Phase 3 of District 9 just hit our Tiny Quahogs! More details as we go through it all ourselves…but for now know that things get started with Stewie and you’ll be asked to build the Mayor’s Mansion (It’ll set you back $10,000 and take 24hrs to build)…and yes this will FINALLY unlock Mayor West!
Also, know that you have to have completed Who Let the Dogs Out Pt. 8 before this will trigger in your game.

Note: This will NOT unlock until you have Mayor West and are prompted to build it via his questline (Mayor West Runs the Town Pt. 4).
UPDATE BUNNY 12:15AM EST: I did NOT tap Stewie to start the dialog for the new Adam West stuff. I was able to buy and place Magic Clams. So if you already have triggered it, you may have to wait til Pt 4. If you did not, you might be able to snag it now.

20 Sausages (Rare): Make Brian Do the Scoot OR Make Joe Host a Police Cookout OR Make Meg Scarf Down Hot Dogs
10 Kittens (Extra Rare): Make Peter Roll Around with Animals OR Make Jerome Grow his Fro OR Make Stewie Fish For Kittens OR Make Seamus Be a Scratching Post
Fragrance Factory
The Factory is a key part of this district. You’ll need to create Cologne Bottles to finish the questline. Here’s what you’ll need to do that:
First, it requires 24hr Stewie Task to Design One (this starts the quest to be able to make the cologne). Once you complete this task once you won’t have to do it again. (this is how it worked in my game…but that could be because I was rushing with clams. If you have a different outcome please let us know…ie if you see the factory BEFORE having Stewie design it)
You’ll also see a popup in your store for the Factory for $7,500 (this can be placed as . Instant Build. This Triggers the ability to make Cologne.
Here’s how you create Cologne:
5 Empty Perfume Bottles (Common): Earned by Make Dr. Hartman Test Experimental Drugs OR Make Stewie Play with Lois’ Stuff OR Make Connie Get Luxury Spa Treament
6 Toilet Water (Uncommon): Earned by Make Mort Retreat Cowardly OR Make Brian Watch Lois Shower from Air Vent OR Make Herbert Take Gross Old Man Bath OR Make Chris Hang Out at Home
6 Heavy Musk (Uncommon): Earned by Make Vinny Smoke Cigar OR Make Carter Smoke Money Cigars OR Make Tom Buy Mustache Cream OR Make Quagmire Giggity Strut
750 Coins..you have to have $750 coins on hand (at least) as each creation costs $750
Each one of these earns ONE Cologne Bottle.
You’ll have to repeat the process of collecting bottles etc several times to create enough Cologne Bottles to help Mayor West.
And that completes this release of District 9…

They do not get paid for all the money they spend on clams to rush things and give us the tips that they do. So here’s a big FU to you for treating bunny and alissa like they control the game when they actually run this site for our convenience and nothing more.

Wow! Some people, I think, just have a basic need to complain about something (even if it’s not based in reality). Even if this was the case, there are a couple of entities that are NOT responsible for any delay: (1) this owners of this site which is not affiliated with TinyCo (or the Apple or Android markets), or (2) TinyCo. Just to clarify, when an update is submitted by TinyCo to the various app markets, they have ZERO control over when the updates are released.
Maybe we could lighten up a bit–or, at least, put the blame where it belongs.

First timer commenter…. I have all purple and blue sweets for pink Brian and need two orange ones left. Is it possible for me to get them? Or have I missed my chance? As I also haven’t seemed to of found today’s sweet but have had no problem finding them up until now

They’ve gone in the pattern of Purple, Red, Blue…yesterday was blue so today was purple and tomorrow will be red. 🙂 and you should still get the last red you need. It ends on the 4th…you’ll get it as long as you go each day to find it

Hello, so this comment is about Pink Brian, I have all candy except 1 orange one, today was the last day I needed, but instead of a orange candy dropping, it was a purple candy, so I have 4/3 purple candy!! kinda bummed out 😦

Well that is a kick in the teeth. I have just collected my 10th candy and I needed a red candy but instead I get another purple one. Now I have 4/3 purple candies. Why give me one I don’t need???? FUMING!!!!!!!!!

