TinyCo has announced that Mayor West will not be mayoring over our Tiny Quahogs tonight, apparently he got stuck in a taffy tube! That’s what he gets for….”Oooooooh piece of candy”!
And if that doesn’t make you pee your pants, here’s something that will! TinyCo is bringing back PeePants the inebriated hobo clown for one night only!
Yes, that’s right my friends. For the next 24 hrs you can get the clown that’s all hopped up on Bunny’s special “water” in your Tiny Quahog! He’ll make you laugh, he’ll make you cry…hell he’ll make you wet yourself!
Of course this kind of pant changing fun will require a few of those golden clams…here are the complete details on just how you can have this hobo fun in YOUR Quahog….
To see Pee Pants pop up in your Quahog you’ll have to have at least District 3 unlocked…and obviously not have him in your Quahog from the event last Spring.
He’ll set you back 175 clams. And you have 24 hours to make your decision if you want him in your Quahog.
The Ring of Fire decoration is also back…for 125 clams it’ll unlock a fun task for Peter, Circus Jump.
Here’s a look at his tasks…..

Now for my own personal take on this release… I’m actually a little ticked that this is being released as a clam purchase now. He was part of TinyCo’s first event with a limited-time character involved…and the event was a MAJOR disappointment. Not enough time, and poorly executed so a TON of players (myself, Bunny & my husband) who didn’t spend clams for him did not unlock him…no matter how often we checked our games. We did a poll as well to see just how many others had the same issue. You can see the results HERE……
But that’s just my 2 cents…what do YOU think? How do you feel about him returning to the game? Will you be making the purchase? Were you one of the few who unlocked him back in May? Sound off in the comments below, you know we LOVE hearing from you!

It kinda sux that you only have 1 night. I saved up my clams for pee pants in the original event, but didn’t have enough left over to get the ring of fire. And now it’s back for 1 day and I still can’t afford it. 😦

I won’t be getting him personally UNLESS TinyCo will assure us that he will be useful for unlocking stuff in the future. They have recently been doing that with permanent premium characters but thus far not with short term. It seems like you’d buy him then never use him except for a laugh.
Not mad at TinyCo over it, just doesn’t seem like a good investment from a gaming stand point…

I thought tiny co had lifted their game after some of their debacles, but once again have little faith in their interpretation of “limited time”, ” ends on X” or ‘” next part starts Wednesday!”. Can they please add a billboard in game that says ” Tiny Co! More unpredictable than ever!” I’ll pay good clams for it, just like I did to needlessly rush some of those tasks.

For me the prices should be this,
Character that will help with the event 200-250
Character that is not going to help at all 150-200
Costume that is going to help during an event 100-150
Useless Costume 50-100
Decoration that is part of a task 25-50
Useless Decoration 0 clams, maybe there should be a poll about this so we can let them know to chill down a bit on their prices

In my opinion, this is just ridiculous. It’s 350 clams total just to get this costume and it isn’t even that great. Rollerblading bikini Peter was a better deal.
Also on a side note, I wish that tiny co would add two costumes for Jerome, him in his jacket with Jacket and chain, and also baseball Jerome. I also wish they can put back the harpoon earning tasks for the Fabulous four. Thing-a-ma gadgets is lonely.

Agreed! This event was way to short and I wasn’t able to get him. I have EVERY peter costume and have spent almost no clams at all in my persuit of his costumes, I want pee pants but I want to earn it, not buy it.

I was only a few items short of getting him by the end of the Circus event, and then during the Moon event he was showing as available for like 83 clams or something. I should have got him then. I had the clams but was being stingy. Now? Fugghedaboutit!

Glad they brought back the ring of fire for Pee Pants Peter! Love that task for him! 🙂 All I’m missing now is the Fart of the Covenant for Adventure Peter. I hope TinyCo reads this and bring that back as well. 🙂

Considering he was in al’s fora few weeks after the event ended but you needed something like 950 clams for him. 175 doesn’t seem as bad so I have splashed some cash and purchased him.

