Hello There Clammers!
Another late night update has hit our games….fortunately this time we were awake to catch it!
First option is to create Rollerblading Bikini Peter…and Peter will kick off the event to create his costume.
Peter will also kick off a task to start the event…where you’ll be required to build the Deep Fried Everything Restaurant.
As always we’ll be back with more details as soon as we work through the update ourselves…..for now remember This event will end on July 11th

Rollerblading Bikini Peter- An all new costume for Peter
Here’s what’s required to unlock him:
25 Cutoffs Common– Earned By: Make Bruce Spangle Some Stars and Stripes; OR Make Quagmire Steal Grease for Lube; OR Make Chris Eat Deep Fried Snack Cakes; OR Get from Shihoopy Carnival Stall. Everything is 1hr long. So 1 hr tasks and 1hr for item to drop from stall. Chris and Quamire’s tasks require Deep Fried Everything, Bruce’s task requires Stars and Skates.
15 Bikini Tops Uncommon- Earned by: Make Lois Skate Sexily; OR Make Bonnie Skate Sexily; OR Get from Traumatized Fish Carnival Stall. Everything is 2hrs long. So 2hr tasks and 2hrs for item to drop from stall. The tasks require Stars and Skates to complete.
10 Rollerskating Pony Rare– Get from Jerome Buy Cups for Stacked-Cup Drink; OR Make Mort Complain About Kosher Options; OR Get from Giggity-up Carnival Stall. Everything is 4hrs long. So 4hr tasks and 4hrs for item to drop from stall. Mort’s task requires Deep Fried Everything, but Jerome’s task does not require any of the new buildings.

Stars and Skates- $1,500. Earns $10, 5xp/2hrs. 12hr build.

Has FGA heard if TinyCo will be offering more levels? I am at level 40 and most characters are maxed out. Also will there be any consession made for all the xp earned while maxed out?

Haven’t heard anything. I’d much rather have the game level mean something. Right now it is pointless.

Wait, so we don’t get anything for collecting all types of fireworks? I bought 14 boxes and got 3 pocket, 5 pixie, 4 white flower, 1 $3,000 coins and 1 $7,500. I also wish they would have more show related stuff, but it’s still fun.

Try uninstalling and reloading the game. Make sure you have either an email account or Facebook/Google account linked. This way your game is safe and saved on the main servers.

Kyle, my friend, you really don’t need one. The fireworks are very easy to get and the clam prize is extremely rare. Not much more in the box unless you have your heart set on a bunch of white flowers. 😉

I think it’s a great event. Free game and updates pretty frequently. My favorite part is the large animated flag. As a veteran, it’s nice being able to see the American flag wave in my town and didn’t cost any clams.

spent 100k on the prize box. got all prizes except the clams 😦 . I still have about 190k left so i may try again later for the clams. my town is so tight I had to store things in inventory, but WOW !!!! what a fire works show. still got about 10 hours left on the build time for the 2 buildings but got Jerome already on his tasks for items.
I actually like this update and I cannot wait for the “FREE” water park after my buildings are complete.

Today must be my lucky day, after playing the mystery box about 10 times I just won 20 clams when there is only a 1% chance. I love the fact that this box is so cheap in coins 🙂

I’m pretty happy with the new content! I love the mystery box – I’ve probably bought it about 10 times already. Finally I have something to spend my hundreds of thousands of coins on lol I took away my coin farm a few days ago to make more room, but I just reconstructed it.
There are some other in-show things that I would have been happier to see: the roller rink being called United Skates of America (from Hell Comes to Quahog) and Peter’s patriot suit (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKcpSuDQqNA). I could complain about the high clam cost of the carnival decorations, but that seems to be standard at this point in the game.
My biggest complaint is that there is not enough land! I don’t care if they open another district yet, just expand Quahog!!

What can I say… Pretty nice event. Although I expected more from the fireworks… in the animation effects I mean. Hoped for something more grandiose, the sprakles to fill my screen… but it’s okay compared to the fireworks from TSTO.

