LIVE!!

Hey there Tribblemakers!

Looks like the final results are in (and a lil bonus, more below). Those of you that were able to place in the top 5000 spots on the Leaderboards will now start to see your Prizes hit your games. I will update more details on them later, but for now… keep an eye out over the next few days for the Prizes to arrive.

Star Trek Second Contact Leaderboard Prizes

Here is how the breakdown worked…

RANK POSITION 1-500 (yes, 500… an oops in Player’s favor, enjoy 😉 )

Borg Rupert (Character Costume, you need Human Rupert to use it)
Bertram (Character)
Borg Puppy (Walking Decoration)

 

RANK POSITION 501-1000

Bertram (Character)
Borg Puppy (Walking Decoration)

 

RANK POSITION 1001-5000

Borg Puppy (Walking Decoration)

 

***SIDE NOTE: As some seem to have confusion on the Positions above for Prizes. These are RANK POSITIONS on the Leader boards and NOT the amount of Latium you earned. To give you an idea, here’s an example…

Last I viewed the Leader boards before they shut down at end of Star Trek: Second Contact… RANK POSITION #1 had close to 59,900 Latinum.

RANK POSITION #5000 had close to 11,000 Latinum.

So again, the numbers above are RANK POSITIONS and NOT the total Latinum you earned. (If that was the case the Lowest earning would have got the best Prizes. I doubt those winning 1-100 Latinum got the best Prizes. 😉 )

 

As usual, I ask that ANY issues with the Leaderboards be addressed DIRECTLY TO TINYCO. This is a helpful information post and nothing more. I am unable to see into anyone’s games or make changes to anyone’s games. Only TinyCo can answer ANY questions in regards to YOUR personal Leaderboard standings/prizes, so please ask them if you are unsure or need more help/clarifications. (You can also see the Help post on them from Christmas if that applies.)

Star Trek: Second Contact Phase 2 Is LIVE!!

Hey there Romulans!

The second and Final Phase of the Re-released Star Trek Event is upon is. Lots more Characters, Buildings, and multiple other items returning with it.

SECOND CONTACT WILL END THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25 @3PM PACIFIC

First up, the Basic Requirements…

  • Players will need to have completed Star Trek: Second Contact Part 11 in order to move into all the Phase 2 Content
  • Players will need to be on Version 1.18.5 in the App Markets, so if you are not… go download it
  • Players will need to have at LEAST District 3 Unlocked and Al’s completed
  • Players will only see this on the Mobile App Version, not Windows Stand Alone
  • PLAY THE GAME! Items unlock in stages and as you progress, so if you do not see an item it is most likely you have not progressed far enough in the Main Questline to unlock it. Check details below for more specifics on unlock points.

Star Trek Second Contact Leaderboards

Hey there Ferengi’s!

WARNING: In this post I will be going over the Leaderboards, My Basic PERSONAL Opinion on them, and why they are such a sore spot for many. I will be VERY blunt in this post. Not the “usual Bunny”. Tread carefully. My turn to Rant!

I want to cover the SAME thing that I seem to have to cover Every. Single. Event. So here I am again, to get it out there… then be done with it. No further discussion on it as I grow weary. I think many of you do get that and understand it. I also will NOT be allowing any comments at all on this post as I am tired of the hatred that Leaderboards bring with them. They are a SIDE option. No one is forcing you to play them. It is all YOUR choice to participate. All they ever have caused is anger and lots of it. If you want to vent on them, you know where to go. If you hate the Leaderboards, tell TinyCo via in game messaging. Enough is enough on the Addicts site. We don’t make the game. We don’t control the game. We are not a doormat to wipe dirty feet all over.