Keep in mind that again, Kindle JUST joined. So they are also looking into the fact that there is a TON of players out there that did not get the chance at him as they were not even able to play then. 😉

I dont know about you, but I prefer earning them originally instead of having to use clams to get them when they are re-released.
All games will re-release stuff for the simple fact that there are new players entering the game daily, which means that those new players would never get Cleveland, nor any of the special costumes just because they found the game later? What incentive there is for a new player to stay playing if they will never get a chance to acquire stuff that was released before they started playing.
I would be mad if they made them easier to get now than when they were originally introduced in the game. Yes, we had to get certain items to drop to get the costumes, but because of that, many didnt use any clam to earn the costume, while new players would have to buy everything that was release before they were playing.

If he created a glitch during testing, I do not see that as stupid at all. I actually appreciate it even more to be pulled until he is ready. 😉

I have ti agree. Last time they released a glitched update, many players including myself were left out of the game for a whole night, so I prefer then fix whatever problem Mayor West may have and then release a glitch free update.

I unlocked him during the event and it was difficult, if I remember correctly I got the last pie just before it ended. I didn’t buy the ring of fire though and I’m not gonna buy it now either. I guess it’s good they brought him back for ppl that started playing after he was gone but I think the clam price is too high. Maybe offer him for 50.

I got him back when I was purely a freemium player not ever going to spend a dime on this game. (& look at the junkie I’ve now become.) I do remember tho that I started working on him Thursday & other players said the event didn’t start until for them until Saturday. It was the first time I found this wonderful resource & community we have all come to love in the ensuing months.
I don’t really mind tho if people want to spend clams to get him now. It’s not like these characters & skins are a currency that can be traded among players & flooding the market with them devalues the character (such is the case in card-based games like Marvel WOH for example.) Just my 2 cents.

175 clams, an outrage. I was short one(1) item to unlock but missed deadline for like 2-3 hours at the original event and now TinyCo is asking for a full price? Dissapointed.

I got pee pants in the spring but it wasn’t easy and I think I spent clams on an item or two. Charging 175 clams for him is ridiculous but so is charging 250 for Rupert.

I’m a completionist, but not for that price. Rupert’s is also outrageous.
I think I’ll keep on saving for Consuela or keep it for future emergencies.

If Consuela is the last character that you need to receive the clam prize then its ok to buy her, but just so that you know, she doesnt help at all in any tasks. Shes currently one of the weakest premium players available in the game.

I have to disagree with your assessment. She has been helpful with unlocking other characters in the game. The problem is if you’re not a completist early on in the game, you wouldn’t find her useful. She does help with item drops, but her tasks are comparatively longer than the regular characters. 300 is quite a bit when you start out with a few clams.

That is true. I am just saying she may not have started that way, as other premiums the same, but they ARE starting to incorporate them. She helped me earn Bonnie. 🙂
Some got her mainly due to it is HER. Along with character set completion to get 100 clams spent returned. So for FUTURE play, as this reader is seeking…it is a possiblity she may become more involved in the game and be beneficial to them. But for now, we just do not know. 😉

I only said that I heard back from TinyCo in-game and they are refunding my 140 clams spent on Sexy Stewie, but didn’t get them yet, and was wondering if anyone knew why I didn’t get them yet.

It can…if we let it. I think people forget we are human and real too. We also need a break now and then. Only the two of us running this site as well as the other with temp help there. On top of regular jobs and life. We do this in our “free” time and out of our own pockets. The only thing we ask in return is patience. We can’t do it all, all at once, all at a time. Would be cool if possible, but it is not. 😉

Okay, this doesn’t belong here but with this format the most recent area seems best.
I am still having an issue progressing Time for a Sexy Party. It’s crashing at “create Sexy Stewie” still. I’ve sent a couple of messages to them, uninstalled/reinstalled twice to no effect. I have created Sexy Stewie so I get the checked pop-up for that step when I tap the exclamation – then it crashes. Both Stewie and Brian are stuck in the pet bakery now after questioning patrons because clicking on that checkmark brings up that box.
So, if you would be so kind as to include that in your next “report” of bugs to them I would be grateful. Thank you! 🙂

I joined a group on fb for fgqfs. I also let the group later that day. It was full of cheaters!! they had a link straight to the people who do the hacking!! I left an awfully mean comment explaining how ridiculous it was for them to all be cheaters how is the game even fun if you can cheat your way thru it all?..

