Hey there Clammers!
It has been a while since we have seen a New District in our games, but TinyCo did not disappoint with this one. Ghosts, Spirits, and all things Macabre are now in our Quahogs. THE GRAVEYARD DISTRICT IS HERE!!
With a New District in the game, New Characters come into play too. Many of them with Side Questlines of their own. Like Ghost Loretta Brown.
Remember, Districts are here to stay. You have ALL the time in the world… errr… UNDERWORLD to finish this one. Take your time. Let’s take a look at Loretta’s Questline and all you will encounter along the way.
Downtown Loretta Brown Pt. 1
Peter starts
Have Loretta Brown Take a Relaxing Bath- 4hrs, Earns $50, 30xp
Have Peter Hang Out at the Clam- 1hr, Earns $20, 12xp
Completed Task Earns $20, 15xp 1 Building (Quahog Sanitarium, Quahog Hospital Skin)
Downtown Loretta Brown Pt. 2
Loretta starts
Have Loretta Brown Perform Play- 6hrs, Earns $65, 45xp
Have Peter Overeat- 6hrs, Earns $65, 45xp
Completed Task Earns $100, 30xp
Downtown Loretta Brown Pt. 3
Loretta starts
Have Loretta Brown Remember Cleveland- 8hrs, Earns $80, 50xp
Completed Task Earns $20, 15xp & Loretta’s Grave
There you have it. A quick Questline for one of the Ghost you can win from the Lazarus Portal.

I’ve been trying to unlock paddy for days now. The hats are just not dropping. Please tell me that it will happen and I won’t lose the chance to get Loretta. I would really like to have her character.

As it says in this post as well as all Graveyard District posts… it is a District. That means it is a permanent addition to the game and here to stay forever. You have unlimited time to complete the Districts, so you can take all the time you want. They will drop eventually. Don’t stress it. Each one will take time to get through. 😉

OK, finished unlocking her and placed her grave. I was trying to find the graves for Mr Weed, Diane Simmons, and Francis Griffin too. I found Mr Weed’s in the buildings tab. Did Diane and Francis have graves? I can’t find any specifically for them in either the building or the decoration tabs.

Diane and Francis were in generic graves. They looked like the ones you can purchase for the District and for sale then too in the menu. Nothing special like Weed’s and the new ones. They never got individual ones.

I am still working on getting the last flute for New Brian….I have been stuck on the last one for three days now. I have both Peter and Dr. Hartman working on it and nothing.

I unlocked Loretta and now I’m working on paddy. He seems like he will be easier to unlock. I was done with Loretta except for the blue earrings for the past few days. I got 2 since about the day the district started then 3 in the past 24 hours.

I have one skull and one tub after two days. My common drops are apparently as hard to get as the extra rare.

We have lore ta brown and completed all 4 tasks but can’t find her grave where will this be please

If you completed all of her questline… it would have awarded it immediately at the end to place in your town. If you didn’t place it… check Inventory Storage Decorations.

Peter mentioned in the dialog that Loretta died via brontsaurus skull. I seem to remember she died in a bathtub accident, similar to the Cleveland bathtub gag.