The white patriotic flowers need to be with the red and blue ones, so they can be bought out right. Haven’t gotten any white ones yet..just fireworks. .gonna need a lot to build this flag I’m building

Nice to see the event lasts a whole week instead of just a weekend like the circus one did. Should be able to unlock the costume by the 11th. I’m wondering why the dancing elephant costs almost twice as many clams as the donkey. Seems unnecessary. I like the giant animated flag, too.

IKR….they drove me bonkers too. Lois refused to give them up, then after, like 3 weeks, they started dropping. I know you’ll hate this answer but just utilize the 2 P’s (Persistence & Patience). Remember the mantra….”It’s only a game” 🙂

Oh man. I hope we get a “sell stuff” button soon. Random decorations have their place, but there is a limit. I have so many pixie fireworks now and i don’t want to place all of them.

The mystery boxes: This has been an unproductive use of my money
15x Pocket firework, 10x Pixie firework, 6x Sunburst firework, 4x Colossal firework, 6x Patriotic flowers and like 2x extra money
I don’t have much time this week and I can’t even start the event because I have to build the 2 buildings before I can start any missions.
But besides those things I like a new event. Done with the districts already so I hope there will be many events / new districts
Btw, it still takes a few months but TinyCo please make an event with Duck Stewie and Pink Brian (Ep: Halloween on Spooner Street) or Santa Stewie and Santa Brian (Ep: Road to the North Pole)

I think it is cool that we got another in-game event. I don’t think it is cool that most of the 4th of July items you want to have, like the different game stalls and animated animals, cost major clams. Plus, I find it slightly annoying that certain buildings have to be built in order to gain access to certain character actions that earn us items to unlock roller blading bikini Peter.

Yeah. This is the second one in a row that doesn’t even help towards completing a costume set.
While we are on the subject of variety, how about making use of some of the other characters in the game instead of having Chris be needed for a 12 hour task whith Peter AND for gathering items.
I’m starting to get annoyed with this game. As a huge fan of the show, I’m very disappointed. I think I’ll take a break from playing for a while (at least).

Btw..talking as an Android user…same glitch works as b4 with the booty box to get multiple tries at getting all the items from the mystery box without losing any coins. Happy glitching folks!

I did it with my iPhone by putting on airplane mode and turning wifi back on (forces wifi connection). Then if I didn’t like prize, I turned off my wireless router. Will take considerably more time than android, but it works.

TinyCo. didn’t learn anything from the pas events and the reaction of the fans. At this moment everybody is happy, but wait until the week is almost over and you didn’t had the chance to get everything. You’ll go mad at TinyCo. This is just sickening TinyCo. If the next event is like this, I’m out. I love this game but I hate the way TimyCo. acts. The worst is, you can’t even start the item collecting quests without those buildings wich takes time to build and collect the money for it. At this moment you’ll probably disagree with my opinion but just wait untill the very last day 😉

What’s really sickening is how worked up you get over earning a new set of animations in a app. And you’re apparent desperation to pre-judge.

Well they made their random chance box cost in-game-cash this time around instead of clams. That’s a hell of an improvement. People don’t like spending clams and getting random items. They’ve already fixed that.

Looks like we’ve got lots of chances. 25 common items at 1hr each with three characters capable of earning. Sounds like a piece of cake. 15 uncommon items at 2hr each with two characters capable of earning. A little tougher but very possible. 10 rare items at 4hr each with two characters capable of earning. This is definitely going to be the toughest but it won’t be impossible. Mort and Jerome tend not to feature in many quests so they should be free for the next week. Definitely doable.

The only stuff you need to be worrying about is the rare stuff. Jerome can get started straight away. Mort requires the Deep Fried Everything for only $4400. That’s not a whole lot of cash. During that 12 hour build time, you have three chances of earning rare items if you’re diligent with Jerome.
Basically, I think you’re calling bull**** far too early. Calm down, have fun and do whatever you feel happy with. Stop worrying about getting everything because, hey, it really doesn’t matter all that much. If a week from now there’s six or seven new Premium goody bag items that have been inserted to makes us part with our cash, then you can get peeved. But until then, stay calm and be happy. Life could be a whole lot worse.

