Hey there Trick or Treaters. Hopping on by with an AMAZING image that was sent to us a while ago. I was gonna wait just a bit longer to release it, but I think it is about that time.
It foretells of things to come with the next Portal, but I think most of you have figured out just what that is already. You can’t have one without the other, right? So if you bring in Jason, you GOTTA bring in his buddy. 🙂
I am like a kid in a candy store when these promo images arrive. I think I drive poor Alissa nuts with my squealing. Lol. Can’t help it…I LOVE HALLOWEEN!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
So what do YOU think? How will he be brought into our Quahogs? Will he help us terrorize the Trick or Treaters? Have a joint task with Jason? If so, what do you think it will be? Let the speculation begin.

Is anybody else having major chasing issues with this game? I haven’t been able to play properly for nearly 24hrs and it’s really ruining the game for me.
Every time I try and collect from characters and buildings it just throws me out.

Yes. I’m having massive crashing issues…REALLY annoying. However, I found that if I close all other apps and just run FG it’s a little more stable. While that’s not something you should have to do, and I think the crashing is ridiculous, it’s a solution that will allow you to play crash free. (at least it works for me)

As well as what Alissa has recommended, I stored all items not needed for this event that are animated, such as the volcano from the Full Moon Event etc and also anybcharacters that are not necessary to ensure I didnt put them on outdoor animated tasks. Basically this cut down how much was going on when I go into the game as the event has a lot already with all the little trick or treaters etc. This in combination with Alissa advice has seen me able to play away happily. Hope you get back in and are able to enjoy the rest of the event.

No we’re at a point where Bunny was out sick yesterday and Alissa was moderating 500+ comments between 2 sites all by herself. In addition to working my regular full time job (you know the one that pays my bills). So some comments I didn’t get to yesterday….I’m working on them today.
I wish for just once you guys would think…”gee they must be busy today” instead of “why the f are they censoring me!” Remember…we’re human too. As much as we try to get to every single comment some days it’s just not possible…especially when there’s 1 of us running 2 sites alone. Patience. I’m getting to it.

I have a question I currently have 11000 vials and do not have vampire duck stewie or mr weed does anyone think I can still reach getting both and connies witch outfit? I really want to brew vampire duck stewie but I’m afraid I will miss out on mr weed who is more than just a costume

It’ll be close. You’ll really have to stock up on rockets and bomb Stay Puft a lot to get a good streak going…honestly that’s the only way I see you getting there. Unless they release something even crazier tomorrow…

Guessing from how they have Alien Queen for a deco that she would be the next part of the event. I’m just wondering now if I should stop attacking the Stay Puft guy and save my bombs. This is one time I have yet to purchase something with clams to obtain currency. I’m riding the fence whether or not I will be able to get Mr. Weed. Hoping that the next part of the event will speed up vials by a good amount.

I suggest stocking up ur rockets not only to thirty each but to SIXTY each…the first time I got them up to thirty and got the multiplier bar all the way to the top and it would have stayed there at the most multipliers if I would have had 30 more of the yellow rockets….it’s taking forever to get up to 60 but will be so worth it!

I’ve got around 100 of each rocket stocked so far, along with 45 Traps, and 75 Stink Bombs, I’m holding onto them because if this weeks final challenge is like the Comic Con one, then we’ll need to vanquish a number of each type of creature we’ve had to beat if the first 4 challenges. If I’m right then I’m fully prepared, but if I’m wrong I can just start to use them up to increase my vial total.

This is the first event I’ve bought the premium characters for and this is also the first event I’ve noticed there is no reward for completing them…. That grinds my gears!

So excited about Freddy. Although his movies are my least favorite of the bunch, he is the best villain. All the others are mindless killing machines, which is kinda cool, but its like getting killed by a hungry tiger or a disease carrying mosquito. That’s just the tiger being itself and the victim being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Freddy, on the other hand, knows exactly what he is doing and he enjoys it. He doesn’t just kill any innocent teenager he sees. He chooses them, taunts them, let’s them know what’s coming but not when. He revels in it. He is truly evil. And scary. And awesome.

If you had to guess, will Roger be freemium (including final prize as freemium) or premium? Will have over 250 clams once I get Connie and Fright Level 10, and have been saving for Buzz – the only one of those 4 I don’t have yet. I know I’ll get the 100 credit back right away, but I would certainly delay him by several months for Roger. I wouldn’t for let’s say Greg, Terry or Principal Lewis. I personally have notspent clams on Alien, Jason, Predator, Bryan C or Nathan, as I don’t consider them real characters from the show (yes I know have had cameos).