It is not only just that to me. There are VICIOUS malware and spyware viruses out there. I will not let ANYONE in my game that is not held to standards. Who knows what else they coded into that hack and what I CAN’T see is now in my device grabbing my personal info. It doesn’t just impact a company trying to pay their bills, it can also go so deep as to impact a players personal info being compromised and bank accounts wiped out.
Oh the stories I could tell. I saw it happen SO many times to people lured into that “free” thought. Saw a huge legal action taken. Saw Millions of dollars stolen from people. On n on n on. We will NOT allow it here. I would rather protect players than let someone out to make a profit on who they call “suckers” in our sites.

For me, its a simple question to answer:
1. Why would a “hacker” do an aplication or something and give it for free? They have to get something, somewhere from someone, if not, whats the point of the hacking? Wasting time?

I’m sure some people will be upset about the delay for ADAM WEST (read in epic movie voice, where west is drawn out for five seconds) but as another person said, I’d rather them get some more glitches out of the way than feel rushed with the tasks we already have. I’m one of the few it seems who got Pee Pants when he first came out, but I’m glad those who missed out get a chance to get him. In my opinion, that costume has some of the best task animations.

I actually want very far off from getting him for free. I screwed up and put Chris on like a ten hour task not thinking and that’s why I didn’t get pee pants.. But I’m very mad this is a clam purchase. I have exactly 100 clams. I would normally spend some money but I’m broke right now. Pee pants and king butt and Rupert are the only characters I haven’t gotten..

This raises another question for me. I started playing late May so never saw this event. As time goes on, there will be more and more players that are missing characters because they joined our addiction after an event was over.
It seems to me that TinyCo needs to consider repeating these quests periodically to give people a chance at these missed characters and costumes. Characters like Bryan Cranston and Nathan Fillion could be offered for sale but if there was a quest originally then there should be a quest in the future.
If they put all of these characters up for clams, newer players will have to pay a lot of money to have a complete set. Not a really good strategy for keeping newer players IMHO.
And for me, paying effectively 400 clams for the costume and hoop is just too much. Also, when coupled with the recent coin and clam offer it’s starting to smell like another cash grab.

It is a harsh balance they have to play. For myself personally, I did NOT get him the first time. I worked hard too. Many issues, glitches, etc…those all caused problems in getting him. So to me as well as others that played at that time, I would find it unfair to just hand him over. I worked hard for a long time to try to get him, that time loss to me was valuable. THAT kind of thing they have to weigh. Not all will be happy. That’s impossible. They just have to see what it SHOULD be worth and offer a cost basis for that worth to try to please as many as possible.
The dilemma any company runs into. 🙂

Yup. He is part of District 9, so here to stay. Only his sidequest to get the extra free pastaria is timed. So if you do not care for that building, take all the time you want on Vinny. 😉

I just bought 600 clams to buy clown Peter and then I went and noticed there was a message from TinyCo saying that they are refunding the 140 clams on sexy Stewie.
The only problem is I didn’t get them yet.
The last time they sent me clams refunded I got them right away.
Is there sometimes a delay in getting them?
I already let them know that I didn’t get them yet.

Give it a minute to sync up to your game. If you want to try and rush it, force close, restart device, look again. You can even go as far as uninstall/reinstall. If you were playing in your game when they did it, it will take a lil bit to sync up.

Well, I’ve already did all that, except Re-install, I did contact TinyCo when I noticed I didn’t get the clams though.
I’ll wait till tomorrow and if I don’t get the clams by then, then I will think about re-installing.

Ok, I gave in and did the reinstall anyway, but it didn’t work, still don’t see the 140 clams they said they are sending me.

Yeah this was the thing that had me quit the game for a while. The event was horrible. I’m really glad they have improved a lot of things over these past few months but I think for me the cost is to high.

I think this is so Great!!! I started playing the game with 2hrs left for the circus extension. So I had zero chance at Pee Pants. He was the only costume I didn’t have so you bet I just bought him, and well worth it for me at 175 clams. Especially considering the previous prices were 900 & 600 clams respectively. Super excited to finally have him (maybe a little too much. Lol.) Also kinda of glad about the extra week for Mayor West. It will give me some extra time to catch up with the previous releases for D9. Thank you ladies(Alissa & Bunny) for keeping us so up to date with all the new & updated info. It is very much appreciated.

Ugh, what’s with all the limited time events? That’s just sleazy. Also, if they wanted more money, they should’ve had this event available for a week instead of just one day for those who couldn’t buy clams at the time. Ridiculous.