First of all. Humans pre-judge things/people all the time. So don’t blame me for being human. Second. It looks all the same as the Clown-event and the Adventure-event. We’ve got again 3 buildings to earn this stuff. In the past events people complained about this but TinyCo. just put this kind off items again in the game. Third. I expected that most off the people wouldn’t agree with my opinion, but wait ’till the end how many people are going to complain about this. This happened 2 times before. So after 2 times yes I’m going to pre-judge this. And you say I’m sickining that I get worked up about a animations, but it’s even more sickining to ask so much money for a friggin’ animations. And I don’t know what PG means

Good points! I can agree that one week to earn Peter’s new outfit doesn’t seem like a lot of time. However, the tasks are short, there are only three items and we don’t need to collect a ton of them.
We won’t truly know how good or bad this event is until is over.

Awesome update. And that thing with boxes…well…bought 35 boxes and I’ve got no clams but 3x Colossal Firework (and 8x Sunburst and 7x Pocket). It’s good way how to take our excrescent money beforey they will come with new district and 15k per block cleaning cost ^^

Now this is how you structure an event! Seems to be lots of stuff to satisfy both freemium and premium players. I only wish i had bought the Ring of Fire way back when, but at least I have a cotton candy cart to show my Quahog’s age. Way to go, TinyCo! Now… Don’t screw it up in the next week! I opened about 55 boxes and l got 20 clams, 7,5k and 3k, the rest is flowers and fireworks. I am pleased because l think it’s a good deal for a premium player to get 20 clams for 100k.

I used the Rupert Prize box to get all the different fireworks,and then I placed them all. After I placed them, a dialogue opened up between Chris and Peter, and then toldme to claim my free 7 flags of Atlantis, I looked in the featured section of the buying menu and there it was, for free. So for me at least it wasn’t a random glitch to get the free 7 flags Atlantis

You know why Family Guy game sucks…everything is an endless grind or it costs actual money. Can they not just have an event where you can casually play and achieve the goals? I have to spend 80+ hours sending characters on quests just to get an extra skin? I won’t spend a nickel on this game, and ***** events and tasks like these do nothing to convince me otherwise.

Not all games are everyone’s cup of tea. Maybe you should take a break from the game. Games are meant to bring a little joy into ones life. It’s not worth letting it give you such grief. 🙂

A break would only further one from the game. The way they structure the events, if you’re not playing 24hrs a day, you miss it all. People had to make a choice between 80s Cleveland and the Full Moon event quests, even through regular play. The only way to achieve all the goals was through a glitch or spending money…lol. If your cup of tea is sitting on your butt tapping 24hrs, or spending hundreds of dollars….to each his own I guess. I play the game because I like the show, not because I’m some ridiculous game addict who spends any amount of money to get every item in a game. If they want to limit themselves and their players to only hardcore gamers and people droppin mad bills on pixels, then that won’t last.

The game is still new. They are still tweaking and trying things. I for one was happy to see on this event decorations and buildings for in game cash as well as the prize box. I won Clams on my 2nd try. They also clearly shown the % chance to get clams in the prize box.
My best suggestion is honestly to let them know what YOU feel about the events. Constructive criticism can be helpful. They’ve made many changes so far. They really are interactive with the community. 😉

That’s the point of the game, this is what makes it interesting to play IMO. I do agree that they might be bit hard for the freemiums , but I still enjoy the grind aspect of it very much. That’s the only thing that motivates me to keep coming back to my phone or tablet non-stop. Maybe this type of games are not for you.

Some of the other characters have tasks with skate and fryer but don’t drop anything. Brian has a jaunty dance that requires Stewie!?! Was that always there? 🙂

Why does the elephant cost more than the donkey though? This disappoints me because I’d LOVE to get the elephant (one of my all-time favorite animals!) but I only have 47 clams. I wonder why Tiny Co decided to make one cost almost twice as much.

Gambled away $60,000 in game cash. Still no clams. Got a ton of fireworks of all sizes. Placed a bunch of them together and rapid tapped them all. Could have used them on July 1, Canada Day.

