Hello There Clammers!
Halloween has arrived in Quahog! And Peter, in typical Peter fashion, has decided to tick off the dead. In doing so Peter accidentally opens a dark portal in the Quahog cemetery and unleashes all manner of ghosts and goblins on the city…your job is to help round up these ghost, goblins and ghouls! And of course Halloween isn’t Halloween with out the costumes! One of the costumes you can earn during this event is Vampire Duck Stewie.
Of course to enjoy all Vampire Duck Stewie has to offer Quahog you’ll have to unlock him. Fortunately, his costume is available to brew in the Cauldron…and won’t take you nearly as long as it takes to actually unlock Stewie! (oh those Plutonium!)
Whether you brew Vampire Duck Stewie first…or just wait, a questline for him will popup during the main Halloween Questline (Phase 4). It’s a fairly short questline..and heavily involves Stewie…with a bit of Brian for dialogue. So now, let’s take a look at see just what happens when Vampire Duck Stewie enters your TinyQuahog….

Have Stewie Do Target Practice- 1hr, Earns $20, 12xp
Brew Vampire Duck Stewie- Collect jars and Spirit Vials to BrewVampire Duck Stewie in the Cauldron. Here’s what’s needed:
4,000 Spirit Vials
15 Candy Corn
10 Latcher Talons
10 Marshmallow Goop
15 Terror Dog Bones
Completed Task Earns 25 Vials and 5 FP
Scared Straight Pt. 2
Stewie starts
Have Vampire Duck Stewie Be Scary Cute- 4hrs, Earns 25 Spirit Vials, 3 FP
Completed Task Earns 25 Spirit Vials and 5 FP
Scared Straight Pt. 3
Stewie starts
Have Stewie Take Self Defense at James Woods High- 10hrs, Earns 30 Spirit Vials, 6FP
Completed Task Earns 25 Spirit Vials and 5 FP
Scared Straight Pt. 4
Stewie Starts
Have Stewie Record Creept Video at News Station- 12hrs, Earns 35 Spirit Vials, 7Fp
Completed Task Earns 25 Spirit Vials and 5 FP
And that completes Vampire Duck Stewie’s Questline! It is a relatively short questline…but it’s still pretty funny! And thankfully only Stewie is required for it, so you won’t have to stop those Rocket earning tasks….
Also…if you don’t currently have Stewie you can brew Vampire Duck Stewie and he’ll remain in your inventory until you unlock Stewie. Once you unlock Stewie Vampire Duck Stewie will move from your inventory to Al Harrington’s. You’ll also be able to complete his questline even after the event is over. BUT you MUST brew him BEFORE Halloween is over….

For those of us at a bottleneck because we don’t have district 9, you are NOT able to finish. The vampire duck stewie quest disappeared when the even ended.

Did you tap on the FP icon in the lower right corner of your game? Mine shows how many hours, minutes, and seconds I have left right above Joe zapping away in the option.

I brewed Vampire Duck Stewie, and of course the game just stops working as it was being made. Now I do not have the costume and it is not available in the cauldron.

I’m not even close to unlocking Stewie, as I’m still working on clearing district 7, could I still unlock vampire duck stewie without losing it?

I’ve brewed stepwise duck costume, I haven’t unlocked him just yet but I don’t have a padlock over it just a tick like the other things in there that are brewed 😦 I can’t find it in my inventory either, along with the costumes I unlocked for him during the comic con event I hope I haven’t lost them all 😦 strangely he’s wearing the duck costume while he’s stood waiting for me to unlock him, I’m soo confused!

If he has the costume on, you may have tapped “create” already on the costume so it is there with him waiting til you unlock him.