I’m hoping this switch was finally due to them realising it was better to hold off releasing a bugged character or item update. I know many of us have been so frustrated when we get the new update and it ends up with crashes etc. So it may be them finally making sure it’s fully operational before releasing it. If so, good on’ya TinyCo!

The completionist in me really wants this as it’s the only skin I’m missing. But about $10 for a skin and item I almost unlocked before is crazy. I’m a premium player but this is a definite pass.
They really need to be more reasonable with their prices if they want to keep their premium players. I spent way too much on Comicon and unless they get more reasonable with their pricing I’m going back to fremium.

This was the only outfit I was missing, I missed the entire circus event and as I didn’t know about this site at the time I had no idea about it. I know he’s a bit pricy but I had to get him, especially since I sent them a message in game requesting that they bring him back like they had Rollerblading Bikini Peter. Now I don’t know if I’ll bother getting the Ring of Fire deco, gonna have a think about that one

I was lucky enough to get Pee Pee and am ecstatic Mayor West will be delayed. Between Sexy Stewie and Vinny I’m so far behind with Tom Tucker and welcome the opportunity (no doubt brief) to bring all resources to bear to hopefully unlock him. Peter, news van and Hartman haven’t dropped anything for 2 days straight.

I unlocked pee pants the first time because I colected up until the last minute and only had to spend like 30 clams if I rememer right. However I missed out on the ring of fire because I accidentally bought that airplane ride instead and ive been annoyed about it ever since so I bought it today! Hate that its 125 clams but hated not having it even more.

I had just missed that event when I first started playing and you could buy him for 380 or somewhere near there. Although I have every costume besides gold suit Peter and this one I just can’t see dropping clams for because it doesn’t finish a collection, I think you can use it to collect items to unlock one of the first characters. .and thats it. If tinyco is having a garage sale on old useless items maybe they should price them accordingly. I have a feeling most new characters will be priced around 250..so a costume that may be seen once or twice by friends for 175 seems over the top

Hmm, okay, earlier I posted that I’d gladly trade my Bikini Peter for Pee Pants since I came on board too late for a reasonable chance during that event… Well, I would still do that trade. However, I don’t believe I’ll burn 175 clams (out of the 205 I have) for a costume. For that amount a new character is acceptable to me as a freemium, but not an outfit.
On the new character mention, if they introduced Mickey McFinnigan from later in the Pee Pants episode I would probably pee my pants trying to get him. You know, because he doesn’t smell like Irish Spring. 😉

Considering you have to spend another 125 clams to make him do his best task….Circus Jump….i just don’t know. Honestly, I think he’s overpriced. But that’s just my opinion…

Yeah that is a bit too much for a costume plus to get the accessory, at least Stripper Bonnie accessory was only 25 clams, could of kept it to that price range on the Ring of Fire.

Wow. I just commented on the previous post that this would be the one costume I might drop clams on, as it’s the only one I’m missing. I’m pretty stingy with my clams, so I’m going to sleep on it and make a decision at some point tomorrow. If it were 75, I would’ve jumped on it. At 100, I probably would’ve convinced myself fairly quickly. 175, though? Combined with the fact that I was only a couple of items short. I just don’t know.

I missed getting this by one item. It was available to unlock for 10 or 15 clams for a long time and then one day it was just gone. No way I’m going to spend 175 now!

Yeah I was two items short and was going to unlock him for 20 clams just to have a questline to fiddle with after the Moon Kingdom event ended, and that’s right when he disappeared, without warning, natch.
So oh well I’m basically being punished repeatedly just for having Chris on a 12 hour task when the Circus event launched. IIRC, and I could have rushed him then for less than 20 clams had I realized in time that getting the costume was otherwise impossible, LOL. So the price of that error just keeps going up! 🙄
(My other assumption for a long time was that sooner or later the circus would come back to town, and maybe we’d get another chance at Pee Pants. This “sale” makes that seem less likely….)

Bringing the circus back was my wish as well. It seems silly, to me, that TC is wasting this opportunity. They have become event powerhouses, and if they had waited a year or two to have a massive circus event (they could have outfits for EVERY character), they could have raked in the clams. This quick cash grab will not yield much for the price point imho.

Yea I think there was a problem with him that caused a delay (he’s eating his way out of the Laffy Factory as we speak)… hopefully soon!