I have opened 5 so far…got each type of fireworks and 1 white flower…(Sara Mary got her wish)…lol….I like this update so far. 😉

Lol. I sent them images of my “other” 2D and 3D art when they asked for designing ideas for towns. I also begged and pleaded more colors. Especially white. Just hope I get enough. Lil stinkers tucked them in the box. 😉

Alissa. I have already checked out quite a few things! You have the chance to purchase a Red, White, and Blue dressed Elephant and Donkey, and also the “Balding” Eagle sitting in a recliner eating potato chips.
So far, I have seen three of Peter’s newest quests.
1) Create Bikini wearing Peter
2) Build the Fried Everything Restaurant
3) Have Peter Spin…where dressed up, he spins in place and his bikini top falls down.
Also, Many of the other playable characters get new actions with the new buildings. The buildings are the Fried Everything Restaurant and a Stars and Stripes skating store.

Thanks for the information. If you keep refreshing the post, we actually have almost all the information in there. We just prefer to verify ALL stats in the live game before actually pushing them to our readers. We are a lil crazy like that. Lol. 😉
Just wait til the post says “Updated and Complete” and we pretty much got it all done. Also, we will release even more details and in depth info on the individual items over the next few days. So…short story long…LOTS more info there now and still coming. 😉

Wouldn’t you know, the one event where I’m actually up late to see it launched, and it ends up being a crappy American holiday event. Hey developers, there are actually other countries in the world… You know, those 200 or so others that make up more than 95% of the world’s population. Might be nice to actually give a nod to some of those people for once, right? The rest of the world couldn’t give a rat’s arse about July 4th… And they certainly won’t spend one penny on it.

We here at Addicts do appreciate your opinion. Just please keep in mind the game as well as the TV series is made and created as well as ran in the U.S. and the Holiday is very important to the U.S. It is celebrated in the actual town of Quahog in the U.S. so it would be something the Griffins would be celebrating and no doubt Peter using as an excuse to blow up Joe’s or Cleveland’s old residence. Or lose a finger or three. Though, something makes me think he would just light and toss fireworks at Meg with Chris. Lol. 😉

Well… Bunny…. July 4th is not the true Independence day in America. Guess we should all still believe Columbus discovered America also, our education system in America lacking… Truth and knowledge… Sadly….
June 28th Jefferson wrote the rough draft. July 1st-2nd they wrote the Declaration at what is now called Independence Hall. July 4th, congress approved it. August 2nd, it was signed. August 10th, the British got it.
So Actually, August 2nd is the US true Independence day. Because like any law or document. Its not official until it’s signed.
On Mark S comment, I totally agree with him… This game is played around the world… People around the world also watch and love the show. Spend money on the shows product.. Its like they shouldn’t ever have St Patricks day in a event, because its not actually America… Last I checked, America was a place to celebrate all Citizens and all Cultures they came from.

I love football and would have loved to see a World Cup event, but I don’t think that’s ever been acknowledged in FG so I’m good with it.
The characters fighting over who was in the Group of Death (apparently there were two this time for the first time ever….) would have been hilarious.
Any road, I don’t expect this game to celebrate Waitangi Day just because I watch FG in New Zealand.
Should there ever be a Bro Town (nz cartoon) game you must all celebrate it 😉

If I remember correctly, the game did give a nod to cinco de mayo. I’m certain I misspelled that as well. But anyway, last time I checked Mexico isn’t part of the USA? And I’ve looked around here in Kentucky and I swear I can’t find an effin pyramid ANY WHERE! (Hi Egypt!) So I don’t think the game creators are being bias, only following along with the show(mostly) that is created in America. Just my opinion…

Ok so in the same spirit, where ever you may be, there’s also a forth of July rite? Most likely not Independence Day, but let’s just enjoy the fireworks! 💥 ( and something to do with our games, I’ve been terribly bored since the event ended)

Awwwww…there is some cool stuff that cost in game cash though. So far the clam items are silly, but not too worth it for some. I will have more info on that with the Do I Want posts. I am playing around with the boxes now that are in game cash too.

Since I have over 500,000 coin, i just bought about 30 boxes to see what would happen. I now have a whole lot of fireworks, three flowers, scored 3000 coins three times, and hit the 30 clams once.
At this point, I have l of the characters and costumes (not including the new roller-slut Peter), and my town is completely full with every type of building. I’m out of space and have a bunch of stuff in inventory.

I know…space is tight. We do hope more will come soon. My lil Quahog is gettin littler by the minute. I am having fun gathering fireworks though and also won me some Clams on the boxes.
