Along with all the noises and fun are the New Questlines for the Event. Including the Side Questlines. For Characters like Avril Lavigne.

I just noticed that some characters earn bracelets- how do you know which ones without having to take all of my characters out of storage and check each one?? Thanks in advance

Unlocked avril but I chose to redeem later for her cd….now when I go to redeem it , it tells me the code had already been used. Any suggestions?

They told me how to get her cd by going to the redeem spot in the game yet everytime I do its the same code that says it’s been used already.

Yes I did. I even sent them another message a few days ago and they have yet to respond.

I know it can be slow, but patience. They run it all in house. They’re not a huge gaming house like others that outsource customer service worldwide, so turnaround can take up to 5 days. They will get to you eventually. Think of this… thousands of people in line wanting help… with only a few people handling that help. It can take time depending on how many are in front of you. 😉

It has been at least a week sense i have asked them for help. I understand that it may take a while for them to get back to me. Usually they are very good with helping me with what I need but this time it’s taking much longer. Is there anything I can do about it saying that the code I was given has already been used? I have also checked everywhere on my phone to see if maybe I did get the album but it is nowhere.

Just in your in game messaging to them. You can send a followup should you feel you need to. For me, you can use the Event Guitar Icon to go to the Headphone section in the game, tap on it and it shows you the available albums, and usually tells you if you downloaded it or not already.
But if it has been more than 5 days and no response, definitely a follow up message to them. 😉 Every 5 days follow up if nothing.

Anyone else have an issue when buying one of the items for Avrils concert where it has the check that you purchased it, but wants you to buy it again?

Im confsued…do you have to buy the skull banner and shark with clams? Or can you get them with bracelets?

No. There will always be a Clam option for every item to bypass the Materials. So you have the option of BOTH. I would take the bracelets and save your Clams. Just earn them. 😉

How do I play a concert to unlock avril if I need avril to unlock the concert action?

Where does it say perform a concert BEFORE unlocking her? The only way to access the stage is to get the items to start a concert… one of which is unlock Avril.

Under sources of glow sticks/guitar picks when unlocking Avril, it says you can get them from concerts… Which, of course, you can’t, if you haven’t unlocked her yet.

That is because it is something Universal for the Entire Event. So once she is unlocked, that is still a valid area to get them.
The same thing if there are Clam items, the items will drop… but you have to pay out the Clams first. Not sure why listing ALL possibilities is an issue. Just sayin. 😉