To buy every building/character that cost clams for this event so far would have been roughly 2800 clams and there is more still to come i’m sure. so for the sake of argument we can figure by the time its said and done roughly a tank of clams which costs $99 i didn’t bother to add up the previous events although give or take a bit mixed in with the other buildings from the full moon and comic con and the every day clam buildings and premium characters its safe to say to have them all would probably total $500 to $600 cash to get enough in clams to be complete. Granted I like the game but for a game that cannot remain stable and requires a force close almost every time its opened on the newest devices on the market. The game has already exceeded the cost of what it would be to buy a xbox1 or ps4 plus the membership to the consoles respective online service and whatever top game that is on the market plus whatever DLC’s that the game maker has released. Those games also are both stable have loads more content and probably thousands more hours in time to program and are heavy in streaming graphics. TinyCo’s pricing structure is just insane for what they charge and provide in comparison.

yeah but you don’t really need the event buildings (the ones that cost clams). they’re “helpers” to get stuff or currency faster….but not necesary since characters quest lines can stil get the same stuff at a doable rate.
and many of the premium event buildings that release event related currency are useless after the event is over…like the trucks from comic con event that released blam currency, now only give like 10 coins every 6 hours. -.-

Off topic: but is anyone else having their game tell them that they cannot connect to server? I have been playing religiously for several months now and have been fortunate enough to only have a few minor glitches. However, today I was playing and all was well, sent my characters off to earn rockets, went to collect and now I cannot get into my game. I am hoping this is something minor and will be resolved soon. I have bought all 3 premium characters this time and have plans to purchase Freddy, but I won’t be able to do that if the server won’t let me in.

I had to put mine into storage for space to put decos from this event, after seeing this post I went and pulled it out to check, and sure enough there is no animation on mine too.

I have a feeling that it’s gonna turn out that it was Freddy talking to Peter through the portal, getting him to upgrade it so that he could be released into the “real world”, and I think that we’re gonna have to battle him using traps and such (like Nancy does it the first movie), and by beating him within some sort of time limit will be how to unlock him. I could be totally wrong, but I’m just having a guess.

Not interested in him. Like people have mentioned, he’s not exactly high on my list of characters to add due to his creepiness. That and I feel the event has dragged on for way too long. I’m pretty bored with it to be honest. There was some good effort to add neat characters, but the whole thing was too much of a rehash of the comic con event. I don’t feel compelled to buy him, or anything else they offer. I am doing more then fine with out the aid of another premium character. (Especially one who will be useless 6 days after his release.)

All of these movie characters were established individually through multiple films. They were stand-alone until someone searching for ideas for a fiftieth film decided to stick a couple together. I’m a bit surprised we haven’t seen a Predator vs Jason movie yet? 😛 Anyway, I’m not one to think “you can’t have one without the other.”
Having said that, I would pay 1000 clams for a row boat, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone to tool around the bay. “You are the anchor that gives my spirit license to soar.” 😀

Freddy and Jason actually have a very long history. as far back as the first Nightmare movie people starting “theorizing” how a battle between the two would play out. they were and still are part of “the big three” of 80s horror. (Michael Meyers being the 3rd) then in 1988 the movie was actually going to happen but there were issues about rights distribution since two studios owned each so it fell apart. but then in 1993 New Line (Freddy’s home) got the rights to Jason and so the countdown began. they first hinted at Freddy in the final scene of Jason Goes to Hell and then it was the path to create a script to bring them together. of course this turned into “development hell” as it took til 2002 and many many rejected scripts before they got one they were happy with and the VS movie came out the next year.
Predator and Alien had a hint of their existance together from an easter egg scene at the end of Predator 2 showing an Alien skull. and of course there were countless comics and video games pitting the two together. i doubt its coincidence their VS movie came out a year after Freddy and Jason but they had an advantage, the same studio always owned both.
but yeah so there was actual precedence in both cases and it wasnt a random “let’s pit character x and y together”! of course as i said, the second VS. likely only happened due to the huge success of the first. i doubt Fox cared to ever do that til they saw the box office numbers but still, it wasn’t totally out of the blue to have them together.

I think Freddy is awesome and “A Nightmare on Elm Street” is my fave…at least the first 3 were…but at this point I’m not sure if he brings any value besides the cool factor. I’ve done pretty well with this event so far. Thought I have dropped a few clams to speed up a ghostbuster or two.
I’m looking forward to having Freddie in the game, but I’d be happier with some stability. I’m now getting sick of restarting, force closing and re-doing things all the time.

Eh, not excited because he’s more or less definitely going to be a premium character. Kind of got bored of this event, it just doesn’t seem to be really interesting to me unlike the Comic Con Event, most likely because most of the tasks, such as targeting the kids, the Mashmallow Man or whoever he is are just rehashes of Latcher Stewie’s and Demon Stewie.

Very nice tiny co. However I’m an avid player and I strongly feel that Zuuls portal was to hard to attain even after they (tiny co.) Dropped the tricker treater down 200 to 150 goal. I feel as if the goal should have been lower. Thank you for your work bunny. It’s very much so up to speed!

I second this. After using clams to get Alien, Predator and Jason (which are all awesome, I admit), I’m cleaned out. I have about a hundred clams now. If I can ever get enough vials to get Mr. Weed, that will give me 50 more, and brewing Sexy Witch Connie will give me another 25, but I still won’t have the 200 which Freddy will probably cost.
I really hope TinyCo has some mercy on us and makes Freddy 150 clams or less. Or brewable. Or purchasable with spirit vials.