I unlocked Duck Stewe Yday , Quaaaack Quaaaaack , love it!
but now worried i wont get Mr weed….I also decided to purchase stay puft and griffin house, i still have ALien queen and a few smaller bits to get as well but Mr Weed i was aiming for especially letting us know about it so early… With just over a week to go i have no idea how im gonna get the 17k vials…. it doesnt seem like as fast as the last event, but then i am on android and it did help catch up got george taki no issues with a week to spare!
Hoping the next portal is a bit more rewarding , as trick or treaters i can only hit an average 5-8 at a time and they dont give much…. i guess its all about rockets see how it goes, i play hard aswell so quite suprise di feel behind

I brewed vampire duck Stewie last night and couldn’t use it right away since Stewie was on a job. I went to use it this morning and he is no where to be found and says I didn’t buy him. Very bummed.

Just unlocked vampire duck on Stewie game crashed now there’s a padlock over the costume. What the hell?

Padlock is there so you don’t accidentally craft him twice. Check your inventory to see if he’s there (check your entire inventory..they like to be in weird places). If not contact TinyCo they’ll be able to restore it for you.

I got the same issue. crafted, crashed, no costume and can’t craft it. Have sent them an email but no response.

When does the halloween event end ? I’ve almost got vampire duck Stevie but there’s only a couple of days of October left so now I’m worried I won’t get it in time 😦

Mr. Weed is definitely my next goal (currently at 15k vials, everything else already collected). I’ll take the bonus clams for completing the group and an independent new character any day over a costume. The duck costume is currently my final goal for the event. I’m having quite a few unfinished quests sitting on the roadside, intentionally focusing on achievable things instead of trying to finish everything. I don’t care for most of the released decorations and buildings, anyway.

I quite enjoy Vampire Duck Stewie. I was tempted to either go for Mr. Weed or this, I opted for this as I felt I could get the numbers back, and I’m about 3,000 vials away from Mr. Weed. Once he’s done, it’s just mainly looking at Witch Connie and then getting all the perks with what remaining time there is.

As annoying as this is…try closing all other apps that may be running and only run FG. See if that helps eliminate the crashing

I have Stewie and have also brewed Duck Stewie but it wont allow me to use him as Duck Stewie. I have also went to Al Harringtons to dress him there but it is nowhere to be seen.

Double check your entire inventory to see if he’s there. (it’s in such odd order there) If not check the cauldron see if he’s locked. If he’s locked that means you did brew him and he just disappeared. If that’s the case contact TinyCo they should be able to restore him for you. If he’s not locked that means something happened and he didn’t brew.

ahhh, also so glad I think they finally fixed the zoom on Android!.when I first started playing, I could zoom all the way out and see everything and zoom all the way in.Then they took it away && now its back lol. am I right, anyone else?..

It’ll be awhile before I have Stewie unlocked and I was worried that the costume would go to waste. However, I did brew it and as I’m working on unlocking Stewie was able to put the costume on him even though he isn’t unlocked yet. Nice Touch!

Do I have to have Stewie unlocked to get the duck costume? I’m really close to getting Stewie. Stupid freaking plutonium. It shows the costume as available for me to brew, but yeah, I don’t have Stewie. Thoughts?

Good timing. I just finally got back to 4000 vials right after you posted this. Speaking of vials, I wonder if they’ll come a little quicker in the final phase. Maybe they felt they overdid the drops during Comic-Con and that’s why it’s so slow building a pile for this event. *shrug* I haven’t brewed a few of the items and only one each of those that I have but I’m still under a hundred after brewing Duck and Weed.

The crazy rate of earning blam during comic con seems to have been intended to get android players over the missing week they had.
It is ramping up every week, I initially thought Mr. Weed would be impossible but now have him and vampire stewie running around with Stay Puft deco hanging out in the back ground. Should be able to buy Alien Queen by tonight.

Not sure where to put this comment, but I am currently unable to connect to the game. I constantly get the “Could not connect to server” error. Unfortunately I am also unable to get a message to TinyCo. This is making it difficult to roast Staypuft in the allotted time limit

They are back up now but something strange is happening, at least in my game. Only a few of the buildings and decorations are filling in, the rest are just BLANK! Anyone else experiencing this?

I can not get into my game!!!! It keeps saying can not connect to server. Yes I have wifi. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn’t work. Can someone please let tinyco know….