It’s just how the pattern has been. EVERYONE got purple day 1, red day 2 and blue day 3 and that pattern has continued. Red will be there tomorrow. Honestly, there’s no reason to fume over it. You’ll still get Pink Brian….as long as you log in tomorrow. Patience…it’s only a game 🙂

So … I just finished mayor west’s mansion, so far 8 kittens, 2 sausages, and 1 bag of oranges… My drop rates are all over the board>.> Anyone else experience this?

Like some others, I’ve noticed the low-res on the buildings and decorations released since the adam west update (taffy building, orange stand, west’s billboards, dog trophy, giant lite brite, and some of the cars). Is TinyCo aware of this issue? Everything else released before the adam west update is like it should be.

I just got my Mayor West mansion today and I’m not usually too late, I have finished the Tom Tucker storyline, going through the Kool Aid guy one now and I’m one candy away from getting pink Brian (I suppose the remaining days on the timer are for people who missed candies? But it seems most people are way ahead… Was it released earlier on iPhone? Also, I can’t see any item-dropping buildings for this quest, aren’t there any? Thanks for your help as always!

Just for anyone who thinks most of these timed events is impossible to get, it’s not. Tinyco is doing an awesome job of listening to us
(Thank u Bunny and Alissa) and they actually set it so we have PLENTY of time to get them. I play this game 5 to 10 minutes every 1-2 hrs cuz I have a job and a new baby girl. But I do spent a lot of time at nite and weekends playing and reading these post on FGQFS addicts (like an hour at nite). I got EVERYTHING that u can get for free w/o using clams during the comic-cons event (except the stuff u have to pay for with clams) and I won over 80 clams with my left over blams. I got Vinny in 2 days so I get that free building. One item left to get for Tom. One candy left for pink Brian. Pretty sure I’ll be done with the kool- aid guy today (bought 2 of the building that drop ice cubes to speed up things). Clear all my lands and bought everything that u can buy with coins. In the process of collecting stuff for mayor west. Only time I use clam is to buy people or buildings I really want. Never use it to speed things up or buying items that u need to get characters. I mean this site help me out a ton cuz they let me know what to expect So I timed them just right. I’m exactly where I would like to be in my game. with all the crazy things going on everyday this game is my only source of entertainment (and football) So I’m just saying, it’s very do-able if u play the game right and don’t have to spend money if u dont want to. I feel that it’s ok for me to spend some $$ on this game cuz they provided me with some great entertainment, And that people is my opinion on the game.

I know Adam west is here to stay so we can take our time with him but does anyone know if all the new contents like his election signs, orange tree, etc. is the same thing or do they go away after a certain time? Wanted to know so i don’t have to rush buying multiples of them and save my coins for Halloween events.

I’ve unlocked Mayor West but I cannot seem to find anywhere to purchase both the Mayor West Cowboy Pirate Statue and the Mayorial Microphone. Any ideas how I can unlock these to purchase them?

I’m currently at the Factory quest making perfumes for Adam West. Do both the Mayor West Cowboy Pirate Statue and the Mayorial Microphone prompt to place them after completing this?

Happened to me and many others too…seems that it disappears once you’ve completed the quest for the cologne bottles. We’re waiting on full confirmation from TinyCo that this is what’s supposed to happen, but it seems to be the case since it’s happening to everyone

There seems to be a wider variety of people who can earn this time, so that’s good, but I do think it’s silly that Bruce’s kitten-picking task can’t get kittens. I felt that one was a given.

I was just reading back part 1 and 2 of district 9 to figure out the story plot again and to check if I forgot something. I see you mentioning a Blimp Hangar but I can’t find it anywhere. How do I get one?

Well I realised that the Tom Tucker mystery box would disappear once I got all the parts for him (was missing 2 moustaches) so I spent 300 clams getting all the decorations I had two of them already but anywaynow I got almost 3000 clams “worth” of premiums.

It disappears after you complete that part of the quest. Happened to me too. Waiting for confirmation from TinyCo that this is what’s supposed to happen…but it seems to be the case so far.

When the quest appeared for the fragrance factory, Stewie was already on another task, so I clicked to build factory anyway. It let me select and instant-build the factory. The factory appeared, xp rewards appeared. I touched factory , and it crashed my game and Android phone like it’s never crashed before! Total blackness, no button lights, no response from power switch… nothing. Removed battery, tried again. On opening, factory had gone. Repeated building again, touched and same crash. Restarted, built again, opened shopping cart, saw factory but instead of price it had a green GO button. Touched and screen went all algae-green. Whoa. Restarted. Factory was still there built. Finished Stewie task he was on, started him designing factory. Not touching factory again. Sent chars on collecting perfume tasks. Yay

Sorry for wall of text, sent on phone while walking my dog named Peter and my two kids, whose names are unimportant. Quests open are: Wild Wild Mayor West Pt 4, Kool-Aide Pt 1, Pretty in Pink, Bowl of Cherries. Ohh..and I just touched factory again and game crashed. Waited and it exited game and message appeared informing me “Unfortunately, Family Guy has stopped”.

I am an idiot and rushed the perfume quests and my factory disappeared after. Am I ever going to see it again? Or is that what I get for wanting to see what’s next instead of actually playing the game like a normal human?

Just a few questions not pertaining to district 9 but about pink Brian. So, how the candy cycles each day I was wondering if perchance you have all but one of the orange and the next candy collection you are supposed to get blue but you have them all do you get orange or does it still give you blue? Also is there a chance that you can buy any missing candy?

It’ll unlock with the questline. Once you get to the part of the questline saying to place it you should see it. It might appear before, but that’s how it unlocked in my game. If it doesn’t appear when the questline prompts you to place it then I’d contact TinyCo that it’s missing.

For some reason, in my game, the only way to tap on Jerome is by tapping about an inch higher than he is. Am I the only one who has this?

For me it’s always Jerome, really no problems with any of the other characters. I hope they fix him, but I have no idea where I’m supposed to tap for him so can’t even submit a fix if I can’t replicate it.

Can you make it so that cement is below all the buildings? The newer Italian ones have no cement under them. I’m kinda OCD and like to make it look like they hook up to roads. I dislike that there is grass instead of cement. Please change this

Random appreciation post in 3… 2…1… You all do amazing jobs on both game sites. I dunno if you ever get the props you deserve, so here’s me giving you props properly (probably).
The addicts sites have been my ‘go to’ for over a year now, and I would never be where I’m at in my game(s) if it wasn’t for you. So thank you :).

Looks like in about to unlock Vinny- just in time to earn the extra building! I also got the salt water taffy building early…I happened to open my game and right then the red ! Showed up on my store and I bought everything immediately. I was remembering when they have out the free stewie billboards for a tiny amount of time then went back to costing clams. So now I’m always paranoid of that happening and I buy everything lol

45 mins to go to complete who let the dogs out part 8 to start Mayer West, 1 more candy for Pink Brian, so fairly happy, gave up on kool aid as fed up stressing on of these crazy very hard unless you have loads of free time, timed events, and clashing with other timed events, so thanks Tiny for now giving us a normal quest again, with some decent stuff, the Stewie wardrobe is still in my inventory, and will stay there.

Just to b clear, it’s not like huge pixels or anything, but they are definitely lower quality than all other existing buildings. It’s noticeable when u zoom all the way in, which isn’t very far since the last update. The taffy building is the same.

I just got the quest to build Mayor West’s Mansion last night. But I put the last post because you had a **note up there that said the Taffy building doesn’t unlock until you have Mayor West! That was different for me. I’m like rebmatevol^ and buy everything the second I see the red !

Sorry if this has been mentioned already but regarding the candy collection quest; beware of spawned candy hiding behind buildings in your quahog. I have had candy spawn twice behind buildings. The only way I could even see it, let alone retrieve it, was to move my building to a different location. I wouldn’t recommend placing buildings in your inventory to do this because that will reset the timer on that building for earning it’s cash/experience points. That is all 🙂

You can also close the game and when you open it again, slide across the screen as fast as possible (while zoomed in). This will create game lag. The buildings will show as little gears. This will give you a glimpse of where the candy is, so you don’t have to move buildings. 🙂

I will have pink Brian tomorrow! And most likely koolaid man as well. I have 7 cherries and 4 I’ve cubes and 16pitchers! I could start unlocking Adam west any time now but I’m waiting until after kool aid man is done to finish pt 8. I’m a little discouraged that I haven’t unlocked Tom Tucker yet, but I’ll get him and Adam west in a timely manor. I’m glad they don’t have time limits. I’m ready for Halloween!! Lol
